Que tenía poco aparcamiento y el ascensor muy antiguo y cerraba muy rápido y no paraba , podría ser peligroso para un niño pequeño

La ubicación nada más

Está antiguo, tiene menos enchufes que la cabaña de tarzan, en los años que estamos y un solo enchufe y dentro del baño. Ah y bañera antigua con cortinas. 4 estrellas? Ni de coña, el día que las repartieron le sobraban. He estado en hoteles de 2 estrellas que le dan mil vueltas. Y ahora además responderán del hotel que tomaremos nota bla,bla,bla. Que una IA responde mejor. En fin demasiado caro para lo que es. Vas buscando algo de calidad y te encuentras con esto. No merece la pena, eso si el personal muy amable, aunque la limpieza justa.

El hotel estaba muy bien , y podíamos usar las instalaciones del hotel Amaragua ,la comida de 100 y los empleados super amables y atentos sobre todo los del comedor repetiremos seguro

No pudimos bajar a desayunar durante nuestra estancia xq estaba lleno de palomas y a mí hija la dan pánico ,se subían en mesas ,sillas y andaban por el comedor , es la única pega que pongo que podían tener un zona cerrada para que no entren

La ubicación, justo en la playa. El poder utilizar el spa. Que haya dos piscinas, una con música y bar y otra más tranquila y silenciosa. La organización en la cena, sobre todo la actitud de Elvira, que supongo que será jefa de comedor y tuvo un comentario el cual no nos gustó (estaba el comedor abarrotado y le dijo al personal que recogiera mesas, que los comensales se pueden esperar) , y cuando pregunté su nombre, estuvo toda la cena pendiente de nosotros (y no para atendernos precisamente). pues que el hotel esta anticuado la cafetería cerrada el salón poco confortable hasta el punto que esta completamente solo nadie da uso de el, la entrada con escalones, para desayunar unas escaleras que son algo fuera de lo común en un hotel, el comedor para desayunar no es adecuado para un hotel, los asesores mal hasta el punto que uno de ellos se rompió con mi mujer dentro, ya se veía venir, solo destacar la situación,

as refeições eram muito boas e completas, jantar com muita variedade e comida de boa qulidade, a localização perto da praia é incrivel, temos 2 piscinas à disposição

O quarto tinha cheiro a esgoto quando ligávamos o ar condicionado, e paga-se muito de estacionamento, 20€ por dia, e na praia tivemos que pagar por pessoa para termos espreguiçadeira e chapeu.

We've been coming to the area for many many years and because we love the Tropicana Beach Bar on our walks, i decided to book the hotel for my husbands birthday. The fact you can use next door hotel was a big bonus. Although it's a bit dated (being refurbished in November 2026) We were pleasantly surprised. It was dated in a fantastic way. We absolutely loved it and going back in September. Rooms were absolutely fine with a Sea Front room. Staff very pleasant. Breakfast was great and the places to sit for breakfast were just amazing. We loved it.

Las camas y las almohadas y el servicio de limpieza de las habitaciones muy buenos. La ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y de restaurantes buenos

La limpieza de las piscinas, podrían mejorar en ese aspecto y recoger la basura que cae en las piscinas, la piscina del spa en ese aspecto totalmente abandonada muy sucia.

Otel çok eski ve acilen yenileme gerekli yüksek sezon olsa da fiyatını haketmiyor. Ancak temiz görünüyor. Kahvaltı tatminkar. Havuz çok kirliydi. Plajda kendine ait imkanları yoktu. Odalarda yatak yakınında priz olmaması ise otelin 1970 lerden kalmasının bir sonucu. Otelin inşa edildiği tarihlerde cep telefonu olmadığı ihtiyaç duyulmamış olmalı.

The perfect location for a beach/pool holiday! The hotel is a little dated but has everything you could possibly need. Very friendly and helpful staff, an exceptional spread at breakfast (including honey you can scrap from honeycomb, a pancake machine and prosecco if you want it). Great to be able to use the facilities (including the pool) and enjoy the entertainment at the sister hotel next door. Beach towels provided which was a nice bonus! Lots of great restaurants in the local area between Torremolinos and Belamendia!

Se nota que el hotel ya tiene varios años y hay espacios que no están renovados El desayuno muy básico y el personal poco amigable No tienen servicio a la habitación y si necesitas comprar agua tienes que salir del hotel e ir al supermercado, no hay ni una máquina expendedora de bebidas Para lo que te cobran la estadía precio calidad me pareció de un valor elevado

El hotel tiene algunas habitaciones totalmente reformadas. Cabe destacar la atención de Adriana y Raquel (recepción hotel),muy atentas y amables, haciendo la estancia mucho más cómoda.

Beautifully furnished; beautiful pool with lifeguard; good location. Real honeycomb at breakfast.

Everything constantly smelled like smoke. Seeping into the hallway, in through the bathroom, and around the (closed) balcony. Pool had someone lighting up every 10 minutes. Ate breakfast standing up because both seating areas smelled of smoke. My clothes after leaving picked up the smoke smell. Could hear absolutely everything through the walls, including my neighbour hacking his lungs up until 3:30 AM. People’s conversations from the hallway woke me up.

El hotel dispone de unas grandes instalaciones que son increíbles: dos piscinas, spa, una habitación con una cama súper cómoda con multiples opciones de almohada para que el cliente elija la que más le guste. Además, la limpieza es impoluta, sobre todo la del aseo. El buffet del desayuno tiene una gran variedad y de gran calidad. Destacar también que todo el personal que ha sido muy amable.

La verdad que es un hotel en el que las habitaciones están un poco anticuadas, por ejemplo, la televisión solo tiene los canales normales, no te permite poner otras aplicaciones como Amazon, Netflix... además también los muebles se ven ya más antiguos y la luz de la habitación solo se compone de lamparitas pequeñas que no iluminaban lo suficiente en ciertas ocasiones. El aire acondicionado iba regular, algunas veces no enfriaba, otras enfriaba mucho. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que mi habitación no tenía terraza, entonces para secar la ropa de la playa era un poco difícil.

Es un hotel que se encuentra muy bien ubicado y en primera linea de playa en una zona estupenda de la Carihuela. No es un hotel grande lo cual es una ventaja y además el trato del personal es estupendo.

No hay nada negativo a resaltar.

Ubicación y piscina

Solo 3 perchas en el armario (insuficientes), se me cayeron en la cabeza las barras del toallero del baño (estaba roto), no hicieron la limpieza al día siguiente de nuestra llegada, el ascensor luces rotas

Está en primera línea de playa, el personal es súper atento, los desayunos espectaculares al pie de la piscina y además te permiten usar todas las instalaciones del hotel adyacentes, el Amaragua, que tiene 2 piscinas más (una de ellas de niños), spa, gimnasio...

En la cena te obligan a comprar todas las bebidas (no te dan ni agua del grifo), ya que no están incluidas en la media pensión.

We liked that the room was clean, staff from reception very helpful, the food from the dinner was excellent and the staff that served the dinner and breakfast is excellent. Felt like a luxurious restaurant.

The bar/terrace outside the hotel the staff is not organised, called the blondy lady with black glasses for a quick question and she just ignored us. The staff should know the basic English so they can have a quick and basic conversation with the client. I mean they didn't understand that we want ice-cream,And the prices are hilarious 11 euros for a portion of fries 😱

Hotel muy acogedor , el personal muy atento pero destacó a Raquel del comedor muy cariñosa y muy servicial queriendo agradar y dar la mejor atención sobre todo a las personas q somos intolerantes a bastantes alimentos un amor de persona y al socorrista de la piscina José Manuel creo recordar muy simpático

Stayed in two bedrooms as a family of four, 21st-26th June. We had lovely bedrooms on the 5th floor with fantastic views of the pool and beach. The staff on the reception and at breakfast were very welcoming and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of hot and cold food. Managed to get a sunbed every day but it is quite a small pool area. You can use the sister hotel Amaragua facilities if you want. My son used the gym a couple of times. San Juan Festival was lovely. A good choice of poolside music, lovely atmosphere. The location is ideal, opposite the beach and close to the Benalmádena marina. There is a little shop practically next door to the right of the main entrance. I would recommend this hotel to others and I thought it was good value for money via Tui hotels. Water in the room on arrival was a nice touch. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

This was located in a great location to the pathway along the beach. There are a lot of options for food and shopping close by. We enjoyed the access to the nearby MS Hotel pool and spa.

This place was very pricey for the quality. The room was not very sound proof, so you could hear every person that walked down the hallway. The cleaning staff didn't understand a do not disturb sign on the handle. We had to open our door while taking a nap because the cleaning lady was trying to get in even with the sign on the door.

Vi fick ett hörnrum med en pytteliten balkong. 2 stolar och ett bord. Det va ok men ovanför va det fågelbo i ”halmtaket” så när vi satt där så skvätte fågelbajs på våra grejor på bordet. Inte så fräscht vi sa till personalen och dom skulle komma 4 gånger om dagen och tvätta av men det gjorde dom inte

Staff very friendly, rooms ok and the cleaners do a wonderful job of cleaning your room, breakfast is ok but for British customers the quality of English breakfast items needs vastly improving ..it's more set up for European diets. The one thing that has really annoyed me is there's no tea and coffee facilities in the room, and for a 4 star hotel that is that just isn't right I've never been to a hotel that doesn't provide this .... Also charging 1 euro every time you want a clean lounger towel, and charging nearly 3 euros a day for the usage of a room safe is quite simply money pinching. I've recently been to Cyprus and all these were free of charge. And finally there's no lights on the balcony...this is not 4 star 3 at best

I book a front sea view room with booking.com and got a room that was back over the pool with sea views.the hotel has 6 rooms with real front sea view but it’s looks like, not for Clients of Booking.com . It an old Hotel and the rooms has not insulation between floors or rooms. The gardener comes at8.00am to cut the grass with a very noisy machinery.

I’ll start off by saying some of the photos on this website don’t meet what the hotel looks like now. Me and my friend booked here because the hotel looks beautiful, and we loved the look of the dining area all the wooden pieces, that’s not there now. I will start off with our first day, on arrival we was greeted, taken to our room. We then decided we would get changed and go sit by the pool, loads of towels thrown on the sun loungers with nobody on them. We thought we’ll come back in around two hours we will go look around. We came back and it was still the same we told the hotel staff they said they would get security to move them, they never showed so we proceeded to do it ourselves. An hour later a Spanish man form the beach came over shouting abuse, he’d clearly been sat on the beach so I don’t know why the hotel staff even allow people to save loungers all day it’s ridiculous. We also noticed a lot of Spanish families coming in off the street and just using the pool and going, they weren’t even staying at the hotel unsafe if you ask me. There was also a day they shut off the full pool and garden area for a wedding, they never told us or put any signs anywhere to even say this was happening so we missed a full day by the pool, completely ignored when we raised this to them. This also proceeded to go all night, couldn’t sleep with the noise as we was facing it all. We was told we could go use next doors pool later on in the day after we brought this up. Breakfast is awful, not worth even eating the only thing I ate was a bread roll, there’s shops not far that do amazing breakfasts. Met some amazing friends from there relating to the disappointment of the hotel. Also noticed the hotel doors are never locked which is not safe at all anyone can just walk through and have access to the hotel. If your wanting somewhere to sit with the loungers I suggest you go save your spot like everyone else does here, the hotel don’t seem to do anything about it, you can literally leave your towel there all day. Other than that the hotel is on the beach, plenty to do around the area, and everything’s in walking distance, just a shame we had a poor experience otherwise I would have come back to this hotel.
