위치는 좋았으나 냉장고 안 얼음 트레이에 푸른 곰팡이가 있었음 관리가 안 되는 듯함

This "motel" is covered in mold on the inside. Terribly small and dirty. They also provide hand towels for bath towels. The only thing positive is the area as it's walkable to Seoul station and the city center.

大きめのベッドは快適でしたが、部屋にはテーブルも椅子もなく、狭くて不自由でした。

シャワーの出が少し悪いのと温度調整が難しかったです。。 それ以外は安く済ませるならいいと思いました！

Right in front of Namsan Tower, Myeongdong market, and a subway station. There are a lot of shopping buildings as well as restaurants in walkable distance. The door lock died on my last day and I missed my flight due to that.

写真ではとても明るくて綺麗でしたが、実際は暗くて清潔感がなかったです。 クーラーからの匂いやタオル、部屋の匂いも気になりました。 シャワーは勝手に水がお湯に変わったり、お湯が水に変わったりと安定せず不便でした。 駅からホテルが近く利便性は良かったです。

Close to everything

The room was very small and outdated. Front desk was friendly and helpful, but the room itself was not the best. For one night, it was okay.

Overall Apartment was ok. Other guest reviews are correct. Place need to upkeep on maintenance. We book 2 rooms, 2 adults on level 3and 3 adults on level 1. Rooms are small, you need to store luggages under the bed to move around. Both toilets in each room would block and eequired maintenance. Bed were very firm and hard to sleep on. Room got very hot and stuff, even when using the air-conditioning. Location was 12-15minites walk from Seoul Station, 4mins walk to metro station, walking distance to markets, shops and plenty of food options.

10年ぶりくらいに来訪しました セルフチェックイン、アウトのゲストハウスとホテルのシンプルなホテルです 旅慣れた方向けではありますが、この価格帯で寝具がきれい、水回りも清掃が行き届いています 昨今のホテルの宿泊費が高騰し南大門の南山側エリアでシングル一泊5000円ほどで宿泊できるところでは、今の所1番良いと思います お部屋には小さな冷蔵庫とトイレ、シャワー、小さ目のタオル二枚が備え付けです お部屋は本当にミニマムですが、ベットがしっかりしてるので寝るだけの方には十分です 地下の共用エリアには洗濯機2台(無料、洗剤も置いてありました)、乾燥機1台(利用は有料)インスタントコーヒー、ウォーターサーバー、おそらく共用の大きな冷蔵庫、レンジなどが備え付けられております食事のできるスペースありです 有料のコインロッカーがありました チェックアウト後に利用できてよかったです 残念な点は会賢駅から南山側なので坂道なのですが、これは立地上仕方ないです チェックアウト後、日本語の話せるフロントの方が「たまたま銀行に行くので、とさりげなく駅までスーツケースを運んでくださいました」 その節はありがとうございました 旅の最後にほっこり優しい気持ちになりました 南大門に宿泊費するときはやはりここにしようと思いました お部屋はスーツケースを広げられませんが、ベッドの下に置けるし、お部屋より地下のスペースを上手く使いこなされ方には本当におすすめのホテルです シャワー温度、水圧も良いです。清潔感あり、お部屋に窓あり シャワーの時にトイレが濡れるのでトイレットペーパーは必ず外してお部屋に置いておくことをお勧めします(笑)

Cet hôtel n'est pas fait pour y séjourner, on l'a pris comme hotel d'appoint pour une nuit juste avant de partir à l'aéroport. Il n'est pas cher et est proche de la station Séoul, ce sont ces seules qualités. La chambre est trop petite pour circuler, on ne peut pas poser la valise ouverte par terre par exemple. Il faut mettre la clim toute la nuit pour tenir sinon il fait trop chaud.

Walkable to meyongdong, night market and shopping.umbrella available to borrow when raining. Easy check in and out. Small room but nice and clean

Very good location, 5min walk to the metro, a lot of restaurants around, easy access to everything. The bed was comfortable, shower was clean and the hotel facility in B it’s so useful. Washing machine, dryer and locker for the suitcase.

Due to plane delays my family of 4 arrived just after midnight. The staff stayed behind to wait for us and was most helpful even though their was a language barrier. We were in a family room on the rooftop. Room was nice and warm, but bedding was not comfortable. The basement level had a communal dining and basic appliances including a hot and cold water filter.

日本語も英語もペラペラに出来る優しいお兄さんが全て対応してくれて、お店を紹介してくれたりバスや電車の乗り方を教えくれたり至れり尽くせり、お部屋も隅々までとても清潔でラウンジで色々飲めて床暖房も着いてて最高なホテルでした！韓国では絶対ここにしか泊まらないです！！！

お湯は出ない、朝8時前から工事が始まりうるさかった、部屋は汚くテレビも付かない。

受付が無人なのはわかっていましたが、当日一階が改装中で、ホテルの入り口が朝から晩まで開けっぱなしだったのには驚きました…。今回だけだったかもしれませんが、セキュリティ面が心配な方にはお勧めできません。

Et ganske ok hotell. Perfekt for folk som vil ha billigste som mulig. Beliggenheten er god. Ikke langt til Seoul togstasjon. Renhold på badet skulle være bedre.

Clean, easy, affordable, very nice staff, no complaints

This hotel is easy to find although it is up a hill if you come from the Heohyeon subway station. Check-in is very easy and they have an elevator! The room was very clean and comfortable. There is a small restaurant next door that offers a free coffee with your meal if you stay there. I found the chicken tacos to be delicious.

It's a bit boring and dirty I need to wash my bed. The bathroom is the worst.

Hoehyoen駅が最寄りですが、ソウル駅からもまあ歩ける範囲です。 大通りからホテルまで急坂がありますが距離は短いです。 チェックイン・アウト前はB1Fのコインロッカーに荷物を預ける仕組みです。ただ12時間でW4000〜6000とちょっと割高。 利便性も含めソウル駅やロッテマートのロッカーのほうが良いかなという気がしました。

El peor lugar que puedes elegir para tu viaje en Seul. La habitacion esta sucia, hay telarañas, polvo, suciedad y moho por todas partes. La cama no tiene sabana, duermes directamente sobre el colchon y te tapas con un edredon manchado. Las paredes y techo estan sucios, dan asco. Las toallas para secarte estan sucias y son de tamaño miniatura. No hay nadie que te atienda en ningun momento, no es posible pedir papel higiénico, ni te guardan las maletas cuando llegas ni cuando te vas. Cualquier persona puede acceder al hotel, la puerta esta abierta y no hay ningun tipo de seguridad. Las maletas no entran en la habitacion de lo increiblemente enana que es. No lo recomiendo en absoluto

坂道大変ですがソウル駅からだと徒歩15分前後で行き帰りしやすい。地下鉄もすぐ近くにあるし明洞までも徒歩で行ける🙆‍♀️隣の部屋の笑い声など聞こえちゃうのと、カウンター無人でチェックイン、アウトもセルフなので防犯対策が怖かったです。電子レンジ借りようと地下に行ったら虫が湧いてました。

이불에 머리키락 정리x, 음식물인지 모르겠으나 자국들 여러 곳에서 발견, 이전 손님 사용 후 교체 안 한듯함. 화장실은 좋음

最寄駅からは近いけど、ホテルが坂の上にあるので重い荷物を持つ自分にはキツかった。 便器のフタに髪の毛が付いていた。 洗濯機が無料で使えたのはよかった。 通路にハンガーがたくさんあったので助かった。

お湯が出ない日がありました。 駅にも近くコンビニも近くにあるのでよかったです。

204号室に泊まりましたが、まず、入った瞬間部屋が汚い。ゴキブリが出た。 部屋にコップない。トイレの扉は備え付けが悪く閉まらない。駅近という点だけで選んだので失敗です。

値段を考えたら仕方ありませんが、狭すぎてスーツケースを広げることができませんでした。2人で泊まったので何をするにも狭くて大変でした。 チェックインもチェックアウトもセルフです。チェックインの際はスタッフの方がおらず、名前の書いてある鍵を自分たちで取り、部屋に入りました。夜や朝などはスタッフの方がたまにいて、挨拶をしてくれたり、とても優しそうな感じが良い方でした。会賢駅のすぐ近くで明洞にも少し頑張れば歩いて行けます。

シーツにシミがあり汚かったのと、 寝転がると身体が痒くなり、2泊とも寝つけませんでした。 もう泊まることはありません。

It was very easy to get to!

The location was great- just a few minutes away from the station. Room was tiny but can’t complain because of the price. The staff was friendly and nice and helped me find places etc. Only the cleanliness that disappointed me. There’s mold on window panes and the room was musty. There were boxes and bags all over. The design of the place is kind of cool and fancy; if it was kept clean, I think it’d make a cozy place. There were tea bags and instant coffee for free in the kitchen. I don’t know why they keep a bag of salt by the coffee.. as I can’t read Korean, I definitely thought it was sugar and ended up having very salty coffee :/

ソウル駅から徒歩8分、地下鉄の最寄り駅からは徒歩2分程の好立地でした。東大門市場近くなので買い物と食事が楽しめます。ホテルスタッフも近くのスパやホテルの質問をした時に、とても親切に一生懸命対応してくれました。ホテルはとても清潔で掃除が行き届いていました。

quiet and access is very easy

ソウル駅近くにしたくてこちらにしました。途中コンビニもあり立地はいいですがホテル前が坂道なのでスーツケースだと最後にしんどいかも。 寝るだけなので気になりませんでしたがシングルの部屋はかなり狭くて部屋がほぼベットなのでスーツケースは広げられません。 1階だったこともあってかシャワーはかなり水圧高めで良かったです。24時超えてチェックインしましたが追加料金はありませんでした。

会賢駅の4番出口から割とすぐにありましたが坂が急で少しきつかったです。（ソウル駅からも歩いて行ける距離にありました）明洞も歩いていける距離にありとてもアクセスがよかったです。コンセントはAタイプとCタイプが利用できました。壁がとても薄く横の部屋の音や廊下の音など全て聞こえてきました。神経質な方にはおすすめできません。各階に洗濯物を干すスペースがありました。タオルはフェイスタオルが何枚か置いてあり足りない場合は1階にも置いてありました。B1階に電子レンジ、ゴミ箱、洗濯機、キッチンがありました。あまり衛生面は良くなかったです。部屋はデラックスツインでしたが結構狭いです。受付の方は日本語が上手で親切です。ありがとうございました。

明洞まで歩いていけます。日本のホテルのように勝手に全てをやってくれるわけではないですがロビーに行って尋ねると丁寧に対応してくださいます。（タオルやトイレットペーパーなど）また下の階に共有キッチンスペースがあるのはとても便利でした。

Baited by the K-pop name. This place is just horrible. Walls are dirty, everything is just dusty. Toilets feels scary. You don't even have enough space to put and open your luggage on the floor. Don't bother booking here, even if it's cheaper.

Property was centrally located, but a little difficult to find.

This was an ok motel for a one night stay but if you are planning on staying for more than a few days or plan on showering, I would go somewhere else. The shower area had not been cleaned for a while and the room reeked of someone who had just finished a pack of cigarettes. The beds were fine and overall the room did its job of housing us to sleep 4 hours and have a functioning toilet.

It was a cheap place to stay. However it was dirty. Stairs were a disaster (clutter every where) and it smelled of dead fish. Walls are paper thin you can hear every conversation at 430am. But for the price it has everything you need for your stay and its a great location. I would stay here again.

A very convenient and affordable hotel, near Seoul Station and Myeongdong. It's nothing fancy, the rooms are quite small. But if you're really just looking for a place to sleep that's clean and comfortable, this place isn't bad. Sharing a room here might be tough – the bathroom doesn't have much privacy (can hear and possibly see a bit more than wanted). But overall clean and nice.

First off you should know with it being so cheap that the rooms will be small. Yes there is where and tear on the building. it's an older building, the rooms could use a coat of paint but other than that my room was clean. Staff was super friendly. Asked how to work the A.C. unit and they thought I said it was broken and was very worried. I didn't realise there was a remote for it. lol. You do have to ask for housekeeping if you want to have your room freshened up. And must ask before 11am. There is a strong odor, but I find that that is just Korea. The plumbing system is old, so the odor does rise up. it does go away. Haven't been to any other part of the hotel so can't put my 2 cent on that. but I like it. just needs some paint. Oh and yes. the hotel is on a hill, but so is 70% of Korea.

no toothpaste and toothbrush. the room is very small and comparing with the size mentioned in hotel website is different. Such an unsafe feeling for windows in bathroom and bed room is really terrible during taking a shower and sleeping.

Staff was great and location was close to lots of food and couple markets. Pictures are out dated and rooms are super small and dirty walls. Everything was falling apart. Was not able to get refund. Stayed one night out of 4 and took the loss and left :(

The room was little bit dusty and the air-conditioner suddenly started working without remote. Also water was out of air conditioner. However, except these everything's great and staffs are really kind and friendly!

The location is really great. You can go to Myeongdong shopping street by walk. Just 10-15 minutes. The only thing that under my expectation is cleanliness.

Only good for transit as the room is very small and have to unpack luggage on beds. Although there is a subway stn nearby, no lift - need to walk up stairs - at least fifty over steps over two staircases. Not really value for money.

Stay was good. It is located in a narrow street behind all those porsh hotels. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. It has a common kitchen in the basement. Elevator and parking space is available. Good stay for the price.

It was a good place for an overnight stay in Seoul. Basic room and amenities. Very close to an open market and subway stop.

Very clean room with all the necessities for a sightseeing tourist. I loved the proximity to Seoul Station just around the corner from the Hilton and the Seoul Tower Park in an astonishingly quiet location (I could sleep with the window open). Staff was super friendly and helpful. Just a short stroll to the Market and the Subway. I will be back!

This hotel has the most comfortable bed I've slept on during my stay in Korea. There's a lift in the hotel, making it convenient for travellers with bulky luggages. The staffs were really friendly. The room is really small and there's barely any place to walk after I opened my luggage.

Location of the hotel is easily accesible via Subway. It is also one station away from Myeongdong and is 5 min walk away from Namdaemun market.

Room is too small, hardly got a place to open your luggage case, can only be placed on the bed to open it. The building is new with lift and within minutes to railway station. Poor water pressure when taking shower.

The hotel staff is really friendly. The rooms are ok so far, with enough room to store lagguage. The shower is directly connected to the washing basin sink, and u may have to wait little for the warm water. Wifi and breakfast..hm. Very nice are the washing machines on the B1 area. Drying facilities can be found on the rooftop. The site is very, very easy to find

The room is good for solo, kinda small for a couple. Very accessible with subway station within walking distance. A couple of 24hr restaurants and convenience store around.

Location is good, next to Namdaemun market; close to the railway station, too. Reliable WiFi. The room was as small as it can be, but the price was rock bottom, so overall impression is quite positive.

I arrived Seoul around 8:00am, check in was 2 pm, never let me early check in. Room was small, u will get heat only if u ask and the weather was too cold. Room cleaning is not everyday it is upon request. staff was amazing and helpful.

The K-POP hotel Seoul Tower is overall a nice place to stay. A little more cramp than what I was expecting but the room was very clean and the staff was helpful in answering questions about the area.

It was cheap but the room was very stuffy and small. It was also humid. The hotel was clean and convenient. The location was bit confusing to find.

NIce hotel and very near to the train station, we can still consider this in our next trip in KR

The reviews online made me think this was a great choice for my husband and my first night in Seoul as we weren't looking for anything fancy, just clean and close to Seoul Station. We have stayed all over Seoul in the past and some of our favorite spots were last minute budget choices; although we always opt-out of hostels in our searches (for privacy). Of all the places I have ever stayed, this "hotel" actually made me want to leave and go elsewhere. We stayed in the "Terrace" room and it was dirty. I was anticipating tiny, basic, and no special amenities but the walls (white) were actually filthy; no excuse since a quick coat of white paint is a simple fix. The bathroom is a shower/toilet/sink in one (camper-style) which would have been fine if the water remained hot for long enough to wash the soap out of my hair. It is hard to find on foot and cab drivers will drive past you with disinterest if you ask for a quick ride there (not worth the effort because it is too close to Seoul Station by car to make money & too hard to find), near impossible to find on foot... uphill. The staff was nice at check in but they are gone all night. The basement "kitchen/laundry/business" room was interesting, The immediate surrounding area is not very inviting. This cost would have been worth what we got (as it was a low rate) in other areas of the world, but Seoul has WAY TOO MANY options for great/clean stays under $75/night to ever recommend this "hotel" to others.

Accessible to Hoehyeon subway exit 4.

There is no housekeeping unless requested. Room is really small. The hotel is up a hill and is not visible from the bottom. The locals tend to direct to the wrong kpop hotel so be careful. Exit 4 of Hoeyeon station and walk straight a bit. Turn left into the first uphill alley. At the turn, there is a small pop-up store and a small mart on the left side.

Hotel itself is OK but the location is very poor. I had climb up to the Hotel. The Hotel is in the middle of steep hill.

Rooms are small by Western standards, but serviceable. Had smokers outside my window wafting in - and my bathroom drain was clogged, so I was standing in three inches of water after a shower. Close to Hoeyeon station exit 4.

it was a good enough place to stay for a quick business trip. good access to transportatio. good shopping and street food experience near by. the room was very small but clean.

clean, simple lodging, suited for a budget traveler. good location, near the subway station. interesting surroundings, with a large traditional marketplace with lots of street food available. good shopping opportunities near by.

It's a small hotel up on the slope. The rooms are tiny but the bed is comfortale. Line 4 Subway entrance no. 4 is just around the corner. But make it clear that this isnt the AREX (Airport railroad). you have got to walk a long way thru AREX station. SIMPLE breakfast is available: bread, spreads, orange juice & milk. that's all. washing machine is available at no cost but if u need a detergent, buy it at the hotel reception. it has no dryer so u can hang it on 4F.

Staff are nice and helpful but not available from 11pm to 7am. Bedding is fine but shower is terrible. Next to Hoehyeon Metro Station Exit 4 but there is a slope between the station and the hotel.

Anything good. Small room is OK for me. I love this hotel. Next time i will back again.

Affordable and cozy..The room are too small

Stayed here one night while in Seoul not a bad place. Very small room but not bad for the price. The neighborhood is not that great. But ok for what you pay for.

The room is a bit small but does its job. The floor heating was to hot at times but the location was perfect.

Nice place. All I needed was a place to sleep and shower and it came free breakfast.

We stayed 4 nights and although it was a small room it was clean, warm and comfortable with plenty of space under the bed for luggage. Our flight arrived late but the staff emailed us the door passcode and left our room key at reception which was a great relief, and was very close to the metro. Help yourself cereal and toast breakfast in the funky basement kitchen was available. Would stay again.
