Reviewed Sep 18, 2026Love staying here. The location is great. Easy walks to GrandPalace and Wat Pho. Helpful friendly front desk. Checked in easily even after late flight. Breakfast is delicious. Feels safe. I highly recommend. Oh, and the beds are soooo comfortable.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026Fantastic location with a beautiful view of the river. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We especially loved having breakfast in the café overlooking the river — such a lovely way to start the day.
Nothing really — we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026We travelled as a family of four with two teens. The hotel was quiet but close to the MRT, shops, food and the Grand Palace. Location was ideal and the rooms were clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. The breakfast was brilliant. I would highly recommend staying here for a great stay and to get some peace away from the busy city.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026We asked for GF accomodation and the hotel replied that they could accomodate. However there was no GF toast/bread or cereal. We did have a small omellette and a few slices of pineapple. Coffee was cold and delayed.
Mediocre breakfast, cockroach in the room and not a great staff/greeting upon arrival. They were not proactive and barely made eye contact.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Excelente ubicación, cerca de todos los templos principales, calle tranquila y nuestra habitación con vistas al río era buenísima. El personal muy amable y atento, la habitación era grande y cómoda, cama cómoda.
Podrían mejorar la variedad del desayuno, solo puedes elegir 3 opciones de menú.

Reviewed Jul 11, 2026朝食のラインナップと雰囲気 宿泊客への気配り、距離感がちょうど良く快適でした。 初めてバンコク、移動手段が心配だったので、タクシーの手配をお願いしました。多少割高ではありましたが、運転手さんもきちんとした人で、安心して移動が出来ました。
タクシー手配してもらいましたが集合場所を勘違いして待っていたので、フロアー階(3Ｆとか4Ｆなど)で案内いただけると分かりやすかったかな？ 夕方、すごいスコールがあって、風向きのせいだと思いますが、窓枠から水が入って来ていたので、そこだけ気になりました。タオルを置いて対処しました。 以上は問題点ではなく、気になった点なので、全体的には本当に快適な滞在でした。また花市場目的で行く時は滞在します。たくさんのご配慮ありがとうございました。

Reviewed May 11, 20263 mins walk to Wat Pho and 5 mins to the boat pier to go to Wat Arun. Breakfast time starts at 7am which is very convenient if you want to eat early and head to the temples early to avoid the crowd and the heat. The view from the breakfast terrace is very nice (Wat Arun across the river) Room very clean, bed comfortable
I paid extra for the "river view" room but the view is not much to speak of. There is a building right in front of this hotel blocking the view. So even if you are on the highest floor (4th) you can only get a partial river view and no Wat Arun view at all. The river view room I stayed in was on the 2nd floor and I saw only a little bit of the river, mostly parking lot and the other building blocking up at front. They should not charge extra for such poor "view" Breakfast was so so, at the level of homemade food. Room is small, no sofa or easy chair. They advertised that the room comes with balcony, but the balcony was locked, and had no chair or table, so one is not supposed to go out to the balcony. Staff were indifferent. The price was on par with 4 star hotels of international brands (IHG, Hilton, Ibis, Novotel etc) in other areas in Bangkok. I stayed at another hotel in the same area for the same price but much better service and Wat Arun view from my room window. So if the view was nice I can understand but without view, this is very much overpriced Overall, very high price for this level of facility and service.

Reviewed Apr 27, 2026Отличное расположение отеля, Изумрудный Будда, королевский Дворец в пешей доступности до Чайна тауна 8 мин на тук туке. Отель чистый, номер очень уютный, окна номера выходили на реку. Утром завтрак прямо над рекой с прекрасным видом на Храм зари. Очень довольна, всем рекомендую.

Reviewed Apr 12, 2026L hotel è nei pressi del fiume e pur essendo in una zona molto turistica, si trova in posizione defilata dalla strada e quindi molto tranquilla. Nei dintorni ci sono numerosi ristoranti e locali, ma alla sera chiudono presto. La camera è molto ampia, buona la colazione viene servita all aperto, proprio sul fiume. Alla reception ci hanno dato dei buoni consigli su come muoverci in città.

It felt a little strange having to give our key to the front desk every time we left, but I guess that is normal for a place that uses old school keys still? Otherwise, that place was great :)

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026The hotel is value for money. It is walking distance to the Grand Palace and Wat Phon temple, Wat Arun is a boat crossing away! The hotel is clean, and basic toiletries are provided. The staff are helpful, and a few of them are even friendly. The coffee shop across the hotel, Vivi Cafe, has good coffee and a perfect place to watch the day (and boats) go by. This is also where breakfast is served.

L’endroit est hyper bien placé, en face du Wat Arun et à proximité du magnifique Grand Palais et de l’extraordinaire Wat Pho. Le must est le petit déjeuner dans le Vivi Café, en bord de fleuve.

Reviewed Mar 26, 2026The absolute highlight of this hotel is its central position. I chose it specifically for its proximity to the Grand Palace and other major landmarks, which made sightseeing very convenient.
However, the property is showing its age and is in need of an update. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. There are only two set options (Thai or American), and while the meal is served at a lovely bar overlooking Wat Arun, the service was unacceptably slow. On our final morning, we waited over 30 minutes for our food. Since we had a flight to catch, we ultimately had to skip breakfast entirely. While the staff did apologize, the service efficiency needs significant improvement. Given these issues, I likely wouldn’t stay here again.

お湯は古いタイプね給湯のため、毎回温度調整やシャワー変換が面倒でした。 2人で利用したがテーブルと椅子あると嬉しい。

The breakfast is not a buffet. We absolutely did not mind so I just mention it as a ‘heads up’.

Reviewed Mar 3, 2026Insgesamt sehr gepflegtes hotel in einer Seitengasse am Ende. Frühstück bei Vivi direkt am Fluß. Man kann zwischen 3 Variationen wählen. 24 Stunden Rezeption. Ab dem späteren Abend muss man klingeln. Uns hat es gut gefallen. Gerne wieder
Heißwasser bei der Dusche kam nur sporadisch. Vermutlich alte Anlage.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2026Nous avions une chambre au 4eme étage. Aucune climatisation dans les couloirs. Impossible de rester sans climatisation dans notre chambre car chaleur excessive. A l inverse tout le Lobby était très froid, voire glacial. Les bateaux diner-croisières (avec musique…) cessent vers 22.00 mais pas les autres bateaux (fret, remorquage….) donc bruyant. Petit déjeuner à l extérieur de l hôtel (en face). Correct mais sans plus.

Номера маленькие, с двумя чемоданами не разложишься)) завтрак в соседнем кафе (которое через дорогу на берегу), выбор скудный, мы там вообще не ели в итоге. часов в 22-23 закрывают входную дверь и надо названивать в звонок, чтобы ее открыли.

Reviewed Feb 13, 2026Dit is een prima hotel vlakbij de rivier en de What Po tempel. Ideaal om de hoogtepunten van Bangkok te voet te bereiken. Goede service van het personeel dat ook prima taxi's of andere zaken voor je kan regelen. Mooie kamer en verdere inrichting van het hotel. Goede douche en voldoende verlichting in de badkamer om je te scheren. Warm water kun je maken en er is een ijskastje. Dus je overleefd prima hier. Ontbijt is dan wel bij het koffietentje net aan de overkant waar je prima zicht op de rivier hebt. Goede prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding.
Het hotel maakt reclame met zicht op de rivier en Wat Arun. Dat valt een beetje tegen door een recente moderne blok die deels voor het hotel is gebouwd. De kamer was niet al te groot en er was maar één stoel. Bediening bij het ontbijt moest het nog een beetje leren. Je krijgt je kamernummer op tafel, zodat ze weten waar ze jouw vooraf bestelde zaken moeten neerzetten. Toch liep dat nogal eens mis.

Taxiservice vom und zum Flughafen hat bestens geklappt. Trotz der zentralen Lage ruhig. Nahe am Fluss. Gutes Frühstück auf einer Terrasse zum Fluss. Einfach herrlich. Alles i.O.

Tolles Hotelzimmer, schönes Bad, super Aussicht bei Buchung mit River view (Zimmer 401) Februar 26. Preis 120 Euro pro Nacht inklusive Frühstück direkt am Fluss mit Aussicht auf Wat Arun.

After checking out on the way to the airport, i recieved a message asking about the bathrobe if i would have seen it or know where it is as cleaner cant find. i feel like ive been acused of taking it home. I have small luggage cant barely fit my own clothes coz i dont want hassle so im not interested of robe .no thank you.

Reviewed Jan 27, 2026場所は駅からも歩けるし便利なわりにうるさくなかった。 スタッフが皆さん親しみやすく親切。特にレセプションに常駐されているマネージャーのタイ人女性は、暖かく丁寧な対応で、このホテルの雰囲気にすごくマッチしていました。この方はオーナーではないようでした。
前に倉庫のような建物があり、景色が抜けない（写真を添付します）。ホテルに入るドアが内側からしか開けられないため、ちょっと遅く戻ってくると電話をかけるかドア左側横の茂みの中にある呼び鈴を押さねばならず、それでも係の人が出てくるまで時間がかかり不便でした。テレビの使い方がわからず（パスワード？）説明書か普通のテレビを置いてほしかった。

ไม่มีสายฉีดชำระในห้องน้ำ / ฝักบัวอาบน้ำเป็นแบบ fix ทำให้การอาบน้ำลำบาก / พนักงานไม่สนใจที่จะอธิบายข้อมูลในการรับประทานอาหารเช้าเท่าไหร่ บอกแค่ให้เลือกรายการจากกระดาษ เราก็ถามว่าบริการกี่โมง พนักงานบอกว่า 07.00 - 09.30 น. แค่นั้นเลย พอเช้ามา เราก็ลงมาจะไปทานอาหาร เข้าใจว่าได้เลยในเวลาดังกล่าว กลายเป็นว่า พนักงานเพิ่งจะเริ่มทำตอนเราลงไป ทำให้เสียเวลารออาหารนาน เช้านั้นจึงทานไม่ทัน เพราต้องรีบออกไปธุระ ถ้าพนักงานแจ้งขั้นตอนนี้แต่แรก จะได้เผื่อเวลามากกว่านี้ / จะออกไปข้างนอกโรงแรม ก็ต้องคืนกุญแจให้พนักงาน (ข้อนี้ไม่ทราบเหตผล) แต่งงๆ เพราะหลายแห่งก็ไม่เห็นต้องขอการ์ดหรือกุญแจคืนจากลูกค้า

Sauber, gutes Bad mit Pflegeartikeln, Safe vorhanden, Bademäntel und ruhig
Minimal gestört hat ein leer stehendes Bürogebäude, dass halb vor der Front steht. Aber nur, weil es in eine Richtung die Sicht blockte ;-) wie gesagt, aus dem anderen Fenster traumhafter Ausblick.

Reviewed Jan 22, 2026La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Llegas caminado a los principales atractivos de la ciudad antigua como lo son los templos. A dos cuadras tienes una estación de metro. El personal del hotel es super atento y el desayuno es delicioso 😊
Solo en mi habitación me costó lograr un equilibrio entre el agua fría y caliente para la ducha

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026Heerlijk groot goed bed, alles schoon. Dichtbij het centrum maar uit de drukte. Ontbijt wordt geserveerd aan de rivier op het terras met uitzicht op Wat Arun en een paleis. Dat was een hele leuke verrassing. Op loop afstand opstapplaats voor Hop on Hop off boot.

Reviewed Jan 18, 2026The location is excellent for a one or two night stay as it is close to The Grand Palace, Wat Phi and Wat Arun. However, there is limited choice for evening entertainment, food, bars etc., we were there for four nights and that was definitely too long.
