Un rinconcito de lujo en zona acogedora y cotidiana

The hotel is fully halal and has two restaurants conveniently located in the lobby. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a great variety of options. There is also a 7-Eleven right downstairs, along with a massage shop and a tailor, which made the location especially convenient. One of the highlights for us was the massage chairs in the lobby — they were such a nice touch and very welcome after a long day of sightseeing!

Overall, it was clean and comfortable.

The bathroom light cannot be switched on when all the lights in the room are turned off. The air conditioning unit in the room was also quite noisy.

Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig, für jeden etwas dabei. Die Zimmer sehr gross und absolut ruhig. Die zwei Pools waren toll.

Ein paar Fliesen fehlen im Dachoool im Sitzbereich.

Le personnel est jovial et à l'écoute de ses clients. L'emplacement est top ! La propreté de la chambre est excellente.

El hotel es perfecto para nosotros, habitaciones amplias, muy limpias y suuuper cómodas, hemos estado en varias ocasiones y es nuestro hotel de referencia por lo que ofrece el hotel y por la ubicación, tenemos muuuchas cosas que hacer cerca y puedes ir caminando, hay restaurantes, tiendas y maaaasaaaaajesss maravillosos. El personal es suuuper amable y simpático. Si estas unos días en Bangkok y viajas a otras zonas te dejan dejar bolsas o maletas por 30 bt. La verdad que para nosotros es la opción perfecta.

Nos hemos alojado varias veces en dos años, nos encanta, nos ofrece todo lo que necesitamos en el hotel y fuera, cerca hay muchas cosas cerca como templos muy bonitos. Y al lado del hotel hay un 7 eleven, tiendas, restaurantes y massaaaaaaaajes!!! Hay un restaurante justo en frente se llama samsen y es bueniiiisiiimooo. También tienes dos sitios para cambiar moneda a muy buen tipo. Hay oficinas para contratar excursiones justo en frente. Es nuestro hotel de referencia. Nos encanta.

Die Lage ist gut. Zum Phra Athid Pier sind es nur 5 Minuten und zur Khao San Road etwa 10 Minuten Fußweg. Die Ausstattung ist gut und alles in allem ist das Hotel auch sehr sauber. Der Frühstück hat eine gute Auswahl, es ist für jeden etwas dabei.

Bien ubicado cerca del barco y en unas calles con mucho ambiente, con restaurantes y opciones de ocio y compras, pero muy lejos de las estaciones de metro. El desayuno buffet libre muy completo y rico. Las dos piscinas pequeñitas pero había poca gente y eran suficientes, con bar en ellas. Limpio y servicio de habitaciones correcto, te y agua gratis.

Nada que destacar.

Nahe Lage zur Kaosan Road. Mit dem Boot kommt man auch schnell wohin. Freundliches Personal. Moderne saubere Zimmer.

Schnelligkeit der Arbeit ist Verbesserungsfähig. Pool am oberen Deck sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Super Lage Sehr sauber

Beim Pool haben viele Fliesen gefehlt, was das ganze Gefährlich macht. Das Pool war sehr verunreinigt! Leider kein Bier am Pool trinken :(

Hotel bello e molto curato dal personale super gentile. Molto carine le piscine, soprattutto quella all'8° piano che offre una bellissima vista sulla città. A colazione si trova di tutto e di più, forse anche troppo x noi che mangiamo sono dolce. Letti comodi, bagno con doccia grandissima!

Una marmellata in più, burro di arachidi, e yogurt meno liquido sarebbero stati graditi.

Queda cerca andando de la zona antigua de Bangkok, como a 15,minutos.Hay mucha variedad de puestos de comida tailandesa por la zona si no te apetece estar en el hotel y quieres disfrutar el ambiente El hotel esta muy limpio y los desayunos eran fabulosos,. El personal ha sido muy amable y encantador, lo recomiendo!!

De hygiene, personeel en locatie

Sehr zentrale Lage. TukTuk, Restaurants und 7/11 direkt vor der Tür. Sehenswürdigkeiten innerhalb von ca 30min zu Fuß zu erreichen Zimmer hatte ein großes Bad und sehr geräumige ebenerdige Dusche

Leider kein Fenster im Zimmer und dadurch sehr dunkel und muffig. Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Zimmer. Da wir nur 2 Nächte in Bangkok waren, war es trotz allem ok.

Nice rooms. The staff are really helpful & friendly. The 2 pools are fab & a welcoming relief after a hot day touring around. Good breakfast. Nice location, 7 Eleven next door is handy & nice local restaurant across the road. They stored our luggage for few days at small charge.

We requested 2 rooms next to each other as we were a family and wanted the children in the room next to us but they were on a different corridor

Fantastic location, with quiet cafes and restaurants nearby, really close to ferry station for transport to grand Palace and reclining Buddha. Really comfortable rooms, fantastic staff.

I always stay at Nouvo and have done so many times over the years. Love it here and wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bangkok. Staff, cleanliness and location tick all the boxes.

Nothing. But I have suggested this before, why you don't have a loyalty program for people like me who keep returning. Mayb something for Management to think about.

Pokoje hotelowe są wyjątkowo ciemne i ponure. Nie są zgodne z tym co jest na zdjęciach. Okna w pokojach to jakaś pomyłka. Nie wpuszczają światła i wychodzą na sąsiednią ścianę. Można zapomnieć o jakimkolwiek widoku. Nie polecam tego hotelu. Za tą cenę można znaleźć lepszy hotel. To miał być pokój o wyższym standardzie. Obsługa hotelu podaję nieprawdę na stronie internetowej.

Die Lage war sehr gut. CheckIn und CheckOut ging schnell und problemlos.

Es roch etwas muffig, wenn die Klima-Anlage lief. Evtl. ist da mehr Wartung und / oder Reinigung nötig?

Geräumige Zimmer, Sehr gutes Frühstück mit toller Auswahl. Die Lage mitten in Bangkok war auch sehr gut.

Klima-Anlage riecht unangenehm und ist zu laut. Auch die Leistung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Bei der Einstellung auf 25 Grad war sie überfordert.

Das Personal war sehr nett Betten waren gut

The foods in the restaurant was halal, and the food was good. The staff were kind, the hotel room was nice and the location is far from the public transport but in the sorouundings there is 7eleven and to the grand place it’s 2 km with walking. I recommend doing the massage in the hotel, it was very cheap and good

What I didn’t like it was that the food choices were mostly for British people…

המיקום טוב אפשר להתנייד בקלות לכל מקום. החדר מספיק גדול קיבלנו אתו בזמן נקי ומסודר. בחדר האוכל יש שפע של דברים .למי ששומר כשרות יש קפה ירקות ופירות בשפע קרוב לבית חבד.

L’accoglienza é ottima e anche la disponiblità dello staff. Le camere sono ampie e pulite e l’aria condizionata funziona molto bene. Si trova nella parte di Bangkok “antica” con tanti posti dove poter mangiare economicamente. Ci si sposta da lí facilmente a piedi o chiamando i Grab. Consigliato!

Offrire latte vegetale a colazione sarebbe da fare.

L'emplacement nous a plu. A proximite du fleuve, des rues animées (mais pas trop prés). Un quartier ambiance familial avec des petits restos, des lessiveuses des boutiques et des massages. Grandes lignes de bus pour les îles proches. Les piscines bien agréables après une journée visite.

Very comfortable rooms located within walking distance of Khao San Road and other attractions. Well equipped, comfortable rooms. The hotel was very clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very limited breakfast selection, with the options available not being cooked very well. The A/C temperature wasn't adjustable, so the rooms did get quite cold.

L'hotel ha una posizione molto comoda ma allo stesso tempo molto tranquilla. Le viuzze che si estendono davanti l'hotel hanno vari localini e tantissime lavanderie in cui lavare la roba a poco prezzo. Ottima colazione ricca di tutto. Le camere e i bagni sono comodi e spaziosi, forse arredamento un pò più vecchiotto di come appare in foto ma molto comoda, noi ci abbiamo passato 3 notti. Personale disponibile e accogliente, ci hanno fatto fare un checkin anticipato alle 11 e dato che eravamo arrivati alle 8 ci hanno tenuto tranquillamente i bagagli mentre eravamo in giro. Non abbiamo avuto molto tempo per provare anche le piscine, ma sembravano molto interessanti e ben tenute. Posizione molto silenziosa e letto comodo e spazioso. Ci siamo trovati molto bene per visitare quella parte della città, sia a piedi che con i bus del trasporto locale che erano collegati molto bene.

Purtroppo le camere hanno un grosso problema di umidità, non so se tutte le camere o quelle davanti il canale... il primo giorno non ci abbiamo fatto caso, ma dal secondo giorno ci siamo accorti che i nostri vestiti erano umidi. Sicuramente per lunghi periodi di pernottamento diventa complesso. Già la terza notte risultavano molto umide anche le lenzuola. Sicuramente bangkok è molto utile e anche aprire la finestra non aiutava, però si dovrebbe provare a gestire il problema in qualche modo.

Oben auf dem Pooldeck könnte mal saniert werden. Die Bodenplanken einheitlich saniert werden und die zerrissenen Rettungsringe gegen neue ausgetauscht werden

Hotel confortevole, strategico per la parte storica, meno per l'accesso alla metro e BTS per il resto della città. Vicino labori per la nuova metro allungavano il tragitto dei taxi grab. Stanza pulita, piscina carina per il relax, buona colazione.

Die Lage was sehr gut für Besichtigungen in der Altstadt. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker. Die Zimmer waren sauber und modern.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene in questo hotel. Avevamo una camera Superior e una Deluxe, entrambe molto grandi, belle e ben tenute. Ho apprezzato molto anche i piccoli dettagli, come gli elefantini realizzati con gli asciugamani, che davano un tocco carino e caratteristico al soggiorno. Il servizio è stato molto buono: appena arrivati ci hanno portato le valigie direttamente in camera, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto. Era inoltre possibile prenotare la colazione e la struttura disponeva anche di un ristorante, molto comodo nel caso si volesse mangiare senza dover uscire. Un altro punto positivo è sicuramente la posizione: l’hotel era proprio accanto a un 7-Eleven, quindi avevamo tutto il necessario a portata di mano. Nel complesso, ci siamo trovati davvero bene e lo consiglierei.

L’unico aspetto che migliorerei è la manutenzione della piscina all’ultimo piano. La zona è molto bella, ma avrebbe bisogno di qualche intervento in più per essere mantenuta al meglio.

ho chiesto una tripla ho pagato molto di piu di una standard doppia con letto aggiuntivo ,e mi ritrovo 2 letti e una brandina scomoda tanto valeva prendere la doppia con aggiunta di letto avrei pagato meno. Ma quello che conta che il terzo letto era veramente scomodo. E non sono riuscito a dormire non è un letto da hotel 4 stelle ma un letto di fortuna

De locatie is goed. Kamers zijn ok. Bed prima.

Ontbijt is erg massaal, kantine sfeer. Vriendelijkheid van het personeel kan verbeterd worden.

The staff were very friendly and polite, and the location was convenient, with plenty of affordable massage places nearby. The hotel is also close to the boat pier, which makes it easy to reach the Grand Palace and Wat Arun. The pool area on the 8th floor was nice, clean and pleasant.

We stayed for three nights in August and found the humidity in the canal-wing room to be quite problematic, with a strong musty smell and even a slightly sticky floor. The AC was extremely loud and made it difficult to sleep, and I often woke up with a sore throat. Although we mentioned the issue to the staff and they checked the AC, unfortunately nothing changed. Cleanliness was also inconsistent: the sheets and towels were clean, but there were visible mold stains in the room and bathroom. On our last morning, we also found a cockroach on the nightstand. Overall, while the staff were kind, the room conditions made the stay less comfortable than expected.
