Inglesi ubriachi, zona rumorosa, aria condizionata nn funzionante con caldo al limite della sopportabilità. La frequentazione di ubriachi che si sentono vomitare nei bagni attigui alla stanza.

Ha sido horrible!!! Sin aire acondicionado,un ventilador antiguo,con la ventana abierta no se podia estar del ruido que habia,no pudimos dormir hasta las 6 am Indignante! Las instalaciones muy antiguas y a pesar de todo antes mencionado no tubieron ni siquiera la cortecia de dejar una botella de agua en la habitacion con la calor que hacia.... NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA!!!

El hotel esta viejo y antiguo , el aire acondicionado no funcionaba , el mando de la pared esta destrozado y se ve que era falta de manteniemiento , avise para que lo vieran y no hicieron ni caso . El exterior del hotel esta sucio y deteriorado . Desde primera hora de la mañama hay musica en la piscina a todo volumen , ruidos de las habitaciones y los pasillos por las noches. Te piden una fianza de 100 €. Ha sido una experinecia pesima . No lo recomiendo .

El desayuno perfecto

El hotel se sitúa en la calle principal de fiesta de Albufeira, cosa que no te avisan al cogerlo. Esa calle es como las Vegas o como Ibiza: llena de jóvenes borrachos, con pubs con la música altísima todo el día, lo que supone un gran ruido en el hotel por las noches. El problema es que el hotel está destinado a ese tipo de turismo: adolescentes borrachos e irrespetuosos que se pasan la noche gritando y corriendo por los pasillos, llamando a las puertas, y hacen botellón poniendo la música alta en las terrazas de las habitaciones de madrugada, y a cualquier hora del día. Cuando te quejas a recepción, su respuesta es avisarlos suavemente, de manera que al rato la vuelven a liar. Al segundo día nos cambiaron de habitación y nos avisaron de que adolescentes había por todo el hotel… Vamos, que no les importan los clientes que van a descansar. Además, por las escaleras y pasillos casi todos los días nos encontramos vasos tirados, patatas fritas por el suelo… una guarrada. En Booking venden que es un lugar para ir a relajarse, que es “Only adults”, y es todo lo contrario. Por las noches por los borrachos, y por las tardes tienen un dj en la piscina con la música tecno altísima. Entiendo que, al situarse donde está el hotel, quieran destinarlo a este tipo de clientes de fiesta, pero deben avisarlo en la web, porque la publicidad que hacen es totalmente contraria. Otro problema y engaño es el parking. Cuando reservas te indican que tienes una plaza de parking y te piden la matrícula al llegar. Una noche no pudimos meter el coche y los de recepción nos dijeron que el parking es gratis hasta completar. La piscina tiene un horario muy reducido, cerrándose a las 18h. Una noche nos encontramos una cucaracha enorme en la habitación. La jefa de recepción es una maleducada. Cuando nos quejamos del ruido, dejó el problema a la recepcionista más joven, sin hacerse cargo de la situación, y encima la habló fatal delante de nosotros, cuando la chica esta intentando solucionarlo.

La habitación necesitaría una reforma. Suelos y la zona de entrada a la terraza.

Lit cassé, le frigo ne fonctionne pas pourtant il est allumé et est au maximum mais ne rafraîchit rien, propreté médiocre, il y avait carrément des fourmis, 1 sèche cheveux pour tout l’hôtel donc jamais disponible

Location is very good. The pool was very nice, spacious and deep with enough things to do - Very close to all the bars and nightlife so that is a plus.

Customer service was very bad. The Wi-Fi was very bad, there was no iron available, food was very bad. Breakfast wasn't nice and food was often dry - The time to speak to someone at the lobby is extremely long.

Location & adult only facility

The room was vile! No air con, it absolutely stunk of urine & sewage. We had no chair on the balcony, the patio door was broken & our door was on a Yale lock & not a key card which did not feel secure at all! We signed an agreement on arrival with multiple rules however, most of which weren’t met by other guests including hanging towels on the balcony. The breakfast was okay, the pool bar was okay-ish but didn’t serve hot drinks!

Rue très bruyante, et on le savait Par contre les clients sont également très bruyants la musique très forte et des cries dans les couloirs et chambres. Impossible de se reposer et dormir avant 5h du matin ! Ascenseur en panne dès le premier jour de notre arrivée. La plus part du personnel peut aimable et ne parlent pas le portugais dommage… Il serait bien de prévoir un peut de travaux également. Pour le prix nous nous attendions à un peu mieux

La ubicación es justo en mitaf de todos los locales de borrachera para ingleses. He visto en 15 minutos al de recepción echar a 10 personas intentando mear en la puerta dle hotel o tener que llamar a la policia porque se habian colado en la piscina. La habitación estaba bien insonorizada pero el aire acondicionado no funcionaba

I seen reviews saying the room wasn’t clean and the hotel wasn’t clean however, the floors were mopped about 3 times a day during our stay and our room was immaculate. Facilities such as the pool was well kept and clean

Located right on the strip, it’s ideal if you’re under 25. Try and get a room overlooking the pool as it’s on the opposite side of the noisy strip. Rooms very dated, staff not very helpful but good pool area

Location is right on the strip. The room is very noisy. The AC or lack of did not work, the controller was broken and did not work the room smelled old and like it needed to have an uplift. I think if this was in England this would be condemned. On speaking to the duty manager or the person that is in charge I was told “we do not supply fridges / mini bars to everybody and I’ll take a note of your room so the maintenance can have a look at the AC” Thus was the second day I asked this to be done. We shall see. it seemed like I was asking for too much very unhelpful, and a little rude.

Do not stay!! Air con not working properly in any of the rooms, no fans available, glass in the pool not cleaned after being reported for three days, the pool in general does not get cleaned (green algae ring and floating rubbish). Reception staff are polite but not helpful when asking for help or filing a complaint, cleaning staff are extremely rude we were refused towels twice because they claimed we had clean ones in room already. Location is the only positive as it’s located in the middle of strip, but not worth staying, absolutely vile!

Fica em frente a rua da Oura é próximo à praia

O ar condicionado é horrível, na verdade parece que nem funciona. Nessa época de verão não tem como ficar no quarto sem ar condicionado, os meninos da recepção foram muito atenciosos em nos dar um ventilador, mas só ventilada o ar quente do quarto.

It’s advertised as having aircon and we had non throughout our stay which made it really uncomfortable, even resulting in leaving earlier than expected.

O hotel precisava ser fechado para uma manutenção geral, parece estar abandonado, paredes com infiltração, elevador parece que vai quebrar a qualquer momento, várias coisas quebradas em muitas partes, o quarto parece um quarto de pensão de beira de estrada, ar condicionado não funciona, isolamento do quarto é inexistente tanto ao som quanto a luz, não há cortinas, apenas uma madeira a cobrir a janela onde ainda entra muita luz, ouve-se todo o barulho da rua, se pensas em dormir, somente depois das 4 h da madrugada é possível, na casa de banho o poliban estava partido, o duche não ficava afixado corretamente na parede também estava com defeito, enfim necessita reforma urgente, pequeno almoço fraco, pouca variedade e máquina de café horrível.

HOLIDAY FROM HELL. Never come to this hotel , on arrival the hotel was severely overbooked and we got moved to apartments , in the rooms in the apartments there were geckos and cockroaches in the rooms , two put if there of our apartments were robbed and the third apartment would have also been robbed if they had enough time , there is 0 security measures in place here with a gate leading out to the strip that anyone can get into , on our last night here a man put his head through our window with a flash light and ran away , but on his way stopped by more of the apartments for a peek in for another robbery . I feel so terrible for all the lovely staff here as they all look miserable in their jobs . During the first robbery police were rang and they were helpful and gave us paper work to press charges . During the second potential robbery or even assault police hung up on my friends with no help , 4TH!!! Time calling they told us to go find the man and go to reception (you cannot go to the reception from the apartments without going into the strip) . We asked for police to come over straight away as we knew where the man was and we were denied . All 5 of us are now in 1 room scared and looking for early flights home . 0/10 holiday an absolute waste of money and the stress and anxiety that we are all feeling right now is out of this world .!!!!!

Absolutely terrible for safety the hotels were grand we were ment to get a hotel room and were placed in 3 apartment per pairs and then 3 days in two off the apartments were broken into with a crowbar and robbed and then another attempted and tonight our final night a man put his head through my bedroom window at half 1 in the morning with a flash like and left after I screamed from seeing him , we moved to our friends apartment who told me prior to me telling them about what happened the same man had been at there sliding door which faces the hotel and as we had moved to our friends apartment I heard a noise at the glass door and the same man was was standing out on the green by the mini golf and ran and hid . We called police and then hung up on us and then the second time we ran and met them by the front off the hotel and spoke to them but they never came to check if he was still around we know that it was not a member off staff as it was the middle of the night the man wore a white top with red on it with possibly a cap on aswell but sense these few incidents we fell very unsafe staying in these apartments we leave tomorrow but for safety purposes we would not recommend you stay in these apartments there are no cameras or security to be seen the “safety “ gate out back cannot be locked which is where our window faces when the man tried to get in the window overall we felt very unsafe for our belongings and our self’s we are happy to be leaving and hope they can improve safety measures especially as it is a location young adults stay year round

Malheureusement au vue du prix que nous avons payé, la qualité des équipements n’a pas été à la hauteur: ascenseur avec carreaux cassé + bouton de notre étage au scotch, plusieurs transats défectueux à la piscine, lavabo avec présence de fissure, cuvette des toilettes jaunis, la Clim ne fonctionne pas. Quand nous sommes arrivés nous n’avons eu aucune explication concernant l’accès au petit déjeuner ou la piscine, une simple remise de clef avec demande de caution de 100€ et paiement du transfert aéroport. À notre départ si nous n’avions pas demandé le retour de la caution elle ne nous aurait pas été rendu. De plus notre transfert a l’aéroport devait être à 10h mais 10h15 toujours personne, nous sommes allés voir la réception qui a appeler le conducteur qui est finalement arrivé à 10h30.. il nous a montré sa Check liste avec toutes les personnes à transporter et leurs horaires et nous avons découvert que l’hôtel a demandé un transfert à 13h ce qui était L’HEURE DE NOTRE VOL. Nous avons contacté l’hôtel pour les informer que nous ne sommes pas satisfaites de notre séjour, le retour que nous avons eu était de nous faire un avoir pour une prochaine visite mais entre la non communication des informations et l’état des équipements nous ne reviendrons pas surtout que nous étions venu pour une occasion spéciale…. Nous ne reviendrons pas et nous ne conseillons donc pas cet hôtel si vous vous attendez d’avoir un service à la hauteur du prix que vous avez payé.
