يبعد الفندق حوالي 20 دقيقة بالسيارة عن وسط باريس. لا يوجد تكييف في الغرف. لا توجد خدمة تنظيف الغرف. المساحة ضيقة نوعا ما. الأثاث مستهلك

Unfortunately it was quite hot and the ceiling fans would time out and were connected to the lights so if you turned off the light the fan also went out. More fans were needed. The set up of the room worked well for my family.

Molto comodo anche il garage sotterraneo, non abbiamo più usato l'auto fino alla partenza. La zona è tranquilla e con molti negozi, la stazione della rer A si raggiunge a piedi in 20 minuti.
Cattivo odore in bagno in certi momenti.

Lokalita může na první dobrou budit dojem, že kolem není nic, ale brzy zjistíte, že nejbližší obchod máte 2 minuty od hotela, také 3 pekárny, kavárny, bary a za 15 minut je uprostřed místní části, kde najdete úplně vše. Hotel je krásně čistý, pokoj byl dostatečně velký pro rodinu, kuchyně dostatečně vybavená. Levnější městská daň než v Paříži, protože se jedná o oblast již mimo Paříž město. To ale vůbec nevadí, protože 15 minut pěšky, nebo 5 minut autobusem je rychlovak RER a s tím jste v centru za 20 minut. Dokonce vám z některých části centra jde autobus až přímo k hotelu bez přestupu. Stropní ventilátory byly celkem tiché i na plný výkon.
Chyběla klimatizace, ale to je prý v Paríži dáno zákonem. Byly tam stropní ventilátory, ale museli jsme v letošním horku mít otevřené i všechna okna aby se dalo spát. V kuchyni by bylo potřeba přidat nějaké vařečky na míchaní jídla a filtr do kávovaru. Ovladače na ventilátor byly dva a byly trochu zmatené, takže nebylo jasné, kterým se zapíná který ventilátor a při zapnutí se zaplo i světlo, takže jste si náhodně zapli v noci osvětlení pokoje naplno i v jiném pokoji.

Le canapé-lit n’était pas en état. Nous avons fait monter le réceptionniste pour constater. Nous avons dû dormir à 4 sur un lit 2 places. Aucune autre solution n’a pu être proposée car l’hôtel était complet. En dédommagement, on nous a remboursé la taxe de séjour, soit 6€.

Le TPE était disfonctionnel et malgré 10 tentatives avec 3 cartes bancaires (banques différentes), le versement de la caution n’était pas possible. Bien que le logement était totalement payé, aucune solution ne nous a été proposée (chèque, espèces …). Nous allions être mis à la porte quand dans une ultime tentative cela a fonctionné. Après 30min de transport, 20 minutes de marche par temps de canicule avec deux enfants dont un en bas âge.. l’accueil a été très décevant nous faisant craindre le pire (devoir repartir sans l’accès à notre chambre). Aucun responsable n’était joignable. La barrière de la langue n’a pas aidé… les chambres ne disposent pas de Climatisation ce qui est difficilement supportable en période de canicule.

The location is a bit far from the tourist locations, but it is not a big deal, still is well connected with public transportation or easy to reach with an Uber.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2026Schöne zentrale Wohnung. Größtenteils ist alles da, was man braucht. Super Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. 15 Minuten bis zur Metro und viele tolle kleine Bäcker und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Sehr süßer und sauberer Stadtteil. In Paris ist man mit der Metro in 20 Minuten.
Sehr hellhörig und die Türen knallen zu, da der Mechanismus zum schließen, so dass die Tür langsam ins Schloss fällt, nicht funktioniert.

Las habitaciones son un HORNO. Tienen un ventilador encima de la mesa que hace entre poco y nada. Pedimos un ventilador aparte pero con eso solo conseguimos echar cabezadas durante la noche. Yo diría que la estancia fue AGOTADORA. La ubicación es a 15 minutos andando del centro, cerca solo hay un restaurante indio con pinta decente y un italiano poco apetecible. Lo único bueno que tiene cerca es una pastelería y dos supermercados.

Vincennes is a small and clean town, offering a variety of cuisine, including a vegan Vietnamese restaurant. I liked the fact that we had a decent kitchen and a laundry room on the premises, which served us well in the heat, which had touched 40* C on one of the days. The studio apartment we chose, suited our business needs of space with good WiFI. You cannot find anywhere in Central Paris to match, at the price. The Staff were helpful, especially Mr. Ahmed at Reception.
The garden could do with some more watering, but it may have something to do with the preservation of water. The room was very clean on arrival, but the stock of tea, coffee, etc., are not necessarily replenished unless you remind them. Small matters, but not complaints.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026Wir waren dort 5 Nächte mit 5 Personen (3 Kinder und 2 Erwachsene). Zimmer absolut in Ordnung und sehr sauber (ein Kind hat Staubmilben-Asthma und hatte keine Probleme). Haben von den Nachbarn in den anderen Zimmer überhaupt nichts gehört. Parken in der Tiefgarage sehr gut mit Fahrstuhl in die jeweiligen Etagen. Gesamtes Personal war sehr freundlich (besonders Elvis :-)). Überraschung für uns war, dass es bei der Rezeption einen Waschraum gibt mit Waschmaschine inklusive Waschmittel (5€ pro Ladung) und Trockner (4€ pro Ladung). Fitnessraum war ebenfalls inklusive und sehr schön ausgestattet. Betten waren sehr gut - auch die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer sehr gut. Schräg gegenüber noch Supermarkt und die Metrostation zu Fuß ca. 15 min entfernt - Kids sind jeden Tag ohne Probleme gelaufen. Theoretisch kann man auch mit dem Bus zur Metrostation fahren.
Alles sehr gut - Klimaanlage wäre bei 33°C noch ein Highlight - es gab aber in jedem Zimmer einen Deckenventilator zur Abkühlung und Nachts einfach lüften.

Reviewed Jun 2, 2026It was a hot day. The lobby was perfectly air conditioned and cool, but the rest of the hotel was just like a sauna. No AC in the room (!!!), just a fan on the ceiling which wasn’t working. No blinds or anything else to keep the room at habitable temperature. The room had 35°C, there was no way to bring the temperature down. Front desk was no help. Had to leave and book something else. No refund! Never will stay in a hotel of this chain again.

Reviewed May 29, 2026We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. Our 2 bed apartment was spotless, modern, & felt completely brand new. The beds were extremely comfortable, the whole place was wonderfully quiet, & the room was much larger than we expected. We all slept brilliantly. The reception staff were outstanding, genuinely friendly, super helpful, & happy to assist with anything we needed. They also gave us lots of useful information about the local area, transport options, & how to get around. The location in Vincennes was perfect for us: a very pretty, clean, and safe neighbourhood with bakeries, cafés, restaurants, & a supermarket all close by. The walk to the metro through the woods was absolutely lovely & added to the charm of staying here. One of the biggest advantages was the secure underground car park directly beneath the hotel. For €15 per night, we could leave the car safely & travel into Paris without a single worry. We were also pleasantly surprised that we weren’t charged for the day we checked out, which meant we could leave the car there & enjoy our final day in Paris to the fullest. The apartment itself was so well equipped. We had a kitchen area, private balcony, separate toilet with sink (very convenient), & a spacious bathroom with a great hot shower. Hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, washing up liquid, & lotion were all provided, a pleasant surprise. There were plenty of towels, storage areas, a filter coffee machine with coffee supplied, & ceiling fans in both the living room & bedrooms. We also really appreciated having separate sleeping areas, giving our daughter her own private room. So many hotels only offer two beds in the same space, so this layout made a huge difference to our stay. There was even a sofa bed in the living area if needed. Overall, we absolutely loved this hotel and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

Reviewed May 2, 2026L’établissement ne prévient pas qu’il faut rendre la chambre à 10h du matin ( chose que je n’ai jamais vue c’est minimum 11 heures dans un hôtel ) à 10h03 qu’il fallait quitter la chambre et à 10h20, j’étais en bas à la réception, et ils m’ont dit qu’ils allaient me facturer les 20 minutes de retard et qu’ils allaient les débiter directement de la caution de 200 € qu’ils prélève à la réception de la chambre Je trouve ça, inadmissible moi qui fait des hôtels tous les week-ends

Nous avons logé dans un véritable appartement doté d'une vraie chambre et d'une grande pièce à vivre où nous pouvions aussi bien travailler que dîner. Le bâtiment choisi ne donnait pas sur la rue donc nous étions vraiment au calme.
La salle de douche pourrait être modernisée et le lavabo mieux entretenu car l'écoulement était difficile
