I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is very strategic, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made my stay even more pleasant. The breakfast had a great variety of options and everything was delicious. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Sarapan banyak variasi dan enak2, Lokasi strategis, banyak tempat makan disekitar hotel, fasilitas kamar bersih, lumayan puas menginap di Tebu Hotel.

Konfirmasi keHotel utk request 2 kmr berdekatan kurleb seminggu sebelum kedtgan & sudah dikondisikan kamar akan berdekatan infonya, begitu sampai diberikan kunci oleh resepsionis dan kamar seberang2an sangat dekat, tapi begitu sudah masuk kekamar ternyata diinfokan jika kamar salah dan kamar tersebut sudah dibookibg, lalu kamar dipindahkan kelokasi yang malah jadi berjauhan walaupun masih 1lantai, petugas hanya menginfokan salah kamar krn kamar tersebut sudah dibooking orang dan kamar pengganti masih tergolong dekat, lumayan merepotkan & sebetulnya letak kamar justru malah jadi berjauhan.

The location. Just need a little walk to go to Pasar Cihapit, or any place to buy anything. There are convenience stores near the hotel, Indomaret and circle K.

The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and the convenience of an Android TV, which was a nice touch for entertainment. However, the amenities were quite limited, which was a bit disappointing. The gym, while not very well-equipped, had just enough to get a basic workout done. Breakfast options were decent but lacked variety, and the taste was quite average. While it wasn’t a standout experience, it’s a reasonable choice for a short stay if you’re looking for simplicity and convenience.

Arranged three seniors travelling to Bandung. The local agent arranged this hotel. Location wise is good. But the room is totally uncomfortable for three people. Look at the Superior Twin room. There is no room for you to walk. Initially the hotel wanted to put in the extra bed. After negotiating, the hotel upgraded to Deluxe Triple. If you bring big suitcase, no room for you to walk. If you are travelling more than two people, choose another hotel. If you don't mind the small room area, you can choose Tebu Hotel.

Located reasonably close to restaurants, coffee shops and malls. My room in Tebu was small with a direct view of the hotel next door. The shower and toilet were close enough for the toilet to get wet - not so much of a problem with only one person in the room ... everything dried quickly. Lots of tv channels. Staff were friendly, particularly during breakfast. The buffet breakfast was small but there were plenty of delicious choices. Reason I rated Tebu with 2/5 was the quality of my sleep. On the first night I was woken and kept awake by people gathering and chatting near the lifts at various times through the night. The lift space seems to encourage people to gather at night and the corridor propagates sound well - my room was a fair way from the lifts. This was reported to the hotel. A number of people travelling with me had the same issue. The second problem was the smell of cigarette smoke that became much stronger in the room at night - strong enough that my throat was uncomfortable. I managed to get around this on subsequent nights by leaving the exhaust fan on and the bathroom glass door closed. It did make the room much lighter but the smoke wasn't as noticeable and the sound from the corridor was muffled. Overall, an ok little hotel ... but I need sleep.

Location is strategic

Parkir slot was limited, room space was cramped, even for us to put our praying mat. We also could hear the guests in the next door talking (though it was a casual talk, not a yell). Receptionist was expresionless when we checked in. And the lobby was also small so we had to stand while waiting our car..

The room cleanliness is good . Hotel receptionist really helps,whatever I've request , been sent to room immediately. And for iron , we do not have to request everyday like others hotel, but I hope in future, hotel will provide iron and hair dryer in room . What I impressed and appreciated the most is the function of Guest Relation Officer at this hotel. Thanks for giving us so much information we needed in Bandung ❤️❤️❤️

Stay here for my business trip, near xmas so i got high price for this property. I stayed at room 2nd floor, order via agoda and it said city view but it only wall. The room quite big, had simple cupboard, towel holder that was too high at bathroom and had weird tv channnel (it said hbo channel near the tv, me and my friend searched it but couldnt find and then voila...it found, and at 8.30pm it suddenly changed into Gtv, lol). The room was okay even you can hear sound in the next room, but think again if you choosed breakfast here. Located at 9th floor, i came at 8.15am, sloping floor, many foods not refill until i leave (at 8.45am) like pecel and fruits. I tried papaya and watermelon, the papaya taste bitter and sour. Egg corner's staff could not remember the order, my friend's egg offered to other guest. Small plate for main menu (rice with others menu) eventhough it tasted good, not clean bowl for porridge, the porridge sauce was messy and not worth it (at first i though it was someone's leftover), and the staff didnt clean the table properly (the leftover fell and left near the table).

Htela was under renovation and corridor dusty. Room location was I think near main road and noisy at night. Room with 2 single beds were cosy / compact in size, otherwise has most things you may need. Breakfast was excellent. Location convenient to walk to Cihapit local market and Uniqlo and local one hour bus.

This is my 2nd stay at this hotel. My 1st stay was quite dissapointing in the brekafast part. So for this stay, I choose to stay without bfast. And it went very well. The check in and out was very smooth, since they already had my data in their database, so I no longer need to give my ID card nor pay a deposit. The room was clean, the bed was comfy. It was a good stay. They undergo some renovation n building expansion, but I can tell they've tried their best to make our stay bearable and comfy although in such condition. Thumbs up for the effort. If you looking for a place to rest after spending the whole day exploring Bandung, this could be your option.

Rather noisy. Lobby is too small. Cars are queuing during drop off and pick-up, there is only one lane. TV does not work well.

1日だけの滞在ですが、繁華街の近くに有り、レストランやショッピングセンターなどが豊富で便利でした。 部屋もきれいに整われていました。

It was a very pleasant experience! It would be much better if I do not have to switch on and off the hotel wi-fi from time to time to get better connection as the coverage wasn't that great. Other than that, everything was great:)

Een prima basic, vrij nieuw ogend hotel. Het personeel is vriendelijk (sommige spreken goed Engels, andere niet). Ontbijt indonesisch en continentel. Hoede uitvalsbasis voor Bandung.

All was good. Staff very nice & helpful. Only complaint is the BREAKFAST. There should be a choice of tea bags, not just one tea in the pot. Then there is the meager fruit offering of one tiny papaya stick & one watermelon stick in the shot glass. Had to ask if they served eggs & after specifically ordering a 'poached ' egg with a runny yoke, I was served a hard boiled egg with a hard yoke. Also, I don't eat white bread which was the only bread choice. English muffin & or whole wheat bread would have been nice. My last morning I had to leave early for my Assembly so went to breakfast at 6:30am (6:00 is when breakfast starts) but they had not received their eggs yet... so I got no eggs that morning.

Booking & Transfer We stayed in Tebu Hotel for 2 nights in early March. Made a booking through Expedia and emailed to Willson Hospitality for airport transfer arrangement prior our visit. My email was replied the following day both by Willson Hospitality and Tebu Hotel. We arrived in Bandung on Wednesday late morning and Tebu Hotel staff was already there to pick us up. Reception & Checking-In The reception area is located on the first floor (1 floor up from ground level) and at the other end from hotel entrance. Therefore, you won’t be seeing reception area upon your arrival. However, they do have security guards at the entrance who are always ready to direct you to where to head to. We reached the hotel around 12noon and the checking in was fast, with no hassle. The Room We booked for a standard room. The size is quite ok, not too small. The bed is good. The bathroom worked well. And the place is clean. We were given a room on the 7th floor. The view is nice. Wi-fi is also provided. It was fast and we have no problem accessing to the internet. Breakfast Breakfast was simple yet satisfactory, mostly Indonesian cuisine but was nice. For the price that I paid for the stay...breakfast is like a complimentary, it was good. The restaurant is simple and pleasant.
