Noor Hotel

Very clean & friendly staff

Nothing

The staff provided exactly what we needed and responded right away, which was very convenient for my husband and me. The location is excellent, with many cafés and restaurants nearby. And not to forget, the breakfast was definitely the best with live cooking and new dishes every day.

The only thing I didnt like about the room was the tiny ants inside, please look into this but everything else was good.

Supervriendelijk personeel! Lekker ontbijt! Mooie kamer.

Muslim friendly, clean, very cooperative staff. Very nicely decorated

Not very much options in breakfast

The Islam vibe of the hotel.

Nothing.

Deco and attention to detail (pre-empts customer’s needs) Good service.

A bit pricey.

Comfortable, clean, good location

Thr aircond stopped functioning for about 2-3 hours on both nights at around 2.30am. We have to wait for the technician to fix the a/c to get it function again. Dont know why (we were on 4th floor)

Breakfast was good but if sn add more traditional kuih2 will be good..

The breakfast table should be set up with fork and spoon and serving tissue will be easy for guests..I fine we have to get up few time to get all the item above few time quite waste of time especially went we are in a hurry

Very welcoming and helpful staff. Elegant design. Lovely atmosphere overall. Great location near Gedung Sate and lots of cafes and a short drive to Jalan Braga.

The shower pressure and hot water could be improved.

The Noor Hotel is such a pretty little hotel that immediately makes you feel at ease with its stylish soft blue colour palette throughout. Our room was compact but beautifully decorated with thoughtful touches like free snacks, and a basket with a Koran and prayer mats for guests who need them. If you arrive late like we did, the room service is an excellent option as the food is really tasty and reasonably priced. The morning breakfast buffet is similarly great with a wonderful mix of Indonesian and continental dishes to suit the whole family. The location is perfect for exploring Bandung's cultural highlights as you can easily walk to Gedung Sate and several interesting museums nearby. The Noor Hotel strikes that perfect balance between style and comfort, with attentive service that makes you feel right at home. A fantastic choice for your Bandung stay!

Polite and cool.

The location

I had to wait two hours before checking in. I called the hotel before my arrival and asked if I could check-in at 1 pm, the hotel agreed to that. When I arrived at the hotel, I was asked to wait for two hours because the room was not clean yet.

Friendly staff, good breakfast spread, islamic ambience and strategic location

Ants in the room, fridge not working and the water heater is either too hot or too cold.

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying here. Super clean hotel & all the staff so warm welcoming and helpful

please provide more variety for breakfast esp for pastry

Everything from design to breakfast

Nothing

The staff are great - very friendly. The breakfast is lovely. The room and most of the hotel is very clean (except for the carpet outside the room). Westerners need to understand and be respectful of their Muslim culture.

We booked a balcony room, but you couldn’t open the windows to get fresh air, let alone sit on a balcony. The hotel compensated us with a room upgrade.

The staff are all friendly, help us with our transportation need. The hotel is clean. The breakfast was good

The room is a bit small

Ambience - clean, classy Islamic decor

Nil

Love the hotel's interior design and its islamic concept. Breakfast and evening snack were provided. All our needs are accomodated by the staff.

Breakfast spread could be better

This is a 3 stars sharia hotel with middle eastern interior design. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Even though it's a 3 stars hotel but their services like a 5 stars hotel. They serve zamzam water as welcome drink here. This hotel is located in strategic place. There are lot of delicious restaurants and factory outlets near here. You can also walk to Gedung Sate from the hotel or maybe you wanna ride delman. We stayed for one night in executive room. The room is spacious, with one king bed. They provide Al-Quran, prayer mat, sarong, prayer gown, and prayer beads in the room. The room complimentary are quite complete for a 3 stars hotel. There were free snacks and drink in the refrigerator There were bathrobes, slippers, iron and ironing board and hairdryer too. So you don't need to request it, it were already in your room. The room floor is parquet floor, but somehow I found water in some spot in the room, I though it came from the gap between the parquet. The bathroom was quite clean but I could see molds on shower room wall. For the breakfast, although there wasn't much choice but it was delicious. After all, it was such a pleasant to stay here.

Location, easy parking, friendly staff, cleanliness. The bed sheet and towels are clean and doesnt smell.

Breakfast menu needs improvement and more variety. Carpet near balcony and sajadah looks rugged, need replacement. A little bit pricey

The Islamic theme and facilities of the hotel are great for Muslim travellers. The TV has Makkah channel. There are sarong, Quran, telekung and sejadah in the hotel room. The receptionists were very helpful in providing info and heloed us book the fast speed train Bandung-jakarta

The location is fine, but slightly far to walk to the centre of Bandung. Also an average walk to the factory outlets like Heritage

Superbly clean and the entire part of the hotel is beautifully decorated.

Nice, cozy hotel. Swift check in and check out. Friendly and polite staffs from front office, housekeepers, room service as well as f&b staffs - all are polite and helpful. Welcome drink : Zam Zam Water with dates. Nice buffet breakfast spread. Well served room service food (we ordered almost at 11pm). Good beddings and pillows.

Homey Nice breakfast

This is the second time we are coming to this hotels. Surprisingly after 6 years the maintenance and upkeep was very good. The staff are friendly as well. Will definitely recommend this hotels to others.

We enjoyed the cleanliness and beautiful room. The Islamic nuance truly soothed our mind. We were also relieved to learn only married couple are allowed to stay. Although the breakfast was not satisfactory, we believe we would come back someday for the Islamic atmosphere, cleanliness and calming feelings we experienced at this hotel.

Comfortable place, beautiful looks (great for photos), decent breakfast and friendly staff. The only issue is the parking space, it kind off limmited but you can always do on street parking around the hotel. I assume it is quite safe. No 24 hours restourant, but hey nowadays you always have gojek for the rescue ;)

Location: Very strategic. In the middle of the city. Surrounded by lots of food. Parking: Narrow. Valet is free by the officer. Food: Due to the pandemic, only one breakfast meal is allowed. The fried rice is quite hard to eat. (nasinya keras) Room: I ordered deluxe room, good but quite cramped. Maybe if the executive is more spacious. Welcome drink and snack: dates and zam zam water. Wow impressive. Facilities: So so. Only rooms and restaurants, no swimming pool, gym, etc. TV channels: Not many but quite diverse. Food prices: Quite affordable for a boutique class hotel. If you are lazy to go out, you can order the room service, but it closes very early at 9pm. Ambience: MARVELOUS! The decoration is really GREAT. There is regulation that you cannot use a professional camera without permission. Can be fined 2.5 million. Balcony: Yes. But the door can't be opened. My balcony faces the residents' houses so the view is the clothesline aka jemuran warga. 😂😂😂 overall score: 8/10

Went there because of the rating, and because they have rooms with connecting door. Which is important for a family with teenagers like us. Turned out, we're happy with the beautiful decorations of this hotel. They pay attention to details and so in love with the baby blue color that dominates the hotel. They can fill up the mini bar for additional Rp 25k. The deluxe room we had was 21m2 small but somehow nice enough and comfortable for we just stayed for a night. I love the pillows. Rugs are clean, some do looked aged but clean enough. Breakfast was served a la carte to the tables in the restaurant, except for bread, danish, fresh milk - those are served in a small buffet. Service was excellent. The plus point is the areas was packed with FOs and restaurant - must be nice when the pandemic is over. But as we avoided crowds, we just had meals from the restaurant which were delicious and at affordable prices. Check-in and out were easy, staffs are courteous .. perhaps we will come back. Thanks.

The hotel is excellent. Every staff member greetings the customer with islamic greetings everytime we met. The interior is amazingly clean. The islamic decorations make us feeling comfortable and homey. We definitely recommend this hotel.

Received a complimentary buffet dinner for 1st night. Unfortunately the food was so so and a too salty. The breakfast variety is not so much and there are small fries on around the fruits which left open. Friendly staffs.

Awesome place to stay in,super clean, warmth hospitality, comfy pillow, great breakfast, unfortunetly the wall aren't sound proof enough so we still can hear noises from another rooms, definitely will come back ...

Love the interior decoration.

Staff friendliness, muslim boutique, the cleanliness and the hotel snacks.

Clean hotel, syariah, staff are nice, decoration pretty

It was an awesome stay at Noor Hotel. Everything is good. Good food, room and amenities. Friendly staff with smile.

Its such a calming, beautiful, and welcoming place, classy from the lobby, room, bathroom, restaurant, mini botique and merchandise prayer room was clean and peaceful. Service was delightful service. We had a car fetched us to and from the airport. We felt pampered and ended staying 4 nights here. Not a wide choice buffet breakfast as irs a small hotel but it was satisfactory. Loved the oscrambled eggs. We took long breakfasts every morning inside as well as in the garden sipping their delicious cuppacino topped with cinnamon n love the 'birds chirping' Special mention goes to staff Imah who is delighful with her summary of history, culinary and places of Bandung. All staff are accommodating to our request and very helful.Imah is excellent and an asset to the hotel. We enjoyed the weekend Jamus that Imah personally served us. Yes i highly recommend this hotel. A 5 *. (I do wish they would remove the bridal decor from the garden though).

I'm very impressed with this hotel. It's not a new hotel but they still maintain the cleanliness from the room to the toilet. I was here 3 years ago and the cleanliness still maintain. They also improved in their breakfast. I will definitely recommend my friends and relatives to this hotel.

This hotel doesn't have large capacity, but when you enter the hotel it feels spacious. The interior is beautiful, worth to value. We can feel strong religious ambience inside the hotel, in the room itself you will find complete pray set, such as tasbih for dzikr, quran, and mukena for praying. The breakfast is not too vary, I don't really remember about the meal, but I think the taste is edible. The location is strategic, close to the commercial centre. I enjoy to stay at this hotel.

Nice moroccan theme...baby blue colour is everywhere...calming... The bed is comfort...love the blue colour 👌❤ The location is near everywhere in central Bandung Staffs are friendly, they will find you parking while it is really hard to find... They sell many kind of chosen moslem needs, you should buy some...

Good hotel with classic design. Muslim friendly. The room is so clean but not spacious. The facilities in the room are all good. Praying suit and Qur'an are available in the room. Free minibar (some snacks and beverages - you can eat it up!). Good service at check in and check out. Hospitality needs to be improved esp. at the resto. I tried all the food and beverages at breakfast which I always did when I stayed at hotel coz I paid for it but the "eyes" of some staffs are not very friendly. 🤔 One of the staffs even asked me after finishing my breakfast "What room are you?"😒 Too bad. Isn't it enough to ask before having breakfast????? Guest deserves what they pay for, dude! Stay friendly as Islam does!

My wife and I like everything about the hotel. However, we noticed the towels quite old but nice smell though. Also the air con not so cold. Whateve it is, we plan to return to the hotel.

omg i don't know where to start. hotel noor was just fabulous. right from the check in until we check out. the lobby and cafe deco was pretty and makes you feel like in the fairytale movie. the room is bright, the bed was big and super comfy. they provide telekung and sejadah for muslim guest. the free minibar items was a bonus. the location is excellent. walking distance to fabulous eating place, rumah belacan. close to textile shop d'fashion. close to factory outlet, heritage. most importantly hotel noor is super clean, spotless! will definitely stay here again when i visit bandung.

My husband and I searched a hotel for our staycation in Bandung and found this hotel. We really love the ambiance and decoration of this hotel. And the staffs are really kind :) oh, and there are a lot of restaurant arround here, so we did not need to go far just for dinner 😁. Love being here.

Excellent. Staff are friendly. Location very near to Factory Outlet.

Booked Noor Hotel for my parents for their 5d4n stay. As per my parents review, the staffs in the hotel were superb. They felt welcomed from the moment they stepped into the hotel. As a child, i felt worried for my parents safety as they're in a foreign country and their portable wifi was down, so i couldnt communicate with them. I called up the hotel to check if they already checked in and the staff was polite and super friendly as he assisted to look for my parents in the hotel lobby so that i coult talk to them and not feel worried. Also, special thanks to Mr Egi Anggara for upgrading my parents room from superior to executive room, as he knew that my parents were there to celebrate my mother's birthday. As per my parent's review, the room was squeky clean and they would return to Noor Hotel if they were to come to Bandung again. Highly recommended!

Nice muslim hotel ,excellent and fast action helpfull by all staff

"Called Muslim hotel and not everyone who stay here are Muslim"... So ? what is wrong with it ? I was so angry at first when 2 of customers saying that at the front desk. After well explained by their very patient front desk person there, both of them smile and agreed this is not only about the Beautifully Boutique and Brilliant Bandung but also about the people from Noor Hotel itself... very good, passionate, patient and the hospitality that given is matter. Welcome drink from Zamzam water (Muslim holy water) and the beautiful interior and exterior really calm everyone here. This Muslim hotel not only for Muslim customers. They welcomes everyone. The lobby was amazingly decorated. Like a cloche garden with great smell. Restaurant served the best breakfast every morning and it was great for tourist like us to try their locals food at breakfast. Dont talk about their room. Nothing to complain.... baby blue background are so relaxing and give great vibes. high quality bed sheet and beautiful interior with a very nice furniture celebrates everyone who stay here. Most of my clients complaints .... we need to stay in a room more longer then having a tour later.... Because the room is so beautiful. Thank you to Mr Agie... his patient and passion shown make we might stay here again in future. Mr Putu should be awarded as a worker of the month. Thanks for helping 2 of my clients to the nearby hospital. Noor hotel will absolutely teh best boutique hotel to stay, not only for honeymooners, Muslim people, family with children, and small conference group but for everyone.... see you again soon

My family had a wonderful stay. Rooms are clean with free minibar, thats great. The items being topped up daily. Hotel staff are welcoming, friendly, cheerful and polite. We stayed for 5 nights and the breakfast menu changed daily, though simple but well presented. Hotel located near the factory outlets at Jalan Riau. We will defintely recommend friends.

We had spent two nights at this boutique hotel. An unique Mediterranean's interior with white- soft tosca green colour with matching furnitures. Very instragramable place that we could take a lot of pictures with our handphone camera. The room was small, clean, had standard facilities, and also had prayer equipment for Moslem such as sajadaa, holy Qur'an, tasbih and hijab. The restaurant served delicious dishes with average prices. The hotel's location is at the centre of Bandung city that we can access many cafe, restaurant, factory outlet just by walk.

Was there for 2 nights. It was one of the best hotel in bandung. A local boutique hotel but very elegant at the same time. Thier staffs we very polite. They serve holy water 'zam zam' as welcome drinks nd dates as snacks upon checking in!

I choose this hotel for my business trip since I read that this hotel has an Islamic ambience. I note that this hotel is very clean, and staff hospitality is the best thing that you can get during your stay. During my visit, it is easy for reaching any kind of place to shop or dine in. Thank you for providing free minibar every day, it is such a sweet compliment for us.

I have always been fascinated by Noor Hotel being a Muslim Boutique Hotel. The structure & decor brings you back to as if you are in Madinah/Mecca. What you see online on the rooms’ pictures is truly what you get there. Really beautiful & aside to that, all of the staffs are amazingly soft-spoken & sincere. Their customer service is top notch. Breakfast is not much of a variety but still sufficient. I will definitely be back! Thank you!

Check in was fast.Room is clean with nice decor. Staffs are all very friendly

It was a very nice cosy hotel......the bed was snuggly comfortable......as a Muslim, this hotel really made me feel at home...... Unfortunately.....it was a bit difficult to get to the hotel since it is not on the main road....nevertheless we did & we really enjoyed our stay there.

This is a lovely little hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s clean and comfortable as close to good restaurants and some of the main outlet malls.

Really enjoy the interio design all over . Food also very good. And hotel cozy I really admire.

Very beautiful and peaceful hotel. Must eat the stay at the restaurant just outside the hotel

Amazing hotel!! Really loves the decorations, staff are so friendly, nice food & very clean..good for muslim travellers like us.. when we arrived at the hotel to check in they serve us with ‘air zam zam & dates..in the room they put welcome snacks every day..Its good to bring family here..I will repeat to stay here in future because i loved the hotel so much.. I cannot describe with words how happy I am to stay here. Tq noor hotel..my family & I really enjoy the stay..🤗😘🤗😘🤗 Love, From Malaysia

I must say it is a hidden gem in the heart of Bandung. Lovely hotel, amazing breakfast, friendly staffs and free minibar everyday. I would love to stay at Noor hotel again in my next visit.

Everything is great about the hotel. Nothing to complaint. All of the staff are very friendly you feel welcome all the time. The hotwl smell fresh at all times and every single corner the decoration is awesome. Highly recommended if you like a very clean, beautiful and fresh smell hotel. I lkve the hotel so much. Will definitely come back.

Only breakfast not so good, the rest 5 stars. Mattress very comfortable made me to sleep for more than 10 hours.

Home away from home!

Beautiful boutique hotel located near outlet shops with lots of eateries nearby. Very friendly and attentive staff. Room is spacious and nicely decorated.

Great service, very well decorated and themed. Sadly rooms are quite small though and breakfast lacks imagination.

Pros: really lovely interior and colour palette/tone (each corner is like an instagram dream), clean, smells wonderful, very plush and comfortable pillows and bed, abundance of kurma dates, fully stocked 'snack bowl', quite decent breakfast spread, and location was very strategic and at a walkable distance to most of the spots in Jl Riau. Cons: not much to say really - perhaps just that the rooms aren't as spacious as some other hotels (but it is a 'boutique' hotel).

Hotel syariah dengan resepsionis ramah, kamar bersih, harum, menu sarapan oke

my stay was pleasant, the staff are friendly, the only draw back was the cleaning, it was not good at all. The hotel is near to Heritage factory outlet.

Good and friendly staff, near shopping areas. Clean and it is quiet.

Overall excellent stay. Food quality in restaurant inconsistent. Had a really awesome Pasta Aglio Olio for dinner and when ordered the same dish next day, it was terrible. Will definitely be back at Noor Hotel

Enjoy our stay in NOOR HOTEL. Will come back again if we go Bandung.

Amazinggg. Love this hotel. Everything is great. Service, clean, very nice design and details. Im in love.
