ONE15 Marina Hotel Sentosa Cove

It is located in a very nice area. With all of Sentosa at your hands via free shuttle buses.

Sometimes too modern technology becomes a hindrance, everything operated from one iPad on one side of bed. Apartments lacked bidets, and if you visit toilet in middle of night and need light on, it shines through whole apartment which wakes up your partner.

Das Hotel hat eine hervorragende Lage direkt an der Bucht. Die Bushaltestelle ist nur etwa 100 Meter entfernt. Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel auf Sentosa sind kostenlos, sodass man die Insel bequem erkunden kann. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal – alle Mitarbeiter waren stets sehr zuvorkommend. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich kann es uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Loved location and the fact it has two rooms for parents and children. Big spacious room.

Buffet breakfast doesn’t have a lot of range and food choices at hotel and surrounds are expensive for families.

Beautiful room with a fantastic location. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. They did their very best to help us check in as early as they could since we landed too early and was tired to go anywhere after a long flight.

The rooms were once upon a time high quality. They are now run down and in need of refurbishing.

Loved the location, latitude restaurant 👌 food was amazing ended up eating there every day we stayed as it was that good, and staff were amazing, rooms were big, clean and comfortable. We will be backagain next year

"Toilet - Bathtub" Bathtub drain was faulty, and broke again shortly after repair (fault of the mechanism, not the engineer). could do a refresh for the tub.

Property was dated, room was very basic and not well decorated. Didn’t get much sleep to the massive ramp outside the room on the Marina which people drove across every 15/20 mins until 1am which sounded like a volcano was erupting

Rooms were well maintained

No elevator maintenance . My old mother had to take stairs. Hard to find taxi to go in or out of the island. I almost missed my flight as no taxi wanted to come to the location

Nice pool area. Clean hotel.

Bed was quite hard and not very comfortable. The room is in need of some renovations, we stayed in the Monte Carlo I room which is the fanciest in the hotel and it was quite dated and old. We had no hot water for 2 days and the found out there was a switch in our room to turn the hot water on and off. It was hard to locate all the different light switches throughout. The bathroom is quite dated, the shower head pressure and water flow was not ideal it was hard to get wet and the hand held hose kinks when lifted too high. I can see it used to be a fancy place it’s just getting old and needs to be updated. However it was very clean so that was a great bonus.

We liked the breakfast, the swimming pool and the fact that the free bus stop was so close.

Poor hygiene. Stains everywhere. Dirty bathtub. Filled with bugs. Faulty blinds. Unpleasant odor. Uncomfortable bedding.

Great location n ambience .

The hotel is comfortable and located well. There is a free shuttle to the main land. The room was very big and had everything we needed.

The kids room in the hotel is rather simple. The food in both restaurants in the hotel is mediocre.

The staff were very welcoming. Nice quiet area with a good hotel restaurant.

Expensive

We got a good rate during our stay and the marina view made it all worthwhile, We also got a qr code (for re entry to sentosa) and welcome drink coupon. Room is big and clean. Especially love the tranquility of the area. Aircon from the lobby to the lift.

Location is really deep inside but we drove so it was fine with us

- Some of the furnishings really need a make over, the are badly stained and do not look appetising. - hardly got any help from the staff, also no concierge at arrival or departure - The whole hotel lacks a sophisticated touch

Location was great and rooms were presented beautifully.

There is no sound barrier in the rooms. You can hear people outside your window talking clearly down below (ie no double glazing), you can hear absolutely everything everywhere. For the rating this place has, including the high price, I would've expected that to be better.

We loved our stay here. The city was hectic due to the Grand Prix and this accommodation provided a lovely respite. It was peaceful, beautiful and easy to get to. The staff were fabulous and the meals that we had at Latitude were lovely.

It’s boutique size, fabulous views and exclusive feel.

On site breakfast expensive and limited. Same for restaurant. Needed more information re facilities and how things functioned in the room eg hot water.

Incredibilmente costoso per una struttura vecchia, con bassissima manutenzione, vasca da bagno sotto il livello di calpestio convertita in doccia. Struttura lontanissima e non collegata con Sentosa; la colazione in autogrill è decisamente migliore di quella proposta. La permanenza era prevista per festeggiare un compleanno e si è trasformata in un'esperienza estremamente negativa.

Staff were friendly and responsive. Pool was great with views of the marina. Latitude restaurant had a wide variety of food and happy hour drinks. Easily walk to lots of restaurants around the Marina Free shuttle bus nearby to take you to the other end of the island. View of the Marina from our room.

I found the airconditioning sometimes made a strange noise.

Got checked in past midnight and finding our rooms was very confusing due to numbering system and receptionist didn't make effort to show us to our rooms as was hot and sweaty by that time looking for our rooms going up and down lift ,then ask security guy who told us where our rooms were . Rooms were nice and clean . Bed was comfortable paid for hill view so wasn't much of hill just road . Santosa is very clean island and had a free shuttle to station but only found out after 2nd day as no1 told us about it .shuttle service is quiet good schedule. Make.sure u have bar code with you everytime you enter santosa otherwise charge u ,luckily next day nice man told us at reception about shuttle, bar code entry . If u like peace and quite then nice hotel in marina

Location great if you want to explore Sentosa. Close to supermarket and restaurants. Breakfast buffet great. Reception happy to call cabs for you. Family room has 2 bedrooms - bunks for kids. Great location by the marina if you like boat spotting.

The hotel felt disjointed. You have to walk past restaurants or through the foyer to get to the pool. Pool can be seen by public footpath. Better for those without families. Venue for weddings so can be noises in the evenings. No hotel or local information in rooms. Not enough USB points in room. Not as warm and luxurious feeling as other Sentosa hotels.

This hotel is part of the One15 Marina precinct, plenty of restaurants within a walk, and great walking around the area (if you can get through the security gates). Beds great, but the bathroom in our room needed an update

One15 Hotel is a beautiful property overlooking the Marina of Superyachts. The staff at the restaurant were friendly and accomodating to our needs. A convient location for the Singapore Yacht Festival

Front desk staff are helpful and friendly. Technician and cafe staff are helpful too. Environment is quiet with many restaurants nearby. This was my 3rd staycation here.

The Room was dusty and not very clean. The first night we had a big spider in the room which was not very convenient for us to move room as we were really tired. The check in staff was very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast buffet for 8 days was almost the same with very minimal changes.

The surrounding area was quiet.

The first and second times I stay was good but not this time (third time), was good at night noisy outside of the window like people working and dropping of things. Around 2230hrs. Pillow smelly on the first day. I got the pillow went I go to bed. Bathtub the discharge water hole leaking and it take a long time to fill in the water at the end I didn’t used the bathtub. There a housefly inside the room and I told the housekeeper she told me to open the sliding door and the main door but the housefly remained in the room for the next day and lucky my wife managed to kill the housefly.

The room was spacious and the view was great.

Everything was great the Hotel to the staff to the location to the Courtesy Bus to go around Sentosa Island 🏝 and to the Marina Mall. We even got a phone call to see if we like our room which we loved.
