Wir hatten ursprünglich ein normales Zimmer gebucht und bekamen ein Upgrade in den 18. und damit obersten Stock. Das Zimmer war dadurch deutlich größer und schöner als erwartet. Es war sehr sauber, geräumig und wurde täglich zuverlässig gereinigt. Auch die Lage ist sehr praktisch, da sich öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in unmittelbarer Nähe befinden. Der Pool war ebenfalls sauber und angenehm kühl.

Leider gibt es keinen eigenen Raucherbereich. Zum Rauchen muss man direkt vor das Hotel auf die Straße, und auch am Pool ist Rauchen nicht erlaubt. Für Raucher ist das daher etwas umständlich. Am Pool gab es außerdem zu wenige Sitz- bzw. Liegeplätze. Das Zimmer war trotz seiner Größe leider nicht ausreichend beleuchtet. Beim Frühstück war es teilweise sehr voll, was allerdings verständlicherweise nicht immer vermeidbar ist.

Shower head in the bathroom didn’t work properly. Club lounge facilities weren’t that great (as a 5 star you would expect a separate reception, lounge offerings were also limited for the premium price paid). For Singapore being a ccountry with excellent food, the breakfast options were disappointing that too for a 5 star property, feels more 4 star.

Great location. Very convenient to food, shops and transpo. Clean and comfortable hotel room, they even have “pillow catalogue” that you could request and they will facilitate pillow of your choice. Some staff are friendly, some are ok. The breakfast buffet was ok but Not the best we had. I recommend and will stay here again, for convenient location.

Чудовий і чистий готель з вишуканим сніданком та ввічливим персоналом. В нас було раннє заселення, тому персонал увійшов у наше положення та змістив час нашого заселення на більш зручний для нас час. Це було чудове знайомство з Сінгапуром та цим готелем!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Amazing breakfast, comfortable rooms, beds, pillows, linens. Seriously one of the best showers and deepest bathtubs I've ever experienced. Staff lovely. Nice pool.

The room was big, and the bed was huge which I loved (my husband not so much haha). The location of the hotel is great, nice and close to an MRT station, and the pool area is nice, but could benefit from more beds and chairs for sure. This hotel was one of the best I have stayed in for a well designed and very functional room. Breakfast was busy, but really good. There were so many options, literally something for everyone.

I think that our room must have had a storage room or similar above it as it was a bit noisy first thing (kind of like furniture being moved across a floor), but it didn't bother me enough to complain about it. The pool are could have had more places to sit, but I really liked this hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Charged over $160 for extra 6 hour stay. Discussed this when booking and offered free stay, but charged at checkout. Very poor service.

Pokój po zameldowaniu nie był odpowiednio czysty. Największym minusem była jednak obsługa: mało widoczna, zdystansowana i praktycznie bez zainteresowania gościem.

We stay here every time we visit Singapore and we intend to do so ongoingly. 10/10 faultless property. Kids love the room, pool and the buffet. Staff are always on point, professional, helpful and kind. Location is fantastic. The beds are like clouds.

I have stayed in several different 5 stars hotels in Singapore, and I can say without a doubt that this hotel would be my pick if I’m to go again. It’s very comfortable, the stuff is amazing and it has everything we, as family of 4 needed. The location is great and the rooms are just very comfortable. Compared to other hotels, I find this one to have the best value for money .

The breakfast was very busy. However the food was good and the stuff very attentive. It is about the only thing I can think of. However, the experience was not better in other hotels either.

We loved the location and how easy it was to catch public transport to places we wanted to sightsee! Buffet breakfast was exceptional and the room was spacious and clean! A beautiful place to stay, would definitely come back here again in the future!

Ottimo soggiorno, hotel molto bello sia per spazi comuni sia per la camera. Letti comodi e anche il terzo letto benchè fosse un divano aveva un materasso vero. Posizione comoda per tutto, molti ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze e Chinatown a due passi Bella piscina e altri benefits (palestra, campo da padel) che non abbiamo usato Personale attento

Very comfortable stay. The pool was amazing, and even tho they only have 10 or so sunbeds, somehow we always managed to find a one. Great location - between couple of different metro stations, walkable to Chinatown and amazing Hawker center just two minutes away. Excellent breakfast, and very hard working staff. Would definitely come back!

Early check in was basically at the price of an additional night, so we skipped it. The wasn’t any soap at the pool restrooms for two days, so I guess they have not been cleaned. They move your luggage themselves to your room, but one of ours was lost in the process and delivered to another guest - we had to wait couple of hours to get it back - but that happens. Nothing that would ruin the stay.

The location is convenient and lively, within walking distance of Chinatown and close to the MRT. The surrounding area is mainly a business district, so it may be particularly suitable for business travellers. The room was spacious, the visible areas appeared clean (but not), and breakfast was satisfactory, although not especially varied or memorable.

Cleanliness, service and management were far below five-star standards. The room was only superficially clean: visible surfaces had been wiped, but dirt and debris were noticeable beneath furniture and in less obvious areas. The lobby feels more like a café, while reception consists of two tiny desks beside the lifts. It felt like five-star branding without five-star service. The worst incident occurred at approximately 4:00 a.m., when reception called our room and woke us abruptly because another guest had reported noise “from somewhere.” Instead of investigating and identifying the source, staff apparently decided to telephone sleeping guests and ask whether they were responsible. When I said the noise was not coming from us, the employee casually ended the call without apologising. Unnecessarily waking paying guests at 4:00 a.m. and showing no concern afterwards is astonishingly careless and unacceptable. The next morning, I reported the incident to a manager. Despite this, we received no explanation, no meaningful apology and no follow-up before checkout. Management simply ignored the incident and waited for us to leave. A hotel’s primary purpose is to provide a safe, comfortable and undisturbed place to sleep. Thats the reason we pay for "nights" and "beds". Breakfast, a pool, a gym and a star rating are secondary. Amara failed at this basic obligation and then showed complete indifference when given the opportunity to address it. Without this incident, the hotel might have deserved 7 out of 10. I rated it 3 because “poor” accurately describes both the incident and management’s response. A hotel’s true standard becomes clear when something goes wrong. Here, we saw poor judgement, no accountability and no genuine concern for the guest. If something goes wrong during your stay, do not expect this hotel to take responsibility. If you value your sleep, peace of mind and basic respect, stay somewhere else.

部屋自体は改装されていたため綺麗だった。 トイレが独立型でよかった。 ベッド脇に汎用性コンセントがありよかった。 帰りに予約していた空港までの送迎バスが来ないトラブルがあり、夜中のため困ったがフロントスタッフがとても親身にサポートしてくれた。 スタッフは皆さん感じはよかった。

4人家族で2部屋予約したので出発前に2度コネクティングルームのリクエストをしておいたにも関わらず、コネクティングどころか別々の階を用意されており、チェックインでもお願いしたが明日にならないと用意ができないと言われた。自分の部屋の階にしかエレベーターのボタンが押せないため行き来が難しく非常に不便だった。翌日は約束したにも関わらず用意されたのはコネクティングではなく隣同士の部屋だった。共同で使用するつもりで持参したものが多く、結局滞在中ずっと不便なままだった。日本ではありえない。 またシャワーブースの水はけがとても悪く、外まで水が流れ出して大変だった。 洗面所に汎用性コンセントがなく備え付けのドライヤーしか使えなくて不便だった。

Localização excelente próximo de estações do MRT e ChinaTown e com fácil acesso aos pontos icónicos de Singapura. Muito próximo de zonas com grande oferta de restauração de qualidade. Camas e almofadas muito confortáveis. Boa climatização do quarto. Instalações de WC bastante funcionais. Pequeno almoço com boa variedade e qualidade.

Sistema de check-in/check-out assegurado por 2 pequenos balcões com expediente lento em horas de ponta. Pouca arrumação nos quartos para as roupas e pertences pessoais. Logística de pequeno almoço mal organizada. Tempo longo de espera para disponibilidade de mesa e filas intermináveis para as máquinas de café, com a agravante de que uma das duas máquinas avariou durante o nosso pequeno almoço e gerou-se o caos com uma única máquina disponível.

Location is the only good value at this hotel. It is near two MRT stations (Prince Edward and Tanjong Pagar) and the bus stop for two buses is just outside the hotel. There is also Maxwel hawker place and countless bars and restaurants 1-10 mins away. Chinatown is 15 mins away (circa 1km). There is also a mall adjacent to the hotel with two supermarkets and many food and drink options too. Room was provided two hours earlier than the official check-in time.

The refrigerator was not working. I asked twice to fix it. They would send the technician. Never. They would replace it. Never. No information was given upon arrival about things to do around, breakfast, just the room key. Breakfast buffet is poor, both in variety and taste. One requires extreme effort to drink the coffee, probably it is bought from a low cost supermarket. It is peculiar that waiters and waitresses do not use gloves when asked for a take-away glass for coffee, grabbing it in a non-hygienic way. No smoking area provided. One has to use the public smoking area in front of the hotel. The pool is overrated. What I saw in the pictures has nothing to do with reality. Room provisions were calculated for two people despite the fact that we were three. It is a good place to stay one or two nights and for business purposes only or for flight crew members, not for families.

El tamaño de la habitación es muy bueno, la ubicación para nosotros fue excelente ya pudimos hacer muchas de las rutas turísticas caminando. El desayuno es excelente, una perfecta combinación de sabores locales y occidentales.

A great and modern hotel in a fantastic and focal location. Big rooms with comfortable beds and all the needed amenities.

The property lacked of personal service in terms of having no doorman opening the front doors or anyone carrying the luggages to the room. I would expect this type of treatment at a 5-star hotel.
