Siz istemeden kesinlikle fatura kesmiyorlar, faturayı kendilerinin kesmesi gerektiği halde booking.com’dan faturamı alacağımı bile söyleyen çalışanları oldu. Booking.com dan fatura talep ettiğimde gönderildi deniyor ama gelen bir fatura yok. Fatura istemek için aradığınızda sürekli muhasebeye aktarıyorlar ama telefon hep kapanıyor kimse açmıyor. Durumu cimer’e de bildireceğim.

Останахме изключително доволни от престоя си. Всичко беше чисто, удобно и много приятно. Домакините бяха любезни и отзивчиви. Мястото напълно отговори на очакванията ни и с удоволствие бихме го посетили отново.

Location was good and central. Facilities were clean and also the spa was decent. Amazing views from the room of the mountain and surrounding.

Breakfast was supposed to be included from when I booked but it wasn’t an issue we were able to find street food locally. Also the rooms were meant to be suites but did seem a little on the small size compared to other suites we have stayed in.

Even if we stopped just for a night, we enjoyed our staying very much. The room was very spacious, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was also very big, with a spacious shower. Eventually, we really enjoyed the included pool and spa, which was a great way to start our vacation! On a side note, the personnel was very kind to us, helping us smoothly to pick a transfer from the airport to the hotel and from the hotel to the bus station to catch our transfer to Göreme.

We liked everything, nothing to complain about! Only, after having done the sauna, I was showering and somebody threw at me ice from above, also filling my flip flops with ice. I don’t know if it was on purpose or just some kind of prank from other guests, but I definitely didn’t enjoy it.

Das Personal war sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insbesondere die Bellboys, die zu jederzeit verfügbar waren. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut Ausgestattet und sauber.

Nicht ausreichende Parkplätze. Und das Frauenpersonal (Rezeption) kann sich eine Scheibe von den Männern abschneiden. Zu arrogant.

Ik kom al jaren met veel plezier naar het Radisson en heb hier altijd fijne ervaringen gehad. Juist daarom kwam deze ervaring voor mij totaal onverwacht. Dit hotel heeft voor mij altijd een goede reputatie gehad. Gelukkig doet deze ene negatieve ervaring niets af aan alle mooie herinneringen die wij hier door de jaren heen hebben opgebouwd. Daarom zal dit mij er ook niet van weerhouden om terug te komen. Ik hoop wel dat het management deze feedback serieus neemt en ervoor zorgt dat iedere gast dezelfde gastvrije ontvangst krijgt die wij in het verleden altijd hebben ervaren. Ik kijk ernaar uit om bij een volgend verblijf weer de service te mogen ervaren waar Radisson om bekendstaat.

De medewerker bij de receptie en ook de bellboy waren bijzonder onbeschoft, respectloos en niet gastvrij. Vanaf het moment van aankomst voelden wij ons niet welkom. Er werd op een onvriendelijke manier met ons gecommuniceerd en er was weinig bereidheid om mee te denken of te helpen. Voor een hotel van deze klasse hadden wij een veel professionelere en klantvriendelijkere benadering verwacht.

Все отлично! Останавливались в номере на высоком этаже в бизнес люксе, откуда отличный вид на горы и крепость. Есть спа, бассейн. Вкусный завтрак! В соседнем здании торговый центр.

L’emplacement, juste a coter du centre commercial Le parking avec les valet devant l’hotel A 10-15 minute de laeroport Le lit XXXL, nous avions demandé un lit dappoint pour notre fille de 6ans, mais finalement nous avons annulé en voyant la taille du lit, nous sommes rentré a 4 dedans (2 adulte 1 enfant 1 bebe)

Die Lage ist top. Die Ausstattung sehr gut. Das Personal sehr höflich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Wir hatten eine Raucheretage. Wenn jemand geraucht hat in seinem Zimmer, kam der Gestank rüber. Das Kingsizebett war eigentlich nur ein Doppelbett. Da hatten wir schon größere Betten in einem anderen namhaften Hotel in der Nähe.

Alle Räume waren außergewöhnlich hochwertig und sauber. Das Frühstück sehr qualitativ hochwertig und vielseitig.

Чистый с потрясающим расположением отель. Отдельно хочу отметить Диляру, которая была на ресепшен. Во всем нам она помогала. Завтраки наполненные и разнообразные.

Единственное, какой-то скудный набор моющих принадлежностей для 5 звезд. Зубную пасту и щетки предоставили только после напоминания.

I stayed at the Radisson with 3 children. We had a room on the 10. Floor. Spacious and nice. Free bottled water, tea and coffee every day. The master bed was huge and we snugged up and watched a movie in bed and still had room for more people 😬 The swimmingpool is not big, but nice. The spa is lovely. I heard from my boys who are over 5 and couldn’t join me in the women’s spa, that their spa was tiny and full with hairy men. They didn’t want to go there. The ladies side was nice and spacious and has a resting area which the men don’t have either apparently. It is very clean, fresh towels, people are constantly busy cleaning up. It’s not a big pool, but sufficient for fun and play. Breakfast was €20 pp which is for Turkish standards very expensive. They charged half price for the kids. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn’t that good. The amazing looking yogurt with fresh fruits on top, was sour. The muffins and croissants were dry. The children all had a bite and left it. We don’t waste food, so I got a little angry at them. They all said the same: to dry to eat. I took a bite of the muffin, it was unexpectedly awful. I couldn’t believe it! A high end hotel like this with not 1, but 4 bad items during breakfast isn’t ok for me… (My katmer was dry as well… I couldn’t finish it) I got a lovely coconut chocolate cake for the kids to share since they couldn’t eat their dried out muffins. But they had already left since breakfast was a disappointment for them. I would have preferred a refund instead of the cake since 3 out of 4 people didn’t eat their breakfast. But the fact that breakfast was an expensive disappointment with no solution, is not how I think it should have been handled by the lobby. Next time, we will have breakfast elsewhere. Across the street, we had amazing lahmacun and meat pides. For only 900 tl instead of 27.000 tl 😉 Besides this 1 bad thing: the stay was very nice. It feels like a very secure hotel. You can only go to the floor that your room is on. The spa is lovely. The gym was one of the best I exercised in. Nice modern equipment, but best of all: it didn’t smell like sweat. Normally, gyms always smell bad after sweaty people. Which is normal and I have no problem with it. People exercise there. It’s smelly. No problem. Here they have this great air filtering system and no smells at all. Very nice! I loved it. Our cleaning lady was also the best. Very friendly and nice. Even put the stuffed animal of the youngest nicely. These little details make it very special for children and their parents. The rain shower had a limescale problem which was weird. the water jets went in every direction except downwards 😂 Luckily, we could laugh about it. But not how a rainshower should work. All in all, it was a good stay with a few things that could be better.
