Die Lage war hervorragend und auch die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Auch der Hauseigene Parkplatz ist ideal.

Parkplatz: Einzig beim ersten Mal weiss man nicht wie man durch den Schranken auf den Parkplatz kommt da nicht beschildert und durch die enge Gasse den Straßenverkehr durchs stehenbleiben behindern.

The location of the hotel is good because it is near the banhof, bus station, lake and restaurants.

The wifi signal is weak when you are the the 3rd floor.

Direkt an der Straße. Sehr laut.

Super Lage, sehr zentral, 5 min Gehweg bis zum See und bis ins Zentrum, aber auch sehr laut, da es an der Hauptverkehrsstraße liegt. Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig. Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten war das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Wir hatten ein 4 Bettzimmer. Bei Ankunft habe ich das erste Zimmer reklamiert, da die Dusche kaputt war, der Mülleimer im Bad abgerissen war. Das zweite Zimmer war ok. Nicht wirklich viel Platz für 4 Personen aber ok. Fliesen waren im Bad kaputt, in den Ecken waren Spinnweben irgendwie hatte das Zimmer „runde Ecken“:-) da die Ecken sehr staubig waren. Am ersten Morgen war zu 9 (Frühstück bis 10) der Eierkocher und der Wärmebehälter für das Rührei rausgezogen und auf nach Frage wie der Eierkocher funktioniert, bekommt man eine Antwort bei der man das Gefühl hat man wäre der unfreundlichere Mensch auf der Welt.

Personeel was niet zo vriendelijk (geen goeiemorgen, zuur kijken). Enkel receptiepersoneel was vriendelijk. Ontbijt was heel beperkt, maar wel lekker.

Excelente localização em Zell am See, a poucos passos dos restaurantes, com fácil acesso de carro aos atrativos da região. Possui um bom estacionamento junto ao hotel. Quarto que ficamos tinha bom tamanho e uma sacada para relaxar. Apesar de não ter ar condicionado e os dias estarem quentes, a temperatura à noite era agradável dentro do quarto. Bom café da manhã com itens de qualidade.

Banheiro do quarto tinha porta de correr que não fechava por completo e sanitário pouco usual/estranho. Internet por wifi não funcionava no quarto, apenas nas áreas comuns. Já sabíamos que o acesso aos quartos é somente por escadas, e não foi um problema para nós, mas há de ficar atento caso haja dificuldade de locomoção.

We stayed here for 6 nights as part of our European Road Trip. The hotel is in a central location with parking. The town, ski lifts, bus station and train station are in easy walking distance. Great breakfast set us up for our days activities

Our room overlooked the main road. We did not have any air conditioning so when the window was open it was very noisy. When the window was closed it was too hot, though there was no noise. This may not be as much of an issue in winter.

Ganska slitet rum. Flera saker var trasiga i badrummet.

Unser Zimmer bedarf eine gründliche Reinigung. Die Einrichtung ist abgelebt. Es lag unmittelbar an der Ortsdurchfahrt und war dadurch sehr laut.

Sehr zentral, unkomplizierter Check in. Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut.

Betten sind schon etwas durchgelegen.

The location was great. Everything within walking distance. 5 minutes walk to the lake.

Everything went well, start at the location , it's in the centre, so everything is walkable, unless you want to go further up in the mountain you need to take the bus which was always on time and drivers are very friendly. The room , at first I was like ,oh there's no air condition, which was a down fall during the day as the weather was hot as it's summer time anyway, but during the night , I was worried I would not be able to sleep, but surprisingly enough, all of us had a very good sleep with only a fan on, as the temp. goes down during the night. The room lighting is a little bit too bright even the one on the side table, probably is one thing I would like to have during the night is a dimmer light. The breakfast, it depends on what you like, but for me and my family we enjoyed it, lots of healthy options, you can even make your sandwich to go when you you're out and about. We did not get to have our breakfast on our last day as we have to go very early, so the owner made sure for us to have a breakfast to go ,for us to take, which was so thoughtful of him. From the time of booking till the end of our 4 days holiday, The staff of Glasererhaus have been very accommodating and helpful, from the owner Hans and wife, the staff, particularly Angelika, whom I've bothered with lots of questions prior to our holiday ,helped me all the way, Hans the owner, made sure that we enjoyed our stay by telling us all the activities we can attend and see in the centre, how to go from one place to another, and made sure we have our food to go on our last day, he even messaged me not to forget to collect the food. All the staff at Glasererhaus were lovely and very friendly , particularly Ate Nancy who prepared our food to go, woke up early to prepared our food. We would definitely recommend the hotel to our friends and family, one of the best place we've ever been.

I think it's just the side table light, it's kind of too bright and some tea, coffee and kettle in the room ,everything else are good.

Vse je bilo OK, morda označenost hotela je nekoliko slaba oziroma se sprva mimo odpelješ....

Localização boa, café da manhã muito bom e facilidade com o estacionamento ao lado do hotel.

Não tinha elevador, tivemos que subir tres lances de escada com as malas.

Parkoviště placené, v hotelu není výtah, snídaně skromnější. Hotel je u hkavni cesty, takze hluk od provozu. V době naší návštěvy byla hotelová restaurace uzavřena.

Normal große Zimmer die komfortabel und praktisch sind (ohne Klimaanlage). Lage des Hotels ist zentral doch ist seitlich die Hauptstraße. Es gibt Frühstück im Preis inbegriffen mit wirklich allem das schmeckt.

Skittent vegg til vegg teppe, Utrolig liten dusj, er ei dame på 160 cm str 38. Når jeg syntes den er liten, hva syntes mannen min tror dere. Damen i skranken om morgenen så ikke opp å hilste når vi gikk til frokost. Mye interessant på PC en tydeligvis. Synd for han vi møtte ved ankomst, men dessverre hjalp ikke det .... Frokostbuffé området også trangt.....

The location, in the center of the town

The bathroom is way too small, I could hardly take a decent shower.

This is a budget hotel but was good value for money. Room was small but good. The weather was very hot but a fan was provided. The breakfast was plentiful. Parking on site available but the best was Angie on reception. So helpful and always with a smile.

It is on the main road so it is a bit noisy.

Die Freundlichkeit von den Mitarbeitern an der Rezeption und beim Frühstücksraum war super!

Das es keinen Lift gibt und man alles die Stiege rauf tragen muss. Und die Zimmer sollten mal renoviert werden, den die sind schon eher abgewohnt.

Man konnte kaum schlafen, weil es im Zimmer sehr heiß war und keine Klimaanlage vorhanden war. Selbst bei geschlossenem Fenster hörte man jedes vorbeifahrende Auto von der Straße. Es gab keinen Aufzug, und sowohl die Betten als auch der Boden quietschten bei jeder Bewegung. Im Badezimmer gab es eine Lüftung aber die hat nicht richtig funktioniert sodas es während bzw nach dem duschen sehr stickig war. Die Kissen waren so flach, als würde man ganz ohne Kissen schlafen. Am Morgen konnten wir nicht einmal duschen, weil es kein warmes Wasser gab. Auch das Frühstück bot nur eine sehr magere Auswahl. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr enttäuschend und entspricht nicht unseren Erwartungen. Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht weiterempfehlen.

Super nice hotel with a spacious room. No ac, which was a bit bad during the summer heat.

Mysigt boende, bra service

The location was convenient and our quad bedroom was great for our family. Special shout out to the breakfast team who organised gluten-free bread for one of our kids who is a coeliac. And the breakfast overall was terrific. The reception explained transport provided maps and other useful tips.

Fair warning there is no elevator so if you’re on the top floor with a heavy bag, good luck. We also stayed during a heat wave and although the room had a fan and good Cross ventilation there was no air-conditioning; and because the hotel is situated on a corner of a busy thoroughfare when sleeping with windows open passing trucks would wake us - though I doubt this would be a problem during winter given double glazing.

Ik vond de badkamer vies. Schimmel en zo. Kamer heel simpel. Kamer aan achterzijde lawaaierig. Ivm de warmte moest je wel ramen openzetten. Dat gaf veel herrie van verkeer, terras en overlast van rokers.

Die Nähe zum See, Parkmöglichkeit, Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, beim Frühstück gab es sehr gute Aufstriche

Unfassbar laut, sobald das Fenster geöffnet wurde und das die ganze Nacht, da das Hotel an einer extrem befahrenen Straße liegt. Sobald das Fenster geschlossen war, hat es modrig gerochen. Wir konnten keine der 3 Nächte schlafen. Die Haustüre wurde nie abgesperrt, sodass jeder Fremde überall Zugang hatte. Die Rezeption war meistens nicht besetzt. Der Frühstücksraum war am Buffet sehr eng, sodass sich oft eine lange Schlange gebildet hat.

Café da manhã muito bom, chuveiro maravilhoso, cama boa, localização boa, pessoal muito gentil, gostei!

Os travesseiros não são confortáveis e o banheiro não é muito iluminado.

Direkt an der Strasse, leider zu laut gewesen. Nach einer Bitte, haben wir ein anderes Zimmer gekriegt.

Egyszerű bejelentkezés, szauna használata rugalmasan kezelt, mi bekapcsolhattuk, hamar felfűtött. A reggeli isteni volt.

Az ágy nekem puha volt, de ez csak nagyon apróság, van akinek ez a jó.

Savršena lokacija, gotovo u samom centru. Privatni parking pored hotela. Izvrstan i raznovrstan doručak. Sobe odlične. Sve izvrsno.

Die lage ist perfekt. Alle waren freundlich und es war sauber. Das Frühstück - sehr gut.

Die Duschkabine muss repariert werden. Der Geruch im Haus.

Nos dieron una habitación grande, bien espaciosa, muy cómoda. Súper bien ubicado. El desayuno muy rico y abundante. El personal muy amable siempre dispuesto a evacuarnos dudas y darnos recomendaciones. Sin duda volvería

De kamer was een beetje gedateerd.

It was easy to find, the location is okay. Pretty close to the main street and the lake. Breakfast was okay. The lady at reception was super friendly, thanks!!! She advised a really nice restaurant and gave her advice on activities. Also nice mountain view from the room.

The beds were not good, pillows were extremely small. Okay for one night, but would be a pain to stay longer. The hotel is a bit old, but that was okay as we had just one night stay.

Das hotel liegt nahe dem Zentrum, Parkplätze sind vorhanden, allerdings wenn man über booking bucht kostet der Parkplatz 8 Euro pro Tag. Die Auswahl am Frühstück Buffet ist reichlich und sehr gut. Wir waren hier nur für 1 Nacht da wir auf der Durchreise sind, wären sonst gern länger geblieben.

Wir wurden nett empfangen und unser Zimmer war bei Bezug sehr sauber. Wir haben beide gut geschlafen und das Frühstück war auch absolut in Ordnung. Der Frühstücksraum ist hell und freundlich und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Ich empfand die Polster als viel zu klein und leider roch es im Badezimmer unangenehm nach Abfluss als wir ankamen.
