Everything was wonderful! The guesthouse is perfectly located—close to the train station, the city center, the waterfront, and one of the funiculars. The hosts are a very pleasant and welcoming couple. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—which is so important after spending all day on your feet enjoying the beautiful local lake and mountains. The house has retained a charming, authentic feel, and the blooming geraniums on the windowsill were a real delight. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality!

Nachhaltigkeit, teilweise Bio-Produkte, Lage sehr gut - zentral, Bushaltestelle in 2 Min. erreichbar, Bahnhof in gut 5 Min. mit Balkon, obwohl nicht gebucht kostenlos Wasser / Sprudel

Het personeel en ontbijt was prima. Het lag centraal en alles was makkelijk te bereiken.

Wij lagen aan de straatkant waar het in de ochtend nogal rumoerig was. Geen airco en als je dan de ramen open liet staan hoorde je alle geluiden. Ik had ook een slecht matras. De kamer koste voor 2 nachten 421 euro min 30 euro Booking.com korting maakt 391, maar bij het uitchecken moest ik 30 euro parkeerkosten betalen omdat ik via Booking.com geboekt had? Ik was en beetje verontwaardigd en daarom hoefde ik de koffie van een dag daarvoor niet te betalen. Al met al een rare situatie.

We like everything here (the location, the room, the breakfast and definitely the hosts) and it’s in our comeback list if somehow we’re visiting Zell Am See again.

The owners were so incredibly friendly and welcoming which really made staying here like a home from home. The location is perfect, 1 minute walk to the cable car, less than 5 to the lake but in a nice quiet street. Delicious breakfast included every day which really set us up for the day. There is also a kitchen available with a fridge for guests - we used this to make sandwiches and avoid high costs for lunches at the mountain stations. We were given a "Sommerkarte" which provided free access to cable cars, swimming pools on the lake, buses and a boat trip on the lake - we weren't expecting this but it was really welcome! Our room had a lovely balcony which was perfect for relaxing on at the end of a busy day exploring. So much to see and do in the region, our only regret was we had to leave!

Byli jsme zde ubytováni poprvé a plná spokojenost. Umístění pensionu v klidné zóně města a zároveň centrum blízko dochodné. Parkoviště soukromé přímo u ubytování i když kapacita je těsně na limitu ubytovaných hostů. Majitelé příjemní, empatičtí. Osobně se podílejí na každodenním provozu a snaží, se operativně zajišťovat potřebné požadavky klientů, včetně drobností ihned při příjezdu, které potěší (welcome drink...) Snídaně bohatá a pestrá. Rozmanité pokrmy, hodně ovoce. Vše kvalitní a super. Na vyžádání další přídavky, včetně různých druhů kávy. Poměr cena versus nabídka plně vyhovuje. Nemalým benefitem k ubytování je též Sommercard, umožňují zdarma využít zdarma lanovky v okolí, bazén, loď na jezeře a další vstupy. Pokud budeme plánovat cestu do této oblasti, rádi se do tohoto ubytování vrátíme.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The view from the guesthouse was beautiful, the room was clean and comfortable and the food was good. Most of all, the hospitality was kind and welcoming 🥰

老闆非常親切又熱情，一抵達就遞上冰涼的香草水，並接過我們的行李，幫我們送到房間 每天早餐時間換著花樣變魔術和客人互動，某天早上還帶著可愛狗狗出來見客，非常可愛又有愛 早餐非常棒，有煎蛋歐姆蛋等現做蛋料理，夏天還提供滿滿的各式莓果，非常好吃 房間布置得很溫馨，陽台很大，坐在陽台發呆看風景吹風很舒壓，滿滿的度假風 提供的夏季卡非常的好用，玩好玩滿幾乎都不需要額外的花費

房間雖然有點小，但稍微挪動一下還是可以把兩個大行李箱攤開

Hotel primo u lanovky City express, 5 minut chuze od centra mesta, velmi prijemni majitele, parkovani primo u penzionu, utulny pokoj s balkonem, dobre snidane,… lednice neni na pokoji (to je skoda) ale je k dispozici ve spolecne casti ubytovani. Zell am See - Kaprun Summer card k ubytovani zdarma- narozdil od jinych casti Rakouska se doopravdy ubytovani s touto kartou 100 % vyplati - zdarma lanovky na na Kitzsteinhorn, high mountain reservoirs, Schmittenhohe, Maiskogel, plavby po jezere, koupaliste, muzea, soutesky, vlaky a busy v cele oblasti take zdarma (realne usetrite stovky eur!)

Das Frühstück war super, es gab viel zur Auswahl. Frische Beeren und Obst, Samen, Aufstriche und Marmeladen. Eier in verschiedenen Variationen, gute Auswahl an Brot und Belägen. Die Frühstücksbetreuerin war ein tolles Mädchen!

Die Betten waren ein bisschen hart und sehr quietschend.

Localisation à proximité de toutes commodités et accès pour se divertir. Accueil avenant, de bons conseils et parlant français. Cadre et service typique autrichien remarquable et remarqué. BRAVO. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet : complet et avec produits locaux. Carte d'hôte appréciable.

Un détail qui n'a pas vraiment altéré le séjour: insonorisant dans espace petit déjeuner. Quelques peu bruyant. Des feutres aux pieds de chaises seraient un plus.

تعامل صاحبه الفندق وزوجها وكذلك موقع الفندق يبعد 5 دقائق عن سنتر زيلامسي ونظافة الغرف

الفندق اثاثة قديم لا يوجد في الغرفة ابسط الاشياء مثل غلاية الماء وكذلك لايوجد ثلاجة ولا حتى ماء ولا كنيلكس وحتى تكرمو سلة للقامة غيرر موجوده بالغرفة وحتى الافطار عادي لا يوجد تنوع ولا يناسب الخليجين وبعد ساعة 5 يتم قفل مدخل باب الفندق ويحتاج يكون معك مفتاح حتى تدخل عند عودتك باليل

Les conseils précieux en français ( bus, horaires, Rando adaptée, concert gratuit....) et la disponibilité de l'exquise hôtesse. Un plus irremplaçable qui ont fait de ce séjour un enchantement. L' emplacement est excellent aussi ( télécabine, bus, baignade dans le lac, hyper centre mais au calme). TB pour les aménagements ( parking, café et boissons, cuisine équipée...).

Tolle Lage direkt an der Seilbahn. Super nette Gastgeber mit vielen Tipps für Ausflüge. Traditionelles Haus, familiengeführt. Leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück. Großes, modernes Bad.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen.

1. 위치: 버스 정류장과 가깝고 첼암제 역도 도보 거리에 있어요. 새벽 마다 첼암제 호수를 산책할 수 있어요. 슈미텐회헤 오르는 시티익스프레스 텁승장이 숙소 바로 옆에 있어요. 2. 직원의 친절함: 호텔에서 편안하게 지낼 수 있게 도와주실 뿐 아니라, 첼암제에서 좋은 시간을 보낼 수 있도록 정보도 주셨어요.

De locatie is midden in het stadje dus je kan overal naartoe lopen. De kamer was prima, beetje kleine badkamer maar comfortabel bed! We zaten helemaal boven dus het was een beetje warm maar we hadden een fijn balkon. Het personeel is super aardig en behulpzaam!

Locatia este bine pozitionata, foarte aproape de zona pietonala cu restaurante, percum si in imediata apropriere a statiei de autobuz, intr-o zona linistita. Camerele sunt curate si racoroase chiar daca temperaturile au fost ridicate in perioada in care am fost noi cazati. Gazdele si personalul au fost foarte amabili si atenti la nevoiele clientilor.

Vriendelijke eigenaren, nette kamer met balkon en zicht op de berg, lekker ontbijt, alles perfect. Pal aan kabelbaan city-express, wat ideaal is om te wandelen. En met de sommercard die we kregen van het hotel kan je gratis gebruik maken van alle kabelbanen en het openbaar vervoer.

We liked everything about Pension Hubertus. The room was comfortable and very clean, the atmosphere was warm and family-like, and the breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of options and a personal touch that made it feel special. What we enjoyed the most was the exceptional friendliness and availability of the owners and the entire staff. They were the kindest people we met during our holiday and gave us many useful tips about places to visit and events to attend. We absolutely loved our stay in Zell am See, and Pension Hubertus was close to everything, making it very easy to get around. We highly recommend it and would gladly stay there again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse och kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Beate och Bernd är fantastiska värdar som fick oss att känna oss varmt välkomna från första stund. Rummet var skinande rent, bekvämt och väl omhändertaget. Frukosten var mycket god med ett stort utbud av färska och välsmakande alternativ. Läget är perfekt för att upptäcka den vackra omgivningen och samtidigt njuta av lugnet. Det som verkligen gjorde vistelsen speciell var värdarnas genuina omtanke och gästfrihet. De gjorde det lilla extra för att vi skulle trivas, och det märktes att de verkligen bryr sig om sina gäster. Tack för en underbar vistelse! We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The surroundings are beautiful and only steps to the lake. The summer card offered by the hotel added a great value to our trip. The property is in excellent condition, and our room was spacious, comfortable, and freshly updated. What truly made our experience special were the hosts / owners. They are incredibly kind and genuinely care about their guests and the hotel. Their attention to every detail made our stay perfect and unforgettable. We would highly recommend this hotel to our friends and family, and we would happily come back anytime. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko od centrum ale w spokojnym miejscu, blisko kolejki linowej. Pyszne śniadania a przede wszystkim bardzo mili i przyjaźni gospodarze. Polecam ten pensjonat.

Skønneste hotel. Perfekt beliggenhed. De flotteste vandre ruter lige ved siden af. Værterne er så søde, og sørger for du får set alt det bedste rundt i Zell am See. Vil helt sikkert booke dette sted igen , også er det et rigtig østrisk gasthaus hvilket er så hyggeligt. Der er rent og jeg bad om et stille værelse og fik jeg 😊 Og rigtig god morgenmad 😋

The owners Beate and Berndt is very kind and helpful and it’s nice to stay in a privatly owned hotell. The location is perfect, next to the bus stop for easy acces to everything. It’s also very close to city express cable car. The breakfast was very good. I especially liked that small touches like fresh blueberries. The stay also included the summercard. The summercard saved us at least 200€ each because with it almost all sights including cable cars are free! Fantastic! We stayed here in the summertime and if we came back to Zell am See we would definatly stay here again!

Maybe a bit hard beds but it was the same at other hotels we stayed at in Austria

We were traveling by bicycle and the hotel has a first floor bike storage room. When we arrived, sweaty, we were greeted with a pitcher of flavored water which was just what we needed. The owners took care to check in with us ( and every guest) about plans for the day and provided helpful suggestions about things to do. The hotel stay came with the Zell Am See/Kaprun visitor card and mobility pass so we could ride public transportation anywhere in the region for free as well as receive free or reduced entry to local attractions. The breakfast buffet is outstanding and gluten-free bread was provided for us. There is also a small guest kitchen available. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay here! Super friendly owners; help wherever they can and share all information you need. I did a triathlon on the other side of the lake. Easy to access, 5km away and I could simply cycle there. Anyway a great location for cycling or hiking trips, the cable lift was right in front of the door. The summer card was included which offers plenty of activities. Lovely breakfast. We enjoyed the athmosphere a lot. Highly recommendable!

Hosts were incredibly welcoming, outstanding location close to the bus station, cable car (when in operation) and town centre. The Summer Card was so useful. Nice big room, very traditional Austrian decor throughout.

The hosts Beate and Bernd were extremely kind and they were like private guides for hiking, eating, everything. Never had that host-experience in other hotels before. Breakfast was absolutely perfect! Ecological and lots to choose from. The room was very clean and with a great view to the hills. Extremely close to the mountain. Comfortable beds and curtains that black out. We are very happy with our stay and if we ever go back we would book this hotel and not any other.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr herzlich und außerordentlich hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffett war sehr reichhaltig und die Frühstückseier würden auf Wunsch individuell zubereitet. Dank der Sommerkarte haben wir spontan einen Ausflug zum Kitzsteinhorn unternommen, dies war sehr schön. Auch die Bootsfahrt auf dem See ist zu empfehlen.

Das Zimmer war sauber und komfortabel, das Frühstück sehr lecker und frisch. Die Lage ist perfekt – ruhig, aber trotzdem nah am Zentrum und den Skiliften. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! ⛷️😊

Amazing hotel. Right next to the lift. Staff amazing. The owners have managed to keep this hotel super comfortable and friendly whilst offering modern conveniences. A real gem that is understated but perfectly formed.

Lovely and friendly staff, very nice breakfast (although this was added cost), the location was superb for the ski slopes. The room was nicely decorated and maintained and the shower was very hot and very powerful - just what you need after being on the slopes!

The wifi was a bit slow on a few occasions although luckily I had enough mobile data to create a wifi hotpot and access my own wifi from my laptop. It wouldn't be so good for streaming or uploading documents to emails if you didn't have your own wifi connection.

Perfect location next to the cityXpress cable ski lift. Very clean and nice room with balcony and a great view. Superb breakfast buffet. The hosts, Beata and Bernd are the best host I have met, always around, ready to help and give informations. We had a fantastic time and if we go skiing again in Zell am See Hotel Pension Hubertus will be our first choice :)

Sehr nettes Personal, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten einen lustigen Aufenthalt in der hübschen kleinen Pension. Die Lage ist großartig und das Après Chill direkt am Haus vortrefflich. Es gibt einen Skikeller, Treffraum im Warmen, wenn es draußen zu kalt ist, Getränke auf Vertrauensbasis, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück mit Unterhaltungswert und netten Kontaktauch mit anderen Gästen.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern.

Everything about the Hubertus was perfect. The owner and staff were friendly and very helpful. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the mountain and lake. The location was perfect for the ski lift and was only a couple of minutes' walk from the centre. I would definitely stay here again.

Extrem freundliches und immer hilfsbereites Personal. Tolle Lage direkt an der CityExpress Seilbahn zum Hochfahren und Aussicht genießen. Super für Leute mit Fahrrad - extra versperrter Raum für das Rad. Lage sehr gut, Frühstück ist lecker, alles was man braucht.

Zu den Betten kann ich nicht viel sagen, da ich aufgrund Event-Nervosität (IronMan 70.3) ohnehin nicht gut und nicht viel geschlafen habe.

Struttura letteralmente a 2 passi dalle piste da sci, stanze confortevoli, colazione ottima. I proprietari sono presenti, gentili, attenti e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie di cuore!

Замечательные владельцы отеля, муж и жена. Муж( Бернд) говорит по русски, очень уютно и кажется что ты дома) прекрасное расположение, чистые и теплые номера. Вкусный завтрак) Есть несколько кухонь, по одной на каждом этаже где можно приготовить покушать, а также оставить продукты в холодильнике. Также есть небольшое помещение где стоят столики и можно вечером когда закрывается apre ski, попить чая, кофе или другие напитки) Рядом центр города, магазин spar в паре минут ходьбы, там есть все необходимое, также рядом магазин bipa с косметическими средствами и тд. Много ресторанов в пешей доступности, также хорошее сообщение общественного транспорта. В декабре 2026 года мы опять приедем в этот отель)))

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Es hat uns in der Pension sehr gut gefallen und die Lage war optimal.

The staff, especially the hosts are the most amazing and kind people I have ever met in any trips. The location is fantastic if you are here for skiing/snowbording, breakfast is good as well.

Sometimes the WiFi is not working very well so connect to your own hotspot if you want to game ;)

The owners/staff set this place above others I've stayed in locally. From the extremely warm welcome (including a shot of local schnapps) I knew we'd chosen the right place. The accommodation is spotlessly clean, recently renovated and very comfortable. The location is incredible. Right at the lift station for those who ski, but being a 5 minute walk from the centre means that it's nice and quiet at night. The breakfast was amazing, including freshly cooked scrambled eggs. Lovely fresh breads, cakes, fruit and yogurts were also on offer, with freshly made organic coffee. It was a shame we only booked for 1 night

Owners were excellent and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Besides the wonderful helpful and kind owners, the hotel is next to the beautiful green mountain yet only a few minutes walk to the heart of the historic center with excellent restaurants and another few minutes to the lake.

Die Pension liegt in sehr zentraler Lage. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Die Besitzer der Pension sind sehr freundlich und sollte mal ein Problem auftauchen, wird schnellstmöglich nach einer Lösung gesucht und erledigt. Großer Vorteil, man bekommt die Zell am See Kaprun Sommercard!

직원분들 모두 친절하시고 아침식사도 맛있습니다. 위치도 역에서 도보 가능하고 근처에 마트도 있어서 편리했습니다. 숙소에 조리해서 먹을수 있는데 주방이 있어서 식사를 사먹지 않을 경우 유용 했습니다. . 그외 다른 점은 방도 너무나 크고 좋고 깨끗하고 창문 열면 보이는 뷰도 좋습니다. 너무 번화가가 아니라서 조용하게 쉬기 좋습니다.

체크인 할때 미리 주방이나 다른 시설들에 대해서 설명해 주었으면 좋았을 텐데 몰랐다가 다른 투숙객에게 이야기를 듣고 주방이 있는 것을 알게 되었습니다

- neskutečně krásná lokalita, nedaleko lanovky, centra města i hromadné dopravy - trezor na pokoji - každodenní úklid na pokoji pokud nebyl visačkou vyloučen

- snídaně byly sice rozmanité zcela dostačujícího množství, ale každý den naprosto stejné - stejné uzeniny, stejný sýr, stejné pečivo, koláč... - plně chápu bezpečnostní opatření ohledně požáru a s tím související nemožnost uvařit si kávu či čaj na vlastním pokoji, ale je to věc, která alespoň nám velmi chyběla, byť byla možnost si kávu uvařit z kávovaru, nebo v kuchyňce v jiném poschodí - matrace na pokoji jsou velmi měkké a vždy jsem tak nějak skončil uprostřed, jako by byly z kopce - nefunkční TV (hláška žádný signál)

Majitelia sú veľmi veľmi veľmi milí ľudia. Venovali nám maximálnu pozornosť od príchodu, až po odchod. Super raňajky každý deň. Perfektné vlastné parkovanie priamo u penziónu. A veľmi prívetiví k motorkárom. Určite, keď by som sa vrátil, neváham a ubytujem sa znova. Ďakujem rodine za venovanie a pozornosť.

Came here for the 70.3 Zell am See Ironman. Had a great stay! Het personeel doet alles om je op je gemak te brengen. Ontbijt is goed verzorgd en locatie is top. Extra fijn is de faciliteiten om zelf te koken. Het is wel handig zelf iets van pannen mee te nemen. Voor sporters dieet is het top!

Small bathroom.

The hotel owners and staff were really are interested in the hotel and how its run smoothly. The Austrian breakfast was consistently very good along with the service. Location is perfect , quiet but walking distance to everything is 5 mins. The Summer card was a extra bonus which was exceptional value. lido, boat trips, lake cruise, cable cars, and many more all for free. The longer you stay the more things you can do to make it more valuable. Zell am see is lovely in the summer with so much to do.

Perfekte Lage und sehr herzliches, familiäres Personal, das uns mit tollen Ausflugs- und Wandertipps versorgt hat. Das Frühstück ist ein Traum – alles bio, regional und mit viel Liebe zubereitet. Besonders angenehm: Im Sommer haben wir die Sommercard erhalten, mit der viele Seilbahnen, Busse sowie Eintritte kostenlos waren. Auch im Hotel gibt es kostenloses Wasser. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Ein Aufenthalt in der Hotel Pension Hubertus ist kein Urlaub sondern ein nach Hause kommen und zwar vom ersten Tag an. Man hat das rundum sorglos Paket. Restaurants reservieren, Ausflüge buchen, über Aktuelles informieren ist hier für Beate und Bernd eine Selbstverständlichkeit und kommt absolut von Herzen. Beim Frühstück erwartete uns die immer gut gelaunte Küchenfee Gilda und erfüllte uns sämtliche Sonderwünsche. Während des Frühstücks wirbelte Rebecca durch die Zimmer. Auch hier war alles perfekt. Nach solch einem Personal würde sich manch 5*Hotel die Finger lecken. Die Lage der Pension ist fabelhaft. Wir waren bestimmt nicht zum letzten Mal hier. Dankeschön für eine unvergessliche Zeit und bleibt genauso wie ihr seid.

Helt fantastiskt boende med familjär miljö - ett jättegulligt par som äger och det kändes som man bodde hemma hos dem. Ligger helt perfekt! Vi kommer bo här igen nästa gång vi är i Zell.

Sängarna var lite hårda men min man sov superbra.

Het vriendelijke personeel. Alles mooi verzorgd en schoon. Zelfs glutenvrij brood voor mijn vriendin werd geregeld.

Placering af hotellet i byen, samt venlige værter.

Sengene og det værelse vi havde mindede mere om en cigarkasse. Værelset kunne godt få en mindre opdateringer af trærammen og trækassen om sengen. Det larmede utrolig meget.

Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk. Beate en Bernd zijn enorm gastvrij en zorgen ervoor dat je je direct thuis voelt. De Summer Card is geweldig: daarmee kun je vanaf het naastgelegen busstation eenvoudig alle kanten op. Alleen al daarom is dit verblijf een enorme aanrader. Het ontbijt is heerlijk en van hoge kwaliteit. De vriendelijke dame die het ontbijt verzorgt werkt keihard en doet dat met zichtbaar plezier. Echt top!

Niets om echt over te klagen. Ik zou dit zo weer boeken.

Lovely staff. Owners were very helpful, personable and on hand for everything. Rooms were spacious with wonderful views. Breakfast was excellent. Location perfect for town and cable car. On site parking a bonus.

Slightly small bathroom, but nothing that wasn't manageable, even for a tall person like me!

Lovely and pretty hotel with great location om Zell am See. But the best thing is the friendly and helpful owners!

Un coup de cœur. L'hôtel est adorable et très bien situé,. L'accueil est top, le personnel veille à notre confort. La propriétaire parle français et cela nous a été bien utile pour nous donner plein d'explications. Un vrai coup de cœur

주인분들과 직원들이 항상 친절하고 밝게 대해주십니다. 중심가도 가깝고, 공용주방이 있어서 간단하게 음식을 해 먹을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 밤에는 조용했고, 발코니에서의 전망도 좋았습니다. 조식에서 매일 주문에 따라 직접해 주시는 계란 요리도 좋았고, 숙박 시설로는 최고였습니다.

욕실의 샤워부스가 협소하긴 했지만, 불편하지는 않았습니다.

La proximité avec la station de téléphérique City Express ; la gentillesse et l’amabilité du personnel . Très bon petit déjeuner. La pratique du français par la patronne.

This is a family run hotel and is only about a 5 minute walk from the train station and is right by one of the gondolas that goes partway up the mountain. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. The innkeepers are very personable; we enjoyed talking to them and so did everyone else. We did not have nearly enough time to explore and do all the hikes we wanted to so we plan to return and will definitely stay here again.
