Fahrstuhl seit 1 Jahr und drei Monaten kein tüv mehr laut Plakette zuletzt 06.2025, Einem so dreckigen und ekelhaften Teppich im Zimmer voller Flecken und dreck als wäre dort gerade wer abgestochen worden. Ein sehr unangenehmer Geruch im Eingangsbereich sowie Treppenhaus.

Reviewed Sep 7, 2026Brokastis tur nepiedāvā, bet lejā ir kafeinīca/restorāns/picērija, strādā līdz vēlam vakaram, blakus ir veikals, kur pārtiku var nopirkt. Ir glāzes; pietrūka nedaudz kāda šķīvīša un karotes/dakšiņas, bet tas arī nebija paredzēts. Ļoti tīrs, katru dienu numuriņš tika uzkopts. Autobuss - gan uz pilsētu, gan uz lidostu - turpat zem logiem.
Man vakarā bija jāstrādā, bet pie galda nebija lampa. Gultā strādāt nav tik ērti. Lifts strādāja tikai pa dienu - kad mēs tur nemaz nebijām, bet galu galā staigāt ir labi, un tie daži kāpieni uz/no 4 stāvu nemaz nebija slikti. Mazliet pa skaļu, jo blakus ir slimnīca, un var dzirdēt NMP mašīnas - bet šķiet tā ir visā Berlīnē.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Wir hatten wieder einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnliche Freundlichkeit des gesamten Personals. Alle Mitarbeitenden waren jederzeit hilfsbereit, herzlich und lösungsorientiert, man hat sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Das Hotel liegt weiter außerhalb, bis in die Stadt fährt man mit den Öffis eine gute Stunde. Wir waren kurz vor der Öffnungszeit/Check-in vor Ort, es wurde ca 10min. später aufgemacht, ohne Begründung. Im Hotel selbst liegen überall Papiere rum, da wo eigentlich der „Frühstückssaal“ sein sollte, stehen Tische mit Papierhaufen, für jeden von Innen und außen ersichtlich. Ich glaube ein Frühstück stand auch garnicht bei der Buchung zur Verfügung. Es macht im Allgemeinen einen sehr ungepflegten Eindruck, vorne am Tresen liegen (für jeden zugänglich) sämtliche Schlüsselkarten auf einen Teller. Der Check-in an sich war unkompliziert und wir konnten schnell ins Zimmer zurück. Das Zimmer selbst war nicht sauber, auf dem Teppich war ein riesiger Fleck, und von Flur aus gesehen, sahen die anderen Zimmer nicht besser aus, überall Flecken auf den ! Teppich-Böden ! Sperlich eingerichtet mit dem Nötigsten, Zwei Handtücher für jeden und ein 8in1 Shampoo für alles. Beim Check-out haben auch wir die Chip Karten unten auf den Teller gelegt. Im Allgemeinen, zum Schlafen für die Not kann man das mal machen, man darf aber nicht pingelig sein, dennoch für ein „Hotel“ absolute No-Go’s !

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026The hotel is in on a relatively quiet street. The check-in process was smooth, without any issues. The location is not far away by public transport from the airport. The room had all the required basic amenities and it was quiet during the night. There are bus station around the corner from the property. Good value for money.
The neighbourhood where the property is located is not very appealing. The reception works only until 7:30 p.m. The furniture in the room was a bit wore down and you could tell that the cleaning was not done very thoroughly. The closest tube station is a 15 -20 minutes walk away.

Fue confuso entrar. No sabíamos si había recepción porque no la veíamos y estuvimos un rato paradas hasta que nos abrió la puerta. Súper amable pero por poco se iba de recepción y no entrábamos.

keep in mind that there is no AC in the room. elevators are accessible until 7:30PM, after that, you’ll have to get to your floor by feet. carpet had few stains and bedsheets had 2 small holes.

Když jsme se vrátili z výletu, zůstali otevřené dveře. Při odchodu jsme dali visačku ,,nerušit” a zkoušeli jsme, jestli jsou dveře zavřené. Pokojské nejspíše i tak pokoj otevřeli, ale nezavřeli.. ještě, že cenné věci jsme měli s sebou.

Ilmastointi tai edes tuuletin olisi 40 asteen helteessä ollut paikallaan. Nyt nukuimme kosteiden pyyhkeiden alla, jotta unta oli mahdollista saada.

Absolutely no ac or fans. Room was boiling and traps in heat. No front desk help at all. I called to see if I left a pair of shorts there and the man on the phone wouldn’t help me at all and was extremely rude.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. There was a bus stop close by that takes you to the metro system. There are restaurants and eateries in walking distance.
The elevator only worked in the morning after everyone was up. It did not work at night when returning to sleep or upon arrival with suitcases. We had to drag our suitcases up 3 flights of stairs after traveling for 14 hrs, and also down the stairs when we left because it was very early and the elevator wasn’t working yet.

Der schmutzige Teppich. Das Zimmer roch nach Zigaretten. Das Bett knarte doll. Der Fahrstuhl war morgens um 7 und um 7:30 und Abends ab 19:45 aus. 70 € die Nacht sind definitiv zu hoch.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026I liked how close it was to a bus station. I liked the color scheme in the bedroom. I loved the price.
Check in was strictly after 2:00 PM. Coming from 20 hours of flying and airports with a 9:00 AM arrival, the lack of flexibility was disappointing. Second, the elevators only operate during a window of like 2:00-8:00 PM and I was on the top floor- cardinal luggage up and down, walking up and down after long days… a hotel should be comfortable and this was an accessibility issue that the hotel created. Lastly, I ran out of their provided shower soap within 2 days because it was not refilled. I checked in with about 5 pieces of toilet paper left from a precious guest before starting another used roll. The details were not considered. Oh and I never had the breakfast or saw it happening, but maybe it did.

Reviewed Jun 16, 2026Die Lage direkt in der Nähe vom Klinikum war für uns perfekt. Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig. Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter, auf alle Wünsche wurde eingegangen (nebeneinander liegende Zimmer). Die Zimmer waren sauber und sehr geräumig.
Leider gibt es kein Frühstück, der Teppich könnte Mal eine Reinigung vertragen. Ansonsten gab es nichts auszusetzen.

Alleinstellungsmerkmal ist auf jeden Fall, dass der Fahrstuhl von abends 20:00 Uhr bis morgens um 8 ausgestellt ist.

A las 8 de la noche hasta 8 de la mañana paran el ascensor,no se porque,no nos esplicararon nada,y yo estaba en una tercera planta y con la pierna rota.Venimos un poco antes,y pasamos por el hotel aver y si estaba posible dejar por lo menos las mochilas,pero hasta las 2 de la mediodía no hay ningún empleado por allí.Por 3 días que estábamos vimos solo el primer día la recepcionista y ya.El bueno es que tienes habitaciónes grande y cómodas y se puede fumar.El taxi desde aeropuerto hasta el hotel cuesta 35€.
