Residence Inn by Marriott Kuwait City

The hotel location was fantastic. Rooms are big.the staff were very helpful.

They needs to have a valet.

Bad management

Great location with good facilties and very friendly staff.

My favorite hotel on Kuwait

Staff was great , the location near every thing .. but bathroom was smelly it very strong like sawarge

رائع

Good hotel, quiet and good location.

Parking is very tiny please, the breakfast is normal.

Staff were friendly

Booked a king room but was assigned twin as the room wasn’t ready. They forgot to change my room

The location is great, the room is modern and large, and the hotel is walkable to a number of areas and is only a half block from the beach. The breakfast is absolutely amazing with fresh fruits, fresh juices, grilled vegetables, a wide variety of pastries, and Indian, Kuwaiti, and western options.

Great customer service, very attentive and supportive and quick to respond to all requests. They were extremely accommodating and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. the staff especially is incredible and they are so kind to you, each and every staff member.

there was nothing to not like.

The premises was clean, the staff was very friendly. they helped me with all my taxi bookings.

When i booked it wasn't mentioned that the room did not include breakfast. I didn't expect this, when i got to the reception, they asked for additional charge for breakfast. It is fine, but not expected

Location is very good

Cleanliness is very bad

Ruime kamers, beetje verouderd. Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers.

It’s close to everything and the staff were super friendly and their service was amazing

My room had two windows but they were locked you can only open them a tiny bit. I’m asthmatic and needed the fresh air, I couldn’t get it though so I was sick most of the time coz of the smell of detergents. another thing is, as a girl, we need a plug near a mirror, the plugs were all too far and I couldn’t see when blow drying my hair (very girly but it matters to us 😆)

Residence Inn by Marriott is my first and only choice when visiting Kuwait each year. The staff are consistently professional, friendly, and welcoming. As a loyal member, my family and I were graciously offered a complimentary breakfast, which was truly appreciated. The hotel’s location is excellent—situated in the heart of Kuwait City and only 10–15 minutes away from major landmarks and family-friendly destinations. Housekeeping services are of a very high standard, and the staff are always smiling, attentive, and ready to assist at any time. Highly recommended!

The staff were incredibly welcoming and among the best I've ever met. They were exceptionally helpful and provided outstanding service throughout the hotel. "Excellent" doesn't even begin to describe them.

Nil, No comments at all. The only issue was that the pillows were too soft and I couldn't use that type of pillow.
