Reviewed Sep 19, 2026This is a lovely hotel that is comfortable and has good interior design. It has an excellent restaurant and we enjoyed a wonderful evening meal and a delicious breakfast. The staff are very friendly and helpful.
The only thing of note was we had to wait for longer than expected to be served at the bar and during our evening meal.

Sänky oli liian korkea sinne piti kaahia. Huoneessa outo valosysteemi, esim lukuvaloa ei voinut säätääerikseen, vaan kaikki huoneen valot säädettiin samaan aikaan.

Pour le repas du soir, je conseille le restaurant attenant à l'hôtel. Nous avons testé le menu du chef.... c'était parfait.

La cama supletoria ruidosa. El acceso a recepción desde el aparcamiento no tiene ascensor directo y es incómodo con las maletas. Un poco cara la carga de vehículos eléctricos.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026The staff was outstanding as was the location of the hotel. The breakfast ranked as the best during our two week trip to Italy and Finland! An example of the staff's going beyond the call of duty was when we had difficulty locating a bus stop behind the hotel, a front desk clerk walked us behind the hotel to point out the bus stop. This saved us both time and money. The staff was fast fulfilling our requests. The breakfast staff was outstanding. Nothing was ever out of stock! We were able to dine at restaurants just a couple of blocks from the hotel as well as the great hotel restaurant. Gustav Restaurant was wonderful, located very near the hotel as was Roberts cafe for a sandwich, gelato, coffee!
It would be hard to answer this question. I liked it all!

Reviewed Aug 16, 2026We loved our stay! Receptionists and waiters are beyond helpful and kind! The rooms are amazing and exactly as the pictures. Dog friendly hotel, we were welcomed with some treats for our dogs. We travelled also with our baby and had a baby crib with no extra cost. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and the river. The common areas are beautiful decorated. But the best thing about our stay was the breakfast! It’s definitely the best breakfast we’ve had in any hotel in Europe. It was amazing!
We had booked a room and after we paid, we were informed that the room that we booked originally was not pet-friendly, so they suggested to “upgrade” us for 20€ per night to a pet-friendly room at the ground level (room with views to the parking lot), PLUS the regular pet fee per night. I am always willing to pay pet fees when traveling with my dogs, but would appreciate this information is written in advance so that pet owners know there are some rooms that you cannot reserve when traveling with pets…even if it’s through third-parties.

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026Optimaalinen sijainti Rovaniemen keskustassa. Huippuhotelli asiakaspalvelun, aamupalan ja hotellin tunnelman osalta. Huone oli siisti ja mukavasti sisustettu. Mukava lounge mistä sai tilattua hyviä ja raikastavia juomia.
Kadulla oli jonkin verran äänekkäitä autoja jotka häiritsi illalla. Parkkipaikat on hotellin pihalla rajalliset ja hotelliketjun toinen parlkkipaikka (Pekankadun parkkihalli) oli tosi huonosti merkitty ja parkkipaikat aivan liian pieniä nykyisille autoille.

En suosittele hotellia lemmikkien kanssa matkustaville, hotelli soveltuu parhaiten pariskunnille ja sinkuille - Lemmikille sopiva huone sijaitsi katutasossa ja oli tosi rauhaton, sillä kaikki juhlijoiden, autojen, moottoripyörien ja mopojen äänet kuuluivat huoneeseen aina aamuyöhön asti - huone oli pieni ja musta koppi (tiedän, että hotellin muutkin huoneet ovat mustia) - reilun metrin korkuinen sänky ei ole luksusta ja sisustussuunnittelijan idea ei oikein avautunut tässä valinnassa - valopaneeli oli hieno hifistely, mutta niiden sijainti seinällä kaukana sängystä ei auttanut, kun piti saada valot pois. Yritetty taas hifistellä hienolla teknologia, mutta valoja ei todellakaan saanut pois päältä makaamalla sängyssä

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Pieni boutique-hotelli, joka tarjosi viihtyisyydellään, upealla ja monipuolisella aamupalallaan sekä mahdollisuudella ilmaiseen huonetason korotukseen rentouttavan yöpymisen Lapin reissulta palatessa. Kerrankin hotelli, jossa haluaisi myös viettää aikaansa. Mahdollisuus sähköautonlataukseen positiivinen yllätys.

Cheguei de madrugada e não tinha táxi no aeroporto . Liguei para o hotel e a pedi para me conseguir um táxi . Liguei 2 x e ela disse que tinha me enviado e nunca chegou . O hotel deveria avisar pelo horário que seria necessário agendar um Transfer .

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026Perfect when travelling with a pet - got a very nice, well equipped and spacious room with instant street access. Dog treats, carpet and a water bowl was a nice touch. Luxurious breakfast and free parking.
