Das anwesende Personal war sehr freundlich. Essen war gut.

Hotel mit einem reduzierten Personal Etat. Wohl schlechtestes Zimmer im Hotel bekommen. Im Outdoor-Pool funktionierten nicht alle Sprudelanlagen. Sauna war nicht eingeschaltet obwohl wir beim einchecken danach gefragt hatten. Liegen draussen dreckig.

La déco commence à etre un peu vieillotte.

Die Aussicht vom Hotel war sehr schön. Auch der Pool am Abend nach einer strengen Wanderung war entspannend. Das Zimmer Juniorsuite war schön gross mit Balkon.

Der Aufenthalt war recht passabel. Zu bemängeln habe ich der Geschmack der Pferde in unbarer Nähe. Leider haben diverse Düsen im Innen- und Aussenbad nicht funktioniert. Die Tischreservation beim Frühstück war mangelhaft.

L'infrastructure de l'hôtel avec des chambres spacieuses et 2 balcons, la verdure, la terrasse extérieure, le bon petit déjeuner.

Les matelas sont trop mous. Très bel hôtel, dommage qu'il y ait juste à côté un manège. L'odeur est un peu désagréable, surtout l'été où l'on est à l'extérieur.

Das Frühstücksbuffet hat uns leider sehr enttäuscht. Wir verbrachten zwei Nächte im Hotel Simmenhof und wurden darüber informiert, dass das Frühstück ab 8.00 Uhr serviert wird. Aufgrund einer Reisegruppe, die mit dem Car anreiste und bereits zwischen 7.00 und 8.00 Uhr ein reduziertes Frühstück erhielt, wurde das vollständige Buffet für die übrigen Gäste jeweils erst ab 8:30 Uhr, sonntags ab 8:40 Uhr aufgebaut. Am ersten Morgen konnte ich die Entschuldigung des Servicepersonals noch gut nachvollziehen. Als sich am zweiten Morgen jedoch genau dieselbe Situation wiederholte und erneut um Verständnis gebeten wurde, empfand ich dies als ärgerlich. Wenn Frühstück ab 8.00 Uhr angekündigt wird, sollte das Angebot auch ab diesem Zeitpunkt zur Verfügung stehen.

Uima-allasosasto oli todella mukava ja viihtyisä. Muutenkin hotelli oli sympaattinen. Aamiainen oli hyvä.

Das Zimmer ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, für eine Suite in der Preislage, erwarte ich ein Zimmer welches kein Schimmel im Bad hat, alle Steckdosen funktionieren, die Kaffeekapseln nachgefüllt werden und es wenigstens eine Minibar hätte. Die Matratzen sind komplett durchgelegen. Pool schliesst bereits um 20.00 Uhr, weder beheitzt wie auf der Homepage beschrieben,noch gehen alle Massagedüsen (War letztes Jahr leider um einiges besser) Am 2ten Tag wurde unser reservierter Tisch beim Frühstück von anderen neuen Gästen einfach dreist besetzt, die Reservierkarte auf einen anderen (reservierten)Tisch gestellt und als wir den Chef darauf hingewiesen hatten, wurden wir in einen hinteren Raum geschikt wo man sich recht abgespiesen gefühlt hat. Also bei einer Buchung mit Junior Suite, nicht akzeptabel Wir kamen bereits das 3te mal jetzt in den Simmenhof,die ersten beide Male waren top trotz den auch schon vorhandenen Zimmereinrichtungen. Dieses Jahr, sehr enttäuschend

The pool is nice, and the outdoor area is very pleasant, if you can ignore the manure smell. A billiard table is nice to have The piano area bar is very cosy

Breakfast is below average Location - far from the center and the last bus back is at 5pm. plus the bus runs only once per hour Dinner- expensive and average, very salty Rooms are okish, extremely dated and you can hear everything on the hallway Sauna - extremely small Manure smell doesn't fit the "spa" and 4* vibe

Die Lage ist und bleibt wunderbar mit schönem Blick auf den Wildstrubel.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, Badewanne sanierungsbedürftig, ebenso z. B. im Pool-Bereich. Heute 9 Uhr beim Frühstücksbuffet noch 1.5 Brot und leeres Brotkörbchen = nicht mehr 4 Sterne würdig!

We have stayed at this hotel twice for a few days and we like it. It is close enough to Lenk village accessible by car or by ski bus. The rooms are airy and comfortable, the hotel is clean and we enjoy the breakfast and the pool. The staff is always lovely and helpful and have been very understanding when I had to cancel our stay last minute, due to booking the wrong flights. I really couldn't fault it. (Even Barbara Birre enjoyed her stay as you can see on the photos)

Top Frühstück, schöne saubere Zimmer und ein wunderschönes Innenbad. Alles in Allem ein sehr gutes Hotel.

Leider hatte der Kellner keine Ahnung von den Weinen im Hause, seine Antwort ich trinke keinen Wein.

Ruhebereich in der Sauna in die Jahre gekommen und wenig einladend. Straße am Hotel tagsüber recht befahren.

Ich bin nur zwei Tage unterwegs aber für Familien könnten man öfter vorstellen.. Hotel ist nicht 10min mit dem Auto vo Skie gebieten entfernt, und Essen auch genau so wie ich mich vorgestellt haben.

Très bon petit déjeuner.

Un peu loin du village. Chambre petite. Règles de surclassement pas claires. Un surclassement a été offert à nos amis qui avaient réservé en meme temps que nous, et pas a nous. Pas clair pour quelle raison.

Die Sauberkeit im Poolberreich. Überall Spinnen, Blätter, keine Sitzkissen. Pool viel zu warm, kapputte Bodenplatten

We really enjoyed our stay. The rooms were lovely, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was enjoyable, the pool was definitely an added bonus and the staff in general were friendly

The dinner at the hotel was rather poor and not good value for money. The hotel could do with a little tlc

The staff was fantastic, room very big, wonderful view, dinner and breakfast just great!

Very nice staff Appreciated that families with children and „the older ones“ were a bit separated for dinner and breakfast - it adds to the recreation :-)

Spa is not included in the price - 15 CHf per person was a surprise at checkout (is somewhere written in the booking.com description). - Spa definitely needs refurbishment …

Not hotel’s fault as hidden costs not stated on booking.com such as pay extra to use the hotel pool, which is chf 15 pp per day. We only booked this hotel because of the pool, but the Erlebnis Bad in the village was cheaper and offered slide, indoor and outdoor hot pools! Also, states that price includes all taxes and charges but there is a local tax to pay per adult per day.. which is ok if you know about it before you book.

Breakfast is good, rooms quite and clean, friendly staff and the spa is wonderful, with an outside pool, and hammam/sauna. One evening we were there all alone.

The room was spacious and the balcony a nice touch. Breakfast and dinner were nice.

Super helpful/ caring staff (I had a sprained ankle and they helped me get around (carrying my baggage) and with my booking + after check out they drove me to the city center) I am very thankful for that! Otherwise it was a sweet hotel (nice ambience), very clean and had lot's of good features (a beautiful swimming area, a billard table and even windows to a horse riding hall next door. + the breakfast was pretty good/ tasty :P.

Great sauna and pool, both indoor and outdoor with beautiful view of the mountains. Friendly and attentive staff. Everything was clean and spacious. We got visitor card that gave us free rides on the busses and trains in town.

1. The location is about 25 minutes walk to Lenka center. There are busses but they stop operating around 5pm, and the train only comes once an hour after that. If you want to have dinner in town be prepared for this. 2. My room was located right above the horse stables, and when I opened the windows the room smelled like horses 🙁

Great value for all this hotel has to offer!!! Comfortable big room with gorgeous views of the Simmental mountains. Perfect location for summer hiking and train travel.
