Die Kommunikation vor Anreise, das spät oder nicht geantwortet wurde auf Nachrichten. Darduch recht schlecht auf wünsche eingegangen wurde. Etwas laut durch Thaibox Arena, trotz geschlossenen Fenster.

Great location and rooms were a nice size. Comfortable beds in both room. Nice friendly staff and loved the ginger cat that's around. Nice little mini bar to pick at if we didnt feel like heading back out for nibbles.

Cleaners outside rooms at 6.30am talking. Very small hotel so sounded very loud. Pool wasnt as nice as it looked in pictures but we got a nice few hours at it. 5 people and we filled the area as its quite small.

We absolutely love this place. Staff are amazing and super nice and helpful . The beds are very comfortable. Located right next to night markets with amazing food and a short walk to the famous bangler Road and Beach. This is our 3rd time here, and we will be back again. Also, there is a nice quiet rooftop pool to cool down in after a day out in the sun.

Staff had extremely poor communication and makes disgusting comments and faces in front of you thinking you don’t understand Thai. Bathroom has mould everywhere and was unsanitary. The rooms need a massive clean

It was close to Bangla Road. Laundry was cheap and was ready within 24 hours.

Small property but it got the job done. Clean room, small coach, and small balcony. Wifi and air conditioning worked good. Clean room and clean bathroom. Very small pool on the roof but it was still good for a morning plunge to help you wake up or for a plunge when walking back in the afternoon heat. Only major con was that it's a bit off a walk to Bangla Road, Jungceylon Mall and Patong Beach.

They do not provide proper services, charge you incorrectly, water leakage, air conditioner not working properly...not at all recommended. Very rude staff, no breakfast options, there are far more better options around ..do not book it all.

This hotel is offering bread and Butter for breakfast. Nothing else. We stayed here for 4 says. They take 500/1000 bhat per room deposit and During checkout they got 2 pillow cover which were damaged and took money from us. AC in some rooms were not working later they fix it.

Worst service experience I've ever had.You will be charged for breakfast, but it is not worthwhile(you will only get bread and butter). Additionally, the air conditioner was not functioning, which was a major issue. Would recommend do not choose this hotel for a stay

Worst experience while checkout. They are taking money for dirty pillow covers and also AC is taking to much time for cooling. Not happy with the service. They dont have variety in breakfast. I will never recommend thia hotel for stay.

We stayed for 3 days and i must say it was on of the horrible experience for us.The pillow covers given to us for the stay was dirty from day 1. Despite of that, they asked for charges during checkout.

Everything ! The place is horrendous and disgusting… I’m surprised they even have a business .The property is shortly staffed, the rooms are in poor condition and everything is very dirty. There is only 1 option on table for breakfast, staff is too rude and they are very sly in overcharging you for things unnecessarily.

Worst Stay, this hotel has a nothing when it comes to the breakfast and also they will make unnecessary issue to take more money out from you by showing you dirty pillow covers or bed sheet. I would strongly recommend not to opt for this hotel. They don’t have staff to service you for breakfast other than toast breads. Also the receptionist is very rude.

This hotel is a great price with amazing staff and clean rooms. It is also a short walk to Bangler road and the beach . There is a market next-door to this hotel every night with good food. This is the second time we have stayed here and we will stay here again.

There was nothing to like. The pictures shown on Booking.com are deceiving. Rooms were the smallest. The pool was so small and dirty. Staff was rude and unhelpful. It felt as if we were staying for free, and they were doing us a favour by letting us stay. Congested and smelly lobby. Air conditioning wouldn't work 80% of the time. It was the most uncomfortable stay ever. They had trash stored under the staircase right in front of the rooms. We literally had to beg them to change our room because the air conditioning of the first assigned room didn't work, and we had to stay up all night because of that. They kept on saying that they didn't have rooms, but upon constant argument for like an hour, they finally changed our room. The similar issue occurred in the other room on and off, but we made it work cause it was not consistent. In short, just stay anywhere else.

The bed was big and very comfortable. Room nice and clean. Provided extra pillows on request. Very good value for money. Near shops and nightlife.

Quite a walk to the beach, but not too far

Its ok. only one Lady Looks after everything. she was not helpful and have no breakfast menu. [only bread, egg and fried rice is the breakfast menu. Room is good. after all poor experience. In my stay I need to morning call I try to talk several time with one guys but he did not speak English and he play games in mobile he did not listen my necessary.

Stayed here for five nights as we got a good deal with Expedia. The hotel is clean and in a good location - close to the night market and two shopping centres, and around a 10-15 minute walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too. Some people complained about the noise, but Patong is a lively resort and the hotel is only a ten minute walk from Bangla road, so it is to be expected!! The noise wasn’t that loud and we still slept well. We didn’t have a a do not disturb sign or one to ask for our room to be cleaned, but our room was cleaned daily and we were given clean towels, toilet paper and two bottles of water. In the room there’s a TV, hair dryer, air conditioning and a safe. There was also a kettle with free coffee in the room, although the option for tea would have been nice. The hotel do offer pool towels, we weren’t told at check in but we were provided with them when we asked at the front desk. There were however a few negatives: -The shower was cold and not very powerful. The cubicle had big gaps under the door and sides meaning the water flooded the bathroom -We heard the staff in the hallways early in the morning and they were quite loud - we heard them outside our room at 8am which is a lot earlier than at most other hotels. This wasn’t a problem for us as we got up early but could be an issue if you wanted a lie in! -A few days there was a smell like sewage in our bathroom. It wasn’t too strong and didn’t make our room smell, but it was a bit unpleasant -There is a rooftop pool, it’s small but nice. However there is only one sun lounger. More could be provided to improve this! Overall we had a good stay, it was very good value for what we paid.

After I tried other Hotels in the same street, I came to conclusion that Ocean&Ole, a small family run budget hotel, is the best value for money, at least for me. I stayed at Ocean&Ole for 19 nights I august 2019. I appreciate: • Very clean rooms and excellent housekeeping service. • Kind and friendly staff do the best they can to help. • Comfortable bed with quality madras. • Very god air-con. • High speed internet connection • Functional bath room, with hot water with god water pressure. • God size balcony in all rooms. • Cable TV with god selection of English-speaking channels. • Excellent and cheap Laundry service (same price as the streets corner). • Minibar(new)same price as mini markets. • Complimentary bottles of water (2 bottles per day) • Small but nice swimming pool at the top. I did not appreciate: • The pool chares are broken and need to be change

Stayed in Ocean and Ole for three nights during my solo trip in Phuket. The rooms are cozy and very comfortable, I did read some reviews for stinking smell from adjacent Banzan Market but I personally did not experience it. My room was facing to banzan market. The location is the usp it’s is centrally places and walking distance to the infamous Bangla Road, Joycelyn mall , food market, beach etc. The tour operator is very helpful I got good deals for my land tour and local transfers. Overall it’s was a great experience and would definitely visit again.

stayed again at this hotel the same as last time.rooms are very comfortable especially the beds always very clean.food is good thai and European great location your made to feel very welcome it's a family run hotel they are always very helpful. looking forward to staying here again.

Screw this hotel. First room they gave me smelled like absolute garbage. Sewage from the drain or something. AND the AC didn't work. Had them come "fix" the ac and they didn't fix it at all. They moved me to a new room that didn't smell as bad and the ac sort of works, but it has no balcony as I booked. I asked for a room with balcony and they laughed in my face.

If you want a cheap hotel that is very good located in Patong, this is the one. They also have a very cheap laundry service. The zone where located can result very noisy and stinky. People who work in here cannot speak very good english.

I had stayed at here a few years ago so I booked in with friends for a recent holiday. It is walking distance to the action but is tucked away in a side street. The rooms are nice, clean, good bathroom and with a balcony for the smokers etc. The beds are on the firm side but not rock hard like some other hotels. The food offered is pretty good especially the Thai menu and the coffee is good as well. The pool is on the small side. Tell the taxi driver it is right next to Banzaan market in the side street across from the Chang Club.

Everything is good .Location ,Hotel staffs friendly overall is value for money.Highly recommended.Just behind the hotel there was a night market .lots of foods and the price was cheap.Nearby there have a few minimart.Thumb up.

I visit Phuket each year with about 20 friends. We always stay at Ocean & Ole because of the great location and reasonable price. The rooms are always clean and the staff very nice and accommodating. I look forward to staying again next year!
