موقع الفندق ممتاز وتحته مول وأنصح فيه بشدة وأخص موظفة الاستقبال لكن للأسف ما أعرف اسمها كانت جداً إنسانة راقية ومتعاونة

النظافه ترتيب الموقع الفطور في رمضان جميل وتنوع الأطباق موظفه الاستقبال الله يجزاها خير واستقلالها لي ولعائلتي وسرعه الدخول كانت تغطي في الفندقين في نفس الوقت وفي نهار رمضان

كل شيء رائع كانت حفلة تخرج واعطونا الغرفة سويت مجانا وكان بوفيه الغشا بالحفل رائع جدا جدا فوق الوصف كان كل شي جميل وفخم بوفيه الحلى كان اكثر من رائع والاطباقي الرئيسية كانت احترافية والطعم لذيذ والقاعة والصوت والخدمات والمضيفات كانو يلبو الطلب في لحظة

الاثاث قديييييم ودورات المياه لم تكن رائحتها جيده الافطار غير متنوع والخدمات متاخره

لم يتسنى لي تجربة الإفطار لأنه يغلق الساعة ١٠:٣٠ صباحاً

المواقف مزدحمه ولا يوجد مواقف للفندق اضافيه

الإفطار جيد ومختصر ولكن الموظفة الآسيوية لازم لها دورة في التعامل بنفس مع العملاء

- اول ما وصلت قالي الاستقبال مافيه غرف! كيف مافيه غرف وانا حجزي مؤكد! قالي مافيه ابدا فل !! وصار يبغا يصرفني توقع مني اني اطلع واروح ادور فندق ثاني، يوم شاف اصراري قالي بشوف لك الفدق الثاني يقصد كورت يارد قلت له ماعندي مشكلة بشرط غرفتين لان حجزي عندكم جناح! يوم قلت له كذا سكت وجلس فترة عاللابتوب حسيت انه يبغاني اطفش عشان اطلع لكني اصريت وفجأة عطاني مفتاح جناح! كيف صار متوفر فجأة - الاثاث مستهلك - الفندق اول ماتدخله واضح عدم الاهتمام فيه - المواقف مانلقى - ثاني مره اسكن في الفندق، الاولى كان قبل فترة طويلة وكان ممتاز جدا، الان ما انصح فيه ابدا على سعره واضح مستهلك جدا - المسبح غير نظيف، ومشترك بين النساء والرجال😀 ساعات من النهار مخصص للنساء

تسجيل الدخل الساعه 5 عصراً وانا انتظر من الساعه 12 المواقف الافطار غير متنوع وبعضها اكلات غير معروفه

الفندق حلو وموقعه ونظافه وفطوره

للأسف تم تسلمينا اجنحه غير المختاره عن طريق بوكيج كانت مطله على واجه وللأسف تم تسلمينا غير مطله ابدا ولهذا تقرر عدم التعامل لامع الفندق ولامع بوكينج نهائيا

They provide late checkout without any discussion.

Dinner Buffet was not good, very limited menu and even taste was not good, over priced as well.

اخر اهتماماتهم الزبون ولا يوجد نظافة ولا متابعة نظام اسلمك مفتاح الغرفة والملتقى في تجديد الكرت اليوم الثاني هذي هي علاقة الادارة مع العملاء

نشكر الاخ باسم امتص غلبنا بسبب تأخير الدخول للجنان تجاوز الساعة تقريبا شكر له .

الجناح فقط حمام واحد مفروض في الصالة حمام اخر

الموظفين في الاستقبال في غاية الذوق و الحفاوة و الاحترام

رائحة الممرات طبخ صراحة مؤذيه الغرف ضيقة و دورة المياة لا تتصرف المياه منها و اقترح ازالة توب الاستحمام و تحويله إلى شور ارضي انظف و عملي اكثر

I have already settled the payment via booking, yet they are demanding an additional charge. Furthermore, the mandatory checkout time of 12:00 PM or 1:00 PM, with penalties for late checkout, is significantly less flexible than competitors' 4:00 PM policy.

The staff are friendly. Taif was a very great hostess and very professional, she was of great support and answered all the requests in a very short time and so was Ohoud. The cleaning services was great and the room service was too.

The bellows were bot very comfortable.

Most likely one of best hotel to stay in Jazan Great location particularly for business trip Staff is great Rooms are very confortable The hotel organize every other weeks welcome cocktail where all client are invited I recommend this hotel

Front office staff Mr. Ameen was so professional. He explained everything in detailed to Me and made my stay in Courtyard by Marriott an exceptional and mezmarising. I decided to stay two nights instead of one night due to the exceptional services of Mr. Ameen. I am expressing my sincere appreciation for his personal attention on guests and exceptional services. Mr. Ameen an exceptional and I have no hesitation in booking the same property for my next visit to Jazan

The room was a good size and the location was good as it was connected to the main mall so my wife and son could walk around in there when I was at work.

The parking is not available at Mariott Residence and they make you park at Mariott Courtyard so you have to take multiple elevators and walk a ways to get to your room. The card machine for payment is not always kept at the Mariott Residence so you have to go to the Mariott Courtyard to pay and also to get food in the restaurant. I was supposed to get a breakfast box each morning on my way to work but after two days they stopped preparing it so I wasn't able to have breakfast.

Hotel parking lot is fully reserved for government officials and we had to park out side also the hotel entrance is occasionally blocked and my family had to walk outside the parking lot to ride my car knowing that the weather is hot and humid.

Positives: Really enjoyable stay. Great location at Rashid mall. Pleasant, helpful staff. Room clean and very comfortable, with city and sea view. Nice complimentary buffet breakfast, plenty of choice of cold and hot food tea, coffee and fruit juices Negatives: Door with direct access to mall closed Parking within small hotel car park not allowed. Had to park in mall car park. Not a big problem, as right next door. Would definitely recommend if visiting Jizan

I am writing this review regarding our recent stay at Residence inn Jazan. To begin with , we’ve experienced staying at many luxurious upscale hotels in many countries around the world and so we can count this specific landmark to be one of the best in the middle east, and here i’m not only talking about the comfort of the suites or the great location, those were all perfect, yet I’m talking specifically about how intelligent, obliging and dutiful the receptionists were. Nuha, Bashayer & Abdulrahman, they were the reason why we had a very much pleasant stay at this hotel for they were there to help us and make our stay very much comfortable whenever needed around the clock. Not to mention that they made us feel at home. If this hotel would ever get at extra upper upscaling star it’d be because of the very professional staff at the reception desk, the helpful porters & security guards and the attentive housekeepers who were always welcoming us with a smile. Thank you all!

The best hotel in the area, great amenities, good location plus good service in top of that affordable. Well furnished, spacious near shops and restaurants. Open on shopping mall. Good breakfast. Friendly staff.

Good hotel for business travel, quite, comfortable and near city center

I had a good stay at this hotel. Staff members were friendly, location was good, cleaniness was excellent, and the amenities they had was also good. Only one thing I am hoping that it could be improved is the variety of the in room menu. I had two different meals, both were not satisfactory.
