It was clean in the room, bed, pillows were comfortable.

Beach was the real disappointment: beach is very small and there are too many chairs and they are located so close to each other, so it's almost impossible to go between them and relaxing is not an option there. 9.1 score is too overevaluated, I give 6.0 maximum to this "beach" hotel (if it would have been a city hotel, then it could have got 7.5-8.0 even I think). Food is more or less ok, 3-4-star level hotel I would say (not 5* for sure). Blankets are not general ones but feel like big towels which someone probably likes during the hot season.

The location is just fantastic!!! Amazing views!!! Staff was so so welcoming and friendly everywhere!!! Beds are very comfy 😌 Very clean hotel overall 👌🏻

The food didn't taste as good as we would expect but still very good choice.

Whole experience was centered around Russian tourists- even the food. My wife also told the hotel it was my birthday but all I received was a general WhatsApp message (yet I saw other people get called up on stage & be given a cake).

We had a great stay in the hotel, the staff was very accommodating. My friend had her birthday a few days before our stay and the staff were nice enough to gift us wine and fruits.

A beautiful, wonderful, quiet, and exceptionally clean hotel. The staff are very respectful and kind. The view of the sea, mountains, and nature is breathtaking. The food offers a wide variety of dishes. A suitable place for families or friends. I recommended this hotel to my family and friends, and they will be staying soon. Firstly - the staff were fantastic. The waitress who helped us a lot, Maria, was just outstanding! Always with a smile and always helpful, as were the other staff. Nusrettin’s morning omelettes were outstanding! We had full board and there was always nice food to eat, with lots of choices. One in the party is a vegetarian but there was usually an excellent selection as well, except for one dinner when almost every mains had meat in it. There's also a very convenient bus service into town and it was easy to connect with Antalya by bus as well. The beach and facilities was also excellent.

Would be nice if the dishes were labelled as vegetarian / vegan - we had to ask the staff, who would then check with the kitchen. We had a problem with the air-conditioning initially, but it was repaired very quickly, with the manager offering us a change to a different room if we were dissatisfied.

Οι εξωτερικοί χώροι, και ιδιαίτερα η παραλία είναι όσο πιο στενάχωροι θα μπορούσαν να είναι. Το κτήριο επίσης: πάρκινγκ δέκα θέσεων για 200 δωμάτια, λόμπυ χωρίς εξοδο προς τους εξωτερικούς χώρους, σκάλες και δύο ασανσέρ μονοκατοικίας και προσωπικό αποκλειστικά ρωσόφωνο…

Cocktails choice is small, and alcohol seems to not do any effect ( even after drinking all day ) People moving the sunbeds to get more sun makes a big mess in the beach area, and 50% of people do that, then the beach isn’t as beautiful anymore… More choice in the food !

Как удачно мы зашли именно в этот отель. Прекрасный персонал, уже на входе чувствуешь себя как дома. Особенная благодарность Мухаммаду. Чистые, просторные номера. Уборка проводилась ежедневно. Шведский стол - это отдельный восторг. Такого разнообразия блюд мы не видели даже в премиальных отелях. Мясо, рыба, курица, море продукты, всегда все невероятно вкусно, свежие овощи, фрукты и сладости. Пляж отеля роскошный, вода голубая, все организовано для высокого комфорта. Персонал работает сплоченно и молниеносно. На пляже и бассейна можно и есть, и пить, абсолютно все в неограниченном доступе, это приятно. Впечатления об отеле самые лучшие. Отсюда не хочется уезжать. Рекомендую!

Отель превзошёл наши ожидания. Понравилось совершенно всё! Персонал вежливый, доброжелательный, делают всё возможное чтобы проживание в отеле было комфортно. Еда вкусная и разнообразная. По соотношению цены и качества однозначно выбрала бы этот отель в следующий раз.

Отдыхали в сентябре 2025 года. Было ощущение, что нас с женой с кем-то перепутали. Заселили в номер не дожидаясь положенного времени. Помогли занести сумки. Ознакомили с техническими устройствами номера. Не успели распаковать вещи, как пришел молодой человек и принесли в номер вино с фруктами. До обеда было еще далеко - нам предложили перекусить в баре, который расположен возле пляжа. Бургер, картошка-фри, луковые колечки, всевозможные напитки. Всё бесплатно. На пляже достаточно плотненько - лежак к лежаку. Большинство - под капитальным навесом. Берег - крупный песок и мелкая галька. Тапочки для купания не понадобились. В море места предостаточно - буйки расположены далеко от берега. В утреннее время с желающими проводят водную аэробику и гимнастику. Столовая - это что-то. Невероятное разнообразие еды, напитков, выпечки и всяких вкусняшек. Надо обладать невероятной выдержкой, чтобы устоять перед этим и не умереть от обжорства. В соседнем баре можно заказать себе слабоалкогольный, или безалкогольный напиток. Можно самостоятельно налить кофе и сок. Всё бесплатно. Каждый вечер, на площадке между пляжем и бассейном, аниматоры проводят какое либо мероприятия. Надо предупредить, что музыка на площадке достаточно громкая, но качественная. Впрочем, диджей умело ей пользуется. Нас не раздражало. В день отъезда нам разрешили остаться в номере до 14 часов, а пользоваться услугами отеля - до вечера. Большое спасибо Фирузе. Она прекрасно говорит по-русски, и так как отель мы бронировали не у туроператора, а через Букинг, то она заменяла нам гида, помогая по всем вопросам.

All the food and drinks were well organized, with a wide variety available. The location was perfect, with a private beach and the sea literally right next to the hotel. The staff were very friendly. The only downside was that some employees only spoke Russian, but most of the staff spoke both Turkish and English. We were very satisfied. In particular, the general manager Süleyman, managers Mahmut and Firuze, bartender Berna, and all the other staff were extremely helpful and kind. We truly had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place! We would especially like to thank Firuze and Süleyman for their outstanding support. Best regards, Family Albayrak

Швидко вирішували організаційні моменти. Дуже смачно готували. Зона їдальні і бару максимально швидко прибиралася. Дуже відповідальна менеджер зі СПА, можна було все вчасно розпланувати згідно з особистим графіком відпочинку.

Була плутанина з прибиранням один день. Швидко розібралися. Зона виходу до пляжу була з хитких дошок, трохи брудно. Хоча теж виправили пізніше.

В целом все отлично за свои деньги

Практически ничего не понравилось, я решил забронировать отель Armas из за высокой оценке в 9,1 прочитав отзывы которые с истиной не совместимы

В номере не удобно спать шумно, Лейка в душе отсутствует, подушки не удобные щель во входное дверь через него все слышано,отель старый, территория маленькая, пляж очень маленький, еда это отдельная тема кроме овощей ничего есть нельзя!

Все очень чисто, есть разнообразие в еде, достаточно лежаков, хороший комфортный номер со всем необходимым, удобное расположение,до центра близко. Полное соответствие цена-качество Отдельно хочу отметить управляющую - очень отзывчивая,открытая, помогла с информацией по рейсу даже вне рабочее время (мы приехали не туром,а сами). Помогли найти потерянную рубашку. Firuze Kurbanova выражаю ей отдельную благодарность за профессионализм и отзывчивость. Спасибо большое!

Just an average hotel - nothing is very bad, but nothing is impressive either. Not at all. The room was ok, but very basic for a 4* hotel. Clean. Food was solid, but not very tasty - though in large quantities. Nice swimming pool. Good parking.

Overall impression: no charm at all in anything related to this hotel - an architect was not consulted when it was built/reconstructed so one feels like being back in the 70s. By far the worst of our three hotels in Side, Kemer and Ölüdeniz. Restaurant resembles a canteen in a remote factory. The beach is SMALL, and sun-beds are put so densely that one cannot move around - more than 100 of them on a very, but very narrow beach. Sun-beds are occupied in early morning as guests - 99% Russian - put their towels to reserve. Staff is not trained at all how to communicate with guests - smile is something that is unknown… Quite far away from the (nice, attractive and quite big) town, about 3-4km, so one needs car or taxi to get there…

Со слов моей мамы, для которой бронировала отель- все было отлично: расположение, удобный и чистый номер, песчаный пляж, спа. Вкусная и разнообразная еда. Очень приветливый персонал, всегда готовый помочь. Однозначно рекомендую!

The staff. I made the wrong reservation and the staff was very cooperative (specifically Firuze and Sultan). They change our reservation to Armas Gul Beach with no extra fees.

Из плюсов: - первая линия, - вкусная еда, - хороший wi-fi, - вода без ограничений.

Территория отеля крошечная. Зелени совсем нет. Маленький газончик с чахлыми кустами роз, и всё. На каждом квадратном метре либо шезлонги, либо столы. Шезлонгов, по ощущениям, раза в два меньше, чем постояльцев в отеле. Были, мягко говоря, разочарованы. Оценка здесь такая высокая, а на деле некомфортно и неприятно.

This hotel is definitely not 5 stars — more like a solid 4. The area is very small, squeezed between two other hotels. The beach is also too tiny for the number of guests — sunbeds are packed so closely that it feels like you’re lying next to strangers in the same bed. To get a good spot by the pool or on the beach, you have to come by 7 in the morning. The food is the same every day, but there’s always something you can eat. There’s almost no entertainment: for kids, just a short mini-disco for 30 minutes in the evening. Darts is only for adults — kids aren’t allowed to join in. There’s hardly anything to do in the evenings for adults either. And there are quite a few drunk people around.

İzmir'den geldim ve oteli çok beğendim, Benim deneyimlediğim en güzel denize sıfır otel, personelin çok saygılı ve güler yüzlü olmaları, yemeklerin lezzetli olması benim için önemli kriterlerdendi. Odalar da çok temizdi. Performansı fiyatını bayağı aştı bence. çok eğlendim hiç bir sorun yaşamadım. İlk fırsatta yine ziyaret edeceğim.

Bizim için çok güzel iki gün yaşadık. Çalışan arkadaşlar güler yüzlü ve saygılıydı. Her konu da yardımcı oldular. Otelin temizliği çok iyiydi. Yemekleri birçok otelin yemeklerine göre daha iyiydi.

The meat, fish and soups are available even during breakfast 😀 at the same time, porridge and yoghurt are always there as well. We were also pleasantly surprised with the quality and variety of vegetables, marinated dishes and sweets. The hotel is perfectly located in a walking distance from the shops and beautiful bay. The beach is surrounded by the mountains from the both sides. The swimming pool with the slides was a great alternative to the still cold sea (since we stayed in the beginning of May). The bar cocktails were tasty and the afternoon ice cream is a great addition 🤗 The staff was always very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds!

The room was spacious and comfortable, with cozy beds that ensured a restful sleep. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, making the stay truly enjoyable.

We had a foul odor when we first entered. It smelled damp and rusty. Upon reporting this to the front desk, we were assured the issue would be addressed. However, instead of proper cleaning, the staff used water from a plastic bottle and a dirty rag to "clean" the room. Unsurprisingly, the smell lingered after such inadequate efforts. The hotel was unclean overall, and the same could be said for the restaurant. The staff were disrespectful and lacked professionalism, even going so far as to use profanity among themselves in front of guests. The beach was disappointingly small, and it was overcrowded with tightly packed sun loungers, leaving little room to move around. Walking to the loungers was a challenge in itself. Despite what the photos might suggest, there was no pier at the beach. The accessible part of the sea was also very limited, further diminishing the experience. The food was another major letdown. Finding something edible was a struggle, and the quality left much to be desired. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations, with cleanliness, service, and facilities all needing significant improvement.

Management and staff were very kind and helpful, they helped with everything we needed. Special thanks to the Guest Relation Manager!! The beach is very nice, there were always free sunbeds.

I wish the meal was better. There were a great variety to choose from, but e.g. the topping on the cakes always tasted bitter/weird. However, the meals offered on the terrace (especially the "pide") were delicious. The animation was mostly in Russian, so we didn't understand it. Although, the pool bar offered lots of different cocktails on the menu, but there were only a few available.

The hotel is amazing. You have everything that you need for perfect holiday. So many food variants for everyones taste. Lunch and dinner inluded in All INC concept contain so many options from fish, turkey, chicken and beef every day and one bottle of wine for every table during dinner time. Staff is so polite and hard working. Private beach with small rocks is very good with comfortable sun beds, just a minute from your room. Main bar offers wide range of alcohol drinks and coktails all day till 2 am and staff working there is so polite. Each room has its own AC and you can control temperature in your room. Location was perfect for walking around.

Bed and mattress in the room can be renowed it's not so confortable and blanket can be better quality it's like a big towel not real blanket. During lunch and dinner time elevators are busy and you have to wait so long.

About an hour from Antalya Airport, Armas Beach Hotel is set amongst a row of similar sized hotels. We were contacted before our arrival by Firuze, the hotel's Guest Relation Manager, and she greeted me by name as soon as we walked in! Set the tone for the rest of our stay. The hotel room was perfectly fine, as described/shown on booking.com. You could see the see on one side, the mountains on the other from the balcony. While the all-inclusive local alcoholic beverages were wasted on us, the food wasn't! It was varied, tasty, and plentiful. Could have done with a slightly wider variety of fresh fruit (maybe more exotic options?) but still, it was an overall very good offering. While most staff spoke little English, they were all friendly/helpful. They seemed more fluent in Russian, which I'm sure the host of Russian speaking guests appreciated. Firuze organised a surprise celebration for my mum's upcoming birthday, complete with flower petals, cocktails, and even a small cake at dinner. She answered all our questions, and helped with everything we needed (printing, transfer, etc.). She is an absolute gem, and a credit to the hotel.

I would have preferred a sandy beach, instead of the pebbly one - but this, of course, we knew when booking.

The kitchen is quite variable and tasty. The private beach is cozy and the pool is nice and clean.

The building overall and the rooms could use some cosmetic repair.

The manager and the front desc team do a very good job. They are helpful and caring, instantly react to any questions or requests

The beach area was a major disappointment. The hotel's territory is narrow - about 50 meters wide. It is squeezed between similar hotels and It creates overcrowdedness on the waterfront. Constant booming music does not help to relax, though animators think otherwise.

Management (Firuze) was very helpful with everything. Great organization on our arrival. The quality of the food was good.

A bit crowded at the beach as in other similar All incl. hotels. The room is a little worn down, plastic floor.

Perfect facility. Sand beach . Good animation and social activities. The hotel is directly face to the beach.very clean and well organized rooms. Easy and good location. We would like to show our gratefullnes to the hotel personnel especially Miss Firuze.

It was noisy, coming from big ventilation system in the space between this and neighbor hotel - problem was the noise during night.

A resort style hotel - absolutely amazing! No overcrowding Nice staff and guests The manager (FİRUZE) was accommodating on all accounts. The reception staff went above and beyond to provide whatever we asked for. Parking was free and food was all inclusive.

Not big but very nice and cozy hotel! :) Spacy and clean rooms with  a enough large balcony. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room has own safebox, mini bar etc The hotel is  very clean,  with non-intrusive service (in  good meaning). The clean service is doing really great job without really bothering the guests that is not a case in other hôtels. The hotel stands not so far from Kemer center,  The Old Bazar place is in walking distance from the hotel.  The hotel is located  directly at the beach with comfortable sun beds and sunroofs. The beach is not huge but it’s relatively bigger (in comparison with even more expensive hotels on this cost)  than some beaches nearby, cleaned regularly as well. The food choice is vary enough and (the most important) it’s tasty! My compliments to chef-cook! :) The dessert choice is fantastic and will surely help to get some extra weight as it’s difficult to resist….:) Small animation team, but they were entertaining quite professionally. Nice swimming pool and couple of water slides. We’ve also tried Spa program and left satisfied as well. Special awards are going to Armas Beach reception colleagues and especially to Guest Service manager Firuze who helped us to resolve all  our ´logistics puzzles’ and provided us with all necessary info! They all were very helpful and supportive. Actually this type of service lets you feel like at home! Thank you again for your hospitality and attitude! To conclude: yes, it’s small but very comfortable hotel with nice service, facilities and food and it corresponds to the money you pay! Armas Beach, thanks a lot for unforgettable memories!

Nothing, it was a great stay

The service I have received is 10 out of 10. When we arrived we were greeted by a polite gentlemen Sergen , there was some error with the booking but it was rectified quickly . I would like to say Big Thanks to Firuze, she has made our stay special and was very helpful with any questions we had, friendly, polite and intelligent lady, she is real asset to the hotel also I would like to thank catering staff , especially chef Mehmed, and waiter Cargi. Cargi has amazing people skills and great customer service, he was attentive to all guests , he should be considered for a managerial role The hotel itself is spacious , good room size, at the beachfront , clean, good location , easy reach to shops etc We liked the food, it varied everyday and was tasty, great effort from kitchen staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay and I would recommend to visit The beach which belongs to hotel was very clean

The beach space which belongs to hotel was a bit small but it wasn’t a problem for us They have safeguards all the time who are also very helpful if you need anything

We loved the room with balcony, food was delicious - something for everyone, menu was different each day. Coffee, tea, water and other drinks were available always, just loved everything. Room was very clean, staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help even thought most hardly spoke in English, they made effort to understand our request and we were satisfied. We would stay again definitely.

There was an incident in the bathroom and a plumber was called to fix it, it caused little distress but only for a very short time. Poor service from the Ottoman spa which is separate from Hotel, but is located within the Hotel premises. Those who work in the spa were not Turkish, the one who massaged me spoke no English, and didn't do a proper job. Towards the end the lady from the spa walked in and told me I had medical issues and it can be fixed by another 1 hour massage, and that she will give a discounted price, she forced the massage girl to give a list of issues I have, which is not true. I am very active and full time worker, I have not physical issues. Luckily I knew it was a scum and didn't fall for it but disappointed at their greediness.

We had a short stay at the hotel and didn't have time to experience everything it had to offer, but the massage we got at the spa was great, as well as the hamam. The food was pretty good, a lot of fresh fruit and vegetables, great tea, and enough options to have a different meal every day if you stay a week or something like that. The staff were great, especially at the spa.

We couldn't really go to sleep until the evening program finished. Our room was at some distance from the stage but it was still a bit too loud (may be ok for some people I guess).

Really liked staying at Armas Beach. Stuff is very friendly and polite. Room and bathroom was clean, food was tasty. Unlimited beer (ok) and wine (not very tasty). Armas has its own beach of maybe 30 meters wide. Water was clean. In October there were not many people and half of deck chairs were free all the time. We had our own car, and this hotel has private parking for maybe 10-12 places. The most of people there are tourists who were transferred there by bus, so parking had enough places.

There was very noise music (deep beats) from the hotel nearby until 12PM. Even if windows are closed.

• Location of the hotel is very beautiful. • I liked fitness program, it was on a very good level with a nice trainer: zumba fitness, step aerobics, aqua aerobics, morning gym. (I didn't expect to have fitness in the hotel, so it was a nice surprise for me). • Beach has sun awnings, it's much better than to have umbrellas. • At the entrance to the sea there are special metal constructions that helps you to enter water. • Food was yummy and there were many options to choose. • The waiters in the restaurant work very quickly, taking empty plates, sometimes they are even so quick that your last cucumber or last piece of meat also leaving you :D. • The maid is very friendly. • Sea was very clean.

• Would be useful to have clocks on the territoria of the hotel especially next to the beach area. • Beach is too small, too crowded. • I don't need direct sun, and it's very good that hotel has good sun awnings, but we saw how partly this awnings were removed. When we asked staff, managers and reception do not remove it our request was politely ignored. • Periodically there were no empty tables when we were comming to have dinner or lunch and we had to search and wait around 10 minutes for the table. Especially often this situation happens at the begging of the dinner/lunch. Hotel should invite so many guests that they would not have competition to get tables. • Periodically we had to wait for cups or also coffee machine to be filled in the restaurant. • Not all rooms have kettle, also there are only 2 paper cups in the room, which is not enougth if you like to drink tea regulary. Anyway I think that it's not acceptable for all-inclusive hotel - do not have normal cups in the room. • I completely didn't like type of music in the evenings (too much of Russian pop music, I'm Russian, but that music is not my type), but I was very happy to hear few times Metallica and Corey Taylor during morning on the beach, respect! :D • Just as an advice - it would be great to have different fresh natural juices and fresh juice-non-alcohol coctails in the bar even for additional payment.
