La villa était très belle et spacieuse. Les hôtes sympathiques, un grand parking si besoin pour motos et/ou voitures. À 30min de tout donc bien ! Le personnel était très sympathique, souriant et arrangeant.

Le logement était sale, très sale : la baignoire n’a pas été lavée depuis très longtemps ainsi que tous les sols d’ailleurs… Les vitres n’ont pas été faite depuis plusieurs mois. La vaisselle sales également. Pour résumer, je pense qu’il n’y a eu que la literie de changer entre nous et les précédents locataires. Le « cleaning » fait par la réception n’est qu’un lit refait même durant notre séjour. Nous ne le recommanderions à personne.

Prachtige ruime villa met een mooie slaapkamer en een prachtige badkamer. Het zwembad was ruim met twee ligbed bedden en je kon gemakkelijk vanaf het zwembad de douche bereiken. Daarnaast was het personeels erg vriendelijk en kwalitatief goed.

Le personnel était génial.. nous avons souvent eu affaire à TEDDY il était top.. tout le personnel est très souriant. Nous avons également prolonger de deux nuits supplémentaires suite au confort et à la propreté des villas.. petit plus le petit déjeuner est top et suffit largement pour tenir jusqu’au prochain repas

Très très sale. Tous les jours, invasion de fourmis malgré le fait qu’on ai demandé de mettre des insecticides. Aujourd’hui, nous sommes rentrés chez nous et nous sommes obligés de tout désinfecter car les fourmis ont envahis nos affaires.

The style of villas were good but it need additional maintenance. Staff was supportive.

The villa was so dirty and smelly The water in the pool was so dark and the smell of sewage was shocking. My children and I felt very sick from the smell and couldn’t believe the condition of this place. Old, dark and dirty. Please don’t waste your money and health at this place. The staff said it was not refundable and we ended up checking out after only 2 hours

Bardzo dobry stosunek ceny do jakości. 💰👍 Villa ma już swoje lata i widać pewne niedociągnięcia, jednak cały pobyt oceniamy na bardzo dobrze! 🙂🏡 Obsługa była bardzo pomocna i bardzo miła. 🥰 To, co byśmy poprawili, to jakość śniadań – niestety były trochę zimne i nie w naszym guście. 🍳🥶 Największym plusem jest duża łazienka 🛁 oraz fajna wspólna przestrzeń basenowa wraz z wiatą, pod którą cudownie było siedzieć wieczorem i rozmawiać na temat piękna wyspy. 🏊‍♂️🌌💬 Skorzystaliśmy też z masażu – pełen relaks i super technika, polecamy! 💆‍♂️✨

We stayed in the executive suite which was excellent, spacious and beautiful. All the staff were exceptional and very helpful. We also had some treatments at the spa and it was heavenly. Highly recommend. Big shout out to “Teddy Bear” for all of his help!

The villa itself is really gorgeous. It’s really spaceous and private pool is great. Outdoor bathroom is super cozy.

Breakfast was not worth the money. Villa’s customer service didn’t meet my expectations. We had to ask multiple times for the staff to clean our villa, communication between staff members did not work, one staff member was not speaking english at all, I asked to get romantic setup to our villa before coming but end up not getting that, when we arrived staff didn’t tell us about laundry service or renting a bike. Everything had to be resolve later by ourselves. Also the dishes and cutleries in our villa were really dirty.

Établissement sublime, avec de très belles villas fonctionnelles. Personnel souriant et très à l’écoute. Je recommande.

Nous sommes arrivés un peu plus tôt que l'heure prévue. Nous avons pu déposer nos valises à la réception et aller faire un tour le temps que notre logement soit disponible. Choix petit déjeuné ++++, copieux et bien servi.

Nous aurions apprécié savoir avant d'arriver que les chambres étaient assez éloignées l'une de l'autre. Avec de jeunes enfants pas évident la nuit. Mais dans l'ensemble plutôt satisfaits.

Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr herzlich und freundlich! Mala, Dika & co. kümmern sich sehr gut um ihre Gäste! Wir waren bereits zum 3.Mal im Avery le Nixsun. Es ist sehr zentral gelegen, trotzdem sehr ruhig und privat. Wunderbarer Rückzugsort zum entspannen! Terima kasih an das Avery le Nixsun Team🙏

到处都是虫子，泳池脏到无法使用，马桶盖翻过来都是尿渍，虫子太多了，蚊帐不是全封闭的，时不时就会有飞虫掉落在床上

A huge thank you to "the teddy bear" who made our stay so special. He noticed it was my birthday and set up a beautiful decoration, making my day even more memorable. Thank you to the whole team! The villa was simply magnificent!

der Privat-Pool konnte leider an 2 von 4 Tagen aufgrund der mangelnden Wasserqualität nicht genutzt werden. Aufgrund mehrfacher Reklamationen wurde ein Zimmertausch vorgeschlagen und 2x Abendessen als Entschädigung.

We really liked the villa, it is very spacious, comfortable, cleaned every day, the staff is very attentive and polite.

You can sunbathe in the private pool, sun loungers under the open sky. The water in the pool is always at a comfortable temperature. And in the evening, with well-chosen lighting, you don't even want to leave the room.

Everything except the location, especially the staff very freindly helpful and understanding.

Everything. The value for money was ridiculously bad. The pool was green and mouldy. We ordered the Nasi goreng and mi goreng for breakfast and both were dry, had a questionable taste, tasted like they had been cooked on a dirty pan with black flakes all through it. There were bugs all through our room. The outdoor bathroom area was dark and dingy and boring. The bedroom mosquito veil was dirty and had stains all over it.

We had 4 great nights in our private villa. the personnel were always friendly and helpful (even with a late check in, the breakfast in the pool etc.), the accomodation was just like depicted on the website and everything got tidied up right at time. All in all a great experience 😊

La propreté des chambres, médiocre. Moisissures sur les oreillers, les moustiquaires .. Déchets dans le lavabo de la cuisine des notre arrivés, Champignon sur le plafond de la salle de bain Odeur des serviettes pour s’essuyer nauséabonde..

Nous nous sommes offerts quelques jours dans cette villa avec piscine privée. très spacieux, la salle de bain est immense, ainsi que la baignoire, qui met beaucoup de temps à être remplie (3h). La piscine était froide à mon goût, mais ça peut plaire à certains… Laksa et son équipe sont très sympathiques et aux petits soins a toujours se soucier de notre bien être, j’ai vraiment apprécié.

Loved the private pool in each villa. Very private and the staff are fabulous.

Only four choices for breakfast and we stayed 15 nights so breakfast became very boring. Location was not close to restaurants and they did not have a restaurant on site. Breakfast was served to your room. Air conditioner broke down twice so the moved us to another room. It was attended to quickly each time, even once at 10pm.

The property was dirty and in a state of disrepair. It required substantial maintenance. The pictures shown were clearly taken when the property was new. I'm not sure how this is classified as a 4-star property, it is 2 stars at best! The glass door to our villa was cracked and this was not mentioned to us when we checked in, nor the fact that because of the crack the door didn't lock, and the villa could be accessed from outside. This caused significant concerns for us, and we checked out early as we felt unsafe. We were advised that someone from management would follow up the next day, but nobody did.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen

Nos alojamos en estas villas durante tres noches y, en general, tuvimos una estancia agradable. El primer día estuvimos en una villa enorme y cómoda, y los otros dos en una más pequeña, también muy acogedora. En ambas nos sentimos a gusto, aunque se nota que las instalaciones necesitan algo de mantenimiento y renovación, ya que presentan ciertos detalles de desgaste. En la segunda villa encontramos un insecto, pero al avisar en recepción actuaron de inmediato, ofreciéndonos cambiar de habitación (algo que no consideramos necesario) y realizando una limpieza extra muy completa, lo cual agradecimos mucho. El desayuno estaba incluido, aunque no fue de nuestro agrado, por lo que solo lo tomamos una vez. Aun así, el personal fue siempre muy atento y servicial, y queremos destacar especialmente al gerente, que al cancelarse nuestro transporte reservado se encargó personalmente de conseguirnos un taxi en pocos minutos. En resumen, aunque las villas podrían beneficiarse de algunas mejoras, el trato del personal y la atención al cliente fueron excelentes, haciendo que nuestra experiencia fuera positiva en conjunto.

My poruszaliśmy się skuterami, więc lokalizacja nie stanowiła problemu, około 500m dalej sklepiki itd. Obiekt na zdjęciach wygląda ładnie i nowocześnie. W rzeczywistości byłam bardzo rozczarowana, w villi według mnie wszystko wymagało remontu. Był to nasz najdroższy nocleg na Bali, a mieliśmy ich łącznie 5 i ten był najgorszy. W łazience z wanny wychodziły jakieś glizdy, nie było zasłonki w wannie, woda nie miała na początku ani w kranie ani w wannie ciśnienia, a po chwili zalewała łazienkę z podwójną siłą ciśnienia. Jedynym plusem, basen na wyłączność, lecz też średnio czysty. Słońca bardzo mało przy basenie (1-2h max za dnia). Personel miły i uprzejmy.

- Na starcie gdy przyjechaliśmy zastaliśmy plagę mrówek na łóżku - personel został poinformowany, wypsikali sprayem wszystko i zmienili pościel, podczas naszego 3-dniowego pobytu nie było później z tym problemu, ale to nie powinno w ogóle się wydarzyć… - brudne naczynia, niedomyte, zardzewiałe korkociągi - basen niefiltrowany , mętny - śniadania bardzo słabe - bardzo brudna podłoga w sypialni i łazience, generalnie nie czułam aby było czysto

Preciosa Villa con piscina en Uluwatu, el personal del hotel espléndido, en concreto Arda quien nos ayudó a encontrar transporte para el aeropuerto y nos guardó las maletas en el hotel, una vez hecho el check out, para poder visitar el resto de Uluwatu con tranquilidad.

El alojamiento tiene algunos desperfectos, la pila del baño no funcionaba, caía directamente el agua del grifo al suelo, sin pasar por el desagüe, lo comentamos y nos lo arreglaron. La limpieza no es que la lleven a rajatabla, la bañera y los cristales estaban algo sucios, y enseguida que dejas algo de comida fuera se llena todo de insectos y hormigas. Además la una de las puertas no cerraba. Una pena, porque si las calidades fueran buenas sería un alojamiento ideal. Con respecto a la ubicación se puede coger Grab para poder desplazarse.

Only a bit the breakfast as no sweet options available like croissants or things like that, and the pool which was never fully filtered and deeply cleaned being under trees everyday, they need a little robot cleaning or similar
