Wir haben einige Tage im Principe di Fitalia verbracht und uns dort wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Anlage liegt inmitten einer grünen, ruhigen Umgebung abseits des Trubels – ideal, um abzuschalten, ohne auf zahlreiche Annehmlichkeiten verzichten zu müssen. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns der große Pool und der SPA-Bereich, die perfekt zum Entspannen sind. Auch die Möglichkeit, Tennis zu spielen, war sehr angenehm – vor allem für alle, die gerne sportlich aktiv sind. Auch das gastronomische Angebot hat uns überzeugt: Wir haben mehrmals im Hotel zu Abend gegessen und dabei sorgfältig zubereitete Gerichte aus hochwertigen Zutaten genossen. Ein großer Pluspunkt ist sicherlich der kostenlose Shuttle-Service nach Ortigia, zum Archäologischen Park von Syrakus und zum Strandbad. So konnten wir die Stadt besichtigen und bequem ans Meer gelangen, ohne uns um das Auto oder die Parkplatzsuche kümmern zu müssen. Noch angenehmer wurde unser Aufenthalt durch das äußerst hilfsbereite Personal, das stets freundlich, aufmerksam und bemüht war, auf die Wünsche der Gäste einzugehen. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts herzlich willkommen und bestens betreut gefühlt. Eine rundum positive Erfahrung – perfekt für alle, die Entspannung, Meer, Wellness, Sport, gutes Essen und die Möglichkeit suchen, Syrakus stressfrei zu entdecken. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

We also loved spending our days at the beach club, where the sea was crystal clear and the atmosphere was relaxing and perfect for families. The food was exceptional throughout our stay. The hotel has amazing staff and a very peaceful atmosphere. The rooms are perfectly equipped, and the pool is great. It’s truly a perfect place to relax. Can arrange airport transfer 150 euro and free shuttle to Siracusa and to the beach whenever you need it. The beach is beautiful and has everything you need, including a restaurant. We really enjoyed our stay.

breakfasts are excellent, with a great selection. The choice for dinner is a bit more limited, and the prices are quite high. Overall, the food and restaurant experience could be at a higher level. However, a big advantage is the free and comfortable shuttle to sirscuse, which takes only about 15 minutes. This gives you an easy option to go out for dinner or explore the city. I consider the free shuttle service one of the big advantages of the hotel.

We both enjoyed a couple of massages during our stay, and they were absolutely fantastic. Sehr freundliches Personal an der Rezeption. Großer, schöner Pool in großzügiger Gartenanlage. Restaurant war gut.

Das Zimmer war nicht klein aber trotzdem beengt durch schlechte Raumaufteilung. Sehr viel Mobiliar. Das Bad und insbesondere das WC (mit Falttür) waren sehr eng. Auf der Terrasse gab es einen Jacuzzi und Plastikmöbel, daher nicht sehr einladend.

Principe Fitalia is an amazing find with beautiful surroundings and exceptional staff. Everyone has been so attentive to us. The room was very clean and well equipped. The hotel sits among lemon groves and has an amazing central pool. Breakfasts were lavish and balanced - with a big spread of traditional Sicilian foods, fresh fruit and a la carte dishes.

We have just got back after the most fantastic stay at Principe di Fitalia. We were a family of 10 (multi generational) and the hotel went out of their way to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The hotel was so thoughtful over every aspect of the stay. Firstly for the children (aged under 7 yrs old), there is a kids playroom which was staffed by the lovely Angela and is open from 3.30 each afternoon. There is table tennis and table football outside near the restaurant and also in the kids playroom. The pool is heated and the hotel kindly provided swimming noodles for the kids - there is also a small kids pool with a waterslide. The restaurant made sure the kids food always came quickly at dinner, and there is a tasty kids menu. We were celebrating a birthday whilst there and the chef made a delicious cake especially for the occasion! The hotel shuttle bus to the town was great, the hotel also helped us to arrange other transport during our visit (eg return trips to the nearby beach at short notice) For the adults: The food in the restaurant was superb and they change the dinner menu each day. All the waiters were so friendly and helpful. Tennis court on site - with racquets provided (also can organise a tennis coach) Very relaxing stay - great room layouts (separating the kids in a mezzanine area upstairs) I highly recommend the hotel, we all had the best time, thank you for a fantastic stay!

Abbiamo anche cenato in hotel e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi: nonostante il menù preveda una selezione di due antipasti, due primi, due secondi e deliziosi dessert, ogni proposta è preparata con grande cura e qualità. My wife and I just spent 5 nights at Principe di Fitalia, and we have nothing but great things to say about this wonderful hotel. Our room with extremely comfy beds, the delicious food, the beautiful garden, the wonderful pool area with cabanas and a huge, super-clean pool (heated), the friendly and warm service from the staff, and the overall vibe were top-notch throughout. Fantastic gym, indoor pool and spa area, with everything you would want. Easy transfer from Catania Airport, and only 15 minutes to Ortigia , Siracusa (hotel offers free shuttle). We met other couples from the UK and Germany, and they were also very happy with what Principe di Fitalia had to offer. This is definitely a place we would be happy to return to. Grazie mille!

This was my first time visiting Sicily, and I could not have chosen a better place than Hotel Principe di Fitalia. The location is beautiful, perfect for anyone looking for relaxation, nature, and tranquility away from the chaos of city life. The resort extends over an area of 60,000 square meters, surrounded by greenery and carefully maintained in every detail. The heated outdoor pools are wonderful, especially the Olympic-size pool kept at 30°C, ideal for relaxing at any time of the day. The spa is spacious, spotless, and extremely well equipped, with many wellness experiences available. The aufguss session was a truly enjoyable and immersive experience, a moment of pure relaxation that I highly recommend. Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh local products with outstanding quality. The resort also provides many activities including a gym, swimming pools, saunas, and wellness areas, making the stay complete in every aspect. Another major highlight is definitely the staff: everyone is extremely welcoming, professional, and always available to meet every need with a smile. Assez éloigné de Syracuse. Déception du petit déjeuner Dîner trop cher pour y manger

Les piscines sont très chouettes, elles étaient toutes chauffées (3 piscines dont une pour enfants avec toboggan), c’est très calme, la propreté et entretien sont parfaits) jardins, intérieurs etc…) ; merci à Santino pour son accueil chaleureux et son soucis de faire plaisir. Le petit déjeuner est très bien (des fruits frais, une centrifugeuse pour se faire des jus detox,etc..).

La chambre, bien que bien située, sentait l’humidité, le sol humide longtemps lorsque l’on sort de la douche (nous avons prévenu le personnel), le lit un peu petit, certainement pour accueillir le lit bébé à côté de notre lit. Nous avons aussi regretté le manque de rideaux occultants, les volets laissent passer le jour. L’aire de jeu pour enfant est chouette, il y a même un trampoline, seulement il y avait des crottes d’oiseaux lorsque nous y sommes allés (impossible de laisse notre fille jouer, puisqu’elle met encore les mains à la bouche, certainement moins dérangeant pour des enfants plus grand).

The hotel is in the middle of the countryside, so arriving at night was interesting but not a problem. The hotel is very nice, the spa is the major draw. It is large, well appointed and has many different therapies. Highly recommend. When we were there, the outdoor pool was closed (for the season). The hotel restaurant was also very nice - the breakfast spread was very nice, the lunch and dinner were similarly good. The portion sizes are pretty good. Would recommend a stay here for the relaxation.

Una bella scoperta nella campagna vicino a Siracusa in posizione ideale per raggiungere anche Noto, Catania, Etna e Taormina in un raggio di c.a un´ ora in auto. Wellness Center di alto livello. Personale professionale, gentile e veramente disponibile. Ambienti decorati con grande classe e gusto in stile siciliano. Buffet colazione decisamente importante e grande disponibilitá per preparazioni calde fatte al momento. Merito evidente di una proprietá attenta e presente.

We were there for the St Valentino weekend, stayed 2 nights and experienced the spa and the breakfast, lunch and dinner. Spa is very good, several different massage and facial offerings. Very good experience. Rooms are not great even though we stayed in one of the best suit room. Breakfast is open buffet and very good offerings. Lunch was good we select the food from the menu. I have to admit that we had 2 evenings set menu and was really bad. I understand the kitchen’s limitations to offer set manu to the big group, but btw courses we had to wait an hour and the taste of the food was not good. Of course the timing of the stay had limited out door time, so we spend time in the spa which we liked the best

Das Frühstück hat meinen Erwarteungen nicht entsprochen. Die bestellten Rühreier waren nicht frisch zubereitet. Die Farbe der Eier sprach für sich. Aufgewärmt vom Vortag, so kam es uns vor. Außerdem wurde jeder Kaffee extra abgerechnet. Das geht gar nicht.

Where time stands still. After leaving a hotel that did not meet my expectations, I booked a two-day stay at the Hotel Principe di Fitalia. From the very first moment, I was greeted with a smile and felt the warmth of true Sicilian hospitality. I ended up extending my stay to a full week, enjoying the pool, the gym, and the spa. What can I say — I want to return to Sicily! A special mention goes to the breakfast, where nothing is missing — from sweet to savory. I truly hope to come back soon to meet once again those who made our holiday so special: Giorgia, with her radiant smile; Michele, always serious and professional; Santino, ever ready to fulfill every wish; and Paolo, whose Shirodhara massage transported me to another dimension. The hotel is by itself a nice scene in the countryside Sicilie. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood surrounded by field. Not very far from the city by car. The facilities are either new or well maintained. The service can be offered in English and the stuffs are professional and kind. We enjoyed the Sun a lot in the afternoons outside next to the pool.

You are always at the center of attention, and you truly feel like a prince. It was my second stay, and each time I leave, I can’t wait to come back. The hotel is beautiful, surrounded by vast green spaces that ensure complete privacy. The rooms are spacious, elegantly furnished, and overlook the pool. The outdoor pool area, wellness center, and indoor pool are simply magnificent — a true paradise of relaxation. Perhaps I did not stay at the same hotel as others describe. I was at the Principe di Fitalia in October, at a time when I needed to put behind me a difficult moment in my life, and I chose this place following the recommendation of a relative. I must thank him, as I spent a truly relaxing week, far from the chaos of the city and cared for by everyone. I greatly appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of the property and the nearby beach. My thanks go to the entire staff — Rosa, Paolo, Santino, and Michele — for their kindness, and also to Giorgia, who recommended a nearby seaside restaurant, Ondablu, where we had the wonderful experience of collecting mussels and tasting them fresh. Thank you, and see you again on my next trip to Sicily.

Warning Number 1. When you make your reservation check the conflicting terms of payment. They charge you the entire amount of the room 3 days before you arrive. Not when you are at the hotel. Warning Number 2. The place is full of young families with toddlers and loud noisy adults. There is no peace and quiet. No tranquility. It is not relaxing and not calm. In fact, its hard to eat with all of the extra screaming and crying. You can not get away from it. Tip: I would recommend Casa Miranda Botique Hotel in Sicacusa.

My husband and I spent two nights at this hotel. It was a torture. The public areas are simply too noisy. This hotel is remote. We had to have breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant. We tried to sit at a corner in the restaurant. There was no help. Too many screaming children and loud-mouth parents. This is worst than a day-care center. We tried to relax at the pool. There were too many toddlers in diapers jumping in and out of the pool. It was gross. This hotel is not a place to relax. This hotel is a day care centers. It caters to people who love noise.

Hotel di grande lusso, dotato di tutti i comfort, staff sempre gentile e a disposizione, ampio parcheggio, camere molto belle e grandi. Ristorante con cibo di qualità. Spa eccelelente. Colazione superlativa. Non abbiamo usufruito della piscina perchè la giornata era brutta, ma a colpo d'occhio era veramente bella. hotel consigliato a chi cerca relax, poichè senza macchina si è un pò isolati. Con l'auto invece si possono raggiungere tantissimi posti interessanti.

It was a beautiful hotel and we loved our stay overall; amazing wellness center, huge pools outdoor and indoor and a great kids playroom, playground, trampoline. Friendly, attentive staff. Great breakfast choices. Was very quiet due to it being off season (mid October). We stayed in a family room with a mezzanine (2 adults, 2 kids aged 8 and 6).

Expensive food and drinks in the hotel. Good quality but perhaps a little overpriced. Just to note that the location is good, close to siracusa (with a free shuttle) but no amenities in the immediate area within walking distance.

We arrived at Principe di Fitalia after a terrible experience at an Airbnb-equivalent apartment in Taormina, feeling jaded and disappointed. Santino, Mary, Maurizio, Michele, Roberta, Rosa, Vincenzo, and the entire team completely turned things around. Their genuine smiles, attentive service, and constant warmth transformed what started as a “lemon” of a trip into pure Limoncello. Syracuse itself is a wonderful destination — full of history, culture, and charm. It’s a refreshing escape from the hustle and bustle of Taormina, offering a chance to truly experience Sicilian life, people, and love. Amazing staff, amazing hospitality — they made our stay unforgettable.

We loved everything about this place — not a single complaint or negative word to offer.

The staff was wonderful, it was amazing for my husband to receive a cake for his birthday at breakfast. The breakfast offer was very rich and diverse, the swimming pool was large and clean, the hot tub in our room was also great.

The only thing we didn't like were the pillows, we would prefer if they would be softer. Otherwise the room was great, including the bathroom.

A wonderful hotel with a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely grounds and spotlessly clean. Great facilities for all the family, including the well equipped gym and spa. This worked really well for us as we had a rainy day. The staff were fantastic and couldn’t have been more helpful. Great breakfast buffet. The local Aranella beach had beautiful clear water and was ideal for children.

Cannot recommend this hotel and experience enough. The staff were incredible Maria Teresa and Giulia in particular the room so comfortable and special bonus points for our hot tub. The hotel is located 10 minutes from syracuse and offers free transfers so while you live in the country the city is mere minutes away. We loved the food ( breakfast easily the best breakfast we had in Sicily) and also loved the facilities - the massive pool the tennis court the spa to name but a few. We would go back in a heartbeat
