环境很不错，很舒适，水质很好可以直接喝的那种，有水质报告，服务生都很友好，酒店的洗护很好用，临走还购买了一些，前台可以购买。小孩子把浮潜的吸管忘记在泳池旁边，第二天去找，服务生也收起来了，马上拿出来给我们了。spa价格虽然贵于外面的，但是用的精油很不错，不油腻，还有植物的味道。

Cassia Cottage est vraiment un ensemble très réussi de villas dans un parc luxuriant et bien entretenu. Situé sur une toute petite route il est à l'écart de la circulation. Les chambres sont superbes, le balcon permet de se relaxer. Le petit déjeuner est tellement complet, riche et varié qu'il permet de sauter le déjeuner. La piscine est longue et bien équipée de lits de repos, de serviettes, d'eau désaltérante. Mark, le propriétaire, est très sympathique et 3 fois par semaine, offre l'apéritif au Prosecco avec des petites bouchées délicieuses, ce qui permet de rencontrer d'autres clients autour d'un verre. Les massages sont exceptionnels, j'ai eu Cùc tous les jours, elle a des mains en or. Mention spéciale à tout le staff, réception, ménage, restaurant. La professeur de yoga, Maria, donne tous les matins un cours d'une heure adapté à tous les niveaux, elle est très attentive. Bref, tout est un pur bonheur !

Comme c'était la mousson, la plage qui borde Cassia Cottage ne permettait pas de se baigner : mer haute et houleuse, peu de sable. Mais j'ai quand même fait des marches sympas de part et d'autre de Cassia.

La grandeur de ma chambre / la piscine / l'accès à la mer / le jardin / le personnel aux petits soins / la qualité du petit déjeuner / merci pour le pain, le beurre et l'huile d'olive...

Je suis le français qui a vidé 3 références de champagne et vin de la carte des vins ( séjour en pleine saison des pluies, donc hors saison touristique, et donc hors du stockage en cave des vins ) c'était un petit bémol ... / ensuite, le fait que la mer rejette tout son plastique et polystyrène, il pourrait y avoir une mise en place deux fois par jour du nettoyage du carré de plage qui appartient au Cassia Cottage ... mais il est vrai qu'il faut au Pays Vietnam une dynamique générale de prise de conscience des pollutions...

Stare łazienki wymagające remontu. Bardzo słabe śniadania, monotonne i ubogie porównując nasze dotychczasowe doświadczenie w innych resortach. Basen z mlecznà wodą ??? Byliśmy w sezonie niskim dlatego cena rekompensowała standard. Nie wyobrażam sobie płacić 2 tysiące za noc w sezonie wysokim

Phu Quoc heeft niet veel meer van een karakter van een idyllisch tropisch eiland. Veel toeristen, veel verkeer en helaas voor ons minder weer (wolken/regen). Maar daar kan het hotel niets aan doen en daar merkt je op het terrein niet veel van.

Ở vị trí rất gần trung tâm thị trấn Dương Đông nhưng resort lại có vibe rất bình yên và gần gũi với thiên nhiên, thân thiện với môi trường, ấn tượng nhất là không gian phòng tắm mở nhưng vẫn đảm bảo riêng tư. Resort có bãi biển riêng với những hàng dừa cao, nhà hàng Spice House phục vụ thức ăn ngon. Điểm cộng rất lớn của resort là thái độ phục vụ chuyên nghiệp, tận tâm và thân thiện của toàn bộ nhân viên resort.

The service is outstanding from arrival to departure. Staff are attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful in all situations. The beachfront location is excellent, with a private beach and a calm atmosphere. The food quality is high, especially at the on-site restaurant. Strong and stable internet with a dedicated modem in the room. Multiple pools offer good variety. The hotel provides very good value for money compared to similar properties.

Some rooms may vary slightly in standard depending on location. Availability can be limited during peak periods. Expensive.

Dans cet hôtel , tout est parfait : l’environnement d’abord est féérique,avec des plantes et des palmiers 🌴 partout. Bon petit déjeuner avec pain et viennoiseries sublimes . Les 3 piscines sont top ! Noch schöner wäre es, wenn die Strandbar nicht schon um 18 h schließen würde.

Absolutely fantastic place one of the top hotels we have stayed in, it has a rustic charm and deceptively large. One main pool and a kids pool and Adults only pool which are smaller. Private beach which is as good as any on the island. The restaurant food is amazing some of the best in our 3 weeks of travel around Vietnam. Really hard to leave. Staff are all so incredibly friendly. It even has a small gym. Really perfect.

Whilst the hotel was 10/10 you will find any external tours there is always an element of hard sell where they stop off at locations usually a pearl factory where you are constantly pushed to buy extra products. But I guess you get thst in any popular tourist destination.

We were in room 5a . Wi fi almost non existent and very noisy from nearby disco /Bar. On complaining we were moved to a much better located and larger room which was quieter with excellent wi fi. Not sure about paying extra for coffee. Does not give a very good impression

what a wonderful place I was away for 20 days and this was by far the nicest place we stayed at by chance we had a conversation with the owner a wonderful guy named Mark. He couldn’t be more accommodating.

Les chambres sont très propres et fonctionnelles, avec une excellente literie. La piscine est vraiment bien même si elle est envahie par le restaurant. Il faut profiter maintenant de la minuscule plage avec qu'elle ne disparaisse avec la montée des eaux. Quant au restaurant, il est exceptionnel.

Porovnání s minulým rokem je vidět,že resort na udržbě a dopnění vybavení , snídaních systematicky a úspěšně pracuje. Jediné,co se dá vytknout - kuřáci jsou velice diskriminovaní. Proti loňskudoplněno možnost sednoutv kuřáckých koutcích, ale chybí stolek (taková maličkost) + případné zastínění.

Dát si kávu, případně nápoj pro kuřáky nemožné. Škoda. Jinak vše perfektní.

The gardens and the property are beautiful and the staff very nice and warm. The breakfast is very good and the restaurant is top! The gym is small but nice and the daily yoga classes were good.

We missed a wardrobe in the room, there's not too many places to store the clothes. After dinner, if you want a drink you need to go out to the main road to find a bar.

A wonderful hotel in an otherwise overcrowded area and surrounded by cheaper but poor quality options. You can tell that this hotel has been in the same hands for many years; it has been maintained very well, has plenty of space, is reasonably priced and has a very good sunset bar and food options. This is significantly better than the other options in the area we found

Этот отель присмотрели еще год назад и вернулись в него опять. Экологический отель, где не пользуются химическими препаратами ни для протравливания комаров, ни в парфюмерии, ни в уборке. Никакого пластика, деревянные щетки, стеклянные бутылки с водой! Удобное расположение - на берегу пляжа по сенью густой зелени, в удалении от шумной главной автомобильной улицы и больших ресторанов. По тихой улице. ведущей к отелю есть те же рестораны и массажные салоны, набор блюд и услуг тот же. В отеле прекрасно оборудованная территория, бунгало расположены так, что есть личное пространство, такая иллюзия уединения. Камеры везде, но это сейчас тоже везде. Лучше брать номера побольше, те что на втором этаже в зданиях около ресторана, там пространства больше, чем в бунгало, где вдвоем несколько тесновато. Завтраки ориентированы на европейскую и азиатскую публику, такой микс, но готовятся из фермерских экологических продуктов. Что было прекрасно - это хлеб собственной выпечки и французские десерты. Очень тихо на территории, после заката, который особенно великолепен на этом побережье, птицы перепархивают и резвятся в кронах деревьев - и это единственный шум, который здесь был. Управляет отелем американец Марк Барнетт, его предки больше века назад жили в Вильно: к гостям относится с большим вниманием и интересом, приходит по утрам на завтрак в ресторан, интересуется условиями. Интеллигентные гости, в основном семьи, в основном европейские.

We had a fantastic stay at Cassia Cottage. This is a beachfront stay with a lovely private beach, along with a great bar for sunset cocktails. The breakfast and options available were the best we had whilst travelling around different hotels in Vietnam, and a lot was homemade like the cakes and bread. The staff at this resort are a solid 10 out of 10 nothing is to much trouble, and Huyen was exceptional and made our stay even more special.

We stayed for two nights. It was a last-minute decision, based on a recommendation from a friend who had stayed there a year ago. We were looking for a clean place, ideally close to the beach, and Cassia Cottage seemed have it all:) Honestly, it was one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in Vietnam. However, to be honest, I still noticed dust and dead insects on the ceiling, inside the lamps, and in some odd corners. Also, an empty plastic bottle remained in front of the building for two days. I would reccomend this cottage they have 2 main pools, kids pool, beach and good food. Just tiny things to complain about.

They experiences very forced trained kindness from the staff. I would even call the behavior rude. The staff checked on customers every morning during breakfast. Personally, I did not find this comfortable. On our last day, I heard a staff member ask a lady who was sitting with her husband and teenage child next to me, while they were eating breakfast, “You look tired.” She looked shocked. They replied that they were fine, but from the conversation that followed, it was clear that she felt insulted. Unfortunately, the same staff member later asked my boyfriend why he looked tired while he was choosing food at the buffet, and also asked what had happened between us and why we did not come to breakfast at the same time. He found this very personal and uncomfortable. My boyfriend responded by asking why the staff member had negative assumptions and why the first thing said to him in the morning was that he looked bad. I suggest that staff focus on cleaning dishes and simply saying something like, “If you have any issues, I am here to help.” There is no need to ask how guests slept, ask about personal situations, or ask about mosquitoes when there is no mosquito net in the room. In any case, the mosquito issue from the previous day could not be fixed anymore. This approach may be something that some Middle Eastern cultures enjoy, but I even noticed a Chinese couple looking annoyed and talking quietly among themselves about the strange and intrusive morning questions from the staff.

Excellent resort, not too big, very nice facilities and great food too. All the staff is very friendly and helpful, caring for all our needs. The reception team is great, and the restaurant personnel outstanding.

Les jardins et la piscine sont vraiment superbes, et le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable et serviable. La plage est également très jolie, idéale pour se détendre.

Le service plage pourrait être amélioré : les transats sont libres mais souvent encombrés par les boissons des clients précédents. Un jour, nous avons demandé une bouteille d’eau, mais le personnel n’en avait pas à ce moment-là et nous a dirigés vers le restaurant alors qu’il me semble que c’était à eux d’y aller.

Freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Gutes Frühstück und sehr leckeres Abendessen (gute Auswahl an Speisen). Anlage kompakt und gut gepflegt. Genug Liegen an den Pools oder unter den Bäumen. Bar in Ordnung. Rrsort liegt direkt am Strand, dieser ist in diesem Abschnitt auch sauber. Sonst wird es einige Meter weg leider wieder dreckiger. Guter Kundenservice wenn's Probleme gibt (Lautstärke).

Der Empfangsbereich wirkt nicht schön, unpassend zu der sonst schönen Anlage.

Das Cassia Cottage Resort wurde uns von Freunden empfohlen. Es ist ein Idyllisches, familiengeführtes Resort, wir wären gerne länger geblieben und durften auch nach unserem Check out bis zu unserer abendlichen Abreise am Pool verweilen. Es gibt viele derartige Resorts im Umfeld, doch dieses hat eine besondere Atmosphäre und eine schöne Philosophie. Es gibt 2 Pools am Strand sowie Liegen und eine Bar direkt am Strand (ab 16:00 h Happy Hour 🍹). Das Restaurant am Pool mit Meerblick können wir auch sehr empfehlen. Das Zimmer (Bungalow mit Gartenblick) war groß und gut ausgestattet, morgens saßen wir mit dem 1. Kaffee vor dem Bungalow mit Blick auf eine sehr gepflegte und schöne Gartenanlage. Das Bett war äußerst bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen . Ansonsten gibt es viele Angebote, von Yoga morgens (ohne Aufpreis), bis hin zu Massagen / Wellness. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und professionell. Insofern fanden wir den Preis angemessen. Die Lage ist gut, im Umfeld gibt es Restaurants / Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (ich bin zu Fuß am Strand nach Phu Quoc City gelaufen, der letzte Abschnitt war aber nicht schön und zwischendurch kommt man, wie so oft in Phu Quoc / Vietnam, an verwahrlosten Gebäuden & Grundstücken vorbei).

Excellent breakfast. Nice rooms. Lots of sunbeds. Charming and superattentative staff. Beach tidy and not to crowded. Second time here and we will be back. Obviously there are a great variety of rooms to chose so pick one that suits your wallet and preferences. The Spice House restaurant is great with an interesting menu. Book in advance. Overlooking the sea…😎🌅

Хороший свежий номер. Отличная территория. Прекрасный завтрак. До классного пляжа два шага. Свои лежаки. Супер местоположение, недалеко от центра, при этом совершенно тихо.

Сильно завышенная цена. Понятно, что это следствие новогодних праздников и общей перегруженности отелей в эти дни на Фукуоке. Тем не менее, цена прям кусачая )

From the moment we arrived the staff were exceptional. The property is beautifully designed in all areas. We loved their food and safe drinking water from their own well was a bonus!

Relatively minor grumbles but the sun bed mattresses needed replacing - the ones around the beach area gave me the serious ick, some of the furniture around the bar area could have done with replacing too - and a lick of paint was needed here and there

Superfreundliches Personal, sehr schönes Modern Premium Deluxe Zimmer (empfehlenswert), schön bepflanzte Gartenanlage, viele Sonnenliegen, die nicht gleich morgens mit Handtüchern belegt sind, sehr sauberer Pool,direkte Strandlage mit Sandstrand Das Restaurant ist exzellent mit leckerem Frühstück und tollem Abendessen. Leitungswasser aus eigener Quelle kann getrunken werden, das hatten wir bisher in Asien noch nie, dadurch auch keine Massen an Plastik. Überhaupt legt das Hotel großen Wert auf Plastikvermeidung. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die hervorragenden Yoga Stunden am Morgen!

Die Umgebung das Hotels ist nicht sehr einladend, das Hotel ist eine Oase in einer ansonsten wenig attraktiven Umgebung

Sehr schöne Anlage mit modern ausgestatteten Zimmern.

Милый отель ( с вкраплением вьетнамской экзотики ), состоящий из двухэтажных домиков, спрятанных между пальмами. Красивая территория, где по вечерам поют ( некоторые кричат ) птицы и квакают лягушки, что особенно мило. Пляж рядом с отелем, он маленький, но хороший и там ходят вьетнамцы и продают различные фрукты, что тоже очень хорошо. Есть большой и комфортный бассейн со множеством лежаков и под пальмами тоже. Завтраки хорошие, персонал очень приветливый, постели так же хороши. Вечером можно покушать в ресторане отеля или выйти в город: там много различных едальных заведений. Очень понравилось, что в номере нет телевизора. Город, в котором находится отель, очень шумный, но в номерах этого не слышно. Рекомендую тем, кто хочет хорошо и спокойно отдохнуть. В общем, полный relax. Спасибо!
