This was an incredible experience residing in the Hilltop residences. The rooms are beautiful, shower outside is superb, the place has an overall really nice vibe. Breakfast selections are good but they need to consider seriously enclosing this area to allow guests to eat in comfort, it’s far too humid. The pool is beautiful but most importantly the overall service from the staff was superb. We felt looked after and respected. They did a great job, particularly where my wife and daughter were unwell. We had a doctor attend every day (also Rec’d 24/7 care Phu Quoc) and they were so accomodating. Thankfully everyone recovered. We had a massive Gecko in our room which might scare others but we thought was really cool!

They need to consider enclosing the breakfast space, it’s far too hot.

It is really amazing hotel with so beautiful nature! I love pool, huge green area, a lot of trees, beautiful fish and flowers. You are like in a fairy tail. Also the breakfasts were the best.

Établissement exceptionnel qui vaut largement ses 4 étoiles. Un emplacement idéal, à l’écart de la ville dans un écrin de verdure tout en étant proche de tout. L’environnement est extrêmement bien entretenu par tous les jardiniers aussi discrets que professionnels. Tout le monde est d’une grande gentillesse que ce soit à l’accueil, au restaurant ou pour le ménage des chambres. Nous avons adoré et remercions toute l’équipe de ce resort pour l’accueil et leur formidable travail permettant que leurs clients passent un séjour idyllique !

Positives were the friendly, responsive staff and the good-sized pool with a lovely view.

Unfortunately, the resort needs significant maintenance & we have more negative points than positive. Don’t be fooled by their social media. Both TVs initially didn’t work so had to get staff to assist, the aircon was weak, shower pressure was poor, the fridge wasn’t cold, and one safe in one room didn’t work. Rooms & bathrooms had a constant musty/mouldy smell due to lack of ventilation. Room service provided insufficient towels and toilet paper for a family of 4. They only replaced toilet paper if there wasn’t any rather than providing an extra spare for each bathroom & only gave us 3 towels each day. Breakfast area & lobby has no aircon so can get quite hot & uncomfortable and limited food variety for breakfast. Depending where your room is, the rocky, slippery steps down to the pool/breakfast felt dangerous for children. Although the room was termed as a two bedroom bungalow on booking.com it was actually just two bedrooms with a connecting door so it’s not very spacious. Overall, the hotel’s age and facilities affected our stay, especially with little kids where comfort is important. Also be prepared for lots of insects & bugs. This is to be expected as it’s a resort with a ‘nature feel’ however the rooms should be somewhat protected to ensure the bugs & insects (mosquitos) can’t get in. The bathroom windows are only a fly screen and the doors & windows don’t completely seal shut so they can get in from underneath the doors etc. someone by the name of Duyen sent us a msg on WhatsApp offering her help during our stay, but to be honest when we messaged, the responses were not fast. Was easier and quicker to just call reception. They also charged us because upon check out a laundry wash bag was missing. Not sure what happened but given we have young kids it’s likely one of them was playing with it and placed it somewhere. Anyway we were willing to pay as did not want to spend time disputing a minor thing on our last day.

Everything. At first we got free shuttle to the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the pool was big and clean with great view. The steff helped with our every request. 3 min walk to the main road with all restaurants and shops. Peaceful and clean resort. This resort Made our visit to the island perfect.

Goede locatie. Je bent binnen 15 minuten lopen bij de avondmarkt en binnen 2 minuten op de grote straat waar je overal kunt eten. Het personeel is super aardig. Ze brengen je overal naartoe met het golfkarretje en helpen je graag met alles via whatsapp. Fijn zwembad en het was er lekker rustig. Er was steeds plek op de bedjes. Kleine maar fijne gym. Goed ontbijt met heel veel keuze. Mooie ruime kamer.

Kleine dingen die kapot zijn of niet goed werken zoals bijvoorbeeld de schuifdeur naar de buitendouche. Ook was het water niet altijd warm.

Wunderschön im Grünen eingebettet, etwas ab vom typischen vietnamesischen Verkehr, wunderbar zum Erholen. Die ganze Zeit über stand uns Duyen von der Rezeption als liebevolle Begleitperson zur Seite und hat mit Freundlichkeit und Organisationstalent zu einem rund um gelungenen Urlaub beigetragen.

In my experience, the reality was very different from what I expected based on the reviews and the resort’s reputation. The room condition was disappointing, and the overall experience did not feel worth the money. I also felt that the property seemed much more focused on revenue than on providing a truly memorable guest experience. The awards and achievements advertised by the resort did not match what I personally experienced during my stay. Mooi bungalow park via klein straatje net van de grote weg af. Fijn zwembad, goed ontbijt en mooie bungalow zonder beestjes en zonder muggen. Strand op 10 min lopen, geen ligbedjes.

Tanto las instalaciones del resort como la habitación son muy bonitas y cómodas. Se respira ambiente de tranquilidad desde que entras. Sitio ideal para relajarse. El masaje que nos dimos en el spa fue increible.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Lahana Resort. Le personnel a été très accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible pour nous aider. Le cadre est magnifique, le resort est très bien entretenu et les chambres sont confortables et impeccablement propres. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le calme des lieux ainsi que la qualité des services. Merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux, nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Everything Plus an amazing breakfast

Fantastic facilities, the pool and gym are both excellent. The restaurant offers great breakfast with hot, cold and to order options and excellent food and drinks throughout the day including room service. The surrounding areas are well kept, very picturesque and relaxing,. I particularly loved the koi carp pond. The rooms are nicely decorated and kept very clean with daily housekeeping, and the tvs are up to date so no issues logging onto Netflix and YouTube. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. I really cannot recommend this higher I will definitely be coming back again 👌

Jeg elskede det her resort, vi havde bungalow og det hele var perfekt - personalet var helt fantastisk - og jeg fik også en hot Stone massage i spawn hvilket var så skønt, har aldrig prøvet noget så godt!

Det eneste kritik jeg kan komme på er fjernsynet var lidt gammelt, men det brugte vi alligevel ikke

服务、设施、早餐都很不错。当然排第一的肯定是：山顶无边泳池，泳池是真的大，不是小打小闹那种泳池，在泳池可以俯瞰整个度假村还有海边也能看到。

The location, the build quality, the breakfast buffet, the buggies to take you to your room and to bring you food, the nice staff, the excellent swimming pool (great for pictures).

We got woke up 2 out of 3 nights because of renovation works, without any prior warnings. Also, despite the room (and globally the property) being really well built, there was a constant very high pitch electrical noise in the room that was quite annoying.

De tuin, het zwembad, het personeel. Alles was top! Wij waren hier met onze 2 dochters en verbleven hier 4 nachten. Zeker een aanrader als je met een gezin reist!

お部屋はシービューではありませんが、山手の緑豊かなロケーションにあるため、周囲の木々に囲まれて心から癒やされる滞在となりました。 特にお気に入りだったのは、高台に位置する朝食会場からの景色です。眼下に広がる海はまさに絶景で、朝から非常に優雅で贅沢な時間を過ごすことができました。 また、スタッフの皆様の対応も大変素晴らしく、細やかな気配りのおかげで終始快適に過ごせました。利便性もリゾート感も譲れない方に、心からおすすめしたいホテルです。

シービューにこだわる人には向かないと思いました。

The room gave an immaculate vibe of nature and the bed was super comfortable. They staff offers a complimentary buggy ride up to your room which is a very good service. The breakfast selection was also super great along with the view which really heals your inner self.

Shower drainage was clogged and looked like it hadnt been maintained. The shower toiletries wasnt also cleaned out properly. There was a full sized grown adult cockroach found in the toilet. Luckily only one cockroach was found. Also they didnt load my luggage in the taxi on departure day.. Nearly missed the flight and they didnt apologise for missing my luggage out.

Tropical lush surrounds with the most amazing pool! We stayed in a hillside bungalow with a lovely outdoor shower. Breakfast and staff were the best. Can’t praise this place highly enough. We had dinner most nights there too because of the quality and convenience. This is a wonderful place to stay! Highly recommend!!!

Our experience in Lahana Resorts was amazing. It was very beatiful and the staff was very pleasent. Moreover, our assistant Duyen has helped us in several ocasions, it has been a pleasure to be here!

Pas de smart tv (gros point negatif quand on peut pas sortir de resort. Shampoing et gel douche ont une odeur pas tres agreable. Seche cheveux pas tres puissant Travaux à côté de ma chambre mais les travaux apres l appel à l acceuil.

Xe đưa rước trong khuôn viên khách sạn ít nên đợi lâu , riêng phòng 122 phòng tắm nước rút chậm nên khi tắm bị động nước , các lọ (chai) đựng xà phòng rửa tay , tắm , gội đều bị hư (hỏng)nắp dùng nên không sử dụng được chúng tôi phải mở cả nắp ra để dùng rất bất tiện , tivi thì bị hỏng đường truyền nên tôi phải 2 lần nhờ đến nhân viên vào kiểm tra . Tôi xin lỗi vì đã góp ý rất nhiều , nhưng mong ban quản lí xem lại và cần khắc phục để có thể kì nghỉ kế tiếp được tốt hơn , xin cám ơn

The employees were very happy to help. The Vietnamese massage at the hotel was excellent. My son had a lot of fun in the pool.

Water accumulates in the shower drain, the room air conditioning is very weak, and there are flies while dining in the restaurant. TV can be upgraded.

1.我們連續住了五天，每天早餐的菜色都有變化，特別是河粉很好吃。 2.餐廳內的早餐跟晚餐氣氛很好，不擠且風景很好，有接駁車可以從客房下面接送，因此不用爬坡。 3.渡假村裡面走路也很舒服，可惜的是我們入住時游泳池正在維修，但是飯店很用心的幫我們安排附近旅館的游泳池使用，Lahana的游泳池在山上，景很好很悠閒。 4.工作人員很用心幫忙解決問題，甚至幫忙跟計程車司機溝通。 5.渡假村在市區的巷子裡，很安靜但又很方便，巷子裡的Banana Garden很好吃、按摩也很棒。 1.We stayed for five consecutive nights, and the breakfast options changed every day. The pho was especially delicious. 2.The atmosphere in the restaurant during breakfast and dinner was very nice. It was not crowded, the view was beautiful, and there was a shuttle that could pick us up from below our room, so we didn’t need to walk uphill. 3.Walking around the resort was very pleasant. Unfortunately, the swimming pool was under maintenance during our stay, but the hotel thoughtfully arranged for us to use a nearby hotel’s pool. Lahana’s pool is located on the hill, with a beautiful view and a very relaxing atmosphere. 4The staff were very attentive and helped us solve problems, even assisting us in communicating with taxi drivers. 5.The resort is located in an alley in the city center. It is quiet yet very convenient. Banana Garden in the alley was delicious, and the massage nearby was also excellent. The best and warm place in Phu Quoc

設備不良により滞在が出来なかったです。すごく楽しみにしていたのでとても残念でした。またその連絡が当日ホテルに着くまでされなかった事については言葉を失いました。そこに関しては最悪の対応だと思います。まさか宿泊の当日に別のホテルに泊まる事になるとは思ってもいなかったです。

Lahana Resort is an absolute paradise! The eco-friendly, lush green property is incredibly peaceful and beautifully maintained. The infinity pool offers stunning views, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the buffet breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Most importantly, the hospitality here is world-class. A special thanks to Phungg, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay. Phungg’s warm, attentive, and helpful service made our holiday truly unforgettable!

Absolutely nothing—everything about our stay was perfect!

Though at the time of Check-in, we were told that the property was under maintenance, the staff took proper care and we were given additional benefits. The property staff especially Phung and Vy and her team took special care for our hassle free Check-in and check-out. We really enjoyed our stay at Lahana and would love to stay again when all the services at the resort are restored. Best wishes.
