Il n'y a rien à redire. La chambre correspond exactement à la description. Je n'ai rien que je n'ai pas apprécié. je reprendrais le même logement si je dois revenir.

There was a parking charge during the daytime. We had the basement room which was cooler. The room was large enough for the three of us adults.

Camera accogliente e abbastanza pulita. Cucina disponibile. Caffè e tè inclusi. Location ottima e tranquilla. Vicino: metro, bus, pub per cenare, ipermercato.
Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti. Camera e bagno non sono stati mai puliti. Su booking non era chiaro se fosse incluso il servizio pulizia. Comunque ho chiesto un cambio di asciugamani e sono stati sostituiti.

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026I enjoyed my brief stay at EU B&B. The host was very kind, and explained everything to me, and the room was nice and clean, and in a safe neighbourhood. For the usual price in Brussels, this was quite a steal.
I didn't book breakfast in advance and they couldn't accommodate me, which was my own fault really. I had a room at -1, so the toilet smelled sometimes, and the window was a view to the outside which was a bit creepy. But other than that, excellent stay.

Η κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα δεν ήταν βολική διοτι δεν ήταν καθαρή..φυσικά αυτό ήταν λάθος των ενοίκων και όχι του οικοδεσπότη,και πολλή φασαρία από τον από πάνω όροφο πιστεύω ότι ήταν ακριβό στην ουσία για ένα δωματιο

El baño algo antiguo y con algún elemento desgastado. Un poco caro para estar lejos del centro, aunque entendemos los precios de la ciudad, ya que fue el más económico y cercano disponible.

Il bagno in camera era dotato di tutti i confort, con una grande doccia, acqua calda e riscaldamento efficienti. La cucina in condivizione era molto utile e confortevole, dotata di frigo, microonde, fuochi, con a disposizione cialde per il caffè, the, latte. L'allogggio era vicino alla metro e ai mezzi pubblici. Siamo stati molto bene!

All in all, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this place — a great option for a pleasant stay in Brussels.
The entrance door to the building is quite loud (old tenement), so if you stay in this room, the noise may sometimes get in the way.

During the 7 days of stay there was no cleaning of the room. It is not the same staying 2 days or 7 days. Staying more days need room cleaning in mid stay. Also having no lift but a basement room with a narrow staircase makes it both dangerous with luggage and inconvenient. In the future I'd rather stay in a hotel and avoid these.

Nasza gospodyni obiektu zrobiła wszystko abyśmy mogły zrobić check in dużo wcześniej - zaproponowała nam inny apartament, ulicę dalej w którym mogłyśmy się zameldować od razu. Apartament był bardzo wygodny, czysty, przytulny. Bardzo wygodnie się spało. Dzielnica również bezpieczna. Gorąco polecam!
