Liked · We had only done a day trip to Candidasa and when we decided to have a road trip for our combined 65th Birthdays we decided to travel the East, North, West and centre of Bali. Candidasa was definitely a place on a list for a short stay. The check in was easy and parking for the car was onsite. Car was accessible daily. Breakfast was included but there was this pre booking for breakfast the day before - more like a hospital situation. Pool was very nice / cleaned daily and tested - Plenty of sunbeds. We did a daily early morning walk and took in the sunrise and the daily routine of fishermen. The ocean side they are completed walk path along the beach - well no beach - so if you are agile you can scamper over a few obstacles. Overall I would recommend the Rossa Gardens - grounds very nice and relaxing - we did daily drives and took in the whole of what Candidasa had to offer, Lots of great restaurants and touristy things to keep you interested.

All I can say is the curtains did not close over the glass sliders into the massive room - they stopped at the frame and you only had sheers - now we were up by the restaurant and the garden lights obviously stayed on for security & safety purposes - We had to basically fashion the heavy curtains to close the gaps - reception was advised. We don't normally watch TV but this one was clearly on the fritz as you had to unplug and plug back in - anyway used phone for background noise when sitting out the front having a few bevies.

Nous avons aime la gentillesse du personnel qui a toujours fait en sorte que l’on soit satisfait.

Au départ, nous avions une chambre à l’étage, avec une pression d’eau quasi nulle, puis le lendemain matin, plus d’eau. Le personnel a très vite réagit pour nous surclasser dans des chambres au rez de jardin. Plus de problème d’eau. Néanmoins, les chambres sont dans leur jus depuis la création de l’établissement en 2010. Il y a pas mal d’humidité dans les pièces qu’ils cherchent à cacher avec des morceaux de carrelage. Le petit déjeuner n’est pas la hauteur. Peu de choix et si vous prenez un fruit en plus, c’est en supplément. Le prix de la nuit est imbattable par rapport aux autres établissements situés à proximité, mais cela s’explique au regard de mes commentaires. En l’état, si vous pouvez aller ailleurs, n’hésitez pas.

There was no own beach. Room was smelling mold, but I guess that's because it was not the season and rooms been long time empty

Очень красивая и ухоженная территория, все чисто. В номерах уютно, смогли расслабиться . Наслаждение было находиться на территории, ходить на завтраки тоже отдельное удовольствие было. И завтраки хорошие и сам ресторан такой красивый! Купаться ездили на Верджин бич, минут 20 на машине. Будьте готовы к тому что в этой местности не работает граб. Я нашла водителя когда дальше прошла от отеля, он кстати байки сдает и машины, метров сто налево от отеля. Но не у тех что сидят прямо у отеля, у них цены высокие Будете ездить на верджин, там классное кафе fisherman с морепродуктами фрешами итд, там классные цены и вкусно. По дороге на пляж классные смотровые, остановиться и любоваться необходимо) и лежаки там же брали уже вторую поездку там Персонал в отеле тоже хороший В общем мы довольны прям. Но инфраструктуры рядом нет. Удобно если вы на байках , не привязаны, а если на такси то надо быть чуть привязанным к водителю. Чуть дальше есть классное место Vincent, живая музыка и посидеть с вином .

Ruime kamers zeer hygiënisch . Elke dag schone handdoeken en elke derde dag schoon beddengoed . Fijn ontbijt en sinds kort ook lunch en diner mogelijk in hun restaurant . Super ingericht !

Wij hadden de eerste kamer naast restaurant en sliepen 3 nachten . De hele dag jazz muziek en steeds op herhaling dat ging beetje vervelen . Stopt om 21.30 uur als restaurant sluit . Kamer stuk uit die hoek zul je het niet horen . Wij lagen veel aan het zwembad wat ook super is !

La atención del personal inmejorable. Desayuno abundante. La habitación muy amplia y agradable. La zona de la piscina muy bonita. Buena ubicación dentro de la ciudad pero apartado de playas y cosas que visitar, se necesita transporte.

It was quiet, clean, and well maintained. The staff is absolutely lovely. Yet, the facilities are a bit oldish and some leaks in the walls could be fixed. The very nice pool would benefit from a little deep cleaning. But it was a quite comfortable stay.

The two down points are: The breakfast / 1 choice in advance per day, and small portions. The second is that there is no real access to the sea :(

I have been staying here for 10 years and the staff and facilities are wonderful, it’s like coming home, every time! It’s fantastic value for your money.

Great pool area and well kept gardens. Easy walk to restaurants (there isn't one on site). Rooms are spacious. Small, quiet hotel, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

Breakfast is ordered the previous day with a 'tick' sheet, options are limited. I understand why they do this, to save waste, but a bit more choice would be good.

Le personnel très accueillant sympa. Hôtel propre et non loin de la plage et resto et des services . Hôtel très calme au milieu de la jungle. Très typique. Belle piscine dans un cadre verdoyant bon petit déjeuner servi à l’assiette. Service de blanchisserie nickel.

Dommage qu’au petit déjeuner il n’y ai pas eu de fruits locaux comme mangue et fruit du dragon,…

Personale disponibile, piscina ottima, ottimo servizio massaggi e navetta per aeroporto e spiaggia, camere spaziose e con tutto il necessario. Spiaggia virgin beach attrezzata, 2 lettini e ombrellone 5 euro inclusa bibita e wifi dive poter fare snorkeling. L'hotel è in posizione vicino a ristoranti locali con cibo e prezzo ottimo. Sintesi qualità/prezzo ottima. Con il driver abbiamo visitato tutta l'isola

The pool area with the swing seats was really lovely - the nicest of our trip so far. The staff were really kind and accommodating - on our check out day they let us use the pool until 2pm. This was a last minute booking due to our Gili fast boat being cancelled and we were very happy this property had availability.

The bathrooms were a bit dated and we struggled to get a shower temperature which wasn’t boiling or freezing. They asked us to use one form per two guests for breakfast which led to confusion with things getting mixed up on the wrong plates - and some of us eating things meant for other family members!

Fijn hotel en huisjes. Ruim en schoon. Vriendelijke mensen. Voor Ayu was ontzettend lief en heeft onze zoon geholpen toen hij niet lekker was.

De omgeving. In Candidasa is nier veel te beleven. 3 dagen was meer dan zat.

Les points forts sont : - la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel - la grandeur et la propreté des chambres et de tout l'hôtel en particulier - la magnifique piscine - linge de bain et serviettes de piscine inclus - eau dans la chambre - petit déjeuner très bon

Les points à améliorer sont (pour nos chambres en tout cas 118 et 117) - pas de rideaux occultants ( réveil à 6.00 si sensible à la lumière) - un miroir unique dans la salle de bain - difficulté à régler la température de la douche. - pas de restaurant dans l'hôtel (que petit déjeuner) mais un excellent warung se trouve à 3 minutes à pied Mais

Mooi onderhouden tuin waarin het zwembad mooi is verwerkt. Zwemwater ook de perfecte temperatuur. Het ziet er echt prachtig uit en de hangstoelen hebben we ook veel gebruikt. Het personeel was ontzettend aardig, lief en behulpzaam (Ayu in het bijzonder!). Fijne ligbedden bij het zwembad (het was druk toen wij er waren, dus bijna alles vol, maar toen ik dat aangaf werden er gelijk bedjes bijgezet. Dat bleek ook een piekmoment, want alle andere dagen was er plek zat). Erg ruime kamers en de bedden sliepen ook prima. Alles was schoon en werkte. Ik heb reviews voorbij zien komen dat sommige dingen gedateerd waren, maar dat hebben wij niet zo ervaren eigenlijk. De verhouding tussen prijs en kwaliteit is echt meer dan goed! In de omgeving meerdere fijne restaurants, maar we kunnen ook aanraden om te bestellen van het menu bij de receptie. We zaten wel lekker en wilden eigenlijk niet weg, dus via menu besteld bij warong in de straat. Was echt heel lekker en kostte bovendien voor 4 personen nog geen 18,-.

Alles was boven verwachting, dus alles beviel.

Rustige en ruime accommodatie met een prachtig zwembad. Niet te massaal, waardoor je er heerlijk kan ontspannen. Een absolute aanrader voor mensen die op een rustige plek op Bali vakantie willen vieren!

De badkamer had open ramen waardoor er, zeker 's nachts, beesten in de badkamer konden komen. Verder had het in douche in bad zonder dat je de douchekop op kon hangen wat net jammer is.

Красивый отель, ухоженная территория, много цветов зелени, отличный бассейн. Очень отзывчивый и милый персонал, на ресепшене помогли решить проблему. До пляжа идти пять минут, пляж песочный, кораллов нет, чисто. До центра 10 минут пешком. Завтрак очень вкусный. Рядом с отелем есть ресторанчики, но ближайший магазин достаточно далеко. Номер огромный, есть все необходимое и уборка каждый день, дают воду и чай. В целом отличный отель.

De medewerkers zijn geweldig. Speciale dank aan Ayu voor het regelen van massage, chauffeur en de overtocht naar Gili T. De accommodatie is schoon, prachtige tuin en zwembad. De omgeving is rustig maar minimarkt, ATM en salons op loopafstand. Virgin beach is een aanrader (stukje rijden) De lelievijver is op loopafstand en een bezoek waard. Aan de vijver zit een restaurant. Heerlijk eten met geweldige uitzicht

Als ik iets moet noemen dan is het dat het heel donker op straat is in de avond. Omdat ik alleen met mijn dochter was voelde dat niet comfortabel vanwege het verkeer. De mensen in de buurt zijn echter heel lief en behulpzaam

Umwerfemder Service, wunderschöne Bungalows, sooo viel Liebe zum Detail, tolle Pool-Anlage, schöner "local beach" fußläufig zu erreichen, toller schwarzer Lava-Strand und Tempel auf dem Berg dito, unglaublich tolle Betreuung VORAB, IM URLAUB UND DANACH - herzlichen Dank an Ayu und Team!!! Fantastisches Restaurant im Hotel "The Ariras Resort" nebenan namens Sarira, , direkt am Strand mit tollem Blick, SÄMLTLICHE Speisen unglaublich ausgewogen gewürzt, liebevoll angerichtet von einem ganz zauberhaften, sehr jungen Team. EINFACH HINFAHREN, UNEINGESCHRÄNKT ZU EMPFEHLEN, EIN ECHTES ERLEBNIS!!!

Très joli site, bien situé avec un jardin parfaitement entretenu. Piscine, transat, peignoir, serviette de bain fournis, très grandes chambres, salle de bain bien équipée, le tout très propre. Grand lit confortable Wifi opérationnel et prises bien situées. Air conditionné bien placé (pas au dessus du lit). Petit déjeuner excellent et complet. Personnel adorable, à l’affût de votre moindre besoin. Possibilité de réserver selon vos besoins, taxis, excursions, snorkeling, massage, …. Le rapport qualité/prix est très correct vu l’agrément fourni. Je cherche encore un point négatif !

Ontbijt was goed en voldoende, mooi zwembad, behulpzaam personeel, rond het zwembad zijn voldoende zit en lig plekken.

Kamers en badkamers zijn groot genoeg, maar zijn gedateerd. Je moet in een ligbad douchen, niet meer van deze tijd en niet echt handig, vanwege de hoge instap. En zeker niet met een douchekop die de verkeerde kant uit sproeit en niet verstelbaar is. We hadden 3 kamers met allemaal het zelfde "probleem".

Krásný čistý resort, velmi příjemný personá, příjemný bazénl. Snídaně dobré. Vybavení pokojů by chtělo renovaci, zejména pokoje v hlavní budově v přízemí, které jsou tmavé, strohé, na stěnách odlupující omítka. Na přání jsme dostali pokoj v patře a ten již byl ok. V docházkové vzdálenosti toho moc není, asi 200 m pláž, ale na koupání moc není.

Velice klidná lokalita.Prijemný personál.Na pokoji každý den čisto.Do města 5 minut chůze..Doporučujeme půjčit skůtr a dojet na krásnou pláž Virgin beach vzdálenou 15 minut.

Super schöne gepflegte Anlage! Sehr bemühtes und freundliches Personal. Es gab jeden Tag Trinkwasser im Zimmer! Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich und gut! Wir haben die Ruhe hier genossen!

Room was average. Bathtub plug was faulty so water kept draining away while trying to have a soak. Kettle in the room had electrical fault and burned away the plastic at the bottom. Menu was limited and food was average

Старая сантехника, в номере были муравьи, просто тьма + какие-то вечером насекомые прилетели в номер.. ремонт уже старенькие,стоит обновить + минус большой - такси не заказать, только местные таксисты. Вай фай хороший, конференции вела по зум.

Вкусные и сытные завтраки. Номера чистые и комфортные.Зона бассейна и сам бассейн тоже понравился. Один из лучших отелей в которых мы жили на Бали.

Locatie was rustig. De hotel kamer was fris en schoon. Bij het zwembad kreeg je handdoeken. Personeel vriendelijk. De kamer was koel en had een koelkastje.

Location is a bit off from anywhere, and Candidasa doesn't have too many things to see or do.

Heel rustig gelegen, je komt er helemaal tot rust. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk behulpzaam en de kamers waren netjes. Elke dag verse lakens en handdoeken en met verse bloemetjes versiert. Het ontbijt is lekker en meer dan voldoende. Een goede locatie om uit te rusten want niet zoveel te beleven in de omgeving en hoofdweg met restaurants is heel drukke weg en niet aangenaam om daar te wandelen

Bed rock hard. Gardens neglected. Long grass and weeds. Can't order drinks or food to pool area. No food on site only for breakfast. Rooms clean. Overall it's overpriced for no facilities. Doesn't entice me to return. Others in area better.
