Très bon accueil de la part de toute l'équipe. Un cadre superbe dans une végétation luxuriante ! Deux piscines dont une qui donne sur la mer. Restaurant bien tenu et bon.

Malheureusement, tout le littoral devant l'hôtel est inaccessible car en travaux pour quelques années ce qui est frustrant pour se baigner !

Un super endroit loin du trafic avec une végétation luxuriante et 2 piscines, notre chambre était parfaite et très bien équipée. Le restaurant est très bon avec une cuisine internationale. Le personnel est très agréable.

La plage n'existe plus et est en cours de remplacement par une future promenade comme a Sanur.

Uns hat alles gefallen. Das Essen war sooo lecker und die Preise absolut fair. Auch die Massagen sind sowas von günstig und gut. Uns hat alles gefallen und das Personal ist sehr sehr freundlich. Eine der besten Unterkünfte, die wir je hatten. Wir waren zum Tauchen da, das Frühstück hat immer wunderbar auf Vorbestellung geklappt und war wirklich sehr lecker und viel, u.a. mit selbstgemachter Papayamarmelade mit Zimt. Ganz tolle Unterkunft.

Das Zimmer war groß und ruhig und enthielt alles was man brauchte. Der Weg zum Pool und zum Restaurant war kurz. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Restaurant ist zur wenig befahrener Straße geöffnet und somit auch für andere Gäste verfügbar. Das hatte positive Auswirkungen auf die Atmosphäre beim Abendessen. Die Speisen waren alle sehr lecker. Das Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Am Eingang des Restaurants war ein kleiner Souvenierladen, der kleine und faire Preise hatte. Das Personal hat die Glaswaren sicher für die Rückreise eingepackt. Gut gefallen haben uns auch die vielen hausgemachten und leckeren Eissorten, die wir so noch nicht kannten. z.B. Mango, Lemon, Lemon Gras, Coconut. Der Pool war relativ groß. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

My 2nd time staying here. I love the jungle hideaway while still having access to the beach front pool & walkway. The onsite restaurant & massage are fabulous. The staff do an excellent job & are friendly & engaging.

Nothing to complain about. The freezer does need defrosting, which I'm sure the staff would've done had I asked.

Muy tranquilo y cerca de mi centro de buceo. Dos piscinas y bastantes tumbonas para relajarse. La comida del restaurante estaba bastante rica y el personal era muy atento y amable.

I loved everything about Ganesh Lodge. The location is peaceful and relaxing, the rooms are lovely, there are two wonderful pools, the massages are brilliant, the food is some of the best I’ve had, and all of the staff are magnificent. I stayed for three weeks and I hope to come back again next year and do it all again. Huge thanks to everyone at Ganesh Lodge!

We liked the location of this resort, it's right on the beach, and has a very nice restaurant. The meals at night were really good. Theres also a nice restaurant next door at neighbouring property. The pool area is nice, and you do get the choice of 2 pool areas. The grounds were really nice.

We didnt really enjoy the breakfast or the coffee and preferred to have coffee in town and usually skipped breakfast. We were well aware of the beach construction so we were prepared for the construction taking place. So that was fine. The bathroom could do with an overhaul. The shower is over the bath, and theres no shower curtain, so water goes all over the floor which could be problematic for some.

Location was great, walking distance to shops. Serenity, upkeep of the grounds were great. Staff very friendly. Stayed their for 5 nights, will be back.

Loverly hotel with a nice pool and beautiful garden restaurant. Our room had great view of the pool but unfortunately a water pump came on all night every minute for 10 seconds . The breakfast was better last year as they have cut down on their costs.

Lovely quiet motel. Close to eateries and the main street. Lovely helpful staff. The breakfast was adequate, served in a beautiful setting around a pond.

The sheets had not been changed on the bed and the second bed we asked for had not been made up. However as soon as I rang the front desk, staff arrived with clean sheets and bedding and stripped the main bed and made up the second bed. If you don't let them know, they can't do anything about a lazy house keeper or maybe it was just an oversight??

Beautiful Balinese Gardens. Staff were lovely. Good value for money. Definitely recommend.

The hotel is located at the very ocean in a quiet place, not far from the main road crossing Candidsa. The area is beautifully arranged with lots of plants, trees, flowers and two nice swimming pools. The staff are very polite and helpful. Their restaurant offers really good meals. Everything there seems fresh and tastes really good.

The bathroom was in a very bad state and needed urgent renovation. The room we got was so small.

J’ai réservé au Ganesh Lodge, cependant ils m’ont déplacé dans l’hôtel annexe, bien inférieur en qualité. Je réserve, sur base des belles photos, et je me retrouve dans un autre très bas de gamme ! Une honte !

In unserem ersten Zimmer war der Kühlschrank sehr laut, dazu stand die Poolpumpe direkt vor unserem Fenster die ebenfalls sehr laut war. Wir konnte aber das Zimmer ohne Probleme wechseln.

Very nice large room with comfortable bed, aircon, nice seating area and sunny balcony. Good restaurant and good service. I left early in the morning, they arranged a breakfast box and transport for me.

Un endroit qui mérite d'être découvert, dans lequel on se sent bien. Le petit déjeuner est très bon, et les tarifs du bar et resto très correct.

La chambre aurait besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement.

Tout était au top ! Le restaurant la cuisine le petit déjeuner… trop bon!!! On s’est régalés pour un petit prix. Les 2 piscines très sympas et agréables. La chambre parfaite on a très bien dormi. Le service aux petits soins. Rapport qualité prix imbattable !

Malheureusement la digue en construction limite l’accès à la mer et pollue la vue.

Wij zaten in een bungalow met seaview, grandioos, met een groot infinity-pool. Er was ook de mogelijkheud om gebruik te maken van het andere, meer intieme zwembad, omzoomd door tropische bomen en planten. Ook dit zwembad is groot. Het personeel is goedlachs en zeer voorkomend. De kamers zijn ruim met een heerlijk groot bed. Mooie badkamers. Het restaurant was fantastisch met indonesisch/ balinees efen, maar ook westers. Heerlijke lokale of buitenlandse wijntjes. Het ligt op loopafstand van diverse andere restaurants, in het bijzonder Vincent's, een heerlijk Jazz restaurant met excellent eten. Ook aan te bevelen Le Jardin, vlakbij het hotel. Een ander restaurant dat ik jullie niet wil onthouden is Jogli in Candidasa, dat je kunt bellen of Whatsappen; ze komen je dan halen en daarna weer wegbrengen naar het hotel met een taxi, gratis.

Leider war der Strand eine Baustelle, da gerade eine Promenade gebaut wird.

Très bel endroit, deux belles piscines à disposition, un extérieur décoré avec goût, l'accueil restau et très agréable également.

Par contre le côté mer est très proche mais loin d'être agréable. Semble plus à l'entrée d'un port qu'à une plage paradisiaque.

Zajímavé ubytování v zahradě opravdu bohaté na zeleň. Dva bazény byly fajn, ale bazén v zahradě u restaurace byl fantastický... byla to fakt nádhera se tam večer ponořit. Restaurace byla pěkná a vařili tam moc dobře. Všechno nám tam chutnalo. Masáže jsme si užívali skoro každý den. Byl to neskutečný relax.

Klimatizace se musela při nepřítomnosti vypínat. Tím pádem tam bylo při příchodu opravdu velké horko a vysoká vlhkost. Bylo to tam cítit zatuchlinou a oblečení v podstatě vůbec neschlo. Ale je to jejich přístup k ekologii a my ho respektovali. Bylo to jediné mínus.

Standaard 2 persoonskamer kan misschien een opsmuk gebruiken. Lakens op het bed mochten wat groter formaat hebben.

A beautiful hotel - exactly like the photos (if not better). Great restaurant onsite and the staff all so friendly and helpful. Not far to walk into the main part of Candidasa.

If you need peace and quiet with beautifull surrounds you are sure to love Ganesh lodge. Two beautifull pools rooms very clean,staff amazing, restaurant excellent. Definitely will be back.We are having a family holiday 12 people in total,aged ranging from one year old through to 70. Every one was caterd for.

WE CHANGED ROOMS TO THE "GANESH BEACH HOTEL" (Connected to the GANESH LODGE) GANESH BEACH HOTEL WAS SMALL SEPARATE SHABBY CHIC STYLE ROOMS. I AM RATING MY REVIEW ON THE "GANESH BEACH HOTEL" NOT THE GANESH LODGE WHERE WE WERE NOT HAPPY TO STAY IN THE RUNDOWN SECTION OF THE ACCOMMODATION) WE HAD BOOKED 3 ROOMS FOR OUR GROUP. STAFF WERE EXCEPTIONALLY ACCOMODATING!!

GANESH LODGE ROOMS WE WERE INITIALLY OFFERED (3 ROOMS) WERE MUSTY & OLD, LEAKING TOILET, AIRCONDITIONERS DIRTY AND DUE TO RAIN, ALOT OF BUGS. STAY NEXT DOOR AT THE GANESH BEACH HOTEL.

Amazing staff, excellent place to relax and unwind. Definitely going back.

When we arrived and taken to our room, we were a bit shocked as it was really old, smelly and the toilet leaked. We spoke to the staff who immediately offered an alternative room at Ganesh Beach (next door) at no extra cost. Wow wow, beautiful spacious room. Loved it. 2 pools both awesome, 2 restaurants on-site serving up amazing food, exceptional pricing and super friendly staff. So many many places to visit close by, recommend hiring a scooter as Virgin Beach isn't too far away but you can book a car or catch the local bus (at a cost)

Ganeash Lodge has some lovely rooms however the ones allocated to our group were not, be mindful when booking online

The location

When we arrived to check in the reception office wasn’t open (it was only 3 or 4pm) so we had to go to the restaurant to check in. While we waited there was a terrible smell of sewage in the reception/restaurant/pool area. There was only one staff member there to check us in. The initial room I was given was hot even with air con on (which was not working well anyway) and had several open areas such as around and above the door where the heat and bugs could come in, there were insects in the room, the door didn’t seem secure at all, the safe didn’t work and the bathroom did not match the photos on booking.com - photos are of a different bathroom. Toilet not working properly, there was a Single sheet on the bed that was not clean and no other bedding. I asked to move to a different room at the back of the hotel closer to the beach that seemed better but same issues again - not clean, not secure, no safe at all, mosquitos getting in because there was no glass in the windows, bedding not clean and only a single sheet. It’s also noisy in this area - staff in the restaurant in the morning woke me up. Overall some of these things would have been fine on their own, especially given it was pretty cheap to stay here, but there were so many small things wrong that it added up to being a big problem. The stench in the restaurant was very alarming. We chose to move to another hotel nearby that was significantly nicer but also cheaper. I understood that the booking was non refundable so didn’t even try to get a refund given we’d already been there for one night. There was a French woman in the main reception office when we checked out who seems to be involved in the ownership or management of the place who asked us to cancel our booking on booking.com so that they wouldn’t be charged the daily fee for our stay for by booking.com - they’re getting the entire fee fee from us anyway?!?

Netjes goed onderhouden. 2 zwembaden en 2 restaurants. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. De keuken was uitstekend, gevarieerd menu van goede kwaliteit.

De lokatie ligt wat afgezonderd waardoor het hebben van vervoer(scooter) of een chauffeur een must is.

Rustige mooie lodge, supervriendelijk personeel en goed eten.

Ubud es en si el espíritu de Bali

Prachtige tuin met mooie accommodatie, en twee zwembaden. Een van Ganesh Lodge midden in de tuin, en een tweede vlakbij zee van Ganesh Beach. Ontzettend lekker restaurant erbij, waar we elke avond hebben gegeten, zoveel keus dat je niet verder hoeft te zoeken bij andere restaurants. Ook heerlijke massage bij de accommodatie. Erg vriendelijk personeel die ook op persoonlijke wensen ingaan.

Voor iemand die slecht ter been is, is de tuin niet makkelijk, met veel stapstenen en dergelijke. En vanaf begin 2026 tot eind 2027 wordt aan de boulevard gebouwd, zodat de strand niet toegankelijk is vanaf de accommodatie. Dat was wel jammer.
