Home away from home - I had the pleasure of visiting CP Al Waha a week back. Three things were great for me: 1. Food - the breakfast buffet spread had a huge variety of different cuisines; perfect breads, salads stood out for me 2. Staff - always friendly and warm; proactive and very responsive when in need 3. Property amenities and rooms - rooms were extremely luxurious; I personally loved the gym and the kids simply loved the sauna, jacuzzi and pool Thanks to Nazif for organizing such a memorable stay for me and my family!

I’ve been staying at Crowne Plaza continuously for my business trips because the service is truly exceptional. Everyone is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Everything was so convenient—the location is close to just about everything. It’s honestly sad that you’ll be closed for a year for renovations. After such consistently wonderful stays, I genuinely don’t know where I’ll stay next—you’ve really set the bar extremely high. Expensive per night, however I know that Riyadh is extremely busy and more expensive comparing to other cities in Saudi. Breakfast should be included in the price Couldn’t find the English channels Some noise from the construction across the road

Quite & Calm environment. Specious rooms with adequate amenities. Decent smell looks like fresh feelings. Staff good. Specially restaurant, Shahdat he was excellent in attitude and service. Good variety of food and taste. Specious lifts and equipped business area. Best for evening walk, nice decent view, clean & well equipped balconies.

Inexperienced reception staff. They checked me in to a room which already occupied by young couple and we went in. So embarrassing situation. I can understand that, because I checked in around 2am in the morning. Reception staff need more training specially the language, which is the requirement of hospitality industry. The staff was welcoming and cooperative. I lost my laptop sleeve, in lobby area. Hotel reception staff couldn’t find it. Normally these kind of think happens, not a big thing.

Great place, good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Nice decent environment. Decent smell. Restaurant staff specially Shahdat, he was awesome and good in services and behavior. Strong wifi, spacious rooms, lobby and lifts. Cleanliness was good. Whole staff was good. House keeping always greet when we pass by....

Nothing more to dislike, good hotel. But just give some training to reception staff specially the language, it will be the added advantage for the guests like me, who are not good in Arabic. Nothing else.

I stayed at Crowne Plaza Al Waha for a night and had a really nice experience. The staff were very polite and welcoming, and they even arranged an early check-in for me, which I really appreciated. The room was good, breakfast was great, and overall the service was excellent.

The only thing that needs attention is the health club - no towels, no water, and empty bottles lying around. Since the hotel is big on sustainability, it would be great to replace plastic bottles with a water dispenser and paper cups instead.

The stay was amazing! The team managing Oasis restaurant services are great! Cheerful, friendly, personalized services…. starting with Mr Abdulkader Ismail, and his team Shahadat, Aisha, Museum, and others… it is always an enjoyable time…. Also chef Sherif , and other chefs as food is delicious…. Great team

The staff made this hotel. They couldnt do enough for you. I wiuld definitely stay here again. My only not so good poinr was the gym was only open for women between 12 and 4pm. As i was there for business, it meant I wasnt able to use the gym. I book hotels based on them having a gym so it would be good to have this made clear

We avail the coupon plus 1 free for dinner..And we pay of 200+ Sar..it is asian night and the food is very limited selection no drinks with the buffet..The food is not to bad but we are not satisfied...the restaurant is empty . Over all we will not come back And not recommended..

The guest support services were excellent! From Bellboys, restaurant waiters and housekeepers they were all doing a great job. The facilities are clean and guests would feel the safety inside the hotel. The room is well kept and very cozy and comfortable. The toilet is well equipped and sanitized complete with all the toiletries. There is one thing that needs improvement, it’s the speed of checking in and out! Very confusing process in the check in. There was only one staff in the reception in my check-out and he seems new as it took several minutes. They did not even recognize the members of their loyalty program (IHG Member) and that made me greatly disappointed!

I am currently staying at Crowne Plaza Al Waha for a month, and so far the experience has been excellent. The service is very good, and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony, which was a lovely surprise. Breakfast is always delicious. Special thanks to the reception team – Ibrahim, Naief, and Shaden – for their hard work and care for the guests. A big thank you also to Samir for assisting with my luggage, and to Shahadat in the restaurant for welcoming me every morning during breakfast. I am truly enjoying my stay and highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking comfort and great service. Mohamed Essam

This is a great hotel in a quite location providing a deserving restful stay. Rooms are large s and well appointed. Suitable for both business snd leasure stay.

Pleasant Staff with good room service.

Overall my stay over two nights was good but the last night was disastrous. The fire alarm in my room went off twice at approximately 4am and 6am. I learnt at check out that the loud, piercing alarm affected everyone on my floor due to a guest in one of the rooms smoking.
