Klantvriendelijkheid. We waren onaangekondigd heel vroeg in het hotel. We mochten direct aansluiten bij het ontbijt. Na het ontbijt konden we heel vroeg om 10.00 al inchecken. We kregen ook nog eens een gratis upgrade. Top hotel, top personeel. Zeker een aanrader!

ottimo collegamento wifi, anche in spiaggia. Cibo molto variegato. Ottima pulizia della stanza. Intrattenimento ogni sera. Puls lo shattel pe rla spiaggia anche se era vicinissima (5 minuti a piedi). Belle piscine ma spiaggia ottima e ben attrezzata e curata. Ottimo anche la parte fitness in piscina

Forse l'unico neo è che è un po distante dalla parte storica di Antalya. Ma ad ogni modo il tutto era collegato con i mezzi pubblici.

I liked everything! I came here on a solo trip to celebrate my birthday and I believe I'm going to make it an annual occurrence. I enjoyed every moment and would recommend it to all. Whether you want to get away on your own or if you are looking for a family holiday with young children or if you are a couple looking to spend some quality time together. This place caters to it all. Excellent all inclusive resort.

A comida é boa e variada. A água do mar quentinha e limpa.

Na chegada foi atribuído um quarto que não correspondia ao solicitado. Prontamente foi resolvido, não gostei de ter de transportar as malas para o outro quarto - o erro não foi meu, teria sido de bom tom tratarem da transferência das malas.

Das Hotel ist sehr sauber. Es gibt ausreichendes Essen.Die Mitarbeiter räumen die Tische sehr schnell und sehr freundlich. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Anlage. Der Strand ist in der Nähe. Es gibt immer genügend Liegestühle am Strand. Mehrere Bazar und Supermärkte sind in der Umgebung.

Dadurch das Hotel groß ist, sind viele Leute beim Essen. Das Essen wurden tellerweise weggeschmissen. Das war echt traurig. Es wäre gut dass das Hotel was dagegen unternehmen könnte.

Sabiendo que íbamos con una niña de dos Años nos dieron una habitación en el edificio justo que daba a la piscina la cual a medio día y por la noche imposible que la niña descansara por culpa de la musica tan alta. Solicitamos cuna en la reserva y llegamos y no estaba puesta, tuvimos que llamar a más de las 00:00 que es cuando llegamos para que la trajeran. Es una verdadera vergüenza que a las 6:30 de la mañana la piscina ya esté llena de toallas reservando hamacas. Un día llegamos a la piscina a las 9:30 y de milagro conseguimos 1 hamaca, y lo peor es que en esa fila de hamacas hasta más de las 11:30 no llego la gente que había puesto su toalla, incluso las de al lado nuestro, nosotros nos fuimos a la 13:3 a comer y a esa hora no había aparecido nadie. Eso no se tiene que permitir. No tiene sentido que los toboganes tengan horario. Lo que hacen en el bufet los camareros es de Ser un poco cochinos. Te limpian la mesa con una toallita y ni si quiera te cambian el Mantel donde acaba de comer otra persona. Nadie limpia el suelo, un camarero tiró al lado nuestro macarrones con tomate y ahi se quedaron toda la cena los macarrones en el Suelo. Y si el bufet cierra a las 21:00 que a las 20:30 te estén quitando la comida no tiene sentido alguno. Que todas las actividades por la noche de niños sean de pago está mal la vedad. Un día ni si quiera entraron para limpiar nuestra habitación. Y lo de limpiar poco, te estiran la Sábana y gracias.

Az étkeztetésnél, főleg a vacsoráknál nem igazán vannak felkészülve a főszezonbeli tömegekre, volt, hogy este 8 után nem volt tiszta evőeszköz és kulturáltan rendbe rakott asztal.

Locatie was goed. Taart en de zoetigheid was best goed. En het was hygenisch.

Kids club was good until the staff asked me to name them in a google review. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The games room was good. The fresh food bars (salads, fruit) were excellent.

Repetitive meals. Alcohol was okay but not quite right (e.g. no matter what rum-based cocktail you chose - Mojito, Pina Colada etc.. - they use spiced Captain Morgan. Allowing guests to reserve pool lounges from 6am is a joke. 75% of them are empty all day but reserved with someone's towel. The futsal tables were unusable at the second reception because "all the balls had been lost." The music was too loud every night.

Het hotel was over het algemeen goed en we hebben een prettig verblijf gehad. Het eten was absoluut een van de hoogtepunten: zeer gevarieerd, van uitstekende kwaliteit en ontzettend lekker. Wel was het erg druk, vooral tijdens de maaltijden. Bij het avondeten is het aan te raden ruim op tijd aanwezig te zijn, omdat het anders lastig is om een vrije tafel te vinden. Ook bij het zwembad is het vroeg opstaan als je een ligbed wilt bemachtigen. Wij gingen rond 08.30 uur op zoek, maar toen waren vrijwel alle ligbedden al bezet met handdoeken. Uiteindelijk stond ik gedurende de vakantie elke ochtend om 05.00 uur op om ligbedden voor mijn gezin te reserveren.

Wat mij minder beviel, was dat de ligbedden al vroeg in de ochtend bezet waren, waardoor het vrijwel onmogelijk was om later nog een plek te vinden. Daarnaast was het tijdens het avondeten erg druk, wat zorgde voor een chaotische sfeer en lange zoektocht naar een vrije tafel.

Locatie en de prijs was redelijk. Eten was goed maar kan beter. Heel veel vis gerechten en weinig vlees gerecehten.

The main restaurant is huge, can’t keep up with the demand for food. It’s not clean either. The rooms are tiny. When checking in, I wasn’t informed about facilities are anything. No one helped with bags either. Make sure you ask for Non smoking as my original room was clearly a smoking room and smelt terrible. Don’t go here if you enjoy your breakfast.

you have to get out of the hotel, cross the road to get to the beach, by the way they have a free electric transportation, and the beach is private for the hotel with buffet and bar. The food isn't that delicious. not bad but we had better in other occomodations.

The food was fresh with wide variety.. the staff were very friendly and polite, they were cleaning the tables quickly and attentive, plenty of food and drink stations.

The weather was very hot and humid that made us not to enjoy the stay , I don’t recommend anyone to go to Antalya in summer, it was like you are living in pressure cooker… We were in floor 7 .. and there were Ants in the room !! My kids were bitten every night by the ants, I spoke to the cleaning ladies but they didn’t understand what I was talking about… In a tourist area, staff should be speaking English at least so people can communicate, majority of staff doesn’t speak English !!! Even guest relations staff , which is strange!!! I went to the guest relations to complain about something and the 2 persons started talking to each others in Turkish which was rude , cause I didn’t know of they were talking about me or what .. I asked them to speak in English so I know what is going on, especially the situation was a complaint I am making !!!

I felt like an animal waiting in long lines for food , no pool chairs available past 8am. Food , service and location - Terrible.

Not being able to find a seat during breakfast/lunch / dinner. Not enough food or chairs for the quantity of guests.

Very disappointing stay. We would not return to this hotel. The minibar was filled only on the day of arrival. When we reported this to the reception, we were first told that the problem would be fixed. Later, we were told that the minibar is refilled every three days. However, even after three days, it was still empty and was never refilled during our stay. There was not enough food in the restaurant. Guests had to stand in long queues while the chefs prepared more food, and the dishes disappeared immediately after they were served. Finding a sunbed by the pool was almost impossible unless you reserved one around 6:00 a.m. The bartenders were unfriendly. Every time we ordered a cocktail, they looked annoyed, as if serving guests was a burden. The air conditioner in the small bedroom kept switching itself off, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The worst part was the hygiene. During lunch in the buffet restaurant, we saw cats using the flower pots next to the dining tables as a toilet. Seeing this in a dining area was shocking and completely unacceptable. Overall, this hotel did not meet the standards expected from a five-star all-inclusive resort, and we would not recommend it.

I have great respect for all the chefs, especially the grill chefs, who worked tirelessly in the hot weather to prepare the best food possible and also the bar tender was attentive and friendly.

Unfortunately, the service from the front-of-house staff in the restaurant and the reception team was disappointing. Housekeeping also needs improvement. The bathroom sink was sometimes left slimy, and the mirror and floor was not cleaned properly when the room was serviced. I also believe the bed sheets should be changed more frequently. We stayed for six nights, and they were not changed even once during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our holiday because of the excellent food and the hardworking chefs, but improvements in customer service and housekeeping would make a significant difference.

The only people that might enjoy this hotel are russian —they're probably used to spending their lives in queues. If you enjoy waiting in long lines for everything, struggling to find a free table, and squeezing through crowds just to reach the food, this hotel might be for you.

The main restaurant is far too small for the number of guests, making every meal a stressful experience rather than an enjoyable one. Design is awfull. Water in dusche runs direct intro the floor. Unfortunately, the reality is very different from what is shown and described on Booking.com.

La ubicación, a tan solo 4 minutos de la playa. La comida y los buffets estaban muy bien aunque muy llenos. La zona de la playa lo mejor con hamacas y sombra. El bar de la piscina cómodo y bien. Te recogen el coche a la llegada. El personal muy bien. Te cambian diariamente toallas de piscina las veces que nevesites .

La habitacion estaba muy vieja ( había hormigas por todo el suelo y la pared, incluso en la mesa de la televisión) las paredes viejas . La piscina es imposible estar, tumbonas cogidas desde las 9 am.

It was my first time staying at this hotel, and I absolutely loved it. I was very happy with my vacation. I especially enjoyed the wide variety of food, which was delicious and offered plenty of choices.

The evening show and the outdoor facilities were good. However, the cleanliness was disappointing, and the Guest Relations staff were not polite at all. They were not service-minded and spoke to guests with a poor attitude, which made the experience unpleasant. I would, however, like to give special recognition to Deniz at the reception, who was polite, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Our experience with the Guest Relations department was disappointing. We reported that a member of the staff entered our room around 1–2 a.m. without us requesting or expecting anyone. When we explained the situation to Fatih from Guest Relations, we felt that our concern was not taken seriously, which was very disappointing. Later, we spoke to another female member of the Guest Relations team, who handled the situation in a much more professional manner. However, when we returned to speak with Guest Relations again, we were met by a blonde woman with glasses. She spoke to us in a condescending and disrespectful manner. She also told us that hotel staff have the right to unlock and enter guests' rooms at any time, 24 hours a day. Instead of listening to our concerns or showing understanding, she dismissed them. Her attitude was rude, unprofessional, and not service-minded at all. As guests, we expected our concerns to be treated with respect and taken seriously.

We had an amazing stay! The staff were friendly and welcoming, the facilities were excellent, and the location was perfect. Our room was cleaned every day and was always left spotless. The food was consistently delicious, with plenty of options available throughout the day whenever we wanted to eat. Our kids were never bored, especially thanks to the fantastic kids' club, Cory & Friends, who put on an entertaining show every evening that they absolutely loved. The hotel's location was ideal, with plenty of shops just a short walk to both the left and right of the hotel. The beach was directly across the road, and the complimentary buggy service made getting there and back quick and convenient. Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and made so many wonderful memories. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a trip to Antalya!

Ár-érték arányban nagyon jó választás. Minden megvan amire az embernek szüksége lehet a pihenéshez. Van több étterem ahol azért picit mások az ételek így mindenki talál neki tetszőt. Nem okozott csalódást.

Kicsit hangos egy ajtó becsukás is nagyon behallatszik a folyosóról. Törökországban mindenhol vannak macskák, itt is, valakinek biztos nem gond de a szálllás területén/épületekbe nem feltétlen örülök hogy felugrik mellém a fotelba.

Too crowded, at the beach you have to queue for drinks or snacks all the time. You cannot book the taxi service from this hotel, only reception can order it but it cost double the regular price. You don’t have other option.

Chtěl jsem prožít ultra all exklusive a tento komplex naplnil, předčil mé očekávání. Vyzdvihnul bych nonstop lobby bar a jednu z restaurací. Personál zbytečně nemluvil a jen důkladně pracoval. Toto jsem zažil jen v Turecku. Díky
