Det er mange aktiviteter hver dag, og mye underholdning. Enkelt å få Strandstol så lenge man går ut etter mat, både ved basseng eller på stranda. Det var tydelig at renslighet var viktig for personale var hele tiden ute å ryddet og vedlikeholdt.

Sengene var helt grusomme, fikk vondt i ryggen hver eneste natt.

Шикарный отель, все продумано до мелочей, чтобы гостям было уютно и комфортно, разнообразная и очень вкусная еда( отдельное спасибо поварам), огромное спасибо девочкам-официантам ( приветливые, отзывчивые, улыбчивые) , так же, благодарны менеджерам, особенно Закиру и Максату-профессионалов сразу видно! Обязательно вернемся еще раз к вам!

Nothing to not like

The cleanliness is very good, staff are attentive and friendly. Food is of a good quality but very repetitive. Location is great - close to local shops and amenities and close to the airport.

The Hotel is marketed as 5 Star but its not upto the mark. We have stayed in 7 different hotels in Lara and this has to be one of the poorest overall. Its smaller than most, which is a good thing as its less busy. However, here is what went wrong - we had to change our rooms twice, First one may have been my fault, but the second one the room AC wasnt working, the plug sockets were broken. I called 5 times and the response was that the AC was working - we were sweating in the room so clearly wasnt. The hotel is very poorly finished - for a 5 star hotel, the finishing in the rooms simply was not good - peeling wall paper, poorly decorated rooms and the bathrooms smelt of sewage. Little thought has been taken on the design of the rooms and internal finishing is to a poor standard if you are comparing other hotels in very close proximity. The rooms are small compared to other hotels in the area charging the same price (if not less). We enjoyed the stay but not where near as good as other hotels in the area.

The staff at the restaurant could be more elaborating, the service is slow and their habit is not much comfortable.

Family friendly and plenty of choice

My daughter is a fussy with food and only ate selected food, I requested the hotel for a cheese pizza without tomatoes on top when we arrived. The reception and the management arranged it but the staff working at the pizzeria in the restaurant were upset and rude every time I asked. We stayed 7 nights and it became very uncomfortable and upsetting. The rest of the staff tried their best to accommodate but I guess this was too much for the kitchen. It could have been handled well by the kitchen

From stepping In till we left, everything was magnificent, the rooms are spacious and clean, the food in the open buffet was first class and changing the variety everyday. The snaks on the pool and the ice cream is more than expected reaching the level of a meal rather than a simple snak. The mini disco and the various performance were great and amazing. Overall,everything was above the expectation and I cannot imagine something better.

We asked for two rooms as a family and been booked more than two months in advance, we have been given two rooms but each one in different floor, which made the communication with the kids a little bit difficult.

We were provided with rooms on different floors (5 floor difference) which made our stay slightly uncomfortable.

Spacious, lots of pools, kept tidy

The gym equipment was broken, treadmills cut out constantly. Would have been nice to have more choice for evening restaurants that were included in the all inclusive. I felt the hotel was aimed for families with young children, could have done more for teenagers. The hotel next door had loud pumping music playing until late into the evening, was a bit annoying after a few nights

Чудовий сімейний готель. Розташування гарне, від аеропорту 25 хвилин. В готелі чудовий привітний персонал, розмовляють англійською, багато хто розмовляє російською. Гарні комфортні номери, прибирання кожен день, на дверях міні світлофор (зелений і червоний), тому можна самостійно обрати чи потрібне прибирання. Міні бар с напоями і міні снеками поповнюється кожного прибирання. Вид на море просто чудовий. Всі басейни чисті, в основному всі 1,40м глибини, є один 1,20м, для малят, а також для +16. Їжа різноманітна і дуже смачна. Сніданки в основному однакові, але на всі смаки. Обід і вечеря змінюються. Є і мʼясо і риба, і суші, і паста. Для дітей піца, картопля фрі і нагетси - просто маст хев. Є окремо зона для дітей в основному ресторані. Також є декілька ресторанів на території готелі, де можна завчасно замовити столик і додатково оплатити рахунок. Біля басейнів вдень є снеки і біля моря є бар де можна поїсти піцу, дьонери та салати. Вода та інші напої в доступі 24/7. Морозиво і бельгійські вафлі майже весь день. В готелі є спа центр, спорт-зал, магазинчики і міні зал з ігровими автоматами і боулінгом. В готелі є свої фотографи, які дуже професійно і швидко фотографують. Фото дуже гарні і оформлені в альбом. Чудова вечірня програма. Кожного вечора класне шоу, танцювальне, театральне чи циркове. Особливо сподобалось піратське шоу і шоу про Мадонну. Для дітей є окремий клуб, зі своєю програмою і вечірнім міні діско. На території готелю є невеликий аквапарк. Під надзором рятувальників і класними гірками. Пляж розташований дуже зручно, на пірсі є ліжаки і свій бар зі столиками. Можна стрибати в море і пити коктейлі. Море чудове, тепле, пісок і дуже чисто. Є різноманітні види спорту, волейбол, катання на банані, на гонках-катерах, на гідроциклах і парашутах.

Сподобалось майже все, окрім того, що номери потребують деякого ремонту меблів і зливу в туалеті. А також, довге очікування ліфтів. Але це ніяк не повпливало на наш відпочинок.

La propreté, la qualité du personnel, la réactivité du personnel extérieur et dans les chambres. Le monsieur qui donnait les serviettes de piscine très gentil et très poli. Professionnalisme, le salon de thé Gilbert très joli et très agréable pour le 16h goûter. Les toboggans, les chats dans l'hôtel c'est très agréable de partager ses vacances avec des animaux. La vue est exceptionnelle. Serviettes changées tous les jours. Derya ,Nikita, khali sont des personnes vraiment professionnelles, patientes, gentilles et toujours le sourire 😃. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter

Le pire pour moi c'est les tapis de course, ils fonctionnaient 1 fois sur 2. Le tactile ne répondait pas a nos besoins. Pour les runners, allez courir dehors sous 40 degrés, très difficile. Aussi pour les repas il manquait le remarquable KUNEFE de la Turquie Dommage

The staff were exceptionally friendly, Always helpful, facilities were on point as well as the entertainment everyday by the pool which was thoroughly enjoyable

I felt the food options could have catered abit more for the Asian communities such Chinese, Indian, Pakistan etc. Also the chefs and the people handling the food or preparing weren't particularly friendly, 0 smiles, if you ask for something it was if they are doing you a favour even when you are polite to them. Other than that, the waiters and waitresses were exceptional. All of them in every part of the resort were always friendly and catered to our needs. 1 more thing, try keeping the sport activities to the latter part of the afternoon due to high heat. Thank you

AC of the room and the hotel need to be enhanced. The room i was staying in needed some maintenance , especially the WC. Communication from hotel through booking was poor as i didn’t receive a confirmation about the airport shuttle despite sharing with them the requested information

الغرفة نظيفة وكذلك كل مرافق الفندق والملاعب والمسابح والصالات. وتجاوب موظفي الاستقبال مع الطلبات رائع. تعامل جميع الموظفين عموما لطيف ويشعرك بالترحيب. البوفيه متنوع ويقدم فيه كل يوم شيء مختلف والمشروبات متنوعة ومتوافرة طوال اليوم. كل يوم ستكتشف منطقة جديدة في المنتجع من ملاعب ومسابح وبوفيهات ومطاعم ومقاهي ومناطق ترفيهية. الفعاليات اليومية كثيرة ومختلفة ومعظم البرامج مخصصة للأطفال والعائلات.

لا يوجد منطقة مخصصة للمدخنين ولا لغير المدخنين. من النادر أن تجد مكانًا للاسترخاء دون التعرض للهواء الملوث بالتدخين! الوقوف في طابور الاومليت طويل ومزعج. بعض الفنادق توفر خدمة طلب البيض في الفطور للطاولة. هناك منطقة مخصصة للكبار لكن الناس لا يحترمونها ويجلبون الأطفال معهم. يجب السيطرة على القطط الضالة التي تدور في أرجاء المنتجع وخاصة في المناطق الخارجية.

Staff is exceptional, went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and valued. The location is perfect, we'll suited for the family vacation with kids. Overall food was good except deserts. Also customer service in the hotel works well.

Deserts weren't great. Also we wanted to extend the stay but couldn't reach the reservation team. In the end I understand the hotel was full but we didn't get the courtesy of any reply- total radiosilence

I would especially like to praise the reception staff because they are truly exceptional\. I have never experienced such genuine kindness and hospitality anywhere else\. They made our stay at the hotel even more enjoyable\. We were traveling as a family of five—my husband and I with our three children\. When we arrived, the gentleman at the reception kindly offered to show us several rooms so that we could choose the one that suited us best\. I have traveled a lot and stayed in many luxury hotels, but I have never experienced such a thoughtful and welcoming gesture\. That was just one of many thoughtful things they did that I would like to highlight\. Throughout our stay, the reception staff consistently went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable\. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made a lasting impression on us\. They truly made our holiday special, and we are very grateful for their outstanding service\.

Average hotel. De zee en de strandbedjes. Heel veel Complimenten aan Serhan (ontbijt), Faruk (beach bar) en Emin (Turkse a la carte).

Average hotel. Veel gehoor in kamera. Wc die bleef doortrekken zelf opgelost. Een lekkage op de kamer wat op ontploffen stond. Heel veel gehoor. Je hoort de buren douchen, lopen in de kamer. Schoonmakers die schreeuwen over de gang. Slapen was moeilijk. Personeel was op een paar na afwezig in service. Ook erg jonge goedkope krachten en ook erg vervelend de dames die iedere avond showtime riepen terwijl je op terras rustig je thee wilt drinken. Het voelde soms alsof ik in Afrika of Oezbekistan was met het personeel.

Food was great.There was a huge selection of many different foods. The location was lovely.The beach was beautiful which many add on activities included. The property was huge and its design is beautiful, could do with a bit of maintenance though. There are many beautiful pools with many nearby bars.

Service was absolutely poor.Staff for the most part were rude and unapproachable. They were condescending and outwardly racist. The room was not cleaned properly. Corridors were not cleaned throughout the duration of our stay. Sand and other debris were left in corridors.

The hotel overall was excellent. The staff were very attentive, the food selection was also nice, and everything was clean and well maintained. We booked a Deluxe One-Bedroom Family Room, which was very convenient for a family with children, especially thanks to the two bathrooms. The hotel also organized special afternoon events, either for children or for all guests, which added to the overall experience. While the animation team was friendly and welcoming, the entertainment program could have been more engaging to create a livelier atmosphere. A greater variety of daily activities would have been appreciated, such as fun pool games, group activities like dance around the pool, or additional fitness options beyond aqua biking and the gym.

We were really looking forward to the Boho Party at the pier. The sunset session was a fantastic start and created a great atmosphere. Unfortunately, the evening party did not live up to our expectations. The DJ seemed unable to connect with the crowd or read the mood of the audience, which ultimately turned this into a disappointment. On a positive note, when we shared this feedback with the staff, they were very receptive and took our comments seriously. We genuinely appreciated their professionalism, willingness to listen, and commitment to improving the guest experience.

Good facilities, didn’t really wait for anything

I booked 2 double rooms for me, my wife, 18 year old daughter, 12 year old son. I was in communication regarding the children’s room ensuring it had 2 beds. Arrived and was told my booking was for 3 and had to pay €444 for 12 year old who apparently isn’t classed as 12 or under because he had turned 12. Staff blamed booking.com. I showed them the evidence and they “upgraded my room” to a suite with sea view. The issue here is I had paid for a suit with a sea view anyway!

Extremely dirty rooms and facilities, housekeeping is useless. Unfriendly and super rude staff, unsupportive and do not resolve any issues.

The entertainment team was fabulous. They couldn’t do enough for us as a family. The room we got - family junior room was perfect lots of space. The rooms were cleaned every day and the mini bar stocked up.

The food in the buffet was very monogamous however food in the snack bars was lovely.

Yoga was ok but the money you are spending could do with a proper yoga teacher. Breakfast had lots of variety but lacked traditional granola. Some staff not very friendly.

I booked to 2 rooms that had a double bed and 2 single beds. One if my kid was 14 so they charged extra for 2 nights on room upgrade which wasent really required. Other than that it was good.

We recently stayed at Sherwood Exclusive Lara and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and professional. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, which made our stay even more special. The room was spacious, beautifully presented, and extremely comfortable. The hotel facilities are excellent, with plenty to do for both adults and children. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and organised, creating a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the food. The variety was outstanding, with something for everyone. Whether you wanted burgers, pizzas, fresh grills, or the extensive buffet, the quality was consistently excellent. We also dined at one of the à la carte restaurants, and it was exceptional—the food, service, and atmosphere were all first class. Every member of staff we interacted with was polite, attentive, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely valued as guests. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would highly recommend Sherwood Exclusive Lara to anyone visiting Antalya, and we look forward to returning in the future. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable!

The staff was very kind and attentive towards clients, the place was beautiful lot of pools great place to stay, great events every night, decent food.

There was an unpleasant smell coming out of the bathrooms whenever I opened the door so I had to continuously keep the bathroom door closed.

Leuke tijd gehad en ook de zwembaden was fijn en niet druk. Voldoende plek buiten.

Paar jaar terug ook geweest maar er was meer variatie qua eten buiten, maar wel minder dat de meeste nu met bestelling werkt.

The servers were amazing. The food quality is great. The pools are very clean! The beach/pier area is beautiful and very convenient to reach. Amazing bars & many different food options.

1. Beware, rooms on Booking.com are not as advertised. We were told there would be 2x twin beds + 1 sofa bed, but the standard rooms are extremely small and barely fit a double bed. 1.2. The washroom in the rooms is very dark and has basically no ventilation. Very very odd! 2. Most of the staff do not speak English and it makes things very difficult. 3. There is so much noise everywhere until late at night. 4. Coming from Canada, the free smoking on the grounds & the constant smell of smoke everywhere is insane. But that’s just the culture difference. 5. There is a bad washroom smell in both floors of the lobby constantly.

Die familienorientierten Aktivitäten waren sehr gelungen und unterhaltsam. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das kulinarische Angebot: Gözleme, Lahmacun und Hamburger waren köstlich. Die Präsentation der Hauptgerichte war exzellent, die Zutaten (Fleisch, Salate, Gemüse, Obst) waren stets frisch und qualitativ hochwertig.

Leider gab es deutliche Mängel: Service & Kommunikation: Es fehlte an Sorgfalt (z.B. vergessene Bestellungen nach Versprechungen, unprofessionelle Kommunikation im Spa). In der "Pranzo Bar" erlebten wir unhygienisches Verhalten eines Mitarbeiters sowie abweisende Reaktionen auf einfache Bitten. Zimmer & Ruhe: Trotz expliziter Bitte um ein ruhiges Zimmer wegen Lärms, bekamen wir ein Zimmer, in dem wir wegen ständiger Babygeräusche kaum schlafen konnten. Die Schalldämmung ist mangelhaft.. Dresscode & Sonstiges: Im Restaurant wurde trotz Regeln keine Kleiderordnung durchgesetzt (Gäste in Badekleidung). Die Desserts waren optisch ansprechend, geschmacklich jedoch enttäuschend. Auch die Wasserversorgung der auf dem Gelände lebenden Katzen war leider unzureichend

Номера очень просторные, еда вкусная, разнообразная. Территория компактная, но в этом и плюс, не нужно долго идти до моря и есть все, что нужно, несколько ресторанов и чайных зон с любимыми десертами, большие бассейны, оригинальные детские бассейны, побережье супер, пологий, песчаный спуск, чисто везде. Персонал вежливый.

Ну если прям придраться, немного старое все, полотенца, халаты, белье, нужен небольшой ремонт, а так минусов нет и это все не портит основное впечатление от отеля и персонала.

كل شي ، الاكل لذيذ وفيه تنوع جميل ، الالعاب المائية، موقع الاوتيل مقابل مول انطاليا ، صادق تواجدي عيد ميلادي و احتفلوا بعيد ميلادي في مطعم إلا كارت . كان لفتة جميلة .

موظفين الاستقبال عليهم ان يشرحوا الأنشطة او يزودها للنزلاء ، كان علي البحث على البورد لاعرف ايش موجود او اكتشف الأنشطة بالصدفة ، منطقة الاستقبال بحاجة لتجديد

This is going to be a detailed and deeply honest and fair review. I am a very frequenct traveller to Antalya and stayed at the deluxe family suite for 9 nights at Sherwood. What I did really like: - In that order, Guest relations, reception managers and staff, waiters and cleaning staff are ALL friendly and helpful to their best. - Multiple pools with different sizes and locations in premises suitable for almost everyone. - very clean beach on the sea which is very short walking distance access from the rooms. - coming with a baby, lots of activities to babies, throigh night and day. That is the good.

- On top: many staff do NOT speak any english, which is fine for jobs that do not require guest interactions but given that most of staff do not speak english, it is becoming unacceptable. My advise to managment, hire more english speaking people on site along current staff such that guests do not feel any issues. - ACs do not work and in room control is useless, it is central anyway. We changed rooms and still ACs just occasionally work, and surely excalated this multiple times to guest relations (who were so professionaly in addressing) but still after couple of days, ACs are garbage. FIX YOUR AC systems, it is critical for forign guests, specially with kids, and once again, hire a mix of english and non-english speaking technicians. - for open buffet, please allow some controlled food takeover to rooms as some guests may have sick kids, tired, etc who can not get to the resturant, I reaosnably understand it is not favoured but some sort of contorlled allowance is reaosnable. In general, I felt that I had much better value in Antalya for the money I spent over those 9 days.

Magnifique hôtel, très belles piscines, plage. Un buffet incroyable. Mini club accueillant pour les petits. Service très bien.

Énormément de bruit, très compliqué de dormir avec un enfant dans cet hôtel. Musique à fond jusqu'à tard, portes qui claquent, chambres mal insonorisées. On rentre fatigué de notre séjour. Premier matin, femme de ménage qui rentre dans la chambre alors qu'on dort et commence à vider les poubelles.

Proche de l'aéroport , très pratique. La réception très à l'écoute. Arrivée très tôt à l'hôtel, j'ai pu avoir ma chambre bien avant le check in, et j'ai pu la quitter à 14h lors que c'est check out est à midi normalement. La piscine chauffée au mois de mai à fait que mes vacances ont été plus que réussies. Les serveurs étaient top.

Par contre assez déçue des dames qui nettoyaient les chambres, pas propre, du très vite fait! Ayant fait beaucoup d'hotel 5* il serait peut être temps de renouveler certaine chose comme la vaisselle, les verres étaient très griffés. Énormément de choix de nourriture toute la journée, mais le goût plutôt un 4* Le matelas et l'oreiller très très dur, problématique pour les problèmes de nuque et dos Manque un peu d'animation la journée comme pool party, foam party etc

Beautiful kept gardens and communal areas. Always staff cleaning and clearing rubbish. Seemed very family friendly (we were 2 adults travelling so can’t comment on what specific activities were like. Staff very friendly and really looked like they wanted everyone to have a fantastic holiday.

The sheer size of the resort. You will probably ask why we stayed in this particular hotel as 2 adults travelling. We had to stay in the particular area and would not normally stay in such a large family resort so review is based on actual individual experience. (Not many smaller hotels around). Food wasn’t the best although loads of variety for children and adults for all three meals. Example …. Fresh cooked omelette was raw inside. Pre cooked chicken that was added to the freshly prepared stir fry was lukewarm. Might sound picky but the is could lead to tummy upset. The “relax” pool is not relaxing as you have music etc blaring out. If you are leaving later in day, there was only the spa to shower and change , if not a charge of 120 euros to keep the room which was more than we paid initially per day (for just 6 hours). Spa felt cramped which if you have small children to get showered and changed could be a bit of a challenge !

Atmosphere and space was amazing.lots of food options but did not cater to Asian cuisine much. Location was a 10/10 so much around without including the resort itself. Would definitely go again. Downside was food could have been better and staff could have helped us get to our room rather than show us to the lift and we should have had a show around because on our check out date we were told about the hamam and indoor pool which I could not locate during my stay until another customer showed me.

Good choice of food throughout the day. Entertainment available every night, although not to everybodys taste but it was there. The amenities in the hotel were great too! Mini market, clothes shop, jewellers, hairdressers and spa.
