I like the breakfast there, many option are available

The room is a bit small

The cleanliness is not as per 4 star hotel standard

If your room is on the other side of the building, you got to walk quite far

Breakfast provided, fitness centre eventhough it was only 1 treadmill that is reliable, and friendly staff

No fridge/minimal in the room, the shower not very good (may be need more cleaning) and room a bit smelly not sure why (once ac is kicks in then smell is kind of gone away)

The property was really dirty, ants everywhere. I felt really uncomfortable

This hotel is beautiful. All of the staff is nice, respectful and competent. My room had problems and they came to fix things immediately. The rooms are small but are designed moderately well. But it's inconvenient to have to go to the second floor into a restaurant to cross over to your building. I didn't like the fact that I had old sheets. The balcony door was also locked but probably because of safety concerns. That meant that the only source of natural light I had was either outside of my room or the bathroom window. All of the drains were clogged and the filter in my AC unit had to be replaced by the time I got there. I believe if they make more maintenance rounds this place could be nicer. Ultimately I was happy with the place for the price. But I do believe they could do better. Once again, they have an amazing staff and I really appreciate all the service provided to me by their staff.

strategic location

too much road noise during night. we stayed on 5th floor but a lot noise coming from roadside.

Strategic place for having a leisure time at Bandung. Room quite spacious, and we have a good sleep too. Quite and clam. Overall, well done Shakti Hotel Bandung! Amazing services, keep it up and it was easier for us as a Malaysian foreigner travelling at Bandung.

However, the flies keep bothering me and my family, especially during our breakfast time. Hope the management could arrange something regarding the cleanliness. Maybe could stick up the kuat pelekat gam lalat to ensure there is lesser flies flying and avoid from any food contamination.

Very good hotel, friendly staff and good restaurant. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

I woke up one morning at 06:30 to someone singing karaoke downstairs. So the rooms are not that soundproof. But the noises didn't really bother me otherwise

I wake up at 12:00 mid night due to Mosquito and ask for room change, Reception said fully booked, no room. And staff come and said will give me something to spray . And staff come back with key for room at 6 floor but only 1 bed for 2 adults male. Many Many mosquito, very bad!

Location near the factory site.

The room was not properly clean and the window insulation is very bad and noise from outside can leak inside the room. The price is not cheap if compared to better hotels in the city downtown.

The location is very close to the Office. The swimming pool is good and the hotel also the staff are quite kids friendly.

Somehow we still need to remind the hotel staff to clean our room. But overall it was good.

The location in Soekarno-Hatta is near to the office. It helps us to work and doing a duty trip. The hotel also surrounded by a lot of restaurant that you can easily drive there.

The hotel locations is the very busy, crowd and chaos area in Bandung. Unless you have things to do close by, dont stay there or else you will stuck in the traffic like no end. Beside of the hotel is clothing manufacturing which made a loud engine noise, nonstop. The lighting in the room is too dim and the wifi is on and off. They need to fix both. Breakfast is standard.

Everthing beside that one thing

For the family room of 4 pax, there is a step to go to the bathrooms, and it's kinda hard for elderly who have trouble of walking to go to the bathroom

Lobby, restaurant, pool were located on the other building from our room (the rooms were in the new building). We used the connecting bridge to go back and forth. It’s quite a walk, especially there were almost 3 in the morning when we arrived and we were tired bcoz of the traffic jam. We like the room’s looks and furniture a lot. The room’s cleanliness was good but the corridor was not. We stayed for two nights and I thought they didn’t swipe the corridor during our stay. There were also some non-stop noise outside our room. It pretty disturbing especially during nighttime. I thought it was some kind of blower. We couldn’t check because there’s no access to the outside balcony. (The door was locked). The breakfast were good and the staff quite friendly.

The hotel is far east from the central. Hotel stuffs are helpful and friendly. The room is ok and enough amount of water as complimentary. It seems like the room facilities need to fix a little bit though. Also, they could keep rooms a bit more cleaner. Breakfast is ok. Not many choices but still there are fruits, breads, and local foods. When I checked out they did check my room for in case and they found my watch. It seems like I was the only one expats when I stayed there. More for local people maybe.

Good service provided by the staff. Maybe should be more well versed in speaking English.

Spacious room, decent breakfast, great value for money, but not for those looking to be close to the city center.

スタッフがみんな笑顔でフレンドリーでした。また、スマホのプリペイドがなかったのでどこか買えるところがないか聞いたところ、わざわざ雨の中買いに行ってくれました。朝食バイキングもインドネシア料理がバイキングで満足でした。

Menyenangkan, kamar dengan view yg aman buat anak-anak, karena jendela dikunci. Makanan yg dipesan lumayan.ada fasilitas kolam untuk anak2. Tidak terlalu dekat dengan keramaian. Bisa untuk beristirahat sejenak dari hiruk pikuk kota.

The team there is the best! Super friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The hotel is nice, it could be a little cleaner in bathroom, and the windows better noise insulating, but we will stay there again when we go to Bandung. Breakfast was good also!

hotel yang cukup bagus, hanya saja kamar masih bau cat, acara tv hanya 6 chanel dan pilihan sarapan kurang berfariasi, sesuai budget.

Hotel far from the city, takes more than 30 minutes to reach dago, Pasirkaliki and riau street, but near from bus station leuwi panjang and Buah Batu area. Noisy with the sound of a factory right next to the hotel. because this is new hotel the smell of paint and the building is still felt when it first entered.

Far away from city centre and tourist attraction with very little public transportation adding to very heavy traffic. So spend additionally for taxi. Not even decent restaurant in walking distance. View from room or from swimming pool area bad.Staff was very good and courteous. Breakfast wad satisfactory and healthy but limited choice for dinner.

Pelayanannya bagus,, kamar bersih,,menu sarapan variatif dan rasanya juga enak. Cuman letak hotelnya agak jauh dri pusat kota. Tpi enak juga buat istirahat krna jauh dari keramaian.

The staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice, pool and rooms were good with nice views. This is a hotel being renovated and I'd like to see when complete. The hotel needs directions on rooms, pool are located, also needs to fix aircon problems and people being noisy in hallway. A bit far from the city also. Overall a good hotel and staff
