Location near bandar / town. Nearby good food.

The room on pictures looks spacious but the wardrobe so small for my big luggage. Pillow is too soft even with 2. Room not big enough for Solat.

Very strategic, many popular spots are within range reasonably. Very clean, great service, free flow drinking water.

The rooms are standard hotel rooms that offer comfort and convenience since the hotel is centrally located in Bandung.

The breakfast left much to be desired. Food was served cold and the breakfast buffet was not re-stocked as different items ran out. My family also picked up a big from the food at the hotel.

Honestly, I am so glad we decided to stay at Mercure Nexa Supratman Bandung to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Right from the moment we walked through the doors, the service was incredible. The Front Office team was super helpful, welcoming, and really set the tone for our trip. A huge shoutout to Mr. Jun, the Front Office Manager, who made our check-in process super quick and smooth. He also personally made sure that our room was fully decorated by the housekeeping team. When we walked in, we were genuinely surprised—the setup was beautiful, we got a lovely cake, and the room (especially the floor) was spotlessly clean. My wife was absolutely thrilled with the whole surprise! Another major plus is the location. It’s super strategic right on Jalan Supratman. Getting to the city center is a breeze, and if you want to grab some good food, hang out, or explore the Riau area and Gedung Sate, it’s all just a short distance away. Getting around was so easy and saved us from dealing with crazy traffic. Overall, our stay was unforgettable and the hospitality was top-notch. Highly recommended if you're looking for a relaxing staycation in Bandung or wanting to celebrate a special milestone with your partner. We will definitely come back!

Saya sudah meminta Hair drier yang bisa dipake sampe hari ke 5, tetapi tidak ada yang memberikan , setiap pagi saya kasih tau recepcionist tp tidak di respond, pelayanannya tidak sekelas hotel bintang 4, percuma bayar mahal kalau hair drier Aja semua rusak, saya ada bukti videonya sudah di up di Google maps

We stayed at this hotel for four nights from 24/12 to 28/12. The hotel is infront of a main road which is sometimes noisy but accessible to attractions areas by using transport. U can find some restaurants, mosque, street food and minimart within walking distance (100m to 300m). Most important our room were cleaned daily. Good job to the housekeeping department Mr Aep and Mr Iman for making the room clean, thank you.

Slabé snídaně - brzy ráno ok, později absolutně nestíhají (nebylo ovoce, nebylo těsto na palačinky, nebyly ubrousky, nebylo skoro nic). Na pokoji jen jedna osuška na osobu (žádný ručník ma ruce, chybělo mýdlo na mytí rukou).

Overall cleanliness and helpful staff.

Breakfast have a nice spread but not tasty. The sound of the choked water pipes is irritating. It is loud and kept us awake whenever someone uses the toilet.

Good location and very helpful and friendly staff. The room was quite comfy. Breakfast had a lot of options.

The wall are quite thin, so you can hear all of your neighbours. This is specially annoying during weekends when families with children populate the hotel. Also, the key card for the room sometimes decides to stop working, and you have to go down to the reception to fix it. It happened two or three times during my stay and it becomes annoying.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman. The location is very strategic, close to many cafés, restaurants, and popular spots in Bandung. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with warm smiles and quick service. Breakfast had a great variety of options and everything tasted fresh. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt cozy yet stylish, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. And I’m so happy that i had a great service from Ms. Raisya.

Di pusat kota. Dekat dengan pusat kuliner dan tempat jalan2 lainnya. Sofa dan kursi kursi di lobby dan juga tempat tidur di kamar sangat nyaman. Suka banget. Sehingga ketika saya datang dan tidak bisa langsung masuk ke kamar karena kamar masih dalam persiapan padahal sudah waktu check in, ga masalah. Yang perku diperbaiki, mohon agar waktu check in di jaga sehingga tamu yang berikutnya tidak perlu menunggu padahal sudah saatnya check in. Walaupun buat saya bukan masalah besar, tapi ceritanya bisa lain buat tamu yang butuh istirahat segera. Terima kasih Nexa Mercure. In syaa Allah besok2 ke sini lagi.

Warna di lobby hotel. Bukan jelek, hanya perpaduan warnanya bukan selera saya . Tapi kan memang kalo ga salah itu brand colors nya Mercure Group ya. Personally, saya lebih suka warna hotel Nexa yang dulu sebelum ada tambahan nama Mercure, yang didominasi dengan warna abu2 dan putih. Kesannya adem, elegan. Menurut saya ya.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie en bij de entree en gastvriendelijk personeel in het restaurant. Het ontbijt was uitstekend en het was fijn dat er veel keuze was. De kamers waren ruim en schoon

This is my first time staying at this hotel. The hotel is nice. My first impression when I met the staff, Ms. Putri, was very good. She was quite helpful and friendly.

Stayed here for 11 days, and it feels like a second home for me. Cozy place, delicious breakfast, incredible view, most friendly staffs, ever. Thank you to the loveliest housekeeping personnel at 9th floor, Neng Tia, for the fun conversation every day. And also thank you to restaurant personnels: Neng Rani (Catherine), also the omelete+sausage chef, and pastry girl (sorry, I didn't ask their names 😵‍💫) for their best service on every breakfast time. This was easily the most enjoyable breakfast in hotel I ever had in long time. Overall, the most pleasant stay in hotel for me. 🌹🌹 In shaa Allah, will return again one day for more me-time here 😁👍🥳

This hotel in Bandung made me feel that I am with my family. Especially, Mr. Yana in the restaurant. A lovely smiling person who saves no effort to please his guests. Although my international taste is out of the typical daily menue, Mr. Yana goes of of his way to make the experience memorable. In the attached photo, I had a chat with him about a dish called (shakshoola) which is made of eggs and is common in my home country. He surprised few minutes later by bringing it over to my table. He searched the internet and learned how to prepare it and 😀😀😀 By the way, Mr. Yana exemplifies the hotel culture. Everyone one is guest-focused. But Mr. Yana is in a world by his own.

I asked staff to extend my stay due to protestor at Jakarta Bandung on 29/8/2025 but that staff never return to confirm. I decided to move to Jakarta as planned.

Run down so many things broken Luke warm water in the shower which they promised to fix but did not Bad lighting in the restaurant . The room had not been serviced at 4 pm

IBENK SERVES VERY DRINKS & SPEAKS ENGLISH. VERY POSITIVE. TOO BAD THERE IS ONLY BEER. LENON JUICE IS GOOD TOO COME AND & SIT OUTSIDE.
