החדר שקיבלנו היה בקומה אחרונה עם גג משופע - לא כל כך נוח החניה התת קרקעית כרוכה בהליכה של מספר דקות במזדרון ארוך אין חדר כושר המלון רחוק ממרכז העיירה

Vorweg sei gesagt: Die vielen positiven Bewertungen sind für uns sehr irreführend und absolut nicht nachvollziehbar. Hier zweifelt man doch an der Echtheit dieser Bewertungen. Ich bin davon überzeugt, dass mit kleinen Veränderungen schon viel gewonnen werden könnte. Positiv erwähnen kann man das Frühstück, und teilweise auch den Saunabereich.

Hier gibt es leider viele Dinge aufzuzählen. In unseren Augen sind die Classic Doppelzimmer in dem Zustand wirklich nicht mehr vermietungswürdig. Ja, das Bad wurde modernisiert, das ändert aber nichts am Zustand des restlichen Zimmers, das so alt ist, das wir uns überhaupt nicht wohlgefühlt haben. Der rote Teppich und das senfgelbe Sofa sind absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Außerdem hatte unser Zimmer im vierten Stock lediglich Fenster auf Kopfhöhe. Man kam sich ein wenig vor wie im Gefängnis. So ein Zimmer für über 250€ die Nacht- da passt das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht. Wir haben dem Personal unsere Unzufriedenheit mitgeteilt. Sie sagten allerdings, dass alle Zimmer in dieser Kategorie so seien, eine Änderung wäre also nicht möglich. Die nächst bessere Kategorie wäre direkt eine Suite für einen deutlich höheren Preis. Die löblichen Kommentare zum Abendessen können wir noch weniger nachvollziehen. Das Essen wird ganz offensichtlich tagsüber vorbereitet und warm gehalten. So bilden sich auf Kartoffeln und Co Krusten und das Fleisch wird staubtrocken. Das ist kein vier Sterne Niveau. Das Teewasser beim Frühstück war nur lauwarm, was übrigens auch zwei weitere Tische beanstandet haben. Geändert wurde nichts. Auch im Wellnessbereich sind viele alte Einrichtungselemente, die abgenutzt sind und den Erholungsfaktor deutlich schmälern. Die gelben Auflagen und orangenen Gardinen sorgen für keine schöne Atmosphäre. Auch das ausrangierte Becken für Fußbäder irritiert etwas. Hier könnte mit wenig Aufwand viel geändert werden. Alles in allem hatten wir das Gefühl man möchte hier nichts investieren und die Modernisierung so lange es geht hinauszögern. Es kommen anscheinend trotzdem ausreichend Gäste. Wir werden es definitiv nicht tun.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff are kind and helpful, the landscaping is delightful, and the food delicious! Everything was perfect!

Wir kommen regelmäßig seit 10 Jahren zum Tannenhof, es ist ein absoluter Traum. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich, Sauna ist gut ausgestattet und das Essens ist auf einem sehr hohen Niveau. Die Zimmer sind in Ordnung, wir waren aber nie viel drin, das Bett ist super bequem, das ist für uns wichtig. Es war aber immer sehr sauber und das Badezimmer ist frisch renoviert.

מלון יפה, חדרים חדשים ומרווחים, מרפסת לנוף מהמם, ארוחת ערב מעולה מלבד ערב אחד שבו האוכל לא היה טעים, למי שמזמין חצי פנסיון יש גם ארוחת צהרים קלה בצהרים, למלון יש חניה, מלבד עובדת אחת כל עובדי המלון היו נעימים וסבלניים

לא היה אפילו מאוורר בחדר, יומיים היו חמים ממש בשל גל חום, היה בלתי נסבל, גם בלובי ובחדר האוכל אין לא מיזוג ולא מאווררים!! בחדר גם רין מקרר אז אי אפשר לקרר מים או לקנות חלב לקפה בבוקר, בערב אין אפילו מים לשתיה וצריך לקנות. כל בקבוק 7 וחצי יורו. לא מאפשרים להכניס שתיה לחדר האוכל. בין הסלון למיטה הזוגית יש מדרגה, פעמיים נפלתי ונחבלתי. ממש לא בטיחותי!

- room was so small - TV was so small so no way to be used. - No Air conditioner so it was warm during day time. - No tea table and water boiler in the rooms - pre selected table for guest during break fast and dinner.

Gyönyörű a kilátás, isteni ételek! A chef csodás kreálmányai nagyon ízletesek voltak. Gratulálok Neki és persze a felszolgáló magyar személyzetnek is. Szeretettel gondolunk Rájuk!🥰 A wellness is csodaszép és igényes volt. Maga a hotel kívül belül gyönyörű!!

Ottlétünk alatt kifogtuk sajnos a 37 fokos kánikulát, emiatt igen csak felmelegedett a szobánk :( Hiányzott nagyon a légkondicionáló.. :( Éjfél előtt egyszer sem bírtunk elaludni.. A reggeli hűs levegő egy áldás volt néhány óráig.. Az ágyhoz való fellépő lépcső baleset veszélyes, legalább lenne ott pld valamilyen foszforeszkáló világító, amely jelzi, hogy kb 10-12 cm le illetve fellépés jön. Csak a szerencsének köszönhető, hogy nem estünk el néha, vagy bicsaklott ki a bokánk.

Sehr gemütliches Hotel im alpenländischen Ambiente. Alles sauber und ansprechender, kuscheliger Wellnessbereich, Essen super. Die Standardzimmer sind völlig in Ordnung, aber es ist eben Standard. Ich kann das Hotel wirklich weiterempfehlen, weil das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis hervorragend ist.

Eine solch herzliche, freundliche Begrüßung an der Rezeption haben wir noch nie erlebt. Es hat alles gefallen. Die Terrasse ist traumhaft.

Nicht länger geblieben zu sein.

Sehr gute Lage und freundliche Personal . Das Essen war auch sehr lecker, große Auswahl beim Frühstückstisch, auch regionale speisen vorhanden. Restaurant Bereich war wirklich sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet.

Die online Bilder waren teilweise schöner als die Realität. Außen Bereich ( Sonnenliegen) war sehr klein und man schaut direkt in die Hecke, oder man liegt direkt vor der Sauna was für die Familien mit Kindern nicht so toll ist.

This is a beautiful, traditional Austrian hotel. The family make you feel very welcome. The food is outstanding. Location fantastic to cross the road to the ski lift. Highly recommend.

Mají výborného kuchaře. Jejich večeře byly excelentní. Hotel je fakt hodně blízko lanovky. Mají i vlastní servis lyží. Prostředí je velmi příjemné.

Na snídani si nemůžete udělat čaj sám. Musíte si ho objednat a pak čekat, než vám ho přinesou.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Very cosy Austrian hotel traditional and modern in the same time, close to the Alpendorf ski gondola. Friendly people all over the hotel and I would like especially to highlight the team serving at the Mozartstube. We had the 3/4 gourmet board with good variety of food but I think it will be nice if a soup will be offered at the after ski buffet. Spa area was very tidy and relaxing, perhaps the water in the hot tub should be slightly warmer. I would recommend to book a massage session as well...amazing after a day on the slopes. Rooms are well kept with smart TV and radio channels in the shower. We had rooms 114 and 115 with excellent views of the mountains and the valley. My teenagers loved the vast play area. Their favourite: pool table...and a plus for everyone: live music by "Strangers". I would like to return to this hotel for our ski holidays in the future.

Das Essen lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die Dekoration ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Kosmetik ist hervorragend und seht kompetent. Wir kommen wieder. Auch das gesamte Personal ist so lieb.

Nagyon finom, széles volt a választék

Melegebb lehetett volna a medence és a jakuzzi.

A hotel elhelyezkedése szuper volt, a tisztaság rendkívüli, a kedves magyar személyzet pedig kiemelkedő.

Számunkra az ágy matraca nagyon puha volt, illetve a jacuzzi hőmérséklete hideg volt

Ja ,der Frühstück war ausreichend und alles war immer frisch

Der Waschbecken abflüß war irgendwie verstopft. Morgens ist Wasser abgelaufen Abends hat es angefangen zu tropfen unten auf den Boden.

Der Service war etwas mühsam. Getränkebestellungen konnten nur bei einer Person aufgegeben werden und man musste anschliessend relativ lange warten. Ansonsten war das Servicepersonal sehr zuvorkommend.

Lage, Ambiente und Personal.

Dusche ist beim öffnen fast auseinander gefallen, Lattenrost vom Bett defekt. Fahrstuhl defekt.

Gorgeous hotel in the mountains… super friendly staff all around. Balcony with amazing view, lovely facilities such as swimming pool, sauna jacuzzi… great food!

וואו! הכל! אוכל מעולה, ארוחת בוקר וערב. אווירה מדהימה! שודרגנו בחדר. החדר היה מ ד ה י ם ! היינו צריכים לקחת עוד יומיים כדי למצות את החוויה. פשוט מושלם ברמות !

Minden csodálatos volt, a szoba aranyos, a pihenésre teljesnek alkalmas volt. A panoráma meseszép volt, izgultunk, hogy merre néző szobát kapunk, de az elvárásainkat teljesen felülmúlta a kilátás. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész, a szobában lévő kis hűtő nem működött és azonnal kicserélték mikor jeleztük. Nagyon örültönk, hogy voltak magyar pincérek az étteremben, egyből megtaláltuk a közös hangot. A wellness fontos volt számunkra, a massázst kipróbáltuk és teljesen meg voltunk vele elégedve.

Egyedül a szobához tartozó erkély volt kicsit félelmetes, mert lejtett kifelé és folyamatosan recsegett a fa padló, ha lépkedtünk rajta. De megnézték, mikor jeleztük, és azt mondták teljesen biztonságos.

This is a beautiful hotel in a picturesque part of the Austrian alps. We were in awe of the views from the restaurant on arrival and were greeted with a complimentary beverage. Our original plan was to arrive at the hotel late but we arrived in time to use the spa facilities and eat dinner which we purchased ad hoc rather than in a package. We were so glad we did arrive early and wished we had more than one night! Prior to this hotel our culinary experiences in Austria had been a bit disappointing but the food here was great and priced similarly to other places we visited. We hope to visit again in the winter season to make use of the skiing which seems to be accessible just across the road.

Only thing that could have made it better was if we had known that the shuttle to/from the train station was included in our booking as we paid for a taxi from the train station (~20 EUR) and while it's not far it is not really walkable as it's quite a steep and winding road.

The location is great, the view from the terrace is amazing

-Room- The room is quite big, however bathroom definitely requires renovation as it is very old. There is no conditioner or even a ventilator, so it was very difficult to sleep at night during hot summer. -Food- The service in the restaurant seems to be quite unprofessional. During breakfast I asked two times for a simple hard boiled egg, and they could not prepare it properly. Food from a la carte restaurant was mediocre and definitely does not worth its price

Nice indoor pool and jacuzzi included in the stay.

A bit pricey for what it is. I guess you pay for being in the mountains. Our rooms were in the nook of the roof and you only had a small window where you had to stand on your toes to see the view. Some rooms had balconies. There was no aircon, so in 30’C summer the room was very hot and stuffy. The rooms are obviously made for winter. The fire alarm went off at 5:30am which was a false alarm and woke us all up. The food was good, they had some good local specialties. There was a barbecue the one night which was good but they didn’t have a table for us outside. Some of the staff can be a bit abrupt but I think it’s because they don’t all speak English. We felt a little bit unwelcome being foreigners. I will definitely come back to the area, it is absolutely beautiful.

We love this area - probably the 10th time we have visited. A wonderful hotel with fabulous staff that genuinely seemed to care. The food was spectacular and accompanied by some good quality house wines. The hotel has a beautiful spa that we used every day and was usually empty/v quiet. The hotel's ski hire was excellent with a very knowledgeable man in charge - I hired the best skis I've ever used.

Everything was perfect, from rooms to swimming pools, and from ski storage to kids play area. Except the evening meal serving speed can be a bit quicker, because we have young kids. The speed would be absolutely fine if only adults were involved.

Was Amazing, I went with my Wife for her birthday and they helped me to make of this an unique experience. Totally recommend; the place , food and first of all the attention of all the Staff is amazing ; so if you need anything don’t hesitate and talk to Alexander and Martina ,they helped us a lot!

Fint hotel; værelset kunne være bedre. Typisk ældre alpestil.Men ikke noget som sådan at sætte en finger på. Morgenmaden var sublim. Gode små indputs til denne; som gør det hjemligt og hyggeligt.

This is an outstanding property. The family run hotel is excellent. So friendly and welcoming. The meals were exceptional . The spa and wellness facilities were also excellent. Already planning to return.

Great hotel, location wise to get to attractions in the area. The suite was comfortable with all the necessary amenities. Nice selection of food for breakfast and nice menu for gourmet dinners. We loved our week stay here.

The room was classic Austrian. We had half board (breakfast and dinner included) and the food was amazing. Hotel was spotless. They apparently don't have much employee turnover. Many have been there more than 10 years. My wife really enjoyed her massage.

A near perfect stay with the Tannenhof Alpines Lifestyle Hotel. Service was extremely good, staff was friendly and spoke vert well English. Food was typical Austrian and plenty. Complimentary afternoon snack, i.e. Bar-B-Q on their outdoor patio. Hotel was equipped with their own Ski Rental and Repair shop. Spa and Wellness area was absolutely outstanding, with multiple Saunas, Steam-bath and created a genuine and relaxed atmosphere except from a few guests not adhering to the house rules (their kids played handball in a Spa pool?!) Nice downstairs entertainment rooms; Bar, Gaming room, Pool-billiard, and a small live-stage for live Music Performance. Hotel situated in Main Street of Alpendorf with easy an 2 minute walk to the Ski Lift. Only downside: Residing their in a Champions or UEFA League playing week, we were forced to watch 5 German Teams 3 days in a row and denied to watch Manchester United playing by popular vote (i.e. too may Germans) - Hotel didn't intervene.
