The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. The photos of the hotel have been very photoshopped and the rooms are not that modern and clean. There is a dank smell throughout the hotel.

It was clean. The lady at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The bar staff girl that came to help during the lady at the front reception desk absence was also friendly and really helpful.

We loved this hotel. The staff were lovely and welcoming The bar and restaurant were on site and very good . The room was very comfortable and had plenty of space. Beautiful building.

Large and well kept, with a pub and restaurant and large function rooms. Everyone we interacted with was delightful.

Internet was sketchy. Their back garden is large and beautifully landscaped but someone needs to go collect all the bottles and junk food bags collecting in the back of it.

We were able to have our two Lagotto dogs in their soft travel crates in our room and were able to take them with us to the bistro/bar. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice walk nearby along the river bank.

No entertainment, TV room, movie night, bingo all as said on booking.com Only served carvery during day so had same a la carte menu every night. Nothing to do in town except go to odd shop. No other restaurants.

The room is spacious and lovely, and the bed is incredibly comfortable. No problems at all! The staff were absolutely fantastic. I was running very late for check-in, got lost on the way, and was starting to panic. My phone battery was almost dead, so I quickly sent them a message saying, “I’ll be late.” Within minutes, they replied: “No problem, there will be someone waiting for you to check in.” That was such a relief and really made a stressful situation much easier. Excellent service and genuinely wonderful staff. Highly recommended!

The bathroom could have been designed a little better, but that’s hardly the hotel’s fault! The shower was great, with perfect water pressure and temperature, and that’s what really matters.

The hotel owner/manager was absolutely lovely and gave my daughter and I some wonderful tips for our travels through Adare and Galway. Friendly, professional and welcoming. Loved our stay.

It was a great place to stay. We spent one night her to break up our long journey to the South West. The beds were very comfortable, we had a nice meal at a very reasonable price, the place was very quiet and there was plenty of car parking areas.

The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The girls at the bar are a good value members of staff. They were the only people you see. No front desk apart from checking in.

Rooms didn’t get cleaned properly every day, dirty cups and classes left in the room. Hotel very basic.

The staff was so friendly and welcoming, I have stayed in many hotels and by far the nicest staff I have ever met. Room was clean and comfy.

Shampoo and body wash being the same not separate items. They were in one dispenser and hand wash was the exact same product aswell.

Mold in the shower. 1st floor room didn’t feel secure if the window was open. Price was more than it should have been based on the condition of the property.

The receptionist was one of the best I've ever encountered. Really made us feel welcome and valued.

The breakfast staff were slightly rude and dismissive. Even asking for butter for our toast seemed like an imposition.

Hotel grande dotato di comodo parcheggio. Per fortuna l'hotel ha annesso un pub/ristorante altrimenti non saremmo riusciti a cenare (nel paese non c'è molto altro). Cibo nella media. Camera ok con due letti a una piazza e mezzo. Qualità della colazione servita buona, parecchie opzioni tra cui scegliere.

Doccia walk in che allaga l'intero bagno, meglio mettere una porta. Moquette in camera. Cuscino e materasso un pò scomodi. Non ho trovato il phon in camera. La colazione è preparata sul momento; ci hanno messo 25 minuti a portarmi dei pancakes (buoni) nonostante la sala colazione fosse deserta. Invece a mio marito hanno sbagliato l'ordine e la sua colazione (un'omelette) è quindi arrivata dopo 40 minuti dall'ordinazione, quando io avevo già finito. Se dovete ripartire presto, sconsiglio di fare colazione in hotel.

Stopping point for us on part of a road trip round Ireland so location was ideal. Quiet and comfortable

Charged €15 for our small dog who wasn’t allowed anywhere in the hotel other than the lobby. Either let the dog in for free or let us go in the bar with it. Just stayed in the room all evening so didn’t really see the hotel at all

The hotel staff were very friendly and were able to meet all of our needs. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable and were all very clean and tidy.

Couldn't get TV connected to hotel internet, but this is a very minor issue and did not impact our stay. No staff on reception for check out so just left room card on the desk on the way out.

Clean, comfortable, well set out. Bar staff were very friendly, had a good bit of craic with bar tender. Breakfast was very nice too and car parking facilities were well apportioned.

El baño estaba sucio, con pelos en la bañera y el lavabo. Estaba conectada con otra habitación por una puerta cerrada, les oímos llegar haciendo ruido, luego encendieron la tele...se oía todo. En Booking ponía a 19 km del aeropuerto de Shannon, está a más, a 45 minutos por autovía (de pago).

39 minutes away drive from the city. The room is so dusty. I have allergy/hayfever and that triggered during my stay. I didn't slept well, sneezing a lot.

The personnel was not very friendly. The bed is not hard enough. Poor Wi-Fi in the room. The restaurant is below average (the salmon was overcooked). Price is high for the location.

Free Parking open area and plenty. Love the walkin shower 4 pillows & nice fluffy white toeels. Coffee & tea provided with kettle. Good start point for Cliffs of Moher & Doolin Cafe. Adare Village nearby and about 25 mins to City centre Limerick.

I would give a 10 but our bed was so noisy. Comfortable but noisy. Every time my husband moved it woke me up.

The hotel staff were amongst the friendliest and most helpful I have encountered anywhere. The full Irish breakfast was superb, and freshly cooked! The room was a good size with very comfortable beds.

The internal decor and carpets etc were a little tired and in need of upgrading.

Outsiders Get treated Over run by Irish each night they were loud and we didnt get treated like guests as the irish had preference food was sub standard and there was mould inside the windows the irish kids were running around there was no control over them was upset about my holiday wouldnt advise anyone a stay

Sa situation au milieu de nulle part

Camera spaziosa, calda con due letti matrimoniali anche se per due persone. Buona la posizione come punto di appoggio se si transita. Staff molto gentile e disponibile.

La struttura della doccia fa in modo che il bagno sia un po’ bagnato e orario della colazione non totalmente corrispondente a quanto comunicato (siamo arrivati alle 8 e la cucina non era ancora aperta)

Oh! The rooms, staff and service was outstanding. We had wonderful conversations and were very well looked after and comfortable. We enjoyed the music being played in the restaurant too.
