El sitio, la casa, la habitación , el baño, los alrededores, las vistas, el personal, la atención, la ubicación al lado de la estación de autobuses (muy muy práctico) me he enamoré!!! Son encantadores, desde q llegas, te dicen donde ir, donde comer ( hacerles caso, los restaurantes espectaculares como ellos, claro,,, 😍) también eso hace la estancia mejor. We also appreciated the free parking provided by the hotel. Overall, the price was fair and corresponded well to what you receive. A very very good choice.

The property is so pretty, clean and the two rooms were spacious. It was only a short walk up the hill to the main area and bus station. I would highly recommend this property

Costa, the owner, was extremely welcoming and personally explained everything in detail. He also recommended a wonderful family-run restaurant where I had an excellent Greek brunch. The hospitality and personal attention made my stay even more special.
There was honestly nothing I didn’t like about the property. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well cared for.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2026The hotel staff were exceptional in terms of how friendly and helpful they are. Rooms were fine for a short stay, as per the nature of a visit to Santorini / Fira. Rooms were kept clean daily, with fresh towels as and when needed. Good wifi 6 signal throughout the apartments. Whilst only 5 or 10 mins walk from the centre it was also surprisingly quiet at night for a good peaceful and quiet sleep.
Nothing at all to dislike....all good!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026La struttura è molto bella sia esternamente che internamente. La gentilezza di Costa ti fa sentire ‘in una famiglia’, come lui stesso dice. La camera era pulitissima, luminosa, con aria condizionata molto efficiente e comodo frigo. Ci è stato offerto a sorpresa l’upgrade alla camera con balconcino, gesto che abbiamo davvero apprezzato! La camera viene sistemata e pulita ogni mattina. La struttura offre la possibilità di parcheggiare internamente (3-5 macchine), oppure esternamente: lungo strada (gratis) o al parcheggio gratuito alla fine della via. Il centro di Fira è a due passi e la posizione ti permette di raggiungere tutte gli altri villaggi (in auto) comodamente.

No es que no nos gustara algo, pero los servicios que ofrecen son básicos y el nivel general del hotel es de categoría media - pero repetiríamos sin duda.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026E' la seconda volta che alloggiamo qui, struttura a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dal terminal bus di Fira, si trova in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa. La stanza era spaziosa, pulita e aveva tutti i confort di base come bagno in stanza, asciugacapelli, mini frigo, aria condizionata, poggia valige, ecc., letto comodo. Molto carino era anche il balcone privato, molto rilassante. Il gestore Costas è molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione non compresa (come lo era invece anni fa), ma nei dintorni ci sono diversi locali dove poterla fare.

La posizione è centralissima per arrivare ovunque nell'isola grazie alla vicinanza con la centrale dei bus. Rapporto qualità prezzo TOP
Migliorerei solo un pò la pulizia dei sanitari e l'insonorizzazione delle stanze a causa di qualche ospite più rumoroso...nulla di preoccupante. Inoltre, data anche la molta vicinanza alle piante, ci è capitato spesso di avere qualche mosca di troppo in stanza (anche essendoci le zanzariere). L'asciugacapelli potrebbe essere più potente, è l'unica cosa davvero un pò insoddisfacente.

La camera era molto bella e pulita come tutta la struttura, collocata perfettamente: facilmente raggiungibile sia a piedi dalle zone più affollate che in auto ma con una corte silenziosa e ideale per riposare.

Personale di struttura gentilissimo e disponibile. Kostas, l' host, davvero super. Struttura in cui ritorneremo sicuramente Molto vicino il ristorante di famiglia, ( papà di Kostas), Kipos ( Il giardino del pellicano), ubicato appunto in un bellissimo giardino, dove abbiamo trovato ottima cucina greca tradizionale e l' ottimo vino bianco di Santorini ( assyrtiko). Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo per entrambi. Consiglistissimi.

La posizione è veramente ottima, non credo potessimo trovare di meglio.. si trova proprio a 1 minuto a piedi dal centro di fira (secondo me opzione più valida di dove alloggiare) , inoltre di fronte all’hotel c’è un car rental dove ci siamo trovati molto bene. Lo consiglio davvero!

Tanto el dueño como el personal que trabajan ahí son muy amables y están a tu disposición en todo momento. У меня был забронирован обычный номер, без балкона, но отель был так любезен, что дал мне номер получше с балконом, так как он был свободен. Кровать очень удобная, очень чисто, уборка ежедневная, есть чайник, чай, кофе. Очень большой красивый балкон, на котором можно сидеть и наблюдать восход соогца. Сам отель окружён цветами, зеленью. Мне очень понравилось проживание в данном отеле.

Ils sont à l’écoute et attentionnés : quand nous sommes arrivés alors même que nous sommes arrivés assez tard on a pris le temps de nous donner des informations et des bonnes adresses sur Santorin. Nous avons été gratuitement surclassé ce qui est très appréciable. De plus, l’établissement est parfaitement situé. On a facilement aux axes routiers principaux pour pouvoir se rendre dans d’autres villes tout en étant au calme.

À 5 minutes des restaurants, boutiques et du bus public de Fira Propreté impeccable, bonne literie et chambre spacieuse avec terrasse . Nous y avons passé trois nuits Je recommande vivement

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026They do not offer breakfast at the hotel. We didn't mind this as there are plenty of cafes nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful and communication via Booking.com always quick. The best thing is the location, very quiet yet just a short walk to centre of town.

Reviewed May 26, 2026L'accueil extrêmement chaleureux et la réponse à toutes nos questions, mise à disposition de chambres très confortables, bien mieux qu'espérées. Costa a été avenant, arrangeant, même quand nous sommes revenus pour une nuit un peu en urgence. Nous avons aussi pu prendre le petit déjeuner dans le séjour d'accueil. Séjour en basse saison, situation calme et proche du centre, chambres propres et aménagées avec goût, accueil chaleureux et avenant. Excellent rapport qualité-prix pour Santorin. Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement!

Reviewed May 18, 2026Excellent location, walking distance to the bus station. Walking distance to the 3 bells of Fita viewpoint. We arrived in the morning and they let us check in as soon as the room was cleanead.The owner is very accommodating and the Receprionist was very helpful..

No duden en recurrir a ellos por cualquier duda que tengan sobre su viaje que siempre están atentos a responder. La ubicación es muy buena para llegar al centro de Fira y la estación de bus a minutos de caminata.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Costa et le personnel sont adorables. Très disponible et de bons conseils. Le Logement est situé à proximité de la station des bus ce qui est pratique. La résidence se trouve dans un quartier calme. Les chambres ont vu sur mer ou sur un petit jardin très agréable. La literie est confortable et c'est très propre. Je recommande sans hésitation.
