C’est très bien situé par rapport a la caldera et la station de bus pour toute l’île ( tous les bus de l’île partent de là et on y est en à peine 5 mn à pied). C’est aussi très calme et propre. Et en plus le personnel est topissime de gentillesse et a tout fait pour nous rendre service. Merci encore !

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. The staff was very kind, polite, and helpful. The towels were changed every day, which was a big plus. Unfortunately, the cleanliness could have been better. We found hairs several times, including twice on the towels, which was unpleasant and left a bad impression. The bathroom was also very small and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to use. I hope more attention will be paid to hygiene and comfort in the future, as the attitude of the staff was excellent.

Un sitio perfecto para disfrutar de la isla de Santorini. Limpio, acogedor, cómodo y con una piscina increíble. El servicio de Recepción fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo cuanto necesitamos durante nuestra estancia.

100% recomendable, sin dudar volvería a esta pensión. Las habitaciones super cómodas con un pequeño balcón, disponíamos de todo lo necesario, la piscina es un puntazo ya que después de recorrer llegar y relajarse va super bien además, está muy cerca de todo y la estación de bus, lo que permitió poder movernos cómodamente sin necesidad de alquilar coche o moto. La pensión la lleva la madre e hija personas muy amables, nos brindaron toda la información necesaria y algo que debemos agradecer es que nos alargó el tiempo de salida hasta las 20:00 pm ya que nuestro avión salía a las 23:50 íbamos con una niña y fue un gesto muy amable ya que en otros lugares a las 11:00 am debes salir y si dejas las maletas te cobran. Disfrutamos de un paseo el último día sin maletas y de la piscina pudiendo ir con tranquilidad al aeropuerto descansando previamente. Sin dudar podéis elegir este sitio 100%

Emplacement top à proximité de tout commerces boutiques gare routière pour visiter l’île ; la piscine est franchement appréciable après une journée de balade les chambres sont au calme avec une terrasse pour se détendre ou le petit dej ; le personnel est super gentil et à l’écoute ; ils nous ont proposés de profiter des équipements et piscine avant notre vol de retour ; on recommande pour profiter de santorin !!!!

Abbiamo prenotato all’ultimo minuto, fuori dalla struttura, a causa delle condizioni pessime dell’hotel che avevamo prenotato da cui siamo scappati. Il personale è stato gentilissimo: ci hanno accolti e fatti sentire a nostro agio sin da subito. La struttura dispone di una piccola piscina dove potersi rilassare. Nella nostra camera c’erano anche un mini frigo, un lavandino, stoviglie e un bollitore; al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua e caffè. Posizione centralissima, a meno di 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei bus. Consigliamo!

Gentil accueil de Katerina, et l'emplacement un peu à l'écart de la foule est plutôt agréable. L'ensemble est un peu vieillot mais bien entretenu, et notre petit balcon avec vue sur mer était adorable 😊

Very friendly and excellent location. Very close to the centre of Fira. There was a sweet little pool and a nice balcony. Having luggage storage was very useful.

Fabulous location, fabulous friendly owner and staff. It was beautifully clean and towels being changed daily and rubbish removed was appreciated. The bed was comfy and air con worked nicely. Pool was a treat…soooo refreshing on those super hot days.

The room was spotlessly clean and tidy. The lady at the front desk was incredibly understanding and wonderfully amiable. We wanted to cook some Chinese meals to switch up our travel food routine, and she kindly upgraded us to a suite with a fully equipped kitchen free of charge. The next day, she even heated our food for us in the microwave—she went out of her way to help with everything. The property is only a 3 to 5-minute walk from the Fira bus station. If you’re staying in Fira, this accommodation is absolutely your top choice without a second thought.

Μείναμε στο ξενοδοχείο Πτολεμαίος στη Σαντορίνη και η εμπειρία μας ήταν υπέροχη. Η κυρία Κατερίνα μας υποδέχτηκε με τόση ζεστασιά και φροντίδα που νιώσαμε αμέσως σαν στο σπίτι μας. Ήταν πάρα πολύ ευγενική, πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε, και η φιλοξενία της έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο ξεχωριστή. Ευχαριστούμε από καρδιάς για τη φροντίδα και τη ζεστή της παρουσία - σίγουρα θα ξανάρθουμε!

Tutto. La stuttura si salva solamente per la posizione e la gentilezza della proprietaria, per il resto andrebbe buttato giù tutto e rifatto completamente. E' una struttura decadente. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata (e che ho prenotato come piano terra) si trovava in un seminterrato. Un paio di giorni prima del nostro arrivo ho richiesto gentilmente di averna una al primo piano, ma mi è stato risposto che io avevo prenotato quella, stop. La camera era piena di umidità, prese della corrente penzolanti, testiera de letto tutta rovinata, mobilio vecchio e usurato, nessuna zanzariera che permetteva di lasciare la porta finestra aperta. Una camera che, nonostante si trovi in ottima posizione, non giustifica i 137€ richiesti ma ne vale massimo 40€. Livello di pulizia non adeguato, anche nella zona esterna della piscina dove giravano indisturbate delle blatte vicino ai lettini prendiole. Non capisco come questa struttura possa avere dei punteggi così altri cosa che mi ha spinto a prenotare ma che non ci tornerei manco mezza volta. Per quanto riguarda la struttura che ora risponde alla mia recensione, dico solamente che il mio giudizio è più che attendbile e l'intento è solamente quello di "avvisare" chi è in procinto di prenotare qui, con quello che potrebbe trovare. E' una struttura antiquata che andrebbe bisogno di un restyling immediato e una pulizia delle camere più accurata. Non so se la situazione delle camere al livello superiore sia migliore, ma io riporto la nostra esperienza nella camera al piano terra che non si sono disturbati a cambiarci anche avendoglielo chiesto antecedentemente al nostro arrivo.

Habitación cómoda. Las instalaciones quedan en súper buena ubicación, a pasos de todo. Se destaca que la estación de buses está a solo 5 minutos caminando, el cual lleva a diferentes partes de la isla, como Oia, aeropuerto y puerto. La dueña es muy amable y muy atenta. Muy recomendado.

Cet établissement est très bien situé. La ruelle est très calme et à 2 pas du quartier plus animé. La vue est belle, la piscine est parfaite. L’accueil est chaleureux et attentionné. Nous avons passé un excellent moment à la pension Ptolemeos

- Location: Just 20 minutes from the airport and only 5 minutes from the Fira bus station, with nearby restaurants and cafes. - Quiet environment. - Swimming pool available. - Spotlessly clean. - Exceptional host and staff, including Katarina and the cleaning team. - Refrigerator provided. Please note: The street leading to the hotel is narrow, so pickups for tours and airport transfers may need to occur on the main road. However, it's just a 5-minute walk from there to the hotel. There is a 20 Euro fee for booking a taxi transfer. We used NSTTravel through GTG, which is priced the same. We checked in at 10 PM, and our host was available. They also left a bottle of water and some coffee sachets in our room. Most rooms have a balcony with a table and chairs. We stayed in room 12, which had a pool view and a double bed. Breakfast is available for 7 Euros, but it is very basic. I would recommend exploring the nearby restaurants and cafes instead.

No extra Hooks in the bathroom or a room to hang clothes. Separate shampoo and body wash are needed. Refurbish certain items, like old, cranky bathroom doors. Maybe a desk to keep the suitcases rather than keeping them down, especially for senior people

La puerta del baño no cerraba, pero es algo fácilmente solucionable.

Pension Ptolemeos is a lovely place to stay , it’s clean, welcoming and has a lot of charm. The addition of the pool makes it a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing in busy Santorini. The staff and especially Katerina who is very helpful makes your stay especially enjoyable.

Everyone was very nice and the location was great. We were very close to everything, but it was also very quiet at our hotel.

バスステーションから近く、観光スポットにも近く、大変立地が良い。マダムはとても親切で暖かな人柄で、他のスタッフもフレンドリーで感じが良い。部屋は広く清潔で、冷蔵庫とポットがあり、コーヒーも置かれていた。部屋にはベランダもあり、青く綺麗なプールが見渡せる。階下のプールへの通路の雰囲気もギリシャのムードで素敵だった。 海に面してはいないが、断崖にあるホテルはアクセスが大変だと思うので、むしろほぼ平らな道に位置するこの施設の方にして本当に良かったと思う。次回もこちらに宿泊したい。

浴室が少し狭い気がしたが、特に問題はなし。
