Anytime me and my family come to Orlando. We stay at the Silver Lake resort well this stay we weren’t too happy the last night that we stay. We had no AC when we checked out. We notified the guy at the front desk when we checked out and he was like he was gonna put in for the room to get service but he didn’t try to give us a discount for that night or reimburse us for that night or anything for not having AC. I even showed him a picture of the thermostat where we had took a picture of the difference of the temperature on what we had to sit on and what the temperature was in the apartment.

I really enjoyed the location of the property. The staff were extremely professional and friendly.

It seems the facility would need to purchase new mattresses to allow visitors to have a restful sleep. It seems the housekeepers would need to inform property manager of mattresses which are worn and need to be replaced. I informed the front desk of issue with mattress and they replaced immediately however the replaced mattress was better than the original but still felt worn.

The front desk workers were not the nicest/ friendliest. The bartender was terrible. This was our second time here because our first time was so good, we will bot be back again unfortunately.

Lots of activities planned. Vibe in the pool was lively. Three pools next to each other as well as toddler pool. Restaurant and bar with various selections and good prices. Room had plates cups etc. Working stove blender dishwasher, kitchen properly equipped.

Internet was horrible kept going out and public not secured unable to connect at night possibly too many in the network. Should upgrade as its expected that many people will connect, possibly a separate connection for each building. Fan Bathroom old and very loud Was in a first floor unit, and had to deal with the light from cars window as well as Loud music 7am. Amenities soap lotions enough for one in a room for 4 Had to take out our own trash

If there was a continental breakfast, I was unaware. But the resort is extremely close to the Disney properties, which is a huge plus for us as passholders.

We loved all the amenities! We had an amazing time and stayed at the resort most of our stay.

Не срабатывали ключи на воротах, не срабатывал ПИН-код, приходилось объезжать в эту, бронирование было с двумя кроватями не было постели на одну из них, матрас ужасный, в постель собирал по частям, часть брал в лобби щас привезли мне спустя полтора часа, утром пообещали что свяжется со мной менеджер тани что не созвонился. Соотношение цен и качество не соответствует. Никому не буду рекомендовать. Персонал улыбается или извиняется делает вид что что-то делает.

Me encantó la ubicación cercana a los parques, el silencio y todo estaba limpio... El lugar es muy familiar, a mí esposa le gusto la comodidad de estar como en casa ya que la cocina nos permitió hacer comida saludable, pedimos ollas, pailas. cubiertos y cuchillo y todo nos lo llevaron al rato y nuevo. Lo recomiendo al 100!

Lo único que no me gustó fue los productos procesados del minimarket, pedí un desayuno que los huevos no me sabían a nada, mejor compren en Walmart y cocinen uds mismos....

The pool area was nice and well maintained.

The room was very musty, the bed sheets did not fit the mattress and there was a coffee pot with coffee, creamer and sugar but no coffee cups. We checked all the cabinets and even drawers.

We only stayed one night and checked out. Upon arrival we walked in place and it smelled weird and the floors looked pretty dirty. The place was older , which you couldn’t tell in pictures. We also found a pile of random clothes and slippers sitting on the dresser which was super weird. We felt very uncomfortable and just sad when we walked in. Not a good vibe sadly. Some check out next morning and found a new place. The staff was great though and understanding. But be aware that when you check in you then go to another desk to get a parking pass and I try to sell you to go to their timeshare breakfast thingy just tell them no thanks you want your parking pass and move on no way I’d stay there another week for free

Me gusta mucho la ubicación, queda muy cerca de los parques, existe mucho comercio a los alrededores y el complejo turistico es muy limpio y bonito

El apartamento tenía yn olor como a carne descompuesta, evidencie que era el desague del lavaplatos, tuvimos que mantenerlo tapado para ue no saliera el olor, creo que fue la única inconformidad.

I haven’t been to a location this nice in a very long time. The whole experience was absolutely stunning! The pool is so clean and well kept. The rooms are amazing and I can’t wait to back !

Great family resort staff was a little rude at checking but things improved over stay

Everything was perfect. The apartment was great. We didn’t really use any of the vanities, but it was a great location. Everything went as planned.

Close to Disney world

It's located in the center of everything. This is the most unofficial official disney property, mainly because it's within one minute disney.

I feel the rooms could have used a little bit more of a modern upgrade.

I liked how close it was to the theme parks. I enjoyed the fact that it was enclosed and didn't give general public access to its grounds. The pool side cafe was wonderful. It also had a convenient mini market. The staff was very helpful and courtesy. The beds were so comfortable. The kitchen area was well supplied. I was so thankful that the baloney was completely screened in, as we were traveling with toddlers. This added a measure of safety, as an open baloney adds a measure of concern.

I was not so happy with all the cleaning instructions upon our departure. I was very happy that they only preformed maid service upon your request.

I really enjoyed my stay at Silver Lake Resort. The resort was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. I loved the peaceful atmosphere, spacious accommodations, and convenient location near the attractions. The staff was welcoming and helpful, and there were plenty of activities for everyone to enjoy. It was the perfect place to relax and make wonderful memories with my family. I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it to others.

Put us a room closest to the highway. We are timeshare owners expected to be treated better. Capital vacation employees need to know that no means no. Front staff were rude and didn't greet any customers as they came thru the door to checkin

There were so many ghetto people smoking pot and it was coming into our room thru the patio. Tons of ghetto people at the pool. Didn't provide pool towels at the pool.

This place was exceptionality clean and comfortable. The only thing that I didn't like was the required time share strategy.

Enjoyed the pool and little restaurant. Staff was nice and kind . Room was very clean and fully equipped with everything we needed . Lots of activities for the teens

I have stayed at Silver Lake Resort 10 separate times. The grounds are well maintained. It's only 1 mile from Animal Kingdom. There are multiple pools with the main pool having 4 swim lanes as well as a large swim area. The Cabana Bar located on the pool premises offers exotic drinks as well as a variety of great lunch and dinner fares. The newer buildings are 5 stories high with 3 elevators. Rooms are immaculate with full kitchen, dining area, living room and large bedroom(s). There are multiple dining and shopping choices all located within a 1 to 2 mile radius. You will have quick access to Irlo Bronson Hwy (192), Osceola Pkwy, Toll road 429 and I-4

We stayed at the hotel for two weeks as 2 adults and 1 thirteen-year-old boy. Overall, we had a good experience and the hotel was comfortable for a longer stay. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful. The location was also convenient, 8 min. from Animal Kingdom

Liked how big and comfortable the room was. Like the food and drinks onsite.

It was more after the fact. We forgot our Roku and now it’s apparently apart of the room. We called to get it back on several occasions and the staff sucked at retrieving and at responding. Add in when we ran the washer you could see the water leaking in the ceiling and maintenance first acted like it was our fault (it’s the pipes!) and then they just moved someone in right after us and never took care of it. So, while the stay was great the maintenance sucked in every way possible. And, as a CPA it’s hard to think you’d let maintenance not take care of a leak in the pipes causing mold. Eventually, that ceiling is going to give. Costing you more in the long run. And add you just sold us on the Capital Vacations. Like this is just what we bought into!!

The location suited us, the room was a good size, loved that it had a fan in the room. The pool was fantastic. Spa/ hot tub was too hot though.

They shower was terrible, water pressure you couldn't even was you hair in. Could do with new shower heads. Had to go chasing around late at night for the sheets and blankets for the sofa bed. Which took about 1.5 hrs to bring to us. Not good when you expect it to be there. International traveller and credit card didn't work. Was not given the opportunity to pay cash until I asked which was then too late.

Price was reasonable

Location, location, location. I spent the day at Epcot and had no clue. There were a few backwards to get me to this resort. I’m very glad I found this place.

Because I arrived after hours, the directions took me to an entrance that was not open. Fortunately, Apple Maps was able to direct me to the front office.
