The Burlington Hotel

Great location. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room I had was great.

Can't think of anything negative!

Location, room nice had balcony was lovely to sit out great variety at breakfast staff friendly.

Hot water tap in bathroom sink only trickled took ages to get hot .

Ok

Breakfast 😞

A lovely hotel in a good location, just a few steps up a side road from the seafront and not far from the train station. The room and bathroom were both a really good size and the shower was huge! Spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable Small car park at the rear, but we managed to park ok there, and we have a really big car. The free breakfast was a help yourself type, both cooked and continental selections, but there was plenty to choose from and the lovely lady who kept it replenished was really helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nothing!

Friendly staff and great location. Good value for money and a lovely place to stay for a few days.

The fridge in our room (whilst brilliant to have one) was very noisy and kept me awake. Didn’t bother my daughter though!

The warm welcome when we arrived Maxine was very warming kept in contact all the way until we arrived changed out room to a ground as it was more suitable she was just amazing nothing at all was too much trouble felt like you had known her all your life food room having a little fridge a nice touch all the staff very nice everything home from home can't wait to stay again

Going home

The accommodation was spotless, the staff were friendly and efficient. Buffet breakfast was lovely with plenty on offer.

Nothing.

The hotel was clean and very near the sea, with free on-street parking in the evening. The staff member making breakfast was lovely.

The corridors smelled like a care home, the shower was noisy and despite it being September, our room was so hot we slept badly.

The hotel was lovely and clean. Maxine the manageress couldn't do enough for u. The breakfast was excellent, bacon from local butchers . U can tell it was . Would recommend this hotel to anyone

Absolutely nothing

Having stayed at this hotel a few times b4 . Location exellent Had to pay for parking as theres only 5 parking spaces. But £5 for 24hrs parking close by . So not a problem . Breakfast self service was great 10/10 Comfy bed good shower and free bottles of watet and a fridge was a bonus . Staff were brilliant

There was nothing i could complain about. Will be returning shortly

Breakfast was really good and the location was ideal

We couldn't have wished for anything better.

Didn’t stay for breakfast but everything else was really good

Staff were lovely. Breakfast was great - nice surprise freshly cooked egg, bacon and beans available in addition to croissants, fruit, yogurt, cereal +

it will be perfect if the current plans to have a lounge/ bar go ahead.

Location excellent Clean

Great location, 5 minute walk to beach, easy self check in service, rooms were spotlessly clean and catered for your every need. Hot and continental breakfast, staff very friendly, would go back, no hesitation.

Very welcoming. Lovely place. Although we only booked a smaller room it was more than adequate to meet our needs. Very clean with modern facilities. Fabulous cooked breakfast with extensive choice of cereals, yogurts, croissants, mixed and fresh fruit. Well done everyone.

Not a dislike but a couple of hanging baskets would be good. Can't really comment about an area to sit at the front of the hotel as the weather was rainy at times.

As soon as we entered the room it smelt clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable and bathroom spotless. The breakfast was very good and plenty of choices. We expected a small continental breakfast and were very pleasantly surprised to be offered bacon, eggs and beans. The ladies who made breakfast are very friendly and attentive. We had no issues parking at the hotel. I would recommend the Burlington and would stay again.

I cannot fault anything.

Stayed here few times.always spotless, lovely breakfast, staff friendly and helpful.location spot on too with parking

It was all good. Cleethorpes will be loverly when the construction works are completed.

Lovely room, very comfortable, the cleaning staff we met on our departure were lovely and friendly. I would recommend this place to our friends.

I can't think of anything. Nothing negative to say.

Clean close to entertainment and close to beach

Excellent location. Quiet. Very clean. Good quality breakfast choices.

Would have liked breakfast service to run a little later than 9am.

It’s right in the centre of cleethorpes off on a side street!! Very nice inside and exceptionally clean!! Staff were amazing and really make you feel welcome and not so much like a hotel but like visiting a friends or families house! Breakfast was amazing and me & my daughter can be quite picky with food but enough option and was cooked lovely!!

It was a lovely big room and bathroom. Sparkling clean. The staff at breakfast were lovely and friendly. I mentioned the bed was broke on arrival and they were lovely and helpful.

The bed was broken so slightly uncomfortable.

Very pleasant room, great breakfast, free car parking, good central location.

Clean, comfortable, close to seafront. Very friendly staff, checked in regularly to ensure everything was ok and also took good care of our luggage and my daughter’s teddy bear as we arrived well before check in. Good choice at breakfast and 11am check I find is really reasonable given most places are 10am.

Good price. Very clean. Great check-in and check-out times. Nice breakfast (although not really vegetarian or vegan options). Very helpful & friendly staff (manageress?)

The property was nice, room was clean with everything we needed, staff very helpful and friendly

Nothing

Tucked away up a side street with other similar facilities, this is a little gem. Room & en suite was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was serve yourself with choices of well cooked hot food - bacon, two types of eggs, beans. Cold food included fresh fruit salad, quality yoghurts plus brown or white bread, spreads & a decent toaster. It's no wonder families & others make repeat visits. The dining area was full. The Manager was on hand during Breakfast & very friendly to chat with.

I would 100% recommend I stayed for 3 nights the staff are amazing and kind I stayed with my family we had 2 rooms , executive balcony and small double. The view from the balcony is lovely. The small double is more than enough for two people. Comfortably one person. The breakfast is amazing it has a different variety.

Great location, extremely clean, lady who cooked breakfast was lovely, breakfast was very good

It was a lovely clean, friendly place to stay, comfortable, food was very good, will be going again soon. Very close to all amenities.

Lovely spacious room my only comment is attention to detail the window blind in the bedroom is torn needs replacing.

Balcony room lovely. Comfortable and very clean

To improve,a few chairs outside would have been great.

Breakfast was great

Having to walk around the streets to get to the front door!!

Stayed for one night over a busy weekend. The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with a lot of choices available. Easy to find location from the station and we were able to leave our bags till we left to go to the station. A nice touch. Would definitely recommend for couples, families and groups of friends.

Easy to find, bathroom was lovely and clean Breakfast was nice

Location and how clean it was.

Unable to comment as all good.

Good value hotel in an excellent location. Our room was a good size, clean and well equipped. Easy self check in but help on hand if needed. Breakfast wasn’t fancy but was included in the very reasonable price. Extra points for proper toasters. Very good for a seaside break.

Excellent clean and very spacious

We liked the property

Cleanliness and comfortable bed

Great location, we had one of the rooms with the little balcony. Was perfect for our short stay. It's the green bedding room in the pictures. Has a fridge and Kettle which was a bonus.

Clean and tidy room and bathroom

That it wasn't manned , I was expecting a traditional b n b but it was just a let yourself in building. The room was smaller than it looked in the photos. Breakfast wasn't great. Most things are overcooked. Coffee is weak.

Close to amenities, quiet area. Clean & tidy, plenty tea, coffee making facilities. Staff friendly. No trouble

There wasn’t nothing to dislike

No way 170 pounds for this very disappointing

Bar better quality food reception

The bed was really comfy, slept really well

Shower spray could of been better, the fry up could of had more choice

Great stay overall easy to self check in.

This is as a very well located, comfortable hotel, possibly better described as a ‘boarding house’. The bedroom was small but the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. The room was well equipped with an iron and ironing board. The breakfast was excellent although the breakfast room was as a little cramped.

The bedroom was small but not uncomfortably so. There is a lot of civil engineering work going on behind the promenade which restricts where you can walk and is very ugly. It’s due to be completed in 2027.

very welcoming breakfasts very good rooms very spacious and clean shower good size we are back in September this will be our 4th visit within 10 months definitely will not be our last already planned our first for next year

Room clean and well equipped Breakfast excellent Parking was great

Our bed was very uncomfortable ,mattress needs replacing!!

Property was clean and comfortable rooms where made really cosy the owner making breakfast was very friendly and helpful a real credit to the hotel

Property was lovely only downside was balcony view was not beachfront view as expected but still nice just needs a little more clarity on wedsite that your not looking directly out to sea

The room was spacous and clean

Location excellent

Very clean and good location for our purpose. Good breakfast with friendly staff

All good

It was spotless and Maxine was a delight at breakfast.

Nothing

The hotel was lovely, very comfortable and quiet.

I was greeted with a lovely breeze from a fan when I got in the room which was so welcome, the room was a small double I like this room nice and compact, the breakfast was good as always, so easy to arrive and depart with no fuss, get the codes all is good, will stay there again when in Cleethorpes

That I didn't have time to stay longer

Excellent location for me travelling by train. Close to the station, the sea front and the shops. The room was spotless with white bedding & towels. There was a fridge which was very useful, good size TV, big shower, spacious bathroom. Good curtains blocked out the light fairly well.

Shower was tricky to get warm water.
