Staybridge Suites Chihuahua by IHG

Y no dejan descansar.

The best in Chihuahua!

The Manager Veronica was excellent with service and she really works had. I saw her there 7 days a week

Very clean hotel, great service. Overall excellent!

Very good

I feel we had some issues with getting our room cleaned on a timely basis. It was finally done once I address the staff. I think it’s due to being under staffed, because I did notice that people that worked in the front desk were also working in the kitchen at different times during the week.

Todo excelente

Bien

Excelente!!

Excellent place to stay

Bien

A lot of things to do, great location

There was a big family with around 15 kids during the weekend and they were noisy and broke all the rules for pool, spa and common areas but the front desk weekend staff didn’t do anything about it. Pool and spa maintenance was made during the open hours instead of the closing hours. Spa has a lot of chemicals. Breakfast was good but kitchen staff took too long to refill the food once it was done.

Nice and peaceful

All of your employees were very professional and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay.

We spent about 12 nights at this hotel. It was great from the friendly front desk people, to the nice guestroom and common areas, it was a very pleasant stay!

Good

Hotel staff are always friendly and welcoming of our dogs. Small area for them to go potty right outside the hotel and lots of parking available for our truck. Rooms are clean and great breakfast every morning. Also, lots of places to get food nearby!

Attention is amazing, very clean and quiet. Highly recommended.

Nice Hotel with all the conveniences needed for a long stay. This was my second time staying at this hotel, stayed for 30 days.

Everything was excellent

The staff was very friendly, I will definitely stay here again

The pool and the grill area, as well an spacious room

The drain in the shower was slow and the safety box didn't have battery, we reported 2 times in reception and maintenance never came to fix it. Besides of that our stay was great we had a good time

Excellent hotel, great amenities, breakfast and dinner included with great food options, and the staff friendly and helpful.

clean hotel in a quiet spot up on a hill. friendly staff, great breakfast and great location.

Doesn’t seem like anyone is supervising breakfast... food runs out and people put orders for eggs, which have no real control since they don't have copies of the order page and someone claimed our eggs. We stayed 10 days and 8 of those the plates were styrofoam and 6 times the forks were the cheapest plastic ones. The guests do not pick up their used dishes but there is also no signs asking them to do it, so the next morning was common to find chips and peanuts on the carpet from the "Happy Hour" fron the night before. Lastly, the interaction employee-customer doesn’t seem appropriate, the employees joke around, touch and even hug guests, there are visibly favorites, like the lady that packs breakfast for all her office in styrofoam containers and even a bag to carry them provided by the staff!

Good location and good property.

Great place to stay with family amenities! Great safe location with excellent service!

Hotel offers happy hour and breakfast, shuttle service. Very friendly.

The room was lovely and spacious. Very modern and a well equipped kitchens. Very comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast buffet with plenty of options. Pet friendly hotel, but limited places to walk or relieve your pets.

Great stay. Clean hotel. Nice Staff

I really like this hotel, they are always so nice and very kind. The rooms are so clean.

Nice clean place very confortable good food close to a shopping mall stores food restaurants

Professional staff and very attentive. Parking is on site and very secure. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I havevto say that the view of the city of Chihuahua from the parking lot is breathtaking. Definitely recommend it if anyone is looking for a hotel.

This hotel was good. The staff was friendly, the facility and rooms were clean, it’s also close to many restaurants and the fashion mall. They also have a shuttle from and to the airport or anywhere within 10 kilometers of the hotel and it also has plenty amenities that guest can enjoy during their stay. However, during our stay, we were looking forward to enjoying these amenities like the golf simulator, but according to the front staff, it was not working. So we moved on to the small put put course but there was not enough right hand golf clubs nor the correct clubs to play the course (a lot of the golf clubs were in really bad shape and not taken care of). We also tried the jacuzzi but the water was not hot. When it finally was working, we had to get out due to it overflowing for some reason. The cinema room was great but some of the reclining chairs were a bit dirty and on some the reclining function was not working, also you have to log into your Netflix or Disney accounts in order to watch anything. This particular Staybridge Suites also has a happy hour that includes free beer, but we were only able to enjoy it for one night due to it being suspended the following night and apparently none of the staff knew why. Overall, the hotel was good. It served its purpose of providing us a place to rest and feel safe. I’m hoping we just stayed at a bad time because we definitely would love to stay here again and enjoy all of the amenities this hotel has to offer.

Is a very beautiful place a quiet area, restaurants shopping mall restaurants convenient stores very close, friendly people, good breakfast

Some things didn’t work..

Not social, lacks food resources. A couple of things were dirty. Does afford a good view of the city, however

There was no coffee in the room.
