Posizione centralissima, ottimi il servizio, la pulizia e la cortesia del personale. Unico neo l'assenza di un parcheggio. Nell'insieme abbiamo trascorso un'ottima vacanza. Il giudizio è molto positivo,

What I really liked was that you can see the ocean from the room. My balcony had an ocean view. It was also really nice that the room had an AC, so it was easy to fall asleep. From the hotel you could walk out of the door to go for a swim in the ocean. Breakfast was also lovely.

It was sometimes a bit noisy, the streets came alive at 7 in the morning. But this is to be expected in an older hotel. It was not really a problem though.

Brilliant location by the sea front and in the town centre. We were on a road trip and we were able to park safely not too far from the hotel.

Breakfast buffet was a little bit limited.

Ottima posizione di fronte al mare e in centro con tantissimi ristoranti, bar e negozi nelle vicinanze. Configurazione della camera funzionale. Buona colazione. Personale disponibile e gentile.

Ambiente forse un pochino datato. Ristorante dell’hotel non disponibile nel corso della settimana in cui ero presente in struttura. Necessità di prenotazione del parcheggio interno non segnalata sul sito.

The location is very good, a few meters from city center and walking distance from beaches.

I stayed for 3 nights and I was given a very old (not renovated) and uncomfortable room on the first floor. It was definitely not the one on the pictures . When I questioned they were able to change me for a much better room on the second floor completely renovated for the last 2 nights. My question is, what if I did not question them? The first room was really bad!

Really only the location was nice

The building was run down and outdated , our rooms were very dirty , bathroom was unclean , sink kept clogging , hallways were very dark , beds uncomfortable, staff not helpful Because there was only one person working . No coffee makers in room as advertised . It stated parking however it was 10 min away in a public parking lot .

Perfect location with excellent view to the harbour. Town is very nice with lots of restaurants and delicious food.

Parking is an issue.

Ich hatte noch kein Zimmer, wo für 2 Personen so wenig Ablage und Hängemöglichkeiten für die Wäsche war.

La vue est indéniablement le point fort de l'établissement. Le personnel au petit déjeuner très agréable. La proximité des plages.

Propreté sans plus pour la chambre. Les parties communes et les chambres sont vétustes. La dureté équivalente au bois du matelas. La climatisation de la chambre pas assez forte ce qui nous a contraint de conserver la porte-fenêtre ouverte avec le bruit qui va avec.

De kamer en hotel zijn flink verouderd. De muren, badkamer en meubilair mogen wel vernieuwd worden. Zeker voor hetgeen wat je betaald.

Location comodissima, in pieno centro. Camere belle e pulite. Staff cordiale.

Purtroppo l'assenza di parcheggio e di concessione per spiaggia. I lettini sul terrazzo sono solo per le camere privilege. E di domenica è impossibile trovare sia parcheggio che lettini nei bagni privati

Alte Räumlichkeiten, fehlende Sonnenstoren im 5. Stock, Wasserschaden und stundenlang kein Wasser, keine Parkplätze.

Highs: -most beautiful views from room looking at water and mountains -centrally located -delicious breakfast -friendly waitstaff Lows: -AC barely worked, wouldn’t go below 77 degrees -shower tiny -mold on ceiling near AC -one front desk staff member (PM) rude and dismissive of requests, one front desk staff member (AM) very kind and helpful - remote for awning didn’t work got very hot in afternoon- helpful front desk person did it for us remotely from front desk. Other front desk employee never mentioned this option.

The location and the staff. Very good access to all local amenities and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

It is tired. Rooms were exceptionally clean however, no facilities to make a hot a drink, no kettle or tea or coffee which even basic rooms usually have. hair dryer was like a hoover and of no use. Doors to the balcony scraped across the floor making an horrendous noise and the sage was broken. I booked 2 rooms and both sages in both room were broke.

Location is absolutely incredible. Right on the water and very near the main square. We also loved the balcony off our room.

The room was dated and not terribly clean. The walls were very dirty and the bed was uncomfortable. The AC unit was very old and filled our room with a terrible dank odour if we turned it on. When we arrived we noticed our minibar wasn’t working. We asked the staff if it was possible to have someone come look at it for us. They were ultimately unhelpful and nobody ever came to check out the minibar. We just went without for our stay.

Ottima struttura situata davanti allo stabilimento balneare. Camera nuova e funzionale, eccellente colazione. Il personale è stato gentile e puntuale nell'ascoltare le mie richieste e dare consigli sul soggiorno

La pulizia del bagno deve essere più accurata, nulla di eccessivo ma da migliorare

Ottima posizione, stanza spaziosa e pulita, letto comodo. Colazione abbondante, varia e di qualità, personale gentile che si adopera per facilitare e accontentare la clientela. Posteggio privato (pagamento a parte) valore aggiunto in paesini come Lerici.

Piccolo intoppo, la tenda da sole mancava del telecomando e non sinpoteva agire indipendentemente ma il personale si è impegnato a trovare una soluzione.

Die Parksituation ist unbefriedigend; viel zu weit weg! Die hoteleigene Musik am Strand ist ab 10.00 Uhr viel zu laut.

L'amabilité et la gentillesse du réceptionniste. La chambre bien équipée et bien insonorisée La situation de l'hôtel avec un grand balcon pour profiter de la vue imprenable sur la baie.

Pas de place devant l' hôtel, obligé du coup de se garer assez loin avec des difficultés pour trouver de la place.

A wifi é horrivel, baixa velocidade e muitas falhas no serviço. O Pequeno almoço precisa de ter mais oferta.

Très bel hotel à 10m de la plage. Tout était très bien !

Le garage pour la voiture se trouve à 200m de l'hotel.

Struttura da rinnovare, letto duro e scomodo, camera piccola e non moderna. La sera si sente molta confusione proveniente dall’esterno.

Excellent location in Lerici centre with great sea view. Helpful and friendly staff

Very dated decor. We had a room on 4th floor with terrace but no sea view. The room was very spacious and clean but let down by the very outdated decor. In the bathroom in particular the shower panel was quite unsafe/unstable. The whole place could do with a revamp. Fine for very short stay.

Location is excellent, very central in Lerici and great sea view.

The rooms and hotel overall are very dated. This stay we had a room on 5th floor with great sea view but very dated decor and door out to terrace very unstable. The whole hotel would benefit from updating and renovating

Odeurs désagréables dans la chambre Propreté à revoir

Parking de l'hôtel payant placé à 800 m. Nous n'avons absolument pas apprécié le fait qu'une salle de danse s'est installée au dessus de notre chambre. Ne nous prévenant pas de cet évènement qui a duré jusqu'à 1 h 15 du matin et après contact avec la réception plusieurs fois je me suis fais remballé comme un mal propre disant qu'ils ont le droit d'organiser une salle de danse payante au 6ème étage, sans prendre la précaution d'en avertir les clients de la chambre en dessous ou alors de nous demander le déplacement dans une chambre non perturbée par un régiment de danseuses à talons aiguilles. Hôtel à bannir.

Emplacement remarquable avec une vue magnifique sur le château le port et la baie. Très calme. Personnel très gentil. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Manque la possibilité de se faire un thé tranquille le soir dans la chambre. Pas trouver l'interrupteur pour fermer/ouvrir le store. Pas informer du wifi.

Je suis descendu dans cet hotel pour profiter du spa. Quand j'arrive, j'apprends qu'il n'est pas en service. Devant mon mécontentement, la direction fait un geste commercial : offre du parking et surclassement. Le parking est assez loin et le surclassement .... disons que la chambre, plutot petite, ne correspond pas à ce que j'attends d'un hôtel de cette catégorie J'ai trouvé que cet hôtel est un monument mais qui n'a pas su se réinventer au fil du temps. Dommage

The room was exceptional: a super comfy bed, an immaculate bathroom (the water pressure in the shower was perfect) and all topped off with an outstanding view over the bay. The staff, putting up with my limited Italian, were incredibly warm and welcoming.

Travelling out of season, the quantities for the cooked breakfast were a little scarce (everything else was more than adundant). I had some issues working the aircon in my bedroom though that may be down to me.

Letto e cuscino di bassa qualità, collo e schiena ne hanno risentito, l'uso dell'ascensore condizionato dal carrello vivande, dovevo aspettare anche 15 minuti per poter salire al 4 piano

il bagno della stanza non era quello delle foto viste durante la prenotazione, inoltre ho prenotato e ho scelto di spendere un determinato prezzo basandomi sul fatto che ci fosse la spa. La spa non era funzionante. Non lo trovo assolutamente corretto.

Ormai sono anni che alloggiamo al Shalley e non ci delude mai.
