La plus value est la sympathie des chauffeurs qui effectue la navette avec le centre de Lerici et Telloro. Nous avons passez un séjour magnifique dans cet hôtel !! Je le recommande vivement !!

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026L'hotel è bello e moderno, un plus è il servizio navetta gratuito che ti porta e ti viene a prendere dove vuoi. E' in pratica un servizio taxi incluso nel prezzo della camara. Lerici è impossibile da girare in auto, non si trovano parcheggi, il servizio navetta ha fatto la differenza. La colazione è buffet è ricca e varia, con molta offerta e incontra i gusti di tutti. Lo spazio esterno per la colazione ha una vista meravigliosa. Lo staff super disponibile e professionale.
La camera era un po' piccola e alcune parti comuni andrebbero rimodernate. Niente di tragico, se torneremo a Lerici probabilmente alloggeromo comunque ancora in questo Hotel.

Reviewed Aug 7, 2026Das Frühstück mit viel Auswahl, Käse stand nicht direkt neben der Wurst was für Vegetarier sehr toll ist. Die Aussicht morgens beim frühstücken (Bienen ein wenig lästig) atemberaubend und sehr entspannend. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Betten sind sehr gemütlich und das Zimmer hat eine tolle Ausstattung. Das Hotel liegt weiter oben auf dem Berg man wird aber tagsüber mit dem Shuttle zu den Stränden oder abends zum kleinen Ort gefahren (kostenlos und auf Abruf) das war wirklich toll ansonsten kann man auch durch eine Gasse runterlaufen, hoch eher sportlich. Wir konnten die Zeit sehr genießen.
Es war alles gut.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Frühstück ist super. Alles was das Herz begehrt! Frischen Orangensaft, Müesli, Nüsse, Früchte, Eierspeisen etc. Das Zimmer war sehr hübsch. Wir hatten etwas wenig "manövrier Space" im Zimmer, für zwei Nächte wars aber passend. Das Bad ist sehr schön, es war sehr sauber, modern. Die Betten ebenfalls sehr gut. In 7 Minuten erreicht man über einen hübschen Treppen-Weg die Piazza am Hafen unten. Wenn man nicht laufen mag, hat man jederzeit einen Shuttle vom Hotel, den man anrufen kann. Top Service. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Top.

Do atendimento da recepção, sem empatia. A cama extra tambem muito dura ainda bem que era uma criança. O fato de não ter nada para beber para comer durante o dia, um absurdo dada a localização distante de comércio e restaurantes.

The steps leading down to the town!! However it’s also why the hotel had lovely views. I did wonder whether it would be possible install a swimming pool on the land behind the hotel. However as no hotels in Lerici seem to have a pool there must be a reason.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026La pulizia è davvero eccellente e mi ha colpito subito, dalle camere ai bagni comuni del piano terra... La colazione al mattino ha un assortimento degno di una pasticceria di alta cucina e non parliamo delle proposte sul salato, tutto innovativo e straordinario. Prodotti di qualità anche per la frutta fresca. Il personale sempre disponibile e gentile ti riserva sempre un sorriso ed è celere in ogni momento. Abbiamo fatto alcune richieste prima di partire che di primo riscontro non potevano essere accolte (le hanno motivate con garbo e professionalità), ma quando siamo arrivati, si sono prodigati in modo lodevole e ci hanno permesso di godere di una vacanza bellissima. Una menzione particolare la vorrei fare ad Andrea (con cui scherzavamo sul fatto che diventassi il suo assistente di bordo) e a Claudio, i due autisti della navetta: siete delle bellissime persone e la vostre umiltà è un valore aggiunto veramente prezioso.
Trovo un pochino esagerato il costo delle bevande del frigo bar (4 euro una bottiglietta di acqua o una lattina) ma comprendo che dietro ci siano dinamiche più complesse e non sarà certamente questa inizia a gettare ombra su una struttura di prestigio.

The ocean view from the rooms with a bancony was amazing. Free shuttle with the hotel, but we chose to walk up and down the long path the the beach and town which was apx 700 steps on a steep incline.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Ein wirklich toller Urlaub im Europa Grand Hotel mit grandiosen Ausblick vom Balkon und der Terrasse auf die Bucht von Lerici. Super Service, nettes Personal und fast jeder Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick und alles war fantastisch. Der Shuttleservice stand täglich zur Verfügung aber auch der Weg bis ins Zentrum war umrahmt von malerischen Gassen und Treppen. Ein super 3-Sterne Hotel und wir können es nur weiterempfehlen. Noch ein Tipp: wer tolles Essen liebt, findet auf dem Marktplatz Lerici das sensationelle Restaurant 1918, direkt mit Blick auf den Hafen. Wir kommen sicher gerne wieder….☀️🇮🇹
