Guest Feedback
Feedback themes are sourced from guest reviews provided by our data provider.
What guests love
- •Family- and child-friendly with many kid facilities (slides, playrooms)
- •Extensive amenities: pool, spa, sauna, ping-pong, billiards
- •Pet-friendly (suitable for large dogs)
- •Convenient location near city and generally accessible parking
- •Spacious, comfortable rooms with mountain views
- •Many complimentary facilities included, high perceived CP value
Areas to consider
- •Buffet/restaurant cleanliness issues (plates, floor) and presence of fruit flies/ants
- •Inconsistent staff attitude and service quality
- •Breakfast wait times and occasional poor breakfast quality
- •Weekend parking can be full/limited
- •Some paid basement attractions out of order; occasional facility scheduling/closing earlier than posted
- •Room issues: bed size or instability, ants, insufficiently hot water
Cleanliness
7.6/10Mixed signals: some guests explicitly note rooms are clean, but multiple complaints about buffet/restaurant cleanliness, plates/ground cleanliness and presence of fruit flies/ants lower the score.
Service
7.8/10Mixed service: several positive interactions (helpful/pleasant housekeeping), but repeated reports of poor or brusque staff behavior and inconsistent front-desk handling reduce confidence.
Location
9.2/10Consistently praised: convenient location near city, easy access, generally positive parking accessibility (though weekend parking can be tight).
Room Quality
8.6/10Rooms are described as spacious, comfortable, with nice mountain views and recent refurbishments; some issues noted (bed size or wobble, occasional ants, hot water temperature).
Amenities
9.4/10Strong amenity offering: pools, spa/saunas, slides/play areas, game rooms, ping-pong and billiards, pet-friendly facilities — although some paid basement attractions have faults and some scheduling/closing complaints.
Value for Money
8.8/10Perceived as good value/ high CP: many free facilities and family-friendly features make stays feel worthwhile despite some service/facility drawbacks.
Food and Beverage
7.6/10Mixed F&B feedback: several guests praise a plentiful/tasty breakfast, while others report long waits, poorer taste or buffet cleanliness issues, and inconsistent quality.
Overall Experience
8.2/10Generally positive family- and pet-friendly overall experiences with many guests willing to return; however, service inconsistencies, some facility faults and cleanliness/F&B issues temper the impression.
