La villa le faltan muebles para estar cómoda. Le faltó limpieza a la villa, sábanas con manchas y cabellos. Almohadas q parecían cerros y duras. Había muchas hormigas en habitación y baño.

Great location

Dated hotel in need of a drastic overhaul.

There were previous agreements with the former manager they did not respect. This made a guest leave earlier and some visitors to wait more than one hour before getting in to greet cousins they had not seen for years. Finally the new management understood that agreements had to be respected even if these were made by the previous manager we reserved with. The was EXTREMELY unpleasant. We had 9 rooms and 2 houses rented. We will never get back there or recommend the hotel to anyone.

Breakfast was not good at all, at least the free breakfast that comes with the room, Chilaquiles were not good at all, and kind of pricey for the poor quality of the food

Gaby did a wonderful job with my massage. It was so good. The method she used I love it. She massaged with her hands, used machines for your feet, your head, your back. The aromatic oils. I really recommend her. I wish I can take me to USA. Love her. Also took care of my plantar fasciitis. Thank you Gaby.

Massage Gabby is one of a kind to do massages she’s firm but soft at the same time. She does such a great job. Walked in with stress and walk out amazed of how lightweight you feel by removing so many knots in my back.

SCAM ALERT — DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel advertises beautiful photos of a beachside pool, jacuzzi, and private beach access, but fails to clearly disclose that guests have to pay an additional $40 fee just to use those amenities — even when booking a villa. The only “free” option is a run-down pool or basic beach access, which is extremely misleading compared to what’s shown online. It feels like a complete money grab. We specifically booked this property because of the advertised amenities, only to find out after check-in that they’re locked behind extra charges. That information should be transparent before booking, not sprung on guests afterward. Save your money and stay at Las Rocas Resort & Spa instead. Beautiful oceanfront pool and views included without all the hidden upcharges. Very disappointing experience. ESTO ES UNA ESTAFA — NO SE HOSPEDEN AQUÍ. Este hotel anuncia fotos hermosas de una alberca frente al mar, jacuzzi y playa privada, pero no te dicen claramente que tienes que pagar $40 dólares extra para usar esas amenidades — incluso aunque reserves una villa. La única opción “gratis” es una alberca vieja y descuidada o acceso básico a la playa, lo cual es muy engañoso comparado con lo que muestran en línea. I can honestly say Gabby gave me the best body massage I’ve ever experienced. Her technique, professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to make you feel completely relaxed are on a whole different level. From the moment the session started, you could tell she truly cares about her work and her clients’ experience. I walked in carrying so much tension and stress, and walked out feeling completely renewed. The pressure, flow, and overall experience were absolutely perfect. Gabby has an incredible gift and creates an environment that is both calming and welcoming. If you are looking for someone who truly knows what they’re doing and delivers an unforgettable massage experience, I highly recommend Gabby. Easily 10/10.

Me gusto mucho la vista al mar, pero el edificio pare is una caja,y el cuarto muy simple como motel barstool. Nice ocean view, but the building look like a box, and the rooms very simple, like a cheap motel

El club de playa sunio

Te cobran por usar las instalaciones del club de playa , aunque estés hospedado , la alberca del hotel, no es climatizada, es mas bien chapoteadero , el yacusi no sirve , las instalaciones son viejas. Si quieres usar la alberca, camastros ,yacusi, tienes que pagar ,50.00 dlls por persona extra , descontando 40.00 dlls por consumo obligatorio.

Location & being on the beach was great. We got there and receptionist told us that she was going to cancel the room cuz it wasn’t paid for yet? Then we still had to wait 30 minutes to get in room. Looked like toilet leaked all over so it was being mopped. Long, dark hair all over floors and wall. Found a vibrator under a blue chair that was left from prior guests. Nasty! Went to check out and guy kept our $20 cash for occidentals because there was a small amount of blood on sheet from my husband’s knee!? Guess they get you any way they can?

I rate my experience 5 of 5. We had a small problem and almost ruined our Mother’s Day weekend. the staff at Castillo Del Mar corrected it and went above and beyond our expectations. They made us feel welcomed and surpassed how they fixed the mistake. Great hotel amenities, food and pool club. Thank you for everything and everyone when helped us out. Gracias deparrte villa 31-B it was our first time and we will be back!!

Gabby is magical! We were on the Carnival Firenze and did the excursion to the beach. She did the most amazing job. I asked her to do deep tissue, and she delivered. I left feeling relaxed and all my knots disappeared. Thank you!

Got a 60 minute massage for $75. Price was great and it was an excellent full body massage. I asked for a deep tissue, and it did not disappoint. Would highly recommend both the resort as well as the massage service. Nice place and atmosphere by a wonderful beach.

Super friendly staff, gorgeous ocean views, delicious food and clean rooms. A beautiful boutique style hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

A few extra in room amenities like extra towels would have been nice. Also, breakfast starting earlier would be more convenient for early travelers.

Had a great experience with our stay. Came specifically for the massage spa as we were looking to book an experience and saw the many wonderful reviews for the masseuse. She did not disappoint as me and my partner both had a relaxing experience. Would recommend the spa to anyone looking to unwind and enjoy a location by the beach

The hotel is great, located right on a beautiful beach. The villa was amazing. The decor was exceptional. There were a lot of food choices since its right in the city.

We were really looking forward to the pool and hot tub but both were cloded during our stay without any prior notice. That was unfortunate.

Great location and great for families. My son really enjoyed the beach. The beach has toys for the kids to build sand castles. Everyone is pleasant and its gated and private so it felt very safe

None of the TVs worked. The unit had wifi but seems like only in the kitchen. The parking spot is not made for a low car and it scraped a couple of times.

Spa experience was amazing! I’m an aesthetician and the work Gaby did was the best! All her techniques left me feeling brand new, I recommend getting a package with the spa here at Castillos Del Mar. Definitely coming again!

I came out to Rosarito with BFF Stephanie and my girlfriend Samantha recommended us to stay at Castillo Del Mar and suggested to get a massage at the spa with Gabriela. She spoke highly of Gabriela and the hotel and I’m so so impressed and loved this resort. I’m definitely coming back with my whole family to enjoy this resort. I enjoyed the massage, if you fall asleep, and wake up relax then that means the masseuse did a great job, you got to try her! Thank you Gabriela and everyone at Castillo Del Mar 💞

Only the location.

The bathrooms are discussing, moldy , smelly . They didn’t clean the shower, the curtain had hair dye on it and all over the shower walls . My shower was also clogged. Floors were dirty as well.

Gabby Spa was my last activity of my vacation. I so needed the message she gave me. I asked for 30 mins and those 30 mins were painful but so good at the same time. She got rid of the knots I had on my shoulders and she walked me thru every message, explaining why it hurt and how to message at home to feel better. Im leaving fresh and ready for work. She even gave me a few mins extra of neck massage with vibrator. I will definitely be coming back when I come back to Castillos del Mar Hotel just 3hr 30 mins from LA

Gabriela was AMAZING! I got a one hour massage and it made my vacation even better than it already was!! She found the knots and worked them out, all while relaxing me so much!! Thank you Gabriela!!

I got my massage at hotel that Castillo’s and the massage therapist was amazing. Everything was handled gently, and she was able to make me feel relaxed, healed, rejuvenated. I would recommend this massage 100%.

The room was dirty limited excess to beach coach was dusty and fool of stains, and you know what kind of stains!!!

Food and drinks were delicious! Bartender on the upper level makes the best drinks and very attentive I believe his name is Enrique :)

Our room was dirty. It smelled like sewer inside the room. We asked for more towels and was never given more. Staff was friendly. We didn’t check out the pool. The breakfast that was included in our stay was great with good views and friendly waiters/waitresses.

Beautiful view and places to see

Love all the people there. Christian, Adan, all the servers, Amir, front desk people and house keeping. Also the spa lady. Feels like family there. The penthouse was amazing but have liked all the rooms.

It was clean the room needs some maintenance for the price that is pay per night
