The place was clean, friendly staff and assisted with emergencies.

Tea station was not filled.

The apartment was so beautiful and morden.

The mattresses in all bedrooms were a bit hard. If they can try to have comfortable mattresses.

Nice clean and comfortable safe place to stay … beach walk after sun-set or before sunrise not advisable. Enough in premises to do. Will definately stay here again, nice 1 bedroom I stayed in and I felt safe

Pity about the potential crime on beach when darker … Did complete the check list and found items not physically in unit … never got feedback during 2 days I was there and it was not placed in unit either when I booked out … water bottle and clothing horse to be exact 😉 (unit T10)

Wonderful facilities especially for the winter weather, we liked the fact that our unit had a heated pool that we could enjoy.

Beds were a little hard than normal. No restaurant or bar available on site.

I loved that when we arrived there was someone at reception. He was so friendly and welcoming. I loved our room, the staff service. The hotel was exactly as we saw in the pictures and everything that was mentioned. Would differently recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful experience and stay.

It was easy to book the accommodation, receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Stayed over on my birthday so I had a little something-something waiting for me in the room 🥰😇 the property is BEAUTIFUL and clean. I have zero complaints.

Maybe a covered parking... Otherwise, everything was EXCELLENT!

Apartment was beautifully decorated & had everything we needed. The swimming pool and beach access was brilliant. They have a great games room on offer for the children that is well looked after and the staff are all friendly, helpful and welcoming.

The staff was friendly throughout our stay. The apartment was super clean and beautiful. It was a perfect family stay at a beautiful place.

The loadshedding was a real issue and the wifi became an issue for us.

The beds were very bad. My husband is a heart patient and my daughter was pregnant. We all woke up with.stiff necks and backs.The shower tiles in the main bedroom had black mould in almost every tile

the birthday surprise for my sone was so thoughtful and special. The kids enjoyed the personal pool to the fullest, the teenagers also the gaming facilities and the safety on the resort was top notch

The place is easily accessible,the staff is very kind and helpful. The villa is has a vey view,clean and have access to the beach with security and cameras. The kids play area,game room and daily activities schedule for both adults and kids was cherry on top. Swimming towels & extra games to keep in your rooms during our stay.

The air conditioner in one of the rooms (twin beds)was not working. The housekeeper on duty told us she reported it but it was not attended to until our departure.

Little treasure on the South Coast - great facilities, stunning penthouse apartments in immaculate condition right on the beach. The heated plunge pool was an absolute treat, right on your own little entertainment patio overlooking the beach.

I loved everything about it. My children enjoyed themselves. Our pool had warm water both morning and evening. Few steps away from the beach and cherry on too the staff was so friendly (receptionist,security and cleaners). I can't wait to visit the place again.

4weeks ago I booked for me and my son with1 bed for a fraction of the price. Last night I booked for my son and daughter,wife and myself and the hotel charged double the price with only 1 bed and the exact same size room for the price of 1or2 sleeper . When address with management they forced my kids to spend holiday on a couch. Very disappointed and will never go back here again.

Just R3000 per night was a bit excessive. Considering there's no restaurant or breakfast offering . The room was a bit small

I just didn't get time to tick what was inside the room, would prefer to be accompanied by someone whose used with room set up and items inside to confirm during check-in with me like how it done on the check-out 😁

Aus dem Hotel gibt es einen direkten mehr Zugang zum langen, sauberen Sandstrand. Zum Zimmer gehört ein Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Bereich. Die voll eingerichtete Küche gibt die Möglichkeit, Essen zuzubereiten. Das Zimmer ist gross und bietet neben der Küche mit Baarhockern offen zum Livigroom, Bad und Dusche. Es war alles ausgezeichnet sauber und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Everything was immaculate, just as if it was new. That on top of the amazing staff! We will certainly go again.

The path to the beach could do with a little clean up. Technically it is outside the resort but would make it a little safer for kids. My son got a bit of wood in his foot just outside the gate.

Had personal belongings stolen from inside the property through a gate to the beach without access control or security. Anyone can enter and leave via this gate. The place is Not safe and security sits and flirts with receptionist. Not safe for women at all

That when you book, it does not specify whether the room is sea facing or not. Was a bit disappointed that the room we had was not sea facing. Also there was an issue with the parking, which was allocated to us was under a tree, the next day the car was full of bird droppings. Although the manager paid for the car wash, it took up our time going there. Need to install awnings in the carpark

The 3 Bedroom Apartment was Exceptionally Beautiful with the Jacuzzi. The staff was very friendly. I Loved the Place 😍💯✌🏾

Absolutely everything. Im at an absolute loss for words on what we experienced this weekend. The unit exceeded our expectations by 1000%. It was so clean, everything was fresh, from the bedsheets to pillows to blankets to towels, even the furniture was in an immaculate condition. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff was always on point. The hot tub was an unexpected bonus which my kids loved. The put put course is lovely! The playroom and movieroom is stunning for kids. The beach is right there, the loungers are comfortable, the surroundings are quiet at night. Words is simply not enough, you need to go experience it for yourself! We will definitely be returning on multiple occassions.

My only pain was no restaurant and/or mini shop on site. Perhaps one day they can look at incorporating this; but its not a must with Mr Delivery also being super easy and there is the Spar just down the road which is open until 10pm.
