Do Not Stay Here – A Complete Disaster and Money Trap Calling this place a "resort" is a total joke. Our experience at Paradise Beach Resort was awful from start to finish, Terrible Breakfast: The breakfast was extremely poor, repetitive, and lacked basic variety. There are practically no proper options for Muslim guests. Dilapidated Room & Furniture: The furniture is ancient, broken-down, and cheap—worse than a 1-star hotel. The wood quality is terrible, and the room feels unmaintained and unprofessional. No Basic Room Amenities: They do not replenish bottled water daily, nor do they replace soap or shampoo after day one. The soap provided is the worst quality imaginable. No TV & Terrible Isolation: There is no TV in the room. The sound insulation is practically non-existent—you can clearly hear every single word and movement from your neighbors. Unjustified Beach Fees & Greedy Management: They charge an absurd fee of €25 per person just to access the beach. A proper resort includes beach access! To make matters worse, this fee includes ZERO services—no towels, no complimentary drinks, nothing. It is purely a cash grab to squeeze money out of guests' pockets. Rude Staff & Unprofessional Parties: Even during night events (where they already profit heavily selling drinks), staff members walk around harassing guests in a very rude manner, forcing them to order items. Hostile Security Entry: An African staff member standing at the entrance behaves in an aggressive, degrading, and unacceptable manner, demanding payment before entry as if you are entering an underground club rather than a hotel. Disrespectful Reception Staff: The elderly receptionist with tied-back hair treats guests with incredible arroganc

First of all, I would like to highlight the wonderful hotel staff. Whenever there were any small issues or questions, the staff responded immediately and were always willing to help and resolve everything quickly. Everyone was very polite, attentive, friendly, and helpful. I would also like to mention the hotel’s convenient location. Clubs, shops, and a bus stop are all nearby, so everything you might need is within walking distance.

La colazione scarsa poco buffet non c era neanche la crema di nocciole e di dolce solo una brioches e qualche biscottino e alla reception scortesi e sembrava che davi fastidio ,invece la signora bionda delle camera sempre gentilissima e disponibile le avevamo detto che purtroppo era sporco il bagno subito è venuta a pulirlo gentile tutti i giorni

La attencion del personal terrible. Súper incomparable camas y siempre huele a aguas residuals. Las toallas palacen de limpiar piso super sucias así como las sabanas y para q Te hagan la habitación tienes que rogar à la recepcion y el personal de limpieza es Peor aún. Es una lástima

The beach and breakfast is amazing. I booked the larger more expensive private room for an ensuite. I would suggest just using the camping rooms as the room facilities are lacking.

For double the price the difference between camping and rooms. Was an air-conditioner, fridge and ensuite. The fridge wasn't working. Unplugged and flipped upside down for and told to wait an hour. 2.5 hours later I had a mildly cold fridge. The ac was loud and although it's summer a hot shower can still be nice. First night I had an entirely cold shower. Second night it took 8 minutes for the hot water to start. The beach chairs are an additional 25€. At double the cost of most hotels the perks did not match the cost. Stay in mykonos town you can swim for free and explore. I visited this resort as its been established for 60 years. I'm guessing not many improvements have occurred in that time.

The food was great, the location was perfect, and the water slides were amazing. The attractions for children were also excellent. The staff was a little unpleasant, but apart from that, everything was without any problems.

The only redeeming quality this place has is having access to the beach so close

The employees are beyond disrespectful for the trash quality and service of this property. Would never stay here again. They don’t even include a beach towel for your stay at a beach resort you have to buy one. Breakfast is disgusting food. The beds are hard as cardboard and they set off fireworks at 5am every morning.

La ubicación es buena, y la zona de la playa

El pésimo servicio que tiene el personal en la recepción del hotel! . Muy poca paciencia y tolerancia con los huéspedes. Además la habitación es antigua, y las toallas súper usadas y viejas.

Das Zimmer war sauber. Frühstück war auch gut.

Es ist eine sehr große Anlage. Unser Zimmer (Premium Doppelzimmer) war etwas weit weg vom Strand. Im Zimmer gab es eine Notausgangsbeleuchtung, welche die ganze Nacht hindurch das Zimmer zum Tag erleuchten lies. Diese auszuschalten war nicht möglich. An Schlaf war nicht zu denken. Noch dazu kam jede Nacht ein Hunde gebelle, der gegenüber dem Hotel verweilte hinzu. Fahren nicht mehr in das Hotel.

Die Mitarbeiter am Strand waren sehr freundlich, nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage der Unterkunft war schön und der Aufenthalt insgesamt angenehm.

Leider war der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr unfreundlich und respektlos. Obwohl wir unseren Aufenthalt vollständig bezahlt hatten, wurden wir schlecht behandelt. Außerdem wollte er unseren Originalausweis als Pfand behalten. Das habe ich bisher in keiner anderen Unterkunft erlebt. Zunächst wollte er uns deshalb sogar nicht in die Unterkunft lassen. Dieses Verhalten war für uns nicht akzeptabel und hat den Aufenthalt negativ beeinflusst

O que vale a pena na acomodação é a localização, próximo de uma das melhores praias de Mykonos, dos beach clubs. Ônibus próximos direto para o centro de Mykonos. Os funcionários era gentil, menos um senhor de óculos de cabelos longos.

O banheiro tinha uma cortina no na área de banho que fica grudando no corpo quando estávamos to amando banho, e alagava todo banheiro.

The location is amazing but I’d recommend only for the ones looking to party a lot!

The added value of the place is the beach and party situation. I traveled with a friend (although Booking automatically assumes you're a couple if you book for two), we absolutely loved the beach and the happy hour/party starting around 5pm every day. Beach staffs were great, they really work hard. We also adored the Dominican dancer Olga, and the Tarzan dancer! Both were a lot of fun.

As I said, the added value was the beach and the party setting. The accomodation per se was far from being ideal. - The room was spartan to say the least, and extremely hot. They only gave us one key, and it's the type of key that you need to insert to have power in the room, so we couldn't leave the a/c on while we were not in the room. Hence it was hot as hell whenever we got back. - The water system can definitely be improved. On our last day the bathroom got flooded with water coming out from the floor drain. - The white-bearded reception man was extremely rude when we asked him to help us get a taxi. He was not helpful at all and quickly dismissed our request, saying it was too late (it was 10pm) and the only think we could do was to go to the minimarket and see if any taxi showed up. I find it hard to believe he could not call a taxi. He did not even try. We ended up getting an uber (which for some reason in Mykonos is very expensive - we paid 50 euro for a 10-min ride to the aiport). - The restaurant had very few options, especially at dinner time. Mostly junk food like burgers and pizza. Perhaps it's common in that area of Mykonos though.

The location was convenient. Other than that, it is difficult to find anything worth mentioning.

No windows. No natural light. No hot water. The room felt more like a storage room than a hotel. The entrance door was a PVC window-style door, yet there was a safe and a minibar. The name is "Beach Club Paradise Mykonos"—everyone can decide for themselves how well the word "Paradise" matches that experience.

Персонал нормальный но не приветливый,номера маленькие и грязные,убогие!, и не стоят этих денег, убираются каждый день но ремонта там небыло 100 лет и из за уборки особо не чего не меняется,мего дорого и пить и кушать,завтрак это яйца в любом виде и напитки,больше не чего от слова совсем Даже матрас был в катышках,и комары!

Liked having a massage and full menu with wait staff at the beach lounger. Loved the afternoon dancers and great music!

My daughters new expensive bra got scooped up with the laundry . It was red so not sure how it wasn't seen. When we went to the desk over a few days they said the laundry guy wasn't in . They could have been more helpful to retrieve it. As we were travelling she had to buy a new one in the next big city !

I love this resort, the atmosphere, the location on the beach, the staff, the rooms, the breakfast, it's a vibe, something very special, still caring the essence of the real Mykononian spirit.

The bed had bed bugs which were visible. When we went to front desk they gave us a can of bug spray. Extremely disappointed.

They help us for transfer and try to be helpful. The room was so good .

Overall, our experience was not satisfying. The quality of the breakfast was below expectations. We were informed that the hotel and the beach belong to the different owners, but this was not something we could have known beforehand. The attitude and level of service from the beach staff were significantly worse compared to previous years. In addition, the facilities definitely need renovation. Unfortunately, the experience did not justify the amount we paid.

Not worth paying around 80 Euros p.n. to be honest. bed covers are small not fit for bed always take off and you feel very uncomfortable! Most of towels are cloudy/old or ripped. All old and ripped towels should eliminated from the new ones! that is very unrespectful manner to the hotel guest. The "superior room" pictures (balcony view) is on Expedia taken very professionally as you think there is 100% sea view but in fact no! There is Paradise beach club's roof / chimney in front of your balcony and sea view partly obstructed by beach club's roof! Rooms are basic, no TV's, many mosquitos around so be careful and carry mosquito repellent spray etc.. Another bad thing is you expect to have free sunbeds as a hotel guest, as hotel and beach owned by the same family, no third party! However you must pay 25 Euros per day which is not fair especially who stay at "superior" rooms. I suggest Paradise Beach Hotel&Club management that they should honoured the hotel guests and offer free sunbeds who stays at superior rooms only. I strongly recommend you to rent a car if you decide to stay here! And you are staying a beach club hotel so you should expect to hear music and noise between 2pm and 2am every day. 3 stars given because of communication with Ms. Voula's and her approach to me, decent breakfast and all Ethiopian staff and the housekeeper who tried to attempt cleaning my room everyday. Otherwise my rating would not be no more than 2 stars out of 5. FYI

We came here on a group tour. The location is a ways out of town and is accessible by public transport which takes about 15-20 minutes. The rooms were okay, the shower head continually fell off in the shower, there was someone’s dog barking continuously for 8-10 hours on end, you are directly underneath the airport so you hear planes over you at all times of the day. The bathrooms are VERY small. The room was cleanish, there’s definitely a lot of dead bugs on the floor in our room and most light bulbs were burnt out in the room.

The music booms til 5am even if it’s not from the hotel club it echos from right next doors either side the hotel walls, there’s no way to block it out even with fan/noise machine.

It was the perfect location and had everything we needed. Our room was directly across from the beach, bar and restaurant it was perfect. Across from the resort is the bus station into town, a mini mart and laundry so it was just great for us

The showers are a little tight but that’s just nit picking

I don't normally stay at "resort" places so take my review with a grain of salt. I was there for scuba-diving at a dive shop right there. The place was nice, breakfast was good. I went in late Sept so it was a great price.

It would be nice if they had a better set-up to hang clothes to dry, but not the end of the world.

This place might have potential, but the receptionist single-handedly ruins it. Rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional — he acts like guests are a burden, not customers. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was tense and unfriendly. He clearly has no interest in hospitality. With so many bad reviews mentioning him by name, the real question is: why is he still here? Is he the owner? That would explain the unchecked behavior and total lack of respect. A beautiful location can’t make up for being treated like garbage. I wouldn’t come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone until the person at reception is replaced — or retrained in basic human decency.

Τα δωμάτια είναι ακριβώς όπως αποτυπώνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Η ρεσεψιόν ήταν φιλική προς εμάς και ανταποκρίθηκε σε κάθε αίτημα μας. Είναι πολύ καλό για κάθε έναν που θέλει να επιλέξει να έχει τη θάλασσα δίπλα του. Το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα

Great room overlooking the beach from the balcony. The check in guys were super friendly and helpful, very good to talk to. Shame we couldn’t have stayed longer to catch up for a beer. Keeping in mind you are staying at a party beach expect to hear the clubs until early morning. If you’re drunk then you don’t notice… Breakfast was ok. Would recommend staying here for 2-3 nights.

El personal, no son amables y no tienen gran disposición. El lugar tiene un tremendo spot para fiestas pero no va nadie. Por suerte está cerca Tropicana y Cavo Paradiso
