Estadia fantástica e atendimento exemplar! Adorei a minha estadia neste hotel. O quarto estava extremamente limpo, era espaçoso e a cama era muito confortável. Um dos pontos altos foi o atendimento; toda a equipa foi muito simpática, prestável e sempre pronta a ajudar. O pequeno-almoço tinha muita variedade e produtos frescos. A localização também é excelente, muito perto dos principais pontos turísticos/transportes. Recomendo vivamente e pretendo voltar!

Non ho davvero parole per descrivere la mia esperienza al New Paradise Beach Resort. ❤️ Avevo prenotato una camera Deluxe con piscina privata e, avendo scelto quella con le luci perché era il mio compleanno, non avrei mai immaginato di trovare una sorpresa così bella al mio arrivo: la camera era piena di palloncini ed era semplicemente meravigliosa, oltre che pulitissima. 🎈✨ La ragazza alla reception, che parla anche italiano, è stata gentilissima e disponibile, così come tutto lo staff. Un ringraziamento speciale al manager, una persona davvero fantastica e professionale. La colazione è ottima, abbondante e con una vista sul mare spettacolare. 🌊☀️ Posso dire con certezza che è stato il miglior albergo in cui sia mai stata. Non sarei mai voluta andare via da questo posto! 🥹❤️ Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff del New Paradise Beach Resort per aver reso il mio compleanno il più bello della mia vita. 🎂✨ Tornerò sicuramente! ❤️

The location is literally everything you need if you want to be in the centre of the clubs and not worry about transport there and back. We didn’t need to hire a car or anything, Cavo and Tropicana are a 2 minute walk away. Also really loved that there is a great convenience store nearby and a gyros place to get last minute things! The hotel itself is so beautiful, the most amazing view from the rooms and super comfortable to stay in. The pool is also amazing!

The only thing I can think of is the shower heads, they could do with an update as most of the time you end up having to hold the shower head, everything else was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. A huge thank you to the entire staff for being so kind, welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The service was excellent, and everyone made us feel truly comfortable and well taken care of. The location is perfect — convenient, beautiful, and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel itself was lovely, clean, comfortable, and had such a great atmosphere. What we appreciated the most was the people. The staff were genuinely nice and always ready to help with a smile, which made our stay even more special. Everything was organized perfectly, and we felt very welcomed from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Thank you so much for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely love to come back and stay here again. Highly recommended!

Everything especially the room and view. Manager is excellent making sure they go on and beyond to grant your request. staff are professional and nice to visitors. Will definitely come back. The area is lovely and vibrant as you won’t get bored.

Room was amazing, comfortable and had an amazing view. Pool was incredible and it was very relaxing. We spent two days of our stay just in the room relxaing on the balcony. Staff were very friendly and accommodating! We had a fridge issue, which was taken care of very quickly! Breakfast had a great selection and the hotel's location was very convenient for getting to and from town with the public bus and to and from the beach on foot.

L’emplacement, la piscine et le lobby

Beaucoup de choses n’allaient pas durant notre séjour, le lit était médiocre, de plus l’hôtel fait payer les « cartes supplémentaires (10€ par cartes) c’est la première fois que je vois ça. Le personnel est désagréable, une amie a dû dormir avec nous une nuit dans l’hôtel car elle n’avait pas ou dormir, le réceptionniste de nuit a voulu la sortir de la chambre à 5 h du matin alors qu’elle dormait pour qu’elle finisse sa nuit dans la rue. Aucune gentillesse dans leurs paroles, il était prêt à la réveiller pour ne pas que l’on dorme à 3 dans la chambre… De plus l’isolation de la chambre est catastrophique, on entend la musique du tropicana comme si on y etait jusqu’à 2 h du matin. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, passez votre chemin.

Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de mon expérience concernant mon séjour à l’hôtel. Malheureusement, je suis assez déçue par la qualité du petit-déjeuner. Il n’y a pas beaucoup de choix et, surtout, le buffet est pratiquement identique chaque jour, sans réelle variété. Par ailleurs, j’ai trouvé le comportement d’un membre du personnel présent à la cafétéria du petit-déjeuner assez désagréable et peu professionnel. Il faisait régulièrement le tour des tables et observait attentivement ce que les clients prenaient au buffet, avec des remarques ou des regards qui donnaient l’impression de surveiller les clients. Cette attitude était assez gênante et ne correspond pas, selon moi, au niveau de service attendu dans un hôtel. Je tenais à vous faire part de ces remarques afin qu’elles puissent être prises en considération et améliorées pour les futurs clients. Merci pour votre attention.

Il servizio navetta, il terrazzo con le sdraio e la vista mare dalla camera, la colazione internazionale e la piscina vista mare. Perfetto per rilassarsi, ed è anche vicino al mare se si vuole andare in spiaggia!

Dovrebbero provare a gestire meglio il prestito degli asciugamani. C'è stata una incomprensione tra noi che abbiamo dato la caparra e non è stata segnata ed altri clienti che usano gli asciugamani senza caparra.

Der Pool war sehr schön und alles im Außenbereich und im Zimmer war sehr sauber! Die MitarbeiterInnen vor allem die an der Rezeption waren extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war für den Preis auch gut. Auch das Essen am Pool war immer sehr gut! Die Lage ist Top wenn man viel fortgehen möchte und es gibt auch eine gute Bus-Anbindung in die Stadt. Preis-Leistung stimmt bei diesem Hotel für mich.

Die Bepolsterung einiger Liegen war defekt die sollten ausgetauscht werden, Handtücher für das Pool gab es an einem Tag keine und sonst irgendwelche unterschiedlichen (einige davon zu klein zum liegen) da wären einheitliche und immer zur Verfügung stehende super. Wegen dem Wind konnten wir von 6 Tagen nur eine Stunde den Schirm aufspannen was echt schade ist, eventuell gibt es da eine Alternative die auch für starken Wind gemacht ist. Falls man während der Nachtzeit keine laute Musik haben möchte sollte man in einer anderen Gegend wohnen, für uns war es aber kein Thema da wir selbst meistens unterwegs waren.

Struttura perfetta in ogni suo aspetto, dalla grandezza delle stanze alla pulizia di quest’ultima, vista dall’alto che da sul mare, posizione centralissima rispetto ai lidi ed alle discoteche, staff cordilalissimo e sempre disponibile per ogni minima esigenza. Silvia la receptionist è stata una persona fantastica, super gentile, simpatica e professionale. Da ritornarci assolutamente

Nas áreas comuns do hotel havia muitas moscas, esse foi o único ponto que talvez poderia melhorar.

paradise beachを横から一望できるロケーションで、今まで泊まってきたホテルの中で最高の景色だった。 スタッフはみんなとてもフレンドリーで接しやすかった。特に、キッチンにいるMikeはとてもフレンドリーで日本の事を知ってくれていて、食事中にも色々な話を聞かせてくれた。また、レストランの食事も一般的な価格で非常にレベルの高いものだった。Gyros Plateはボリュームが多くおすすめ。

paradise beachに位置しているから仕方ないけど、深夜に重低音が響いてきてあまり寝れない日もあった。静かにミコノスを楽しみたい人には向かないけど、クラブを楽しむ人なら許容範囲で、耳栓をすれば大丈夫。

The hotel was amazing, perfect location and the staff were amazing. This is the third time I have been to Mykonos and this was by far my favourite place I stayed at. The breakfast was 10/10 and Mike was such a nice guy, Antonis was very welcoming and was very generous, and all the staff were perfect I recommend this place 10/10.

The noise. It’s right by a all night loud beach club, and air planes flight path.

Location is top tier. They offer shuttle from airport which is a plus. The view from the terrasse was breathtaking: infinity pool and the sea. Our room even had a PRIVATE pool. I never stayed at a hotel with a private pool. I sinply adored the whole stay. Breakfast is good, has good selection.

The hotel was excellent, with incredible views from the room that truly made the stay special. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options, and the location was very convenient. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The only thing to note is that you can hear music from nearby clubs throughout the night. It didn’t bother us, but if you’re sensitive to noise, it’s something to keep in mind.

Best ever location! It was right in between Tropicana and Cavo, and only a few minutes walking each direction. The hotel itself was so lovely, clean, amazing buffet breakfast served daily, loved the pool facilities too.

Del hotel nos fuimos directo al aeropuerto con su transporte propio, en el momento de check in y con la cantidad de cosas que teníamos, nos dimos cuenta que nos quedó una mochila pequeña con la cámara de fotos. Al llegar a nuestro destino, recién pudimos comunicarnos y nos manifestaron que no hay nada, por lo que efectivamente alguien del personal la robó.

Ho soggiornato al New Paradise Beach Club di Mykonos e nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto positiva. La posizione è fantastica, direttamente vicino a Paradise Beach, perfetta per chi vuole vivere il mare e l’atmosfera vivace dell’isola. Le camere sono pulite, confortevoli e ben curate. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e pronto ad aiutare per qualsiasi esigenza, facendoci sentire accolti fin dal primo giorno. La piscina e le aree comuni sono ben tenute e ideali per rilassarsi durante la giornata. La colazione è varia e di buona qualità, con un’ampia scelta di prodotti. L’unico aspetto da considerare è che, essendo vicino al beach club, la zona può essere piuttosto animata e rumorosa, soprattutto la sera. Per chi cerca divertimento e vita notturna è un punto di forza, mentre chi desidera il massimo della tranquillità dovrebbe tenerne conto. Nel complesso consiglio questa struttura a chi vuole vivere appieno l’esperienza di Mykonos. Ci tornerei volentieri! Ah in ultimo lo staff in particolare Silvia è stata fantastica, ci ha assistito in tutto.

Right next to the beach clubs. Amazing views from our room. Staff were super friendly. Really good buffet breakfast and transfers to and from the port made it excellent value for money.

Jacuzzi could be cleaner, and was cold as advertised, but would have been nicer if warm. Otherwise can’t fault the resort at all.

We stayed here for 11 nights and had a fabulous stay. Such a good experience - thank you so much to the 3 bar staff who was great to us and treated us so well! We will definitely be coming back! The chef is also great and makes delicious food with great portions! Amazing hotel ☺️

The lady at the reception was wonderful.The location was absolutely wonderful.The proximity to the bus stop and Tropicana was fantastic.The fact that it was strictly for adults was also a huge advantage. We were very pleased that our airport transfer was also taken care of.

The poolside sunbeds broke easily because they were made of wood, making it difficult to find ones that were intact. The material could be changed.If the card is lost, it might not be necessary to charge it again—at least if it happens just once.

Staff said Wi-Fi is available everywhere but it was not accessible from our room. Both transportation from and to airport or port is free from the hotel but for us return to port we paid 40 euros and reception staff said their transportation starts only after 9 am that was bit annoying.

Posizione eccezionale, a 2 minuti da Tropicana e Cavo paradiso. Lo staff super disponibile, sopratutto Claudia (parla italiano per noi è stata una salvezza) e il ragazzo del bar che ci ha fatto divertire tantissimo. Da italiana, il cibo è molto buono e tipico greco, consiglio vivamente.La camera matrimoniale deluxe era semplicemente perfetta, 2 acque gratis tutti i giorni (anche x camere normali), piatto doccia nuovo, piscina a sfioro in balcone. Avevamo chiesto per un secondo appartamento prenotato una sorpresa per una mia amica, e ci hanno fatto trovare palloncini e una bottiglia di vino, senza chiedere un euro! In più il giorno della partenza avevamo l’aereo alle 23 e ci hanno dato la possibilità di usufruire della piscina e di una camera d’appoggio per farci la doccia.

Colazione non troppo abbondante e mancano le serrande nelle camere, alle 9 ci svegliava la luce del sole nonostante le tende.

Es gibt nur einen, kleinen Punkt. Der Jacuzzi müsste gereinigt werden. Nichts desto trotz alles andere on Point!

We had an amazing stay. The hotel location is excellent near the beach and close to the bus station and they offer a free shuttle from and to the port which was a plus. Mr. Antonia the hotel manager and the lady in the reception in the morning shift are extremely helpful and they accommodate all our requests and needs.

Just the cold water in the jacuzzi and pool made it a little difficult to enjoy.

La camera ha una bella vista sul mare e la piscina è molto comoda. Lo staff è molto disponibile e il frigo viene riempito di acqua ogni giorno. Colazione continentale ottima e ben fornita con nuove specialità ogni giorno.

La cassaforte non funzionava. Il bagno purtroppo non era come nelle foto, anzi era molto piccolo e non ci stava niente. Inoltre il gabinetto era attaccato alla doccia e non ci si riusciva a sedere comodamente. Tengo molto al bagno e lo scelgo accuratamente. Mi dispiace che non era come nelle foto della camera. Inoltre è pieno di zanzare di notte e si fa fatica a dormire.
