You could hear the shower upstairs through the vent in the ceiling, a minor annoyance.

The locating was fantastic, right on the main strip in Rossland. The parking was super convenient for a motorcycle too. The hour tub availability was a nice surprise, but it was a bit too busy for me to enjoy it.

There was a funny running water noise in the morning that I couldn't place. It wasn't loud, but it was noticeable and a little odd. Edit: It was apparently jusy the hot water heating system.

We stayed 3 nights in what is called their “ French Glitz” suite which has a specious living area and separate master bedroom. It has a very Parisian feel. The entire suite is beautifully decorated with stylish furniture, fixtures and accessories. Upon entering the suite we noticed a rattling sound coming from the vent over the cold air return because of missing screws. I called the front desk and it was repaired immediately. There is a wonderful golf course, challenging mountain biking and a world class ski resort all just minutes away.

Location is great and you’re able to walk downtown.

We arrived on a Sunday and the hotel restaurant (which is quite good!) closed really early. We walked downtown to try to find something open and everything was closed. So not necessarily the fault of this place just a bad timing.

The bathroom door is too close to toilet and makes the room uncomfortably small. Not able to control the room temperature. The room was cold. We were offered a plug in heater but only one available place to place it in room. Blew a fuse using it. Extension cord provided but could not run on it and would cut out. Air vent blowing from ceiling area was loud and cold. Blows onto one of the beds. Fans running outside in lot were loud and the noise very noticeable in the room. Microwave did not function properly.

Checking in with Russ was friendly and welcoming! What a kindhearted, interesting person. My room was super clean thanks to wonderful housekeeping staff! it was cozy with a great view of the mountains. I used the sauna on and off all night- it was in great shape and was private in the basement without being scary. had a nice breakfast at Gabriella's with a super friendly fast informed helpful server.

The prestige was great. I had a good experience and the staff were amazing.

Very good location in downtown Rossland. Near several good restaurants. Kitchette w/fridge was useful and had utensils we needed for coffee.

Noisy guest down the hall at 2am was annoying.

Quiet at night and in the morning. I love the access too the basement ski storage and wax/tune bench directly from the parking. It's just so convenient and perfect for a skier on a road trip. The bed is very large new and comfortable. I love it here. And rossland continues to grow on me too! If only they had one of these hotels in Nelson ... Along with Ferraro's lol Gabriella's downstairs is delicious, breakfast and dinner I absolutely recommend

Great value for money and a good base in Rossland for skiing at red. Shuttle bus stops right out the front with ski lockers.

A drying room for ski gear would be helpful.

It's a very nice hotel and the room was nice and big. We enjoyed the hot tub and the pool and the restaurant. The staff were all very kind. And we loved just walking up a couple of blocks to the main part of town.

Our king size bed was very saggy and uncomfortable. And unfortunately the pillows offer no support. They are too squishy. I think that they need to upgrade the beds and get some pillows that offer good neck support.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful Gabriola's Restaurant in the building. My only minor peeve was that the room was a tight fit for two women and a dog. VERY grateful for being pet friendly and I would return, perhaps selecting a different room.

Super friendly staffer allowed us early check in. The room was touted as a designer suite. In no way was it a suite. The king bed was very soft and seemed a little tired itself. The view out the window was of an exhaust vent about six feet wide and six feet high, in shining metal, about six feet away. How depressing! The room was directly off the elevator, and the ice and coke machines made a loud noise, continuously. The bathroom was poorly designed and lacking in privacy ( no door — is that the “designer” part?) . One small armless chair in the “suite” and no table to work on. Garbage basket and blue box were the most conspicuous feature in the room. There was a strange long black hair in the shower. How is all this “prestigious”?

The value proposition is not commensurate with the cost. Significant gaps near the doors allow for late-night disturbances due to noise from lobby/neighbors. Furthermore, corridor lighting penetrates the room at night. The condition of the room's cabinetry and furnishings reflects their age and functionality issues.

Beds were really soft in our room (321) TV isn’t smart but was large and included a hdmi cable. Hot tub was crowded. Was fine for an overnight stay.

Friendly staff, clean, great location

We visited this location in the summer and found it to be a wonderful spot to stay while mountain biking in the area. The hot-tub and sauna were clean and quiet while we were there. The room was comfortable with a good view of the mountains. The bike room worked well for us. The best part is the hotel is centrally located with all the shops and restaurants of Rossland within a short walk.

We only stayed here one night and therefore unable to comment too much about the facilities, however, this was a nice hotel the price was reasonable. The room was nice and equipped with a mini fridge and a microwave. The hotel is located on the main historical street of Rossland. My son drove his electric scooter around the town, while we strolled on the street. The breakfast was nice but a bit expensive. The front desk staff was nice.

The hotel was clean and rooms lovely with very comfy beds and pillows. Staff were super helpful. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Aircon cannot adjust and was noisy. Room temperature was too cold.

Great location. A fantastic Italian restaurant right in the hotel and a cute little cafe. The room was a nice size. The kitchen stock was just ok. The coffee machine does only one little cup at a time, great size fridge though and the king bed was nice. The staff were fantastic. The fellow at the front desk went above and beyond. I will come again and I will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Liked the fact it was walking distance downtown Rossland. Staff was friendly at the counter as well as the cafe. Would stay there again. We were on the 2 nd floor room 235. Found the bathroom a bit small and tight.
