Whole experience at el nido hotel was amazing and so easy, from organising airport pick up, laundry, tour bookings, airport drop offs, the team made it a breeze. Breakfast was delicious every morning, such beautiful friendly staff which I’ve now become friends with near all the members. Such beautiful view as well. Was everything I needed for my solo travels.

Really no bad comments on my experience.

Nothing to dislike but I want a ground floor sea view room next time as you can sit outside and watch the sunset

Bad experience, the hotel is on a bay, where the boats depart for the Islands, so the water is dirty, dogs running around and dogs' poop on the beach, oil can be seing on the beach.

I booked that hotel by mistake it shows as 1*, I meant to book a 4* one. I could not cancel online as it was not reimbursable. I paid over USD 1,000 for 8 days. When I arrived, I requested to speak with a supervisor and no-one was available. The ladies at the reception kept going into an office and coming out repeating that supervisor's would tell me the same thing "no reimbursement". While waiting, I went to the breakfast area to use the Bathroom. The place was filthy, the breakfast area was filthy, flies were all over the poor quality food. The bathroom was filthy with no toilet paper. A lady told me that the manager was not in the office and off sick. So, I had no other option but staying. The bathroom was filthy, the room was dark, there was an old TV with only local channels. People passing in front of the room, so the dark curtains have to be left closed for privacy, blocking the view. The day after, I asked for the supervisor, who was not welcoming, I explained to him my mistake and asked for consideration of reimbursement, he refused. After a long discussion, he offer another room on the second floor, he dad that "it was an upgrade", I agreed, rather than loosing my money. So, that room was noisy, with a newer TV but still only local channels, the air conditioner did not work, it was always at 26 degrees even if I adjusted it to a lower temperature. The bathroom was a bit better but still filthy with mold on the corners. I opted to depart a couple of days earlier to another location due to the fact that I could no longer stay in that hotel.

It was awful. I booked a deluxe double room and expected a certain standard. There was absolutely nothing deluxe about this pkace. There was a huge concrete post floor to ceiling within inches of the side of the bed, no wardrobe just a cheap plastic rail on wheels. So many other basic things bad or missing. Breakfast very poor too. You couldn't pay me enough to ever stay there again. Do yourself a favour, avoid it.

Amazing view and position

Breakfast was unorganised and staff not doing much - there was nothing at all on the buffet when we went down - including no cups/plates. When we asked for a coffee cup, the staff went out the back and came back with just one cup, (not a tray like you would expect) leaving other travellers still with none. Everything was empty but staff standing around. Room also didn’t get cleaned

The beach is right in front of the room, which presents an awesome view of the beach & the sea. The location was good, not too close to the noisy nighttime activity areas. However, it is just a short walk to shopping and dining areas. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Upon arrival, we were greeted kindly by the receptionist. After checking in, we went to our room, but as soon as we opened the door, we were met with a very unpleasant smell. We returned to the reception to report this. The attitude there became noticeably less friendly. Someone from the technical staff was sent to the room, sprayed some air freshener, and then left. Apparently, that was considered the solution. The bathroom was also in poor condition and clearly not properly cleaned. There was black mold present, which we found completely unacceptable. We actually wanted to leave, but there was no alternative accommodation available. To avoid further confrontation, we decided to stay. During the last few days, my travel companion developed red bumps on her body. After checking the bed, we noticed that the pillows and mattress were very dirty. A visit to the doctor confirmed that the bites were caused by bed bugs. With ointment, the situation has improved, but this should never have happened. We understand that this is not a five-star hotel, but at the very least, you expect a room to be clean and hygienic. We strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially if you care about your health and hygiene.

Location great - main street (there will be noise from trikes/traffic). View to ocean was amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable, room clean and well maintained.

Bathroom did not drain water away quickly when showering. Shower head spray is very weak. No enough hooks to hang towels or clothing in bathroom.

Great location however we never communicated on how to get to it. As it turns out you have to go to vanilla beach and then wait for them to escort you along the sand

The sink water is black couldn't use the sink at all. Its noisy at all hours. Tiny little bugs. Breakfast was limited.

Die Unterkunft hat verschiedene Zimmerkategorien. Wir haben in der neuen Luxus Kategorie gewohnt, die extrem schön war in jeder Hinsicht, auch wenn man die Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Die Mädchen am Empfang und beim Frühstück waren ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Besser geht’s nicht. Überall war es sehr sauber in dieser Zimmer Kategorie ein perfekt Hotel wenn auch für El Nido das Zimmer etwas teuer war.

The captivating view of the ocean since my room was facing the sea. So nice to sit and listen to music while sipping coffee. Staffs are very accommodating and courteous.

No restaurant inside the property. They just serve breakfast but there are restos nearby. Walking distance to the Town Square.

There was a domestic dispute next to my room and I was awoken at 5 am and the hotel did nothing to accommodate

The location is really good, we enjoyed having a fantastic breakfast every morning right at the beach. The staff is just lovely and so helpful. A big shout-out to the manager :)

Rooms seams a lil old but they should've maintained it. AC doesn't work right on our first night. THEY NEED A BETTER BREAKFAST AND BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE BREAKFAST AREA. Great view! Laundry across the street.

This place is a dump with a great location. Pictures are extremely deceiving. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Also, the ocean view room pictures look temping and beautiful. Don’t be fooled. You can’t even walk on the sand without stepping in dog poop. Nasty. Breakfast forget about it. It was terrible! The only good thing I can say about this place is the staff is very nice and helpful.

This hotel has a good location and is only good for leaving your items in while you spend the entire day out and about. Be sure to use the bottled water provided by the hotel for brushing your teeth, sometimes the tap water quality is no good. We were there during off season, so there’s a lot of construction and refurbishing going on. It’s also next to the driveway to the town square, so the buzz of motor bikes and trucks really makes a lot of noise pollution. Our room door really needed some tlc, actually the entire hotel needs it. You can hear everything going on outside. At night on weekends, a lot of bar goers are out, so you hear a lot of revelry, so noise canceling headphones are good to have. If you requested transportation services from the airport to the hotel, be sure to remind them prior to your arrival. I’m not trying to put this hotel down, I’m just sharing the experience I had. The hotel has a lot of potential to be great, I look forward to the day it does.

Staff are very accommodating and welcoming. Breakfast was great different everyday, room can be renovated for a little bit. Overall it was a nice stay.

Just on the outskirts of town, easily walkable, but a little more quiet. Great hotel, amazing location and views of the ocean from the room. I first had a hotel in the middle of the city and moved here after the first night, best decision I could have made

My recent stay at El Nido Beach Hotel was a mix of memorable views and a few areas for improvement. The standout feature of this hotel is its unbeatable beachfront location. We booked a room with a stunning view of the ocean—waking up to the sound of waves and the sight of the sunrise was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The staff were very responsive, warm, and accommodating throughout our stay, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. Breakfast was a delight, offering a variety of dishes and fresh fruits each morning, with eggs consistently included on the menu. That said, the room itself was noticeably outdated. There were signs of wear such as a sloppy paint job, cobwebs in the closet, and an overall need for better housekeeping. I believe rooms should be more thoroughly inspected and cleaned before guests check in. The bathroom was functional, equipped with hot and cold water and a bidet, though the grout could use a deep clean. Water pressure also varied depending on the time of day. The bed was not particularly comfortable; I often woke up feeling sore, which added to the impression that the room furnishings were in need of an upgrade. Do not go I booked for 2 adults and 3 kids they said I booked for only 3 people charged me another pesos to be able to have my kids stay after I showed them proof I booked for 5. Also this hotel is 5 hrs away from puerto princesa I ended up leaving after 3 days no house keeping if u want extra towels u need to pay never going back to this hotel ever!!! WiFi only works for the 1st and 2nd floor and it’s spotty if ur in the 3rd floor forget about it. If you are looking for a beach front. Property it’s on the beach but u can’t even swim on the beach can’t even get ur feet in its not allowed

Wow. Don’t believe the photos. This place is a dump. The beach is fine and the view is spectacular but that’s where the good ends and the very bad begins.

Accommodating staff. Although the hotel was outdated , on the second to third floor stairs needs cleaning .

The one thing I ran into was No parking at hotel for my car.But down street was a parking area for 300 peso a day. That was my only unexpected event. View was amazing

This property is by the beach front where all the boats dock, the air has very strong gasoline smell, the hotel is located in the busy town, it is very noice at night. However the location is excellent, it is close to all restaurants. It is water front, we have a stunning sun rise and sun set views.

This place is a little hidden gem! The dining options around the hotel is amazing and everything is super convenient. At night the streets come alive and this hotel is in a perfect location where it’s not super loud at night but you can still easily access the nightlife. All up the road there are tons of restaurants and shops. 10/10 would definitely recommend this place to someone travelling to el Nido!! We also got a tour for relatively cheap for the day and got taken to big lagoon and a few other beaches, we did not have far to go because of the location of the hotel. Love this place

Location is perfect . Can hear a bit of night life as your close to Town Square, but if thats your thing even better location. From room to beach, amazing view. All amenities at your door step

This hotel is right on the beach and a small walk to all the restaurants in town - it is in the best location. The staff are all lovely and couldn’t be more accommodating. The property is an older one and showing signs of age but still fair. I would still stay again.

Rooms were basic, more like a hostel than a hotel. A/C didn’t work properly. Only one sheet on the bed. Shower floor kept flooding every time you had a shower. You to ask for basics like a kettle and tea/coffee, mugs when you wanted them.

Bring at least two 12 ft multiplug extension cords. Hotel must have been built back in the 70's it has 1 outlet in the room and 1 in the bathroom.

I feel like I want my money back. After check in- - room too small for 4 peoples and they gave my one child floor bed. But they changed me for 4 peoples. - first day no WiFi and they lied with me island doesn’t have WiFi but when I walk around everyone’s have WiFi; when WiFi back no signal and too slow in the room, - they didn’t provide blanked I had to asked for it - bathroom toilet broken after I complained they fixed - towels rack fell down after complained they fixed - for the beach towel they charging pho 50 I never saw any where before and didn’t let me take room towel to beach - breakfast no coffee

Exactly as expected - 3 star. Great location, right on the beach - perfect for diving. The rooms are outdated but they made it as comfortable as can be. The AC unit was brand new so it kept our room cold. The beds were average/ the shower is old and outdated but still worked and satisfied the job. Overall, average stay.

This is a $20 property with a $million view. The property itself is extremely old and dated. We had the room next to the restaurant. The staff were very noisy, starting at 5.30am. Loud music from neighbouring property until 4.30 am, so not much sleep to be had. We paid far too much for a property of this low standard. We are really surprised to have got ripped of like this on Expedia.

Was a nice 5 day on the beachfront Hotel was very nice, room was basic, but all we needed. Breakfast was good each day, laundry service was very good, even hemmed my gf new dress. Desk service was always friendly and accommodating

15 minutes away from Lio airport and it was right on the beach. Beautiful views though the family suite rooms windows could use some cleaning

I just wasn’t aware- maybe I didn’t read it properly but there were only stairs leading upstairs. The staff wonderfully assisted us with luggage however my family members who have decreased mobility climbed up and down stairs each time. There are rooms on the bottom floor though.

Fabulous position right on the beach and in the main street of El Nido. Everything is on your doorstep - beach, boat trips, tricycle taxis, bars, restaurants, shops. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

You are paying a premium for being in such a good spot. Rooms are dated and lacking a bit of care so really this hotel is a bit pricey for what you get.
