The staff are very accommodating and are very helpful especially for the tour operations, and they even helped us reserve vehicle when we ware about to check out for faster travel.

What a location, right on the beach front. I couldn’t get over the view from my room and balcony. Comfortable, clean room with good AC. Staff were very helpful.

Location was wonderful and views to die for. Great value for money overall. Was reasonably quiet even when so central. The cafe next door was good too.

Some staff members wasn’t enthusiastic and felt like trying to avoid eye contact as much as possible. I didn’t feel they were trying to solve any issues when issues came about. Hot water shower didn’t work. WiFi was pretty bad and didn’t work at times.

De douche is lastig af te stellen. Wifi is niet altijd even goed

The Family room with a Sea view was a great size with the best view of ANY accommodation I've seen. To have the balcony to watch sunrise and sunset every day was amazing!! The location is excellent - away from the noise at night but very close if you want to walk to the bars and restaurants. Right next door to the cafe where we had breakfast each day with "that view" again!! Loved it.

The property has beautiful location and picturesque view of the beach.

We had 2 rooms and paid extra for a balcony with a view of the sea. The view is incredible of the bay. The room on the top floor was very nice! It was updated with a huge space inside and large balcony with comfortable seating. Nice updated bathroom. Clean with nice lighting.

Our full bed on the second floor was not as nice as the updated rooms on the top floor. The view is incredible but the room is very small, very bad lighting, definitely not worth the price because the bathroom smelled very badly so the entire room smelled bad. I messaged the room smelled and asked to change rooms and did not get a response. That is disappointing. It was very expensive!

Overall, pleasant stay but property has aged substantially from pictures but is a very scenic location.

Better information regarding water safety.

The location is awesome - beachfront and breathtaking. The room we had was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff are friendly and accommodating. Having the cafe next door is a plus and they offer great breakfast and beverages.

The stairs are slightly steep but they’re manageable.

The air conditioner was not strong enough for the family sized room on the top floor, but closing the curtains and using the additional electric fan helped cool down the room some more.

VIEW is Amazing

Staffs cleaning early 4am-5am, hearing their broom dustpan MAP, reminding you need to wake up hahaha...

The door leading to the balcony was a bit difficult to open, but it was only a minor inconvenience.

The staff was very accomodating specially sir Dom at the front desk. He was very approachable and always smiling.

The van transfer. The drivers are clueless of our destinations and driving too fast. Also the van airconditioning was not good the one that we ride goingback to pps airport.

This place is strategically located to be close to everything around el Nido! Beach views from the room are unforgettable. Café on the first floor is absolutely delicious.

The amenities are quite old. The bathroom always had a funny (and definitely) not pleasant smell.

Amazing location and ocean views and great customer service.

They have spacious family and triple rooms. Big beds and blockout curtains. Clean toilet and bath. Close to restaurants and other establishments. The staff were polite and helpful. Lastly, my favorite café, Hama Coffee, is in the same building!

I would suggest new towels and free mineral water daily or provide a water dispenser for each floor.

Ik had een kamer met zeezicht, het uitzicht vanaf de kamer was dan ook bizar mooi! Gelijk aan het strand met uitzicht op prachtige kalkrotsen. De ligging van het pension is ook top. Bed slaapt fantastisch, En alles was schoon!

De kamer is ietwat gehorig, maar dit is met een paar oordopjes opgelost.

The property is well placed and offers a beautiful view of both the sea and the mountains.

The bed is not properly maintained, and there is a lot of dust on the linens. The toilet seat had a drop of dried urine, and overall, I did not find it clean.

The accommodation may not be the most modern, and it’s clear that some improvements would be welcome, but overall we felt comfortable and well taken care of. Everything was clean and pleasant, which made our stay enjoyable. The café next to the property is a big plus, and the view from the rooms is truly exceptional.

Nothing. It's just they don't have breakfast and shuttle service. But, there's a cafe in the same building.

Hama Coffee was fantastic for breakfast with a good selection and modest prices (AUD $5 for eggs on toast). The views from the room was amazing, A/C was appreciated, the staff are friendly and it's unbeatable value for money given it's location

The Pension was a no-show for our pre-arranged ENI airport pick up, and with no taxis or shared vans at the tiny airport, we would have been stranded had it not been for the lovely airport security guard who ordered us a taxi. Upon arrival to the pension we asked what happened and the receptionist just shrugged and said he didn't know. There was no appetite for apologies, explanations or even a complimentary coffee, so that was disappointing. Also, they should empty the bathroom bins daily rather than waiting for customers to ask for it, as the used toilet paper stinks out the bathroom after a day.

This is a no frills place to stay, but was perfect for what I needed. It is located to the northern end of the beach and within easy walking distance to the busy areas. It was nice, because you were away from the late night party areas that could be very loud until early in the morning. The balcony was the best part and overlooked the beach. The onsite coffee shop was handy. This place is just a place to rest. A clean room with a bed and a hot shower. Everything you need if you do not need luxury.

There was not a night stand. Not a big deal, but it would have been convenient to have.

Spartiate, même pas une chaise dans la chambre, clim obsolète, prises de courant en déroute.

La ubicacion es perfecta, muy centrico pero alejado del ruido y las vistas son maravillosas. Hay algunos detalles peores y mejores pero en general la relacion calidad precio es estupenda.

Teníamos la playa a nuestros pies. Las excursiones salían frente al hotel desde la playa.

Los escalones súper altos para llegar a la habitación x la escalera.

Location is great, walking distance from tourist drop off in old town. We were room 22 and the beach view was amazing. Basic, clean rooms, I would stay again.

Zeer mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer (sea view upper level - room 9) en heel vriendelijk personeel. Comfortabele kamer met alles wat nodig is (airco, koelkast, warm water, kluisje…). Propere kamer. Centrale ligging.

In the evening it was too noisy since I was located in the street. Did not sleep good. It was terrible due to the noise, you can hear people talking and partying

Super sauber. Hammer Ausblick! Kleines Zimmer, aber quasi direkt auf dem Strand. Näher geht es nicht. Alles an Restaurants und Geschäften zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Wasserdruck und Temperatur könnte besser sein.

La localisation, la vue magnifique des chambres, le café en bas de l’hôtel pour prendre le petit déjeuner. Les lits étaient confortables et dans l’ensemble très calme.

La climatisation était bruyante.

This hotel first of all has no management, no hot or even warm water for our 3 night stay, sewer smell in our bedroom, broken sink faucet , towels are so old , thin and have holes, toilet got clogged the first day, pillows are lumpy, one of the worst hotel stays of my life , and I spend at least 60-70 days a year in hotels . Unfortunately booking.com did nothing for us and hotel management are none existing , there are so many better option all over , don’t let the location fool you , you do not need to tolerate this nightmare just for location because this makes you disgusted from everything ultimately. Also the noise from the street is unbearable 24 hours a day ; it does not get better in the middle of the night

This is a run down place , it should shut down , remodel and fix all those major issues and renew towels and sheets and the start operation. Also people need to know that the beach where the property is at is not swimmable , swimming is not allowed in this beach
