Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν καλό και το δωμάτιο πολύ άνετο και ευρύχωρο και αρκετά καθαρό. Το πρωινό ήταν επαρκές. Η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή, το κέντρο της παλιάς πόλης απέχει περίπου 15 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Κάποια από τα μέλη του προσωπικού ήταν αρκετά ευγενικά στη συμπεριφορά τους.

Les parties communes sont vraiment tops avec la piscine et la salle de sport ouverte jusqu’à 22h. L’hôtel est très bien situé

Les draps n’étaient pas entièrement propres avec des traces suspectes dessus.

На болконе кондиционер и было очень жарко Завтрык заказывали в номер каждый раз что то забывали особеннозабывали молоко для кофе в последний день вообще не принесли

Turned up with my husband and teenage daughter and it looked nothing like the photos it resembles a prison. Checked in and took the lift to the third floor then had to carry suitcase up a rickety metal ramp and then up a flight of stairs, got to the room which again nothing like the photos and it was dirty air conditioner not working, I walked into the room went straight onto booking.com made a complaint and booked a different hotel 10 minutes away. Booking.com assured me they would fight my corner in getting a refund but offered me the equivalent to 11 pounds in Thai baht.

Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Ausstattung vor allem mit direktem Zugang zum Gym ist toll

Dass wir Kaution für irgendetwas im Zimmer zahlen mussten, finde ich seltsam. Erlebt man so nicht oft. Das Bett und die Pölster sind wie oft in Thailand nicht unfassbar bequem und zu hoch aber damit kann man sich abfinden.

La habitación que alquilamos era enorme, el baño estaba muy bien también..

Se nota que el hotel tiene sus años y a mí parecer le falta mantenimiento, de hecho en el caso edificio de enfrente, donde tienes los amenities, estaba en remodelación o así parecía. El desayuno estuvo regular. Durante la noche, a eso de las 4am, se cortó la luz y nos quedamos sin aire acondicionado, y desde ese momento hasta que nos levantamos a las 7am estuvo que iba y venía la luz, haciendo muchos ruidos

The staff at this location are the absolute best and super helpful. Communication with the staff was fantastic. My flight was delayed and they were able to accommodate the late check-in. The staff at the restaurant and spa was great and the service was fantastic. Every time I spoke to someone at the front desk they were always so helpful.

Bruyant, la piscine paraît immense mais pas vraiment et 4 chaises longues se battent en duel

Muy amables. Estaba todo correcto, estaba limpio. La piscina en condiciones, gimnasio 👍🏽 Pagamos el desayuno 1 día no mucha variedad pero estuvo bien.

Estaba bastante alejado de todo, debí comprobar mejor la ubicación. Si que había farmacia, supermercado y gasolinera cerca.

Ongemogelijk om taxi’s te boeken, het was echt vies, zwaar verouderd, zat in een raar bijgebouw, slechte locaties, 711 was gewoon 15 minuten lopen, balkon kon je niet gebruiken stond geen stoel niks.

Chambre spacieuse. Bien situé pour aller à pied vers Phuket Town. Piscine sympa et ombragée l'après-midi. Bon petit déjeuner mais prix élevé (prix payé différent du prix affiché dans les chambres)

Nous étions dans le bâtiment donnant sur une rue très passante toute la nuit. Extrêmement bruyant et très mal insonorisé. Communication avec l’hôtel en amont de notre arrivée très compliquée (pas de réponse ou réponse à côté de la plaque) que ce soit par la messagerie Booking, mail ou Whatsapp.

工作人员服务态度不错，并且每天会有新的纸巾和饮用水补充，房间卫生也比较干净。

酒店位置有点偏，吃饭和购物都要打车，客房设施老旧，而且不配有洗漱用品和拖鞋。

Quarto enorme, com uma varanda com pia. Piscina grande também, acesso a academia do bairro. Dispõe de chaleira elétrica e saches de café solúvel e leite em pó.

Café da manhã pago a parte não compensa. Preferi fazer o café no próprio quarto. O Hotel fica na região central de Phuket, longe de Patong beach, pra ir pra praia tem que pegar o pau de arara que sai do mercado central, e a noite tem que voltar de moto táxi, que fica em média entre 20 a 30 reais saindo de patong.

Séjour très décevant. À mon arrivée, la chambre initiale n’avait pas d’électricité, j’ai donc été déplacé(e) dans une autre chambre . Malheureusement, celle-ci était infestée de nuisibles durant tout le séjour. La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas non plus, rendant les conditions encore plus inconfortables. Malgré plusieurs signalements, le personnel a fait preuve d’un grand manque de réactivité : on m’a simplement remis 1 sprays anti-insectes, totalement inefficaces. De plus, la majorité du personnel ne comprenait pas l’anglais, ce qui a fortement compliqué la communication, à l’exception d’un réceptionniste qui a heureusement fait de son mieux pour nous aider. Les conditions d’hygiène et le manque de professionnalisme sont inacceptables. Nous disposons de vidéos prouvant la présence des nuisibles. Une compensation financière serait pleinement justifiée.

Las cama son 2 camas matrimoniales juntas. Sería mejor colocar 1 sola matrimonial o una queen o King.

Det var fräscht och välstädat. Maten ok. Fantastiskt trevlig personal i receptionen. Sköna sängar. Stort fint badrum och fint rum.

Det luktade ”fukt” i rummet vi bodde. Så alla kläderna fortsatte lukta fukt eller avlopp sen efter vistelsen, även efter att vi bytt hotell. Poolerna var fina men lite kalla. Handdukar byttes inte varje dag och städ kom inte flera dagar förrän nästan på kvällen, trots att vi sagt till på förmiddagen att vi önskar städning. (Man skulle anmäla om man önskade städning i receptionen)

eigentlich garnichts Hausmeister war der einzige der Freundlich und Hilfsbereit war!

Sehr in die Jahre gekommendes Hotel! Kein Frühstücksbüffe Rezeption überhaupt nicht Net, die Tageszeit oder ein Lächeln so gut wie nie!

För 150Bht är det överkomlig, men för att utbudet är inte så mycket att välja. För barn så fungera det bra där dom servera färska pannkakor och våfflor. Det var inte många som utnyttjade poolen så det var bra för oss.

Långt ifrån centrum och att boka Grab tog det lite långt tid

Très bon emplacement, les chambres sont grandes et bien entretenues. Personnel très gentil, très souriant, aux petits soins. Grande piscine. Petit déjeuner très copieux pour un prix très correct

Lorsque vous choisissez une chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux, vous avez une chambre sans fenêtre et ce n'était pas précisé. Ce serait impossible pour certaines personnes

Le personnel est vraiment au top : très serviable, accueillant et toujours à l’écoute. La chambre est grande, avec un lit très grand et très ferme. Le petit déjeuner est correct, avec des gaufres et du pain cake frais tous les matins. La chambre a été récemment rénovée, avec peinture refaite et une salle de douche neuve, ce qui est très appréciable.

Le climatiseur est bruyant. Dans la salle de bain, il n’y avait qu’une seule serviette de douche par personne, sans autres serviettes. La piscine ouvre dès 7h du matin et, comme toutes les chambres donnent sur la piscine, le bruit rend le sommeil difficile. L’insonorisation est également insuffisante.
